This photo ought to make your week. The Austin Fire Department has been unfortunately very busy over the last few days, coming to the aid of those affected by massive flooding in the area. With over 15 inches of rain falling on Central Texas, entire neighborhoods have been evacuated and rescue workers have been on the scene around the clock. But it’s not just those with two legs who need assistance, as photographer Preston Culver captured a heartwarming moment between firefighters Matt Harvey and Michael Cooper yesterday. Check out their admirable effort below in pulling a canine to safety: This lucky pooch wasn’t the only furry friends to be saved by generous human beings over the past few weeks. Feel better about humanity via this story about an abandoned dog nursed back to health and this tale of a pit bull being rescued from a sewer .

Lady Gaga: Bisexual Rumors Are TRUE!

Lady Gaga insists she is in fact bisexual, despite claims of some critics that she milks such speculation for attention or to keep herself shrouded in mystery. Unlike many stars who have been the subject of gay rumors, the singer has been open about them and has struggled to convince people they are   true. Lady Gaga hermaphrodite story aside, she’s been candid from the start about going both ways, even admitting that “Poker Face” is about her bisexuality. Gaga talked about it on Barbara Walters’ “Most Fascinating People” special. She recently told Andy Cohen that she has taken “a few dips in the lady pond.” However, some people just aren’t satisfied. For this reason, Gaga once again sounded off about being bisexual during a question and answer session at Berghain Club in Berlin, Germany, this week. The ” Dope ” singer, who is in a long-term relationship with Chicago Fire actor Taylor Kinney, says that does not make her a liar. She told her fans: “You know what? It’s not a lie that I am bisexual and I like women, and anyone that wants to twist this into ‘she says she’s bisexual for marketing,’ this is a fucking lie.” “This is who I am and this is who I have always been.” Well, there you go. Pink Reacts to Kanye West Diss: It’s All Good!

Pink has no hard feelings. She isn’t angry over being dissed by Kanye West a few years ago in a clip that just surfaced for the first time this week. Yeezus slammed both Pink and Taylor Swift following the 2009 MTV VMAs (when he famously yanked the mic from Taylor), but Pink is not bitter. In fact, she said that she’s probably guilty of the same exact thing! When news of the alleged rant reached Pink, she was cool with it. She tweeted, “Oh come on y’all. If people secretly recorded me and all the $h!t I talk … It’s all good. All love. And we all still here. Peace please.” Pink, ladies and gentlemen. She rules. While the singer may not be angry in the least, this is the latest in a string of incidents in which the rapper’s rage issues have been well documented. Secretly recorded or not, this is one angry individual it seems. “What the f**k was Pink performing?” West is allegedly heard saying in the leaked audio, the same night he legendarily cut off a young Taylor. “Don’t nobody know that song. Pink performed twice! Two songs? How the f**k Pink perform two songs and I didn’t even get asked to perform ‘Heartless.’” We’re curious to see how Kris Jenner defends him on this one.

Amanda Bynes Kicked Out of Hotel For Smoking Weed, Makes "Ugly" Front Desk Girl Cry

Amanda Bynes was reportedly kicked out of a the Ritz-Carlton hotel in NYC for smoking weed in her room and making a girl cry, according to reports. Bynes, meanwhile, claims she left the hotel “voluntarily.” Right. The 27-year-old terror was reportedly a nightmare from the start, smoking weed every day like she were Snoop Lion despite warnings from hotel staff. She also used spray chemicals to mask the smell (to no avail). The really crazy, albeit not surprising, part? She was repeatedly rude to the staff and even told the front desk girl she was “too ugly” to check her in. Bynes even went so far as to offered her plastic surgeon’s services to the desk girl in question who needs “fixing,” at which point tears started flowing. The blue-haired wonder’s bad behavior continued until yesterday morning, when the staff kicked her ass to the curb hours before she was ready to check out. Not even two months ago, New York police arrested Amanda Bynes for tossing a bong out of the window of her apartment onto the street below. Soon after, the transient became the Ritz’s problem apparently. As for where the next chapter of this ongoing saga will play out? She was last seen in a cab headed to LaGuardia Airport, and was reportedly bound for L.A. Stay off the roads and hide your ” ugly ” people, L.A.

Jay-Z: Beyonce is NOT Pregnant!

Beyonce is not pregnant after all, according to her better half. Jay-Z reportedly told an NYC DJ that the rumors are false. Speaking via email with Hot 97, NYC’s most preeminent hip hop station, Hov denied the long-rumored story that he got Beyonce pregnant again. It was revealed on a radio broadcast today that Jay emailed the director , Ebro Darden, to say that despite the chatter, the pregnancy rumor is false. “I hit him up to say congratulations, send my love to the fam,” Darden revealed, but the rapper-mogul told him flat-out that “it’s not true,” he said. Well … that comes as something of a surprise, doesn’t it? For her part, Bey slammed the rumors and the “lowlife” people who report and believe them, but didn’t deny anything. Jay’s denial would be their first. The pregnancy speculation really heated up after she canceled a concert in Belgium, then dropped the catch-all ” exhaustion and dehydration ” card. That, plus the non-denials, seemed to confirm it. Then E! News reported, citing reliable sources, that she was, so it seemed legit … but perhaps now. Either it was false from the start or they’re playing it close to the vest for now so she can focus on trying to complete her Mrs. Carter Show tour. Ashley Judd Ridiculed in Leaked Mitch McConnell Tape; Senator Wants FBI Probe

Ashley Judd is a joke and probably mentally unbalanced, according to a leaked tape in which Sen. Mitch McConnell’s staff is plotting how to run against her. McConnell (R-KY) was fully expecting a U.S. Senate bid from Judd in 2014, and although she decided not to run , his staff discussed her at length. McConnell’s voice can be heard during parts of the recording. At one point, someone played a recording of the star describing her religious beliefs: “I still choose the God of my understanding as the God of my childhood,” she says. “I have to expand my God concept from time to time, and you know particularly I enjoy native faith practices, and have a very nature-based God concept.” “I’d like to think I’m like St. Francis in that way. Brother Donkey, Sister Bird.” One of McConnell’s staffers can be heard laughing at that point in the tape. Another staffer laughs and says, “people would take to the streets with pitchforks.” During the tape, the team also discusses Ashley Judd’s mental health. “She’s clearly … this sounds extreme … but she is emotionally unbalanced,” one McConnell staff member says. “I mean … it’s been documented.” According to the aide, “she’s suffered some suicidal tendencies. She was hospitalized for 42 days when she had a mental breakdown in the 90s.” Judd is also described as “anti-sort-of-traditional American family.” Ashley Judd Leaked Tape It appears from the audio that McConnell’s team doesn’t feel threatened by Judd, yet the fact that they were even talking about this tells you a lot. McConnell even produced a couple of anti-Ashley Judd ads , 18 MONTHS before an election she never said she was running in. Also a telling sign. The audio (excerpted above) was posted by Mother Jones, the left-leaning publication which also released the infamous Mitt Romney 47 percent video. Again, it’s all moot, as Judd’s not running for Senate, but McConnell’s office is livid and wants the FBI to investigate the source of the video’s leak. Campaign manager Jesse Benton said in response to the leak that “Watergate-style tactics to bug campaign headquarters are above and beyond.”

James Deen: Farrah Abraham "Sex Tape" All Her Idea, Really More Like a Porno

James Deen says the Farrah Abraham “sex tape” he co-stars in is really mode like a regular old adult film – one the Teen Mom star plotted from the start. Deen tells TMZ he was contacted by an unidentified porn company to shoot a porno with Farrah Abraham over the weekend, and he did so. This is what he does for a living. He says the plan, initially, was to pass the porn off as a “sex tape,” but that was all a ruse that fell apart when he and Abraham were seen together. James Deen and the MTV star were holding hands as they left Vivid Entertainment offices, holding hands, and the Farrah Abraham sex tape jig was up. Not unlike his … forget it. He says: “I think what happened is that [the company was] going to pass it off as a ‘sex tape’ and somebody saw us coming out of a building together.” “People asked me what’s going on … so I was just like ‘we’re making a porno!” Deen won’t say if the “company” was in fact Vivid, but it looks like it. Despite Farrah’s bogus protests – calling the reports “shocking” (and saying she’s an amazing mother and daughter) – Deen says she was behind it. “Everybody’s trying to make this a story, but really [Farrah] wanted to make a sex tape,” James added, while reiterating that this is straight up porn. The rumor is that Farrah was shopping an actual sex tape featuring her and an ex, but that she couldn’t get the proper releases signed and the deal failed. Scott Disick to Kourtney Kardashian Weight Critics: Fat Asses!

Scott Disick really has a way with both women and words. On last Sunday’s episode of Kourtney and Kim Take Miami , Disick was critical of Kourtney Kardashian’s weight , telling his baby mama that her goal should be 93 pounds and that her body USED TO BE “bangin.” Real smooth, huh? In response, hundreds of fans called Disick out on Twitter, referring to him as a “pig” and saying Kourtney deserves better than such a “jackass.” Scott, in turn, apologized for his comments and begged forgiveness. Just kidding! He did the opposite. “Wow seems like when talking about weight a lot of issues come up. Never realized how upset people get when a person makes a comment about weight,” Disick wrote to nearly 3 million followers, concluding: “P.s anyone who has to much to say probably had to much to eat. #fatasses” Yup, that’s the Scott Disick we know… and Kourtney Kardashian loves. It remains unclear why.
