Gucci Mane Out Of Jail: “I’m The Last Person That Can Judge Anybody” [EXCLUSIVE]

Here is the original post:

Gucci Mane is a free man again after serving another stint behind bars for a probation violation. Fresh out of the Fulton County jail, Gucci stopped by Hot 107.9 and spoke to the Durtty Boyz about his joint album with Oakland female rapper V Nasty, BAYTL. Gucci also premiered one of the album’s songs, “Loaded.” The album is not without controversy. V Nasty is part of the White Girl Mob with rapper Kreayshawn and both rappers have come under fire for using the N-word. Lil Wayne On His Biological Father: “He Don’t Give A Sh*t About Me & I Don’t Give A Sh*t About Him”

Read more here:

Although Lil Wayne and Baby have a father-son relationship and Birdman calls Weezy his son, Lil Wayne’s biological father and namesake (Dwayne Carter) is still alive. Lil Wayne has also spoken about his deceased stepfather, Rabbit, who he has said he considers his real father. Rabbit was murdered before Weezy became a star, and Weezy has a tattoo dedicated to him. Wayne sat down with GQ magazine recently and shed light on his relationship with his biological father: He don’t give a sh*t about me. And I don’t give a sh*t about him. I know his friends be like, “Damn, n*gga. That is not your son. Stop lying. N*gga, you could be living in a motherf*cking ranch right now, n*gga.” You know, whatever your father’s into, if you’re rich, you’re gonna get him that sh*t. I would’ve got that n*gga all kinda harnesses, ranches—you know what I mean? I saw the n*gga recently—I had a show in New Orleans. And I ain’t afraid to put this out there, ’cause this is just how much I don’t give a f*ck about a n*gga, and I want people to see how you’re not supposed to be. I was parked at the hotel, and I saw him walking outside the hotel. Just walking back and forth. I’m like, “Look at this n*gga! You gotta be looking for me.” If Lil Wayne got a show in New Orleans, the whole of New Orleans knows. Basically, you’re not there for nothing else but me. So I call my man on the bus. I’m like, “N*gga, that’s my daddy.” He’s like, “Word? Oh sh*t. That n*gga looks just like you!” So I tell my man, “Go see what’s up.” So my man goes to holla at him. He tells my man, “Oh. I didn’t know y’all was here. I’m here waiting for this little ho to get off. Get off work from the hotel.” For real? That’s when I was like, “Typical Dwayne Carter.” So that’s what’s up with me and my real father. I don’t want to look like his ass, but I do. Read the full interview here. Gucci Mane’s Sentence Reduction Denied, Civil Suit Filed

Excerpt from:

It’s going to be a long winter and spring for Gucci Mane . The troubled Atlanta rapper (born Radric Davis)  got some bad news today (October 28) when he learned that a DeKalb County judge ruled against his sentence reduction request, and he’s also been hit with a civil suit. As we previously reported, Gucci was sentenced to six months in September after pleading guilty to two counts of battery, two counts of reckless conduct and one count of disorderly conduct. Those charges stem from in incident outside South DeKalb Mall in January where Gucci allegedly pushed a woman he had just picked up out of his moving vehicle. The woman, who sustained minor injuries, identified Gucci by the ice cream cone tattoo on his face. Read more details here. RELATED: Gucci Mane Headed Back To Jail! We reported last week that while Gucci Mane’s bail is only $5,000, the wealthy Atlanta rapper had yet to post bail and remains incarcerated in the DeKalb County Jail. Sgt. Adrian Bell of the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office explained to Hot 107.9 that Gucci (born Radric Delantic Davis) was still locked up because “he has a probation violation and he has to go to Fulton County to answer those charges.” According to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Gucci was officially moved from DeKalb County to the Fulton County Jail today. There’s still no word about if and when Gucci will be able to post bail in Fulton. “He has to have a probation hearing in Fulton County before bond is set,” said Tracy Flanagan, Public Affairs Information Officer for the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office. Meanwhile, Hip Hop Wired is reporting that Gucci’s lawyer is denying the accusations that the rapper pushed a woman from his moving Hummer and that Gucci intends to plead not guilty to charges next Tuesday.
