‘Hunger Games’ Star Josh Hutcherson Returns to ‘Low-Key’ Life

‘I haven’t changed at all,’ 19-year-old actor tells MTV News of his life post-‘Hunger Games.’ By Jocelyn Vena, with reporting by Josh Horowitz Josh Hutcherson Photo: FilmMagic Ever since “The Hunger Games” toppled the box office earlier this year, one would think that Josh Hutcherson would find it hard to go about the life he led before the film. As it turns out, not much has changed for the laid-back 19-year-old. While there has been a lot of pandemonium around the movie, the actor himself has been mostly left alone by fans of the franchise. And he’s totally cool with it. “I’ve changed a lot. I wear nothing but high-end designer suits. I fly private everywhere,” he joked to MTV News about his superstar status. “I haven’t changed at all. “I was expecting it to be a huge difference and it hasn’t been, and I can’t tell you how relieved that I am,” he added. “It’s been so low-key and people who do recognize me have been awesome, cool and not crazy.” With all the hype that has surrounded the film, Hutcherson had certain expectations for how his life would change. “I did for sure [think it would be different]. Everybody was telling me ‘It’s gonna be crazy.’ I go everywhere all the time and nobody stops me,” he said. “I’m good with what I have.” One thing Hutcherson doesn’t seem to want to give up is his love for getting inked. “The last one I got was six months ago. I have like an anchor ship creation on my back; it’s like an old sailor Jerry tattoo kind of thing. I love that old, traditional style,” he said. Hutcherson said he’d love to get more ink, but before he gets any full-body tattoos like Angelina Jolie, he wants to make sure it won’t interfere with his acting. “I need to have the kind of career Angelina Jolie has first,” he said. “They’re not gonna hire guys covered in tattoos. I need to make sure they hire me first.” Well, Hutcherson has some downtime until he hits the set of “Catching Fire” later this summer if he wants to squeeze one more tattoo in. In late summer he will work with director Francis Lawrence for the first time on the “Hunger Games” sequel. Related Videos MTV Rough Cut: Josh Hutcherson Related Photos ‘Hunger Games’ Cast Hits NYC

Naked Musical Chairs – Part of the Naked Games Video of the Day

My friend and producer DirtyDeeds is making a series of videos called “Naked Games” that involve innocent childhood games played naked…..genius…. I love the concept, cuz I love nudity, but more importantly I love the idea it gave me to trick girls into getting naked by playing games they feel familiar with, that remind them of their childhood, that are more innocent that saying something like “Come over and choke on my dick while I take pics for my website”….you know fun and adventurous…wholesome…but still fucking naked and wild….and I love all ways to get girls naked…. That said, I will be premiering all the upcoming vids for the “Naked Game Series” brought to you by DirtyDeeds cuz I like them……and believe they have or they can single handedly revolutionize parties everywhere….

Will ‘Hunger Games’ Rule The 2012 MTV Movie Awards?

Leading the pack with eight nominations, the Gary Ross-directed film could replace ‘Twilight’ as the film to beat. By Fallon Prinzivalli Jennifer Lawrence in “The Hunger Games” Photo: Lionsgate As “The Hunger Games” continues to dominate the worldwide box office, the announcement came Monday that the film is nominated for eight MTV Movie Awards . It leads the list with the most nominations alongside Kristen Wiig’s Oscar-nominated comedy, “Bridesmaids.” “The Hunger Games,” the first of three (possibly four) films adapted from Suzanne Collins’ dystopian saga, is on course to break $400 million in earnings domestically . With break-out performances by the cast, it’s no surprise that they’re contenders for an array of categories. Entering their first ever MTV Movie Awards, Jennifer Lawrence and company are up for Movie of the Year, Best Cast, Best Female Performance (Lawrence), Best Male Performance ( Josh Hutcherson ), Breakthrough Performance ( “Liam Hemsworth ), Best On-Screen Transformation ( Elizabeth Banks ), Best Fight (Lawrence and Hutcherson vs. Alexander Ludwig ), and Best Kiss (Lawrence and Hutcherson). The fan-favorite category of Best Kiss has Lawrence and Hutcherson up against their biggest competition: Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, and Emma Watson and Rupert Grint. With “Twilight” gracing fewer categories, there’s a good chance Twihards will be out for blood, vigorously voting for their beloved vampires to make sure they take home the golden popcorn for every nomination. Plus, Robsten has been the reigning champion for the past three years, always teasing that kiss the fans are hoping will finally happen this year. And as this is the last chance for Watson and Grint to nab the award, we may see the Potterheads’ determination win out in the end. This award is anyone’s guess, but if we take a look at the figures, “Hunger Games” already has a promising start. As the premiere film in a franchise first made popular by the books, its opening weekend saw bigger numbers than both the first “Twilight” and “Harry Potter” films. We may be on the verge of a new era where fanged teeth and wands are out and bow and arrows are in. Will we see the same numbers when it comes down to the ultimate award: Movie of the Year? Not only is “Hunger Games” battling it out again with “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1” and “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows, Part 2,” but the category also features two Oscar-nominated films, “The Help” and “Bridesmaids.” Katniss and company are going to need to break out more than a few snares to dominate this one. It’s a good thing they already have a big army of fans on their side. With all the money “Hunger Games” enthusiasts have been pouring into its box-office reign lately, it’s safe to assume their dedication to will bode well for the actors who play our favorite citizens of Panem. It’s anyone’s year, but the odds are definitely in its favor. Do you think “The Hunger Games” will reign at the MTV Movie Awards, or will “Twilight” hold on to the crown? Leave your comment below! The Real Housewives of Atlanta Reunion Recap, Part 3: One Last Melee

The Real Housewives of Atlanta had their final Reunion show last night. No, seriously. This is it. Thank goodness because I think three is really our limit.
