Meet 13 People Supporting Mike Brown’s Killer All eyes are on Ferguson and the case unfolding there. And while a lot of people are sympathizing with Mike Brown and the police brutality against Black America, there is still a contingent of people who support his killer. Darren Wilson is the cop who gunned Brown down and people are donating to his “cause” in droves. The folks at Gawker have collected some of these supporters and the comments they’re leaving. Good job, America.

Sunday on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Khloe Kardashian made a startling admission regarding her living situation. Was she being serious, though? The reality star told her siblings she was living out of her car rather than the beautiful home she shared with soon-to-be-ex-husband Lamar Odom. One can understand that given the painful nature of the split – the hookers, the cheating, the Lamar Odom crack video – she’d want to be elsewhere. Still … her CAR?! It’s hard to imagine Khloe actually cranking the seat back and sleeping in a vehicle full of suitcases when she could crash at one of many mansions. Perhaps Khloe was exaggerating and meant that she was driving from one of said mansions to the next, with no real place she felt she could call home? If you watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians online , you’ll see that Kris Jenner welcomed her home, as does brother Rob Kardashian. She had options. Still, apparently none of them would take. Not even Kourtney Kardashian trying to get her sister to move into the house next door to hers, which is for sale. Khloe passed on that too. In favor of … her car. Since this filmed awhile ago, we know that Khloe and Lamar sold the property – to Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting , no less – so the memories are gone. Wherever she’s living now, and whatever she’s doing, here’s hoping she’s in a happier place, as she was clearly broken up over the demise of her marriage. No one deserves to live in a car. No one. Quentin Tarantino is suing celebrity gossip site Gawker following the leak of his script for The Hateful Eight, which he is no longer making into a movie. The famed director filed suit accusing the blog of the following: “Blatant copyright infringement by the promotion and dissemination of unauthorized downloadable copies of the leaked unreleased complete screenplay.” “There was nothing newsworthy or journalistic” about it, Tarantino alleges. Quentin Tarantino Script Leak He is seeking damages reportedly in excess of $1 million for the action. Furthermore, while Gawker did not post the script to its own site, Tarantino says it would not have been widely accessible if Gawker had not linked to it. Often. Gawker turned down repeated requests to remove links to download the script, the complaint charges. A Gawker post offering links to it is still online. The celebrity gossip site did not respond to a request for comment. The Hateful Eight is/was a Western, the same genre as Tarantino’s 2012 hit Django Unchained , which won him an Academy Award for writing. After the script leaked online, Tarantino’s spokesman told CNN that the director was furious, and shelving plans to produce The Hateful Eight himself. He told Deadline that he had given the script to only six people, including actors Michael Madsen, Bruce Dern and Tim Roth. Somehow, it got out. Instead of directing the film himself, Tarantino is expected to sell the script and will instead take into production a second script he was working on. Here’s hoping he gets to the bottom of this. In the meantime, don’t bother trying to download it while there’s legal action pending against Gawker. Just watch Pulp Fiction online instead . Quentin would be okay with that.

Last week, Hulk Hogan won a restraining order against Gawker Media, as a judge ordered the company to remove all material related to the Hulk Hogan sex tape from its site. There’s just one hiccup: Gawker refuses to do so. The company has taken down a one-minute excerpt from the half hour video, but a 1,400-word narrative about the sex tape remains. Moreover, Gawker linked to another website that hosts the footage, as editor John Cook explained why: We publish all manner of stories here. Some are serious, some are frivolous, some are dumb. I am not going to make a case that the future of the Republic rises or falls on the ability of the general public to watch a video of Hulk Hogan f***ing his friend’s ex-wife. But the Constitution does unambiguously accord us the right to publish true things about public figures. And Campbell’s order requiring us to take down not only a very brief, highly edited video excerpt from a 30-minute Hulk Hogan f***ing session but also a lengthy written account from someone who had watched the entirety of that fucking session, is risible and contemptuous of centuries of First Amendment jurisprudence. In response, Hogan is moving forward with a motion to show cause why Gawker shouldn’t be held in civil contempt for openly disobeying these legal orders. The former WWE champion previously settled a separate lawsuit with Bubba the Love Sponge and his wife/sex tape co-star Heather Clem outside of court.

Thankfully, the Hulk Hogan sex tape will not be coming to a living room near you. A rep for the wrestling legend confirms that a Florida court has granted Hogan’s request for a temporary restraining order that prevents Gawker Media from releasing footage from his bedroom encounter of a few years ago. That website has grossed out the Internet a few months ago by teasing Hogan’s videotaped banging of Heather Clem in 2006. Hogan sued Gawker for $100 in response. And while that lawsuit will likely be tied up for awhile, Judge Pamela Campbell of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County ruled heavily in Hogan’s favor Wednesday. She ordered Gawker to remove all sex tape clips from its website and return all full versions of the video of Hogan’s lawyers. In related news, we apologize to readers for reminding you that Hulk Hogan once starred in a sex tape. We know: EWWWW .
