What kind of animal could do something so selfish to a precious, innocent child??? A Georgia man was let off with a slap on the wrist after pleading guilty to tattooing his 3-year-old son. A judge in Floyd County, Ga., ruled on Monday that Eugene Ashley must pay $300 and serve 12 months probation for giving his son a tattoo on his shoulder that said “DB” – short for “Daddy’s Boy” – in 2009. Ashley was arrested about a year later after an official from the Department of Child Services visited his house and spotted the tatted up tyke, the Rome News-Tribune newspaper reported. It’s illegal in Georgia to give a tattoo to someone younger than 18. Prosecutors called the crime “egregious,” but said that it would have been difficult to prosecute because it would rely solely on the toddler’s testimony. “I don’t know if we would be able to elicit a testimony from a child,” Patterson told the paper. Ashley said he was drunk and didn’t remember giving the toddler the tattoo, Georgia’s WSBTV television reported. The boy was taken into custody by child services and is now living with his uncle. The uncle, George Hawkins, said that the boy remembered the tattoo and recalled that it hurt “a little bit,” the station reported. SMH at this a*shole being too drunk to remember giving the tattoo… that means you were too drunk to be watching a child!!! We can’t believe they only fined him $300 dollars. Poor lil precious baby. By no means are we making light of domestic violence. But when toxic people choose to stay in their toxic situations, the outcome is usually pretty predictable. According to TMZ , Sara from Making The Band and her hubby went at it again over the weekend. Except this time, he’s the one who ended up in cuffs. Sara Stokes from “Making the Band 2″ was allegedly choked and beaten by her husband Tony, who was thrown in jail after the dispute … TMZ has learned. Sources close to Sara tell us, it all went down last weekend at a friend’s house in Georgia — Tony Stokes accused Sara of being with another man … and then allegedly choked and hit her. According to law enforcement, Tony was arrested for simple battery — and released the next day on $2,000 bail. Tony’s taking it all in stride … telling us, “Everybody speculates and blows things out of proportion. It’s a crazy kind of life. We’re dysfunctional. We need our own TV show. I love my wife.” This isn’t the couple’s first alleged domestic incident — back in 2009, Sara was accused of stabbing Tony after an argument went nuclear. “We’re dysfunctional?” We’re gonna need someone in this situation to love themselves enough to walk away. SMH.

G.O.O.D. Music MC tells Mixtape Daily, ‘He’ll tell me when my verse is not as hot.’ By Jayson Rodriguez, with reporting by Matt Harper CyHi Da Prince Photo: MTV News Celebrity Favorites: CyHi Da Prynce CyHi Da Prynce likens the G.O.O.D. Music collective to superheroes, but you might be surprised to learn who he compares his crew to. “[Kanye] is Captain Planet and all our powers combined,” the upstart MC told Mixtape Daily, referencing the animated Planeteers. “I’m heart, Big Sean is water, Pusha T is fire and Teyana Taylor is Wind. So if you put it all together, it’s Captain Planet. He’s Captain Planet.” And maybe Mr. Hudson is Earth, but even without the final element, it’s hard not to give ‘Ye a nod for pushing his team to the forefront. The My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy star recently held court down in Texas, where he headlined a ballyhooed G.O.O.D. Music set at the South by Southwest music festival. Push, Cy and Jay-Z joined Mr. West for a formidable lineup. According to Da Prynce, it’s just another example of Yeezy’s hospitality, though, to hear the Georgia rapper tell it, it’s really his mentor’s honesty that sets him apart, for better or worse. “I wish you guys could really be around him,” CyHi said. “The misconception … it’s like this, you know how you say something about somebody behind their back, and then when you see them you have to be politically correct and you don’t say what you want to say to them? I don’t feel like that’s right. Some people have to be honest with each other, ’cause sometimes you can’t let a situation escalate to a point where it’s out of control. “Honesty is the biggest thing to me and that’s what I love about [Kanye],” he continued. “He’ll tell me when my verse is not as hot. Most of your friends will tell you you’re dope because you’re already naturally dope. But he pushes me and challenges me to be better. And he does that in music, art, fashion and so many other things to the point where I take it as constructive criticism. Especially to someone that sold all these records, he didn’t sell them for nothing. Don’t shoot the messenger all the time, just get the message.” For other artists featured in Mixtape Daily, check out Mixtape Daily Headlines . Related Videos Mixtape Daily: Cy Hi Da Prince, Pusha T
http://jalenroses.blogspot.com/ Justin Drew Bieber[7] (pronounced /ˈbiːbər/ BEE-bər, born March 1, 1994)[1] is a Canadian pop/R&B; singer-songwriter and actor.[2][3][4] Bieber was discovered in 2008 by Scooter Braun,[8] who happened to come across Bieber’s videos on YouTube and later became his manager. Braun arranged for him to meet with Usher in Atlanta, Georgia, and Bieber was soon signed to Raymond Braun Media Group (RBMG), a joint venture between Braun and Usher,[9] and then to a recording contract with Island Records offered by L.A. Reid.[5][10] His debut single, “One Time”, released worldwide in 2009, peaked in the top ten in Canada and charted in the top thirty in several international markets. His debut release, My World, followed on November 17, 2009, and was eventually certified platinum in the United States. He became the first artist to have seven songs from a debut album chart on the Billboard Hot 100.[11] His first full studio release, My World 2.0, was released on March 23, 2010 and has since received similar success; it debuted at number one and within the top ten of several countries, and was certified platinum in the United States. It was preceded by the worldwide top-ten single, “Baby,” in January 2010. The music video of “Baby” is currently ranked as the most viewed, most discussed, and most disliked YouTube video.[12] Bieber followed-up the release of his debut album with his first headlining tour, the My World Tour, the remix albums My Worlds Acoustic and Never Say Never – The Remixes, and the 3D biopic-concert film Justin Bieber: Never Say Never – which had an opening weekend gross that nearly matched the record for the biggest opening weekend for a concert-film. Asheley Jewell, the daughter of Kandi Burruss’s late ex-fiance , is still in critical condition in a Georgia hospital after being shot in the head last weekend . And her family is actively seeking the public’s help in figuring out why. Friends and relatives of Asheley Jewell, the 15-year-old wounded in an apparent road rage shooting, will hold a candlelight vigil Saturday near the site of the shooting. Jewell, a Stephenson High School sophomore, was shot in the head and remains in critical condition at Grady Memorial Hospital. Jewell is the daughter of the late A.J. Jewell, a “Real Housewives of Atlanta” personality who died in 2009 after a fist fight outside an Atlanta strip club. About 10:30 p.m. Saturday, Fulton County police said, two vehicles were traveling on Old National Highway near Jerome Road when one started chasing the other. Shots were fired and Jewell, a passenger in the car being chased, was struck. No one else was hurt. Jewell was rushed to Grady and underwent surgery. “Investigators are looking into every possible motive as well as attempting to gain surveillance video from surrounding businesses for a closer description of the perpetrators’ vehicle,” Fulton detective Melissa Parker said. Anyone with information on the incident is urged to call Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-8477. The vigil will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday at O’Reilly Auto Parts, 5549 Old National Highway in College Park. “The vigil is a step toward healing a family victimized by senseless violence,” said Jewell’s cousin, attorney Ebony Phillips. “It is also a call for justice in hopes that someone will come forward with invaluable information about this case. Although nothing can undo the events of March 5, 2011, the family is hopeful that justice will prevail.” Ashley “A.J.” Jewell died Oct. 2, 2009 after he and another man fought in the parking lot of the Body Tap, police said. A strip club employee was charged with voluntary manslaughter, but the charge was later dropped after it was determined Jewell died from a sickle cell crisis. We hope the person responsible for this random ridiculousness will do the right thing and turn him- or herself in. Source

Statistics show that miscarriages account for around one quarter of all pregnancies , however it is contested that the rate may be much higher, as they occur early in the pregnancy, and the woman does not even know she is carrying yet. Recently, Georgia State Rep. Bobby Franklin has proposed a bill which would make abortion completely illegal and potentially put to death women who suffer a miscarriage. Yes, really. Rep. Franklin’s 10 page bill states that any miscarriage in which the mother could not prove that there was no ‘human involvement’, would be classed as a felony and punishable by life in prison or the death sentence. Further, the bill makes all women are responsible for protecting their fetus from the moment of conception. However the bill doesn’t go into specifics like what actually constitutes ‘human involvement’, and doesn’t specify how you can protect your fetus from conception, when you can’t even tell you’re pregnant until at least three weeks into the pregnancy. I guess when you’re a crazy old man, who has no chance of miscarrying yourself, and presumably have had all your children already, then you don’t need to worry about the specifics. Like considering that doctors do not even have a clear picture of what causes a miscarriage, how can human involvement even be defined? It reminds me of the proposed law in South Dakota, which made homicide legal, if it were to protect the life of an unborn child . Again the details were vague, leaving doctors at abortion clinics at the mercy of any crazy person who felt justified in killing them. Thankfully the law there was shelved. But the vagueness of the law isn’t even really my main problem. What really annoys me is the fact that miscarriage is being talked about at all. And by a bunch of middle aged males, who obviously have no ideas about medicine, or for that matter- women and their bodies. Having watched family members and friends suffer from miscarriages, I cannot even begin to fathom how it could be believed that someone would deliberately put themselves (and their families) through it. As if the pain of being told your child has died isn’t enough to have to deal with, imagine then being blamed for it and left to spend the rest of your life in prison. I’m not going to get int the whole debate about abortion, because I really don’t think there is a clear cut answer. My point is that miscarriage is not abortion, and thus, there should not, I don’t believe, even be a debate about the legality of miscarriage. Isn’t the main classification of a miscarriage that it was unintentional? It seems to me that this bill is just another example of the law makers trying to exert control over a woman’s mind and body. It fits in with a rape victim being blamed for the crime for dressing too provocatively, or Lara Logan being blamed by some quarters for being attacked because she was too attractive or ‘asked for it ‘ . Women are, in this case, being blamed for a common biological occurrence that not even the doctors can explain. You have to wonder if, if having children rested on male shoulder’s, would there be a push to criminalize miscarriage? I don’t believe that someone who has had no experience with suffering a miscarriage, can try and force their own opinions on an entire state. Hopefully, the policy makers and residents in Georgia share some of my sentiments and those of Mother Jones’ writer Jen Phillips who called it ‘the apex…of women hating craziness’ , and this bill is shelved also. I was walking along the Quays today when I was approached by two girls who asked what newspaper I worked for and if I could arrange for them to meet “Justin”. Rapper tweets, ‘nothing is wrong with my health,’ following the incident. By Gil Kaufman Waka Flocka Flame Photo: MTV News Rapper Waka Flocka Flame escaped unhurt from a gun battle that erupted outside his tour bus in Charlotte, North Carolina, on Wednesday, and police are still on the hunt for the assailants. TMZ reported that Waka (born Juaquin Malphurs) was outside his bus when two cars pulled up next to it in the parking lot of Car Stereo Warehouse and opened fire, with four shots hitting the bus. According to an eyewitness, Waka’s security team shot back at the cars and struck at least one of them. Waka, 24, was not hurt in the incident, but was detained by police, who questioned him and three other men after the shoot-out. The rapper tweeted to his followers a short time later, writing “To my fans N world, I’m good, nothing is wrong with my health … See y’all in Cali for all-star #im1realassperson.” The Charlotte Observer reported that the shooting occurred around 4 p.m. as the “No Hands” MC was talking to fans and having his picture taken with them while the stereo on his bus was getting an upgrade. One person was shot in the shoulder, though police have not identified who that victim is. At press time, authorities did not have a motive for the shooting and were reviewing video surveillance recordings from outside the store for clues, but had not charged anyone in the incident. A spokesperson for the Charlotte Police Department could not be reached for comment at press time and the rapper’s spokesperson had not yet returned requests for comment. This isn’t the first time Waka ‘s been involved in gunfire. In January 2010 the rapper was shot in the arm while fighting at a carwash in Georgia over his jewelry. The Atlanta MC turned himself in last month following a December raid at his home that also netted mentor Gucci Mane. He was booked on charges including possession of marijuana and hydrocodone, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and violation of probation for driving on a suspended license.
