You cannot be fawking serious … Lil Wayne Hospitalized Again After Sizzurp Binge And Seizures According to TMZ reports : Lil Wayne is in ICU in critical condition after suffering yet another seizure, and we’re told it doesn’t look good … TMZ has learned. We broke the story … the 30-year-old rapper was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in L.A. Tuesday night after suffering multiple seizures. He was released Wednesday but just hours later one of his bodyguards found him in his room, on the floor and unconscious. Wayne was rushed to the hospital again, but this time he did not stabilize. He was taken to ICU, where he was placed in restraints because he was shaking uncontrollably. We’re told Wayne is currently “unstable,” and has been placed in an induced coma. He is breathing through tubes. We’re told several people are at Wayne’s bedside crying, and a number of rap artists and family members are on the way. Sources say the scene is violent as Wayne shakes uncontrollably. Sources say there’s evidence Wayne went on a Sizzurp binge after being released Wednesday, because doctors found high amounts of codeine in his system. We’re told Wanye’s stomach was pumped 3 times to flush the drugs from his system. Our prayers are with Wayne and his friend, family, and fans. That said, if he’s blessed enough to make it though this, somebody has GOT to get a hold of him! We better not see ONE member of YMCMB with a dumb-a$$ double cup in their hand ever again! Is THIS the apocalypse that the Mayans foretold??? St. Louis Golfer Falls Down 18-Foot Sinkhole On The Course Via AJC Suddenly being swallowed up by the earth on a golf course’s fairway drove a wedge between Mark Mihal and a stellar round. The 43-year-old mortgage broker was counting his blessings Tuesday and nursing a dislocated shoulder sustained four days earlier when he tumbled into an 18-foot deep sinkhole on the 14th hole of the Annbriar Golf Club near Waterloo, Ill., just southeast of St. Louis. Friends managed to hoist Mihal to safety with a rope after about 20 minutes. But the experience gave him quite a fright, particularly following the much-publicized recent death of a man in Florida who died when his bedroom fell into a sinkhole. That man’s body hasn’t been found. “I feel lucky just to come out of it with a shoulder injury, falling that far and not knowing what I was going to hit,” Mihal, from the St. Louis suburb of Creve Coeur, told The Associated Press before heading off to learn whether he’ll need surgery. “It was absolutely crazy.” Uh, ya think?! Golfing with buddies, Mihal was waiting to hit his third shot, some 100 yards from the pin on the par 5, when he noticed a bathtub-looking indentation about knee deep just behind him on the fairway. At just one over par for the round, the golfer with a 6 handicap was on a roll. Mihal remarked about how awkward it would be to hit out of the odd depression, and then walked over to give it a closer look and took one step onto it. “It didn’t look unstable,” he said. “And then I was gone. I was just freefalling. It felt like forever, but it was just a second or two, and I didn’t know what I was going to hit. And all I saw was darkness.” His golfing buddies didn’t see him vanish into the earth but noticed he wasn’t visible, figuring he had tripped and fallen out of sight down a hill. But one of them heard Mihal’s moans and went to investigate. “He just thought it was some crazy magic trick or something,” Mihal said. Did You Know?? Philly Hospital Opens Up Emergency Tent Camp For Overwhelming Flu Outbreaks!

It’s for the safety of the hospital staff… Via NBC News : It’s the most miserable time of the year for many people in the area. Flu season is in full effect and this one in particular is shaping up to be more extreme than usual. The State Department of Health reports that four Pennsylvanians have already died of complications from the influenza virus. In response to the early start of flu season, the Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest had to open an emergency space to care for the increased number of people with flu-like symptoms…after four people died of complications from the virus. The tent is 1,100 square feet and is equipped to treat six patients at a time with three medical staff. Access to a doctor is available inside the emergency room. The tent is only for those with mild flu symptoms while those who have severe cases, need intravenous drips, or have underlying health conditions are taken into the hospital. The flu triage tent began operating at 11am on Tuesday and closes at 11pm each night. The hospital tells NBC10′s Katy Zachry why the tent was erected. “If we can remove them from the main ED and put them in an environment where everyone is masked and everyone can be protected, it’s safer for them and certainly safer for the staff,” said Terry Burger, hospital director of infection control. Officials believe this year will be a particularly bad outbreak of the flu virus – known as H3N2 – and treating patients in isolation is the best way of keeping cases at bay. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said that 200,000 people across the country have been hospitalized with this year’s strain so far. Dozens of states including Pennsylvania and New Jersey have reported high outbreaks. Across the U.S., 19 children have so far died from the flu. The elderly, the very young and those with previous health conditions are most at risk. The CDC recommends that individuals get a flu shot which prevents against getting the virus in 90 per cent of cases. Do you get a flu shot every year? Images via twitter

So Sad: Families Of Jovan Belcher And Kassandra Perkins Are Battling Over Custody Of Baby Zoey

Apparently money may be a big factor . Via NewsOne : More than a month after Kansas City Chiefs player Jovan Belcher shot and killed girlfriend Kassandra Perkins, before killing himself at Arrowhead Stadium, the families of the couple’s daughter are engaged in a fierce custody battle… Currently, four-month-old Zoey Belcher is living with her maternal relatives in Texas, according to a lawyer for Cheryl Shepherd, Belcher’s mother. Two weeks prior to the murder-suicide, Shepherd had moved in with her son’s family. She also received custody of Zoey shortly after the shooting, and filed a legal petition to be named her granddaughter’s guardian and conservator of her estate in Jackson County Probate Court Dec. 14. However, Zoey is no longer in her paternal grandmother’s care, according to Gretchen M. Gold, Shepherd’s lawyer. “Cheryl agreed to temporarily allow the maternal relatives (to) take Zoey to Texas for her mother’s funeral,” Gold wrote in an e-mail to a probate commissioner. But Zoey has yet to be returned to her paternal family side. “The maternal relatives have now ceased communicating with Cheryl Shepherd and have refused to return her calls or return the child to her care.” That is because Zoey’s maternal grandparents have filed a lawsuit seeking temporary custody, the girl’s relocation to Tarrant County, Texas and a guardian ad litem for her best interests. The hearing for that case will take place Jan. 22. Gold says that if the hearing does occur, Shepherd will be present and ready to fight. “We intend to fight the matter in Texas on Jan. 22 if that hearing takes place,” she wrote. According to the NFL’s collective bargaining agreement, Zoey’s legal guardian or estate is set to receive over $1,000,000. This includes $108,000 per year over the next four years. The fifth year would garner $48,000; $52,000 would continue coming in each year until she becomes 18. Should Zoey attend college, she would continue receiving that amount until she turns 23. Looks like Chad’s johnson will not be going public anytime soon… Chad Johnson’s Private Adult Movie Pulled From Internet Via TMZ reports : Chad’s Johnson is leaving the Internet — slowly — courtesy of an angry cease and desist letter fired off to the 2 websites that originally posted the ex-NFL star’s sex tape … TMZ has learned. Sources close to Chad tell us the sites removed the video after they received the letter from his attorneys … which stated the tape was stolen property which they did not have the right to publish. We’re told CJ’s attorneys are now taking aim at several other smaller websites that have posted still images from the sex tape — and they are threatening legal action against any sites that refuse to pull the material. As TMZ first reported, Johnson has contacted the FBI because he believes the tape was hacked from his phone. Maybe this will give Ev time to work on one with her ain’t isht ex-hubby…

Marine Who Lost His Legs In Afghanistan Returns Home To Racist N-Word Graffiti On Christmas Eve!

And the dummies targeted a white family! Somebody was not in the Christmas spirit when they vandalized an injured Marine’s home in Illinois with racist graffiti . Via NY Daily News reports : Marine Chris Van Etten, who lost both legs in Afghanistan, returned to his family’s Illinois home just in time for the holidays, after spending half a year at a Californian rehabilitation center. But the injured lance corporal received a message Christmas Eve that was not very merry. Someone spray-painted racial slurs on and threw raw eggs at the Van Etten’s house, likely as the family slept. The offensive language found in the graffiti is usually used to disparage African-Americans. But something does not add up, however, because the Van Etten family is Caucasian, explained O’Fallon police Capt. Mark Berry. Nevertheless, Van Etten’s mother is upset that anyone would vandalize the house with such hateful messages. “There`s not a hateful bone in my body. So to have what was spray-painted, it hurts,” Janet Leigh told Fox-affiliate KTVI. “And it hurts that it was now. It’s such a joyous occasion. Not that it’s changed it any, but it still kind of put a little bit of a damper on it to wake up one morning (and) have that there so randomly and so hurtfully.” But she is trying to focus on how lucky she feels that her son was even alive for Christmas. “I’m very fortunate,” she said. “I remember the few moments I thought he was actually dead. And to have him be alive to only have it be his legs after everything I have seen the last six months. We’re blessed.” Van Etten was critically injured from a roadside bomb explosion — which killed his best friend. Lance Cpl. T.J. Baune from Minnesota — while on night patrol June 13. This just goes to show how crazy people are. Congratulations to the Van Etten family on getting their son home safely. ‘Just let my brother rest in peace’??? The brother who was originally identified as the shooter during the horrific massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary is finally speaking out, and he’s asking us all to leave his little brother alone. Via the NY Post : Newtown killer Adam Lanza, who shot dead his mother, six other adults and 20 children, is badly missed by his brother. “I am a victim,” Ryan Lanza, 24, told The Post yesterday in a Facebook chat. “I loss [sic] my mom and brother.” In a Facebook photo tribute, Ryan Lanza shared a smiling image of his younger brother, Adam (top photo), lounging in a long-sleeved shirt and a pullover tee. “R.I.P.,” he wrote. “I will miss you bro. I will always love you as long as I live,” Lanza posted. Lanza also posted a picture of his mother, Nancy, 52 (bottom photo). In it, she looks carefree as she sweeps blonde curls away from her eyes and laughs. “I miss you mom. I love you so much. You will be always in my heart,” he wrote. Adam Lanza sprayed bullets into his sleeping mother’s head before he massacred 20 children and six adults at Sandy Hook Elementary School. He killed himself as cops moved in. Ryan Lanza, who once attended Sandy Hook, grieved on Facebook for his brother’s youngest victims. “You all will be truly be missed,” he wrote. “God Bless.” Lanza has joined Facebook victim groups as well as groups that support him called “Support Ryan Lanza” and “Clear Ryan Lanza’s Name.” A number of media outlets wrongly identified Lanza as the shooter because his brother had been carrying his identification during his killing spree. On Lanza’s Facebook page, one poster wrote that Adam Lanza deserved to “rot in hell” and was the “scum of the earth.” Ryan Lanza responded sharply to the post. “I am so tired of people blaming me for something my brother did. I love Adam, his [sic] my brother,” he wrote. “But you have no right to call my brother names when he isn’t here no more. Just let my brother rest in peace. Please. Respect that.” Lanza, who lives in Hoboken, told The Post that a Facebook “friend” who said his brother should “rot in hell” was a stranger. “He is calling my brother a monster when he don’t even know him,” Lanza said. Damn…we’re keepin’ this dude in our prayers . This doesn’t sound good at all and, according to The Daily Mail , the news of his disappearance has a lot of people worried: NBC News chief foreign correspondent Richard Engel, one of the most prominent and accomplished international correspondents in the world, is reportedly missing in Syria. Turkish newspaper Hurriyet reports that Engel, together with Turkish journalist Aziz Akyavaş, were last known to be in Syria and haven’t been in contact with NBC News since Thursday morning. While the Turkish media have been circulating the report for several days, American outlets had been operating under a news blackout requested by NBC until today. NBC colleague David Schuster is amongst those to have tweeted their concern about the missing journalist and author. Engels, who is divorced and doesn’t have children, was promoted to NBC News’s chief foreign correspondent in 2008. He runs NBC’s Middle East bureau and has been reporting on the ongoing conflict between rebels and forces backing Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. He last reported from inside Syria on December 11. He is also known as a regular Twitter user, but hasn’t tweeted since Dec 1. Engel is widely regarded for his coverage of wars, revolutions and political transitions around the world over the last 15 years. Most recently, he was recognized for his outstanding reporting on the 2011 revolution in Egypt, the conflict in Libya and unrest throughout the Arab world. We hope Engel and Akyavaş are ok. RIP: Latin Superstar Jenni Rivera Dies In Tragic Plane Crash In Mexico

It’s been a sad couple of days for Jenni Rivera’s family, friends, and fans. The 42-year-old Latina superstar died in a tragic plane crash Sunday, December 9 near Monterrey, Mexico. Jenni was traveling on a private jet early Sunday with six others on the flight when it went missing. She was presumed dead when the wreckage was discovered Sunday afternoon with no survivors. According to US Weekly , her family released a statement and shared some information about the singer/reality star you may not have known: “We are feeling devastated. It’s a devastation to the family,” Rivera’s brother, Pedro Rivera Jr., told E! News. “We don’t know how to thank you for all the love you gave to Jenni and to all the family. It is just so special to have you guys as fans.” As family, celebs and fans are mourning her death, Us Weekly remembers the late singer’s life and career with five facts. 1. She sold over 15 million albums worldwide. The singer was nominated in 2003, 2008 and 2010 at the Latin Grammys. Rivera was the first female Banda singer (a brass-based form of traditional Mexican music) to sell out at the Gibson Amphitheater in Universal City, Calif. “I’m happy, I’m very happy for the success that I’ve had, but I’ve worked so hard at it,” Rivera said in April at Billboard’s Latin Music Conference (via CNN). 2. The daughter of Mexican immigrants, she was born and raised in Long Beach, Calif. Rivera, with one sister and and four brothers. 3. She is survived by five children. Rivera became pregnant with her first child in high school. She had three children with first husband Jose Trinidad Marin: Janney, Jacqueline and Michael. After the couple divorced in 1992, she remarried in 1997 and had two children with second husband Juan Lopez: Jenicka and Johnny. “Being a mother by far is my favorite and most important career,” she told Parade in August 2012. “They take priority over anything else.” 4. She was a reality television star. Rivera appeared in and produced mun2′s Jenni Rivera Presents: Chiquis & Raq-C in 2010, I Love Jenni in 2011 and Chiquis ‘n Control in 2012. “People kind of connect and identify with us because we are normal,” Rivera told Parade in August 2012 of her reality show. “We’re just like another other Mexican-American family. We are kind of nutty and silly.” 5. She was set to star in her own ABC show, Jenni. According to Deadline, she was going to star in the self-titled family comedy as a middle-class, single woman raising a family with unique parenting skills. The Jackson’s have had a bad couple of years , and now Joe’s in the hospital?! According to CNN , Joe’s still in the hospital recovering… Joe Jackson, the Jackson family patriarch, suffered a stroke Thursday morning and is being treated in a Las Vegas hospital, a source close to the Jackson family said. Jackson, 83,”is in very good spirits” and expects to be sent home from the hospital Friday, said the source, who asked not to be identified. The “mild” stroke is similar to two others he suffered in the past five years, another source close to Jackson said. Joe Jackson created and managed the Jackson 5, the legendary R&B and pop group made up of his sons, including Michael Jackson. Although he is still married to Jackson matriarch Katherine Jackson, they live separately. He has a home in Las Vegas, while his wife lives in Calabasas, California, with Michael Jackson’s three children.
