According to kirotv : Police are looking for a 28-year-old woman accused of beating her boyfriend with a marijuana bong. Authorities said the attack happened after a heated argument in Bellingham Sunday morning. The man suffered a cut to his head from the 8-inch-tall glass water pipe. The Bellingham Herald said officers believe the couple had been drinking. The woman fled after the attack and remains at large. A neighbor found the boy outside crying and his 18-month-old sister was locked up in a metal dog kennnel; all of the children were found covered in feces! According to The Daily Mail : A 47-year-old Tulsa man has been arrested for felony child neglect after police were called to his home to find three young children naked and in various states of distress, while he was passed out on a bed. After hearing a child crying outside for over 20 minutes on Sunday evening, a neighbor went to investigate what was happening outside William Todd Lewallen’s residence. The man found the child, who was naked, and knocked on Lewallen’s front door. When no one answered, the neighbor took the child to his house and called the police. ‘When officers arrived they spoke with the neighbor and investigated further,’ said Officer Leland Ashley of the Tulsa Police Department. ‘As they approached the house they could hear screaming and crying coming from inside.’ Spotting a naked child locked in a metal dog crate, police kicked open the back door and removed a 18-month-old girl from the kennel. She was covered in her own feces. ‘Upon entry officers were immediately hit with the overwhelming stench of feces,’ Ashley said. A third child, a 3-year-old – also naked – was found asleep in a bed in the master bedroom, along with Lewallen, who was passed out. Once awoken, Lewallen told police that had taken narcotic pain medicine, a muscle relaxant and an anti-seizure medication, then ‘laid down to take a rest.’ Officers also spotted an open can of beer next to the bed. ‘The defendant was unaware that a naked child had been locked out of his house and was outside in the 40 degree weather for over 20 minutes,’ the arrest report states. ‘The screaming child in the dog kennel did not wake the defendant nor did the officers kicking the door down to rescue the toddler in the dog cage.’ The three children are now in Department of Human Services custody. Lewallen remains at the Tulsa Jail in lieu of $50,000 bond on a complaint of child abuse by neglect. His next court date is set for November 19, 2012. Since 1989, Lewallen has been named in eight felony cases in four counties. He was to remain on probation until December 2013 after being convicted of second-degree burglary in Osage County in 2003, reports Tulsaworld. In August, he was given a suspended sentence after pleading guilty to a Tulsa County charge filed last year of possessing a precursor with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. The full details of the ruling are unclear — but one thing’s for sure … Halle did NOT get what she wanted. Halle has said from the beginning she never wanted to remove Gabriel from Nahla’s life — she merely believed France would be safer for everyone involved. According to Politico : David Petraeus resigned his post as director of the Central Intelligence Agency on Friday, citing an extramarital affair. Petraeus visited the White House on Thursday to ask President Barack Obama to accept his resignation “for personal reasons,” he said in a statement to CIA staff. “After being married for over 37 years, I showed extremely poor judgment by engaging in an extramarital affair. Such behavior is unacceptable, both as a husband and as the leader of an organization such as ours.” The FBI is investigating Paula Broadwell, author of the biography “All In: The Education of General David Petraeus,” for improperly attempting to access his email, law enforcement officials tell NBC News. An intelligence source confirms to POLITICO that the FBI had been investigating Petraeus after accidentally learning of the affair. He was pushed to exit before it all came out in detail. “Director Petraeus was encouraged to get ahead of it and take control of the situation because it would eventually come out,” the source said. A White House official told POLITICO that the White House was informed of the issue Wednesday, and Obama was told Thursday. “The president met with General Petraeus yesterday. In that meeting, Petraeus offered his resignation and explained the circumstances behind it,” the official said. “The president accepted [Petraeus’s] resignation in a phone call this afternoon.” The resignation comes as the intelligence community remains under pressure over the attack in Benghazi that killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three others. Petraeus was slated to testify next Thursday at a closed Senate Intelligence Committee hearing on Benghazi. In a statement, Obama said he accepted Petraeus’s resignation and expressed confidence in Michael Morrell, the agency’s deputy director, to take over as acting director. Morell will testify in Petraeus’s place next week. “Going forward, my thoughts and prayers are with Dave and Holly Petraeus, who has done so much to help military families through her own work. That’s some straight bull right there, and according to CBS Las Vegas , the employer (who wished to remain anonymous) admits he encouraged them to vote for Mittens in order to prevent their own fate…SMH: A Las Vegas business owner with 114 employees fired 22 workers today, apparently as a direct result of President Obama’s re-election. “David” (he asked to remain anonymous for obvious reasons) told Host Kevin Wall on 100.5 KXNT that “elections have consequences” and that “at the end of the day, I need to survive.” “I’ve done my share of educating my employees. I never tell them which way to vote. I believe in the free system we have, I believe in the right to choose who they want to be president, but I did explain as a business owner that I have always put my employees first. I always made sure that when I went without a paycheck that [I] made sure they were paid. Lindsay just can’t get right… Lindsay Lohan Charged With Lying To Police About Car Accident According to TMZ reports : Lindsay Lohan will be charged with the crime of lying to police after her car accident in June on Pacific Coast Highway … TMZ has learned. We broke the story … Lohan told cops she was NOT behind the wheel of her Porsche when it slammed into the back of an 18-wheeler. Fact is she was — according to multiple witnesses. Law enforcement sources tell us … the case will be filed as a misdemeanor by the Santa Monica City Attorney … possibly this week. The charge could spell huge trouble for Lindsay, because she’s currently on probation for the jewelry heist. The criminal filing could trigger a probation violation, and Judge Stephanie Sautner — the jewelry judge — could send her to the slammer for a long, long time. And law enforcement sources tell us … cops found prescription pills in her purse after the crash. Witnesses tell us pills were also scattered in her trunk. Our sources say authorities were prepared to charge LiLo with drug crimes, but Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, gave cops documentations from Lindsay’s doctor, saying the pills were properly prescribed. Authorities then backed off that charge. As for the charge of lying to cops, Lindsay almost dodged that bullet. You may recall, after the accident, Lindsay went to the hospital where she was interviewed by cops, and that’s when she told them she wasn’t behind the wheel. The jury ordered Lil Wayne to pay Quincy $2,195,000. Quincy’s countersuit alleged Lil Wayne wrongfully jock blocked the release of the film, screwing up its profit potential. We broke the story … Lil Wayne never showed up in court for his trial. The day he was supposed to testify he was a no-show because he had suffered several seizure-like episodes and was prohibited from flying.
