SMH. Somebody paid him $15K to put that on his face and now he’s gonna go erase it. Via NY Daily News reports : A northern Indiana man who had the Mitt Romney-Paul Ryan campaign logo tattooed onto his face “to make politics fun” says it’s time for it to come off. Eric Hartsburg of Michigan City, Ind., says he plans to have the red-and-blue “R” removed from its prominent place next to his right eye. He says a Republican supporter paid him $15,000 to get the tattoo and keep it until at least the election was over. Weeks after President Barack Obama defeated the former Massachusetts governor in the Nov. 6 election, Hartsburg says “now to me it represents not a losing campaign, but a sore losing campaign.” Hartsburg says he reached out to the Romney campaign about the tattoo, but feels snubbed that no campaign staffer ever contacted him. That’s just nasty. She may be 20 but cotdayum if this isn’t the epitome of bad parenting . According to TheWeek , the guy doesn’t even feel bad about the photos… When an Oregon man wanted to sell his 1977 Datsun on eBay, he tapped into his inner sleazy used-car salesman and procured a sexy young woman to help make his old vehicle look hot. The problem? That scantily clad woman is his 20-year-old daughter, Lexxa. On his eBay listing, Kim Ridley showcases his daughter in a myriad of provocative positions around the banana-yellow car. In one shot, the vehicle is viewed through Lexxa’s bare legs. In another, the tattooed girl is draped over the hood, revealing her cleavage, bra, and come-hither stare. In yet another, Lexxa leans against the trunk of the car, throwing her butt and her smirk toward the camera. Ultimately, Ridley sold the car, which had 49,964 miles on it, for $7,500 on Nov. 15. So, regrets? Ridley has few. “If I felt bad about it, I wouldn’t do it,” he tells AdWeek. Ummm, says David Gianatasio at AdWeek. Ridley should know that the father-daughter relationship clearly “puts a strange and newly unwholesome spin on the already questionable ‘Sex sells’ motif.” Sometimes acknowledging a daughter’s fledging sexuality can be a positive thing, says Lindsay Cross at Mommyish, but this goes way too far. This dad is blatantly selling his daughter’s sexuality: “This is a crotch shot on the internet to make dad a little money.” Which one’s more bangin’?? LLS Images via ebay
Well dayum…guess those shots of his face didn’t make a difference. And according to TMZ , the cops are siding with Olivier and Halle on this one and there’s some shadiness going on… Although it appears no criminal charges will be filed against Gabriel Aubry in the Thanksgiving Day massacre of his face at Halle Berry’s house … cops on the scene concluded he was the instigator … TMZ has learned. According to the police report, after interviewing Gabriel, Olivier Martinez and Halle, the investigating officer concluded, “Suspect [Gabriel] arrived at victim’s [Olivier] residence for child custody exchange. Suspect and victim engaged in verbal altercation. Suspect became upset and attempted to punch victim’s head but missed and struck victim’s right shoulder instead. Victim returned with 3 punches to the suspect’s head, causing him to fall to the ground. Victim’s fiance [Halle] notified police.” It’s interesting … Olivier and Gabriel each claimed they said nothing to incite the other, but the report concludes both were smack talking. According to the conclusions in the police report, Olivier acted in self defense: “Victim defended himself and punched the suspect.” And law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Gabriel never told police about the alleged death threats made by Olivier both the day before and during the fight … threats he later claimed were made by Halle’s fiance. What’s more, cops contacted Gabriel after the fight and asked if he had more info, and he passed. There was no mention of death threats. Nonetheless … in the end law enforcement believes it’s a case of mutual combat and it’s almost certain Gabriel will not be prosecuted. SMH…poor lil’ Nahla. Images via splashnews/Wenn

We all know how frustrating this situation can be but that doesn’t mean you try to claw your man’s eyes out for that isht!! According to Gawker , this was Raquel Gonzalez’s tipping point: Deputies in Manatee County, Florida, were called to a private residence in Bradenton yesterday to intervene in a domestic dispute resulting from a case of premature climaxing. According to a report filed by the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office, 30-year-old Esric Davis and his live-in girlfriend, 24-year-old Raquel Gonzalez, were engaged in intercourse when “[Davis] climaxed and Raquel did not.” The imbalance reportedly set Gonzales off, and she “began hitting and scratching [Davis], causing scratches near his eye and nose.” Deputies say Gonzalez admitted she “lost it,” but was otherwise “belligerent and uncooperative.” She was arrested and booked into Manatee County lockup on a charge of domestic battery. Davis noted that this behavior was not out of the ordinary for Gonzales who frequently “goes off” on him. Alcohol was listed in the report as a possible contributing factor. It was worth a shot , wasn’t it?!?! A group of men are taking therapists to court for deceiving them after the promise to help them ‘overcome unwanted attractions’ failed…SMH. According to The New York Times , In New Jersey on Tuesday, four gay men who tried the therapy filed a civil suit against a prominent counseling group, charging it with deceptive practices under the state’s Consumer Fraud Act. The former clients said they were emotionally scarred by false promises of inner transformation and humiliating techniques that included stripping naked in front of the counselor and beating effigies of their mothers. They paid thousands of dollars in fees over time, they said, only to be told that the lack of change in their feelings was their own fault. Since the 1970s, when mainstream mental health associations stopped branding homosexuality as a disorder, a small network of renegade therapists, conservative religious leaders, and self-identified “life coaches” have continued to argue that it is not inborn, but an aberration rooted in childhood trauma. Homosexuality is caused, these therapists say, by a stifling of normal masculine development, often by distant fathers and overbearing mothers, or by early physical abuse. But leading scientific and medical groups say that the theories of homosexuality are unfounded and that there is no evidence that core inner-urges can be changed. They also warn that the therapy can, in the words of the American Psychiatric Association, cause “depression, anxiety, and self-destructive behavior” and “reinforce self-hatred already experienced by the patient.” One former patient in the suit, Michael Ferguson, 30, who is now a doctoral candidate in neuroscience at the University of Utah, sought help from Jonah in 2008. He tried to battle his homosexuality, he said, when he was a practicing Mormon who believed that only those in a heterosexual marriage could achieve eternal bliss. “It becomes fraudulent, even cruel,” he said in an interview. “To say that if you really want to change you could — that’s an awful thing to tell somebody.” “I was encouraged to develop anger and rage toward my parents,” he added. “The notion that your parents caused this is a horrible lie. They ask you to blame your mother for being loving and wonderful.” Another former patient in the suit, Chaim Levin, 23, grew up in an Orthodox Jewish community in Brooklyn where, he said, being gay seemed unthinkable. Referred to Jonah by a rabbi when he was 18, Mr. Levin began attending weekend retreats at $650 each. For a year and a half, he had weekly private sessions with Mr. Downing as well as weekly group sessions. He quit, he said, after Mr. Downing had him remove his clothes and touch himself, saying it would help him reconnect with his masculinity. Mr. Levin said that he was abused by a relative between the ages of 6 and 10 and that Mr. Goldberg and Mr. Downing blamed the abuse for his homosexual attractions. “Saying the abuse made you gay is terrible,” Mr. Levin said. “Once I accepted that I was gay, I was able to focus on the more serious problem of a history of abuse.” Do you think it’s worth the ‘effort’ for men to try therapy in order to change their feelings for other men? This lawyer couldn’t even cover up all of the shady isht she was trying to get away with. According to the Concord Monitor , Lisa Biron took a teenage girl to Canada, had her engage in intimate adult activity and convinced her to let it be filmed: FBI agents swiftly arrested Lisa Biron yesterday morning as she awaited a hearing on child film charges at Manchester’s district court. About 9 a.m. FBI agents entered the courtroom, told Biron to leave her belongings and took her into an adjoining conference room where she remained for several minutes before coming out in handcuffs. A few hours later in U.S. District Court in Concord, Biron, who is associated with a national coalition of Christian lawyers, was formally told of the federal charges against her: transportation with intent to engage in criminal activity, possession of child films and five counts of exploitation of children. Judge Landya McCafferty decided to detain Biron yesterday, largely, she said, because she is believed to have broken most of the bail conditions imposed on the district-level children’s film charges. A judge there ordered Biron last month to use her computer only for work, not possess weapons and have no contact with the teenage girl in the five videos and two pictures found on her computer. The no-contact order was the only condition Biron appears to have honored, prosecutor Helen Fitzgibbon told McCafferty. Fitzgibbon said since her release, Biron posted an advertisement on Craigslist, the same listing service where she met the individual who ultimately tipped off the Manchester police about the films and photos on her computer. And when Biron was arrested yesterday, she told FBI agents who were preparing to search her home that they would find a loaded pistol under her mattress. Agents didn’t find that gun, but they did find 200 rounds of ammunition in Biron’s home, Fitzgibbon said yesterday. That was enough evidence for the judge, who said that while she didn’t consider Biron a flight risk, she was concerned her release would be dangerous for the community. She told Biron the evidence was “extremely troubling,” considering her career as a lawyer. The federal charges against Biron are scheduled for trial in January. If convicted, she faces 10 years to life in prison on the transportation charge and 15 years to life in prison on each of the exploitation of children charges. Biron is associated with the Alliance Defending Freedom, a group of lawyers who, according to their website, are committed to keeping “the door open for the spread of the Gospel” by advocating for “religious liberty, the sanctity of life, and marriage and family.” In Concord, she worked with the ADF in defending a Pentecostal Church on Mountain Road in its tax fight against the city. She recently served on the board of directors at Mount Zion Christian Schools in Manchester, according to the school’s headmaster. On Biron’s Facebook page, which was taken down in recent weeks, she had listed the Bible as her favorite book. It’s all fun and games until you find those little bumps… Trojan Condoms Ranks Colleges And Universities Based On Sexual Health Via Coed Magazine and PR Newswire Trojan Condoms recently released their 2012 Sexual Health Report Card ranking “141 major campuses drawn from conferences within the Bowl Championship Series and beyond…representing all 50 states and the District of Columbia.” Each school was graded in 11 categories to determine their final placement. But no one likes looking at schools that do well on sexual health report cards. We want to see the sleazy underbelly of modern American collegiate students. Which is why the bottom ten schools are really the most revealing… But in all seriousness, just because a school doesn’t get the highest grade in sexual health doesn’t mean the students have to suffer. Yes, it’s nice when a college takes a strong stance towards helping out the student body, but in the end, we’re all responsible for our own bodies. So the biggest takeaway here: no matter where your school falls on this list, be responsible. Here are the criteria for where a school ranks on the list The annual study from the maker of Trojan® Brand Condoms and conducted by Sperling’s BestPlaces, calls attention to the state of sexual health on campuses nationwide by ranking them according to accessibility of sexual health resources and information available to students. Hit the flip to see which schools are the worst when it comes to “wrapping it up” Image via Shutterstock
