While she’s hopeful a judge will grant her permission to move her young daughter Nahla to Paris along with her new fiance Olivier Martinez, some say she will completely lose it if the courtroom outcome doesn’t end with that result! A beleaguered HALLE BERRY is heading for an emotional meltdown as she fights a nasty custody battle over her 4-year-old daughter Nahla, say sources. The bitter court case, in which Halle is trying to get permission to move to France with Nahla, comes on the heels of two terrifying stalker threats, pushing the academy award winner to the edge, fear friends. “Halle is paranoid and her nerves are as frayed as I’ve ever seen them,” revealed a pal. “She fears every camera flash that goes off in her face and sincerely believes she or her daughter is going to come to serious harm if the two remain in Los Angeles. “Friends are worried she’s going to fall off the edge.” The custody hearing is just the latest of several heated court battles the 46-year-old beauty has waged with Nahla’s father, model Gabriel Aubry, since their 2010 split. Earlier this year, Aubry’s nanny filed a battery report against him, claiming he pushed her while holding Nahla. Just months later, Aubry, 35, won a victory when the court awarded him $20,000 a month from Berry in child support. Since then, Halle has been seeking court approval to relocate to France with Nahla and her fiance, French actor Olivier Martinez. Aubry has vigorously contested the move, and the two are nearing the end of a month-long trial in a Los Angeles courtroom to determine the outcome. Halle has plenty to worry about if she’s forced to remain in Los Angeles, say insiders. In January, 28-year-old Richard Franco was hit with five year’s probation and a 10-year protective order to stay away from the “X-Men” star after he was caught trespassing on her property three times in July 2011. Even more frightening, another stalker who’d threatened to slit Halle’s throat, 54-year-old Robert Hoskins, briefly escaped from a mental hospital in February. “These horrible events are scary enough for Halle, but now that she is a mom, she feels both she and Nahla are targets,” said her pal. “That’s why if a judge blocks the move to France, we all fear the worst. A black Islamic flag is flying over the U.S. embassy in Tunisia after it was stormed by a mob of protesters today – as anger at an American-made anti-Islam film resulted in chaos across the world. Symbols of America and U.S. embassies have been targeted around the globe in a fourth day of protest after Tuesday’s deadly raid on the American consulate in Libya. In Tunisian capital Tunis, a mob overran the U.S. embassy compound, scaling the walls and setting fire to cars before tearing down the Stars and Stripes and replacing it with the symbol of Islam. It is not thought any U.S. staff were in the embassy in Tunis, where an American school has also been set on fire. A large cloud of black smoke rose around the U.S. embassy as stone-throwing protesters and police waged a pitched battle. Thousands of demonstrators massed outside the embassy and several were seen climbing the outer wall of the embassy grounds and raising a flag on which was written the Muslim profession of faith. The protesters chanted ‘Obama, Obama, we are all Osamas’. Police responded by firing tear gas, live rounds killing two protesters and wounding 28. A group of several dozen protesters briefly managed to enter the embassy compound and set fire to cars in an embassy parking lot. They were pushed back outside by police and special forces who continued to arrive on the scene. It was the worst incident in clashes around the world – with angry protesters ransacking a KFC and Hardee’s restaurant in Lebanon, police firing on protesters in Yemen, and unrest in Syria, Iraq, Pakistan, Turkey and Jerusalem. One protester was killed in Lebanon and twenty five wounded by police who opened fire as they cracked down on the mob who turned their anger on the American fast food chains. A KFC in the northern city of Tripoli was set alight after the mob – many wearing face masks- ransacked the interior. In Sudan, the American embassy was also attacked and smoke could be seen rising from the compound. Officials said a mob had been expelled from the compound with one protester killed. A spokesman said protesters had been ejected from the embassay in Sudan, adding ‘they didn’t get far’. Elsewhere, police have fired on protesters outside the US embassy in Yemen today as a group of 2,000 attempted to march on the compound. It also emerged that Libya had closed its air space over Benghazi airport temporarily because of heavy anti-aircraft fire by Islamists aiming at U.S. reconnaissance drones flying over the city, after President Barack Obama vowed to bring the ambassador’s killers to justice. It adds to unrest in Bangladesh where tens of thousands have taken to the streets, and India – where there are widespread protests in Muslim Kashmir. youtube

SMH It took less than two weeks for Harvard Basketball co-captain Kyle Casey to withdraw from school for the entire academic year after the shake down in a widespread academic cheating scandal. With Harvard’s fall enrollment deadline looming Tuesday, Casey withdrew from school and co-captain Brandyn Curry was expected to do the same, in an attempt to preserve their final year of eligibility. On Aug. 30, Harvard College announced in a letter that its administrative board was investigating allegations that approximately 125 undergraduates “may have committed acts of academic dishonesty, ranging from inappropriate collaboration to outright plagiarism, on a take-home final exam.” The exam was for Government 1310: Introduction to Congress, a spring 2012 class with an enrollment of 279. Sources said that Casey, Curry and one additional men’s basketball player are among a group of athletes and non-athletes whose cases are pending review. They are facing charges of academic dishonesty that could carry a one-year suspension from school. Amaker, who came to Harvard in 2007 after being dismissed from Michigan, has coached the Crimson to 20-win seasons in each of the past three years, including a 26-5 record in 2011-12. They were the early favorite to repeat as Ivy League champions next season, given that Casey, who also considered attending Stanford and Vanderbilt out of high school in Medway, Mass., was a potential contender for Ivy League player of the year and Curry was expected to be among the conference’s best point guards. The “Today” show Tuesday defended its outrageous decision to treat viewers to a interview with Kim Kardashian’s mom, Kris Jenner — while millions everywhere else observed a somber moment of silence to mark the time of day the first plane slammed into the North Tower of the World Trade Center 11 years ago. “They are well suited for each other, really, really happy,” Jenner said of her bootylicious daughter and her rapper beau Kanye West. “And everybody who has kids knows when your kids are happy, you’re happy,” she said as “Today” competitors “Good Morning America” and “CBS This Morning” took viewers to the heartwrenching 9/11 memorial service where devastated relatives of the dead were holding a moment of silence. In New York, the local NBC affiliate, WNBC, carried live coverage of the event, but in almost every other U.S. city, viewers were showered with Jenner’s inane jibber-jabber.“The `Today’ show dedicated a considerable amount of time to September 11th coverage this morning throughout the entire show,” said NBC News spokeswoman, Megan Kopf. Earlier during show, “Today” had aired a lengthy segment about 9/11. “It’s such a shame and a disgrace that I’m left almost speechless,” said Frank Siller, 59, whose firefighter brother Stephen Siller died on 9/11 moments after he ran through the Battery tunnel to fight the fires at Ground Zero.“There are a couple points in the day where you have got to stop and remember the innocent and those that gave their lives in the line of duty…“That they would show something [Kris Jenner] that means nothing in life is a show of such disrespect, I’m beyond words,” Siller said. “It’s ridiculous,” said television industry analyst Marc Berman of TV Media Insights. “Ratings are ratings and of course they [NBC] is going to do whatever they have to do, but there are times when you have to put that aside and bite the bullet,” he said. WTF?!?! Mixed Martial Arts Fighters Rips Out Friend’s Heart and Tongue While High Off Mushrooms A mixed-martial artist accused of ripping out his friend’s heart and removing his tongue while the two were on hallucinogenic drugs has pleaded guilty to murder and mayhem charges. Jarrod Wyatt of Crescent City, California, agreed to a plea deal in which he will serve 50 years to life in prison, Del Norte County prosecutors said. Wyatt pleaded guilty to first-degree murder involving mayhem in the March 21, 2010, death of his sparring partner, 21-year-old Taylor Powell, prosecutors said. ‘The earliest he’ll be able to see a parole board is 2062,’ District Attorney Jon Alexander said. ‘We saved Taylor’s family the agony from reliving the incident at the trial.’ Wyatt’s attorney, James Fallman, said his 29-year-old client didn’t want to testify at trial and he didn’t want his family to testify. ‘We looked for an agreement that would at least give him the opportunity to be paroled someday,’ Fallman said. ‘As bad as 50 years to life sounds, it’s better than life without the possibility of parole.’ What the hell makes a guy like this eligible for parole?! When police arrived that day at a home at the mouth of the Klamath River, they found Wyatt naked and covered in blood. He told the officers, ‘I killed him,’ and said he had cut out Powell’s heart and tongue, according to court documents. The officers found Powell’s body on the couch of the Requa home. His chest was cut open, and his heart, tongue and the skin of his face were gone, court records said. His heart was found charred in a wood-burning stove. An autopsy determined the organs had been removed while Powell was still alive, the documents said. Witnesses say the two had ingested hallucinogenic mushrooms before the attack and believed they were involved in a struggle between God and the devil. Whatever happened to just having a couple beers and maybe puffin’ a lil’ yahmean with your homies? Why do people want to keep doing these drugs that make them wild the fawk out?!?
