Don’t mess with her man, or she’ll be the one to break it to ya… According to TMZ reports : T.I.’s wife tells TMZ, prison officials are trying to make an example out of her husband by dragging him back to prison — targeting him simply because he’s a famous rapper. Tameka “Tiny” Cottle tells us, “It’s important that the world know how unfair he’s being treated on such minor charges … all because he’s T.I.” According to Tiny, T.I.’s the victim of a vicious double standard — “There are way more dangerous and carefree [celebrities] that get slapped on the wrist and sent on their way.” Tiny adds, “Our family needs [him] … and because of someone’s personal vendetta against him, we have to watch our kids’ sad faces everyday when he still doesn’t show up at home.” T.I. — who was hauled back to prison last week on his way to a halfway house — is scheduled for release in a few weeks. There is something verrrrry suspect about a man putting his mouth on a snake… A snakebite in a north Sacramento neighborhood left the victim seriously hurt, but the injured party isn’t whom you’d expect. David Senk, 54, was jailed on suspicion of maiming or mutilating a reptile, with bail set at $10,000, the Sacramento Bee reported. Police say a python underwent emergency surgery after a man allegedly bit the creature twice. Officers were called to Del Paso Heights around 6:30 p.m. Thursday after a passer-by reported that a man was lying on the ground and might have been assaulted, according to Sgt. Andrew Pettit. When they arrived, they found David Senk, 54, still lying there — but police say he wasn’t the one who was assaulted. Another man approached officers and accused Senk of taking two bites out of his pet python, Pettit said. The man, who was an acquaintance of Senk, told police that the suspect asked to hold the pet, then began biting, the Sacramento Bee reported. Senk was arrested on suspicion of unlawfully maiming or mutilating a reptile and booked on $10,000 bail. Damn, $10,000?! For biting a snake?! Wow… Source

B-b-but wait it gets worse!! According to TMZ reports : Former “America’s Best Dance Crew” judge Shane Sparks allegedly sexually abused at least 6 young girls IN ADDITION to the woman who claims Sparks raped her when she was 12 years old … this according to court documents obtained by TMZ. The documents were just made public … following a plea deal Sparks made with the L.A. County District Attorney in which he received 270 days in jail after pleading no contest to having unlawful sex with a minor under 16. The allegations in the documents are extremely disturbing — with the victim telling police Sparks forced her to have sex with him after driving her home from a dance class he had taught in 1994 when she was only 12 years old. According to the docs, the victim claims Sparks took her to HIS home where he started to “make out” with her … and then he “rolled on top of her and pinned her beneath him.” The docs explain, “The victim told him she was a virgin and not ready for intercourse” but Sparks “ignored her pleas and penetrated her vagina for several minutes. He then drove her home.” According to the docs, investigators found “at least six other victims, whom between the ages of 12-17, were also abused by [Sparks].” No further details about the other alleged victims are included in the docs. Sparks is expected to begin his sentence sometime in the next year. Boy, oh boy, the things they are gonna do to YOU in the whoscow…SMH. Good riddance.
SMH, that reckless life will get you caught up. Yesterday, Christina Aguilera brought her son to the airport with a pretty nasty, extremely noticeable bruise on his eye. Needless to say, more than one media outlet posted those pics and ran with the assumptions. But one site took the reckleness too far. [A gossip website] published the photos with an accompanying headline, with a reference to child abuse. ‘CHILD ABUSE???? CHRISTINA AGUILERA’S SON IS PHOTO’D WITH A BLACK EYE!!!’ it read. The 30-year-old Beautiful singer is now threatening to sue the site. Christina’s lawyer Eric Greenspan sent a letter to the publication threatening legal action, calling their behaviour ‘reckless and unconscionable.’ He also explains how Max obtained the injury. ‘Christina is a wonderful mother and was not present in the park when Max fell and hurt himself,’ he wrote. ‘To imply that she had something to do with this incident, without any investigation on your part whatsoever, is reckless and unconscionable. ‘…We reserve all our client’s legal and equitable remedies for this reputable disparagement of our client’s character.’ He signs off in capped letters writing, ‘HAVE YOU NO SHAME!!!!’ Max was seen with the nasty looking bruise on his face as he clung onto his mother at LAX airport, yesterday. The black and blue shiner around the tiny tots’ eyes was so severe it had spread right to around to his cheeks. It is unknown how Christina’s son obtained the injury, but he was certainly finding comfort in the arms of his mother. Max held on tight to the platinum blonde singer as they made their way through terminal. At some points Christina cradled and cuddled the little one, wrapping him up in a warm blanket. The Beautiful singer looked ever inch the worried mother as she kept a close eye on her son. The two were joined by Christina’s boyfriend of eight months, Matthew Rutler, who was not far behind carrying bags and a child car capsule. What is the matter with these Florida parents! This one right here might as well have given her baby up to the first stranger who came along. A Florida woman was arrested after cops said she left her toddler outside in a stroller while she went to grab a cocktail. Sarah Lynn Cheek, 34, was charged with child neglect after being nabbed by cops on Thursday night, My Fox Orlando reported. Cops said Cheek told her child “Stay here. I’m going to get you a candy bar,” before going into a Daytona Beach bar, according to the report. Fellow imbibers called the police when they saw the child waiting alone outside. “You won’t believe what’s going on over there. They’ve left a kid out in the stroller and it’s starting to rain,” Reed Roberts said he told police, according to WFTV. In a court appearance on Friday, Cheek said she had gone to the bar to look for a job. “I was two feet away from the bar, opened the door asked ‘Hey when is your manager going to be in because I’m going to be in, because I want to apply for a job and then…” Cheek told the judge, WFTV reported. But the judge quickly cut her off telling her “Ma’am, we’re not trying the case today.” She was released on a $5,000 bond. “Number one, that’s no place for a kid. Number two, you don’t leave children alone. Number three, it’s no good when it’s raining on them,” Reed ranted. When police spoke to the child’s father, he said he thought that his 14-year-old daughter was looking after the younger child, CFNews13 reported. A north suburban man pleaded guilty Tuesday to posing as a doctor to buy a deadly neurotoxin that comes from sources including puffer fish, which he intended “to use as a weapon,” according to the U.S. attorney’s office. Edward T. Bachner, 38, was arrested in 2008 following an investigation spearheaded by the FBI-led Joint Terrorism Task Force that culminated with special agents in biohazard suits raiding his Lake in the Hills home. He was charged with illegal possession of the puffer fish toxin in amounts larger than necessary for research or other legitimate purposes. In 2009, Bachner was charged in a superseding indictment that accused him of scheming to murder his wife in order to collect $20 million in life insurance. In the plea agreement, Bachner concedes that he planned to collect on a fraudulently purchased $20 million life insurance policy on a person identified only as “Individual A.” Tetrodotoxin, a powerful poison, is produced naturally in puffer fish, a delicacy in Japan. While medical treatment can reduce its effect on the human body in some cases, there is no way to halt the respiratory paralysis and other symptoms associated with tetrodotoxin. How did this guy manage to get the poison in the first place? Posing as a Dr. Edmund Backer, Bachner placed an order for 98 milligrams of TTX in 2008, according to the plea agreement. When the company, a medical and chemical products distributor, informed him that such an amount was not available, Bachner requested that more be shipped to him when it became available, according to the plea agreement. “That’s a ton,” said Dr. Frank Paloucek, a professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago who is an expert in toxins. “He was buying enough to kill 98 people.” Bachner is scheduled to be sentenced Dec. 8. He could face a maximum combined sentence of life in prison and a fine of up to $750,000. Maybe he was planning on collecting some other people’s life insurance too…SMH Source
