Florida man Charles Nicholas McNeil must’ve thought he was ’bout that life when he tried to fight a police officer who pulled him over for his erratic driving. After police stopped and questioned him, the 28-year old gave them a false name and was found in possession of a knife and a prescription medication bottle containing pills. NBC 2 News reports: The man tried to take off when the officer attempted to arrest him. The two men scuffled and the officer used a Taser on McNeil. The man hit his head on the ground and lost consciousness. Emergency crews treated McNeil. Charles McNeil, who reportedly stole the tractor from a 71-year-old man, has been booked on charges of grand theft and battery.
Alex Wong/Getty Images Woman Claims She Was Served Cleaning Solution At Chick-fil-A An Atlanta woman is claiming that she suffered severe intestinal issues after she was served cleaning solution instead of coffee. According to a lawsuit filed in Fulton County State Court a customer was served the contaminated drink at a Stockbridge location in March. The woman in question alleges that an employee poured the customer’s refill from a pitcher that was filled with cleaning solution. “It didn’t take long for our client to realize something was wrong with the coffee and she quickly informed the Chick-fil-A employees,” Peavy Law paralegal Corinne Anderson said. “Not long after unknowingly ingesting the cleaning solution (Urnex/TABZ), she started having intestinal issues and discomfort in her throat, and started seeing gastroenterologists.” The plaintiff wants her more than $3,890 medical bills paid. The lawsuit also alleges that Chick-fil-A “has admitted an employee gave the Plaintiff a drink that was contaminated with cleaning solution.”
Source: Getty Images Judge Issues Arrest Warrant In The Game’s Sexual Assault Case Back in 2015, The Game was accused of sexually assaulting a contestant on his reality television series, She’s Got Game . The judge in the case found in favor of the plaintiff, Priscilla Rainey , and ordered the rapper to pay her upwards of $7 million . The Game has been ducking and dodging Rainey ever since the 2016 court order, so now he’s reportedly been given 48 hours to comply before he is arrested. From TMZ : “According to docs, a federal judge has ordered him to hand over a bunch of documents … including his financial records, but he hasn’t. An arrest warrant has been issued, but the judge has given him until Friday at noon, Central Time to turn over the records. If he doesn’t, The Game’s got a date with the U.S. Marshals … whether he wants it or not.” In court docs that were obtained by BOSSIP this week, Rainey said her legal team’s investigation “yielded substantial evidence that the defendant has been diverting substantial assets and income through alter-ego entities controlled by himself and his business manager, Cash M. According to Deadline , Meek Mill be joining the likes of Teyonah Parris, Jahi Winston, and Will Catlett in the Angel Manuel Soto directed feature. The coming of age film is set around Jahi Winston’s character, Mouse, who dreams about becoming a member of one of Baltimore’s roughest biker gangs, the Midnight Clique. As he goes about his business in the streets of Charm City, Mouse begins to learn that every action has a lifelong consequence that could change your life forever. Meek for his part will play the role of the Clique’s leader and Mouse’s hero. 12 O’Clock Boys is currently in production and is being produced by Overbrook’s Jada Pinkett Smith, Marc Bienstock, Caleeb Pinkett, and Clarence Hammond. JEWEL SAMAD/AFP/Getty Images Indonesian Tsunami Death Toll Reaches 800 A devastating tsunami has claimed the lives of at between 800-1,200 people in Indonesia. NPR reports that a 7.5 magnitude earthquake that struck along the coastal district of Donggala on Friday caused a massive tsunami. The death toll is expected to rise as rubble is cleared. Mass graves were dug to bury the hundreds of people killed and an estimated 48,000 people are displaced. The European Union and South Korea have offered $1.7 million and $1 million respectively in aid.

This weekend, Kanye West will return to the SNL stage, which will mark the rapper’s 7th time as the musical guest. When the Chicago native performed on the program in 2016 in accordance with the drop of his then-new album The Life Of Pablo , he brought along a huge cast of characters including Chance the Rapper to perform with him. Now, according to reports from TMZ , he’s bringing along a handful of other artists for some extra special performances. Sources say that Yeezy will be joined onstage by Lil Pump, Kid Cudi, Teyana Taylor, and 070 Shake, all of whom have collaborated with the rapper in the past. It isn’t yet clear whether or not Kanye is going to perform a medley of his past hits or if he’ll share some new snippets from Yandhi , which is set to drop Saturday night in accordance with the show. Though Lil Pump is on the list of performers reportedly on the bill, the rapper just cancelled his entire tour–presumably because he’s currently locked up–so it will be interested to see if Ye can work his magic and break him out somehow. Spike Jonze, who directed Kanye and Pump’s “I Love It” music video, is also reportedly assisting with the creative direction of the upcoming performances. SNL ’s season 44 premiere goes down this Saturday, where Kanye will perform along with the host for the evening, Adam Driver. In other related news, series creator Lorne Michaels revealed a few days backs that Kanye performing for the season premiere wasn’t planned too far in advance, claiming that Ariana Grande was originally set to perform on the season premiere, but backed out earlier this month for emotional reasons.
