Gotta pay to play… Joe Simpson Buys Gay Boyfriend Lavish Gifts Joe Simpson was Bryce Chandler Hill’s sugar daddy, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting: After uncovering her soon-to-be ex-husband’s affair with the 21-year-old aspiring model , Tina Simpson, 52, spoke with their shared business manager, David Levin to see what transactions Joe had made over a 12-month period. After she discovered that Joe, 54, had been freely spending thousands of dollars on designer clothing, high-end hotels and concerts, Tina confronted Joe and he confessed that he had been lavishing Bryce with gifts secretly for more than a year. Worse still, the money spent was from Joe and Tina’s joint account! “Soon after Joe confessed that he was having an affair with Bryce, Tina wanted to retrace his steps,” a source close to the family told RadarOnline.com. “She asked David, who looks after their business ventures and their joint account, to look at what transactions Joe had made. “Over a 12-month period, Tina saw that Joe was splashing thousands of dollars in designer stores in New York and Los Angeles, staying in luxury hotels and buying tickets for concerts. They were secret purchases he had made without telling Tina! “What was worse, the money that Joe had freely spent on Bryce was from a mutual account he shared with Tina. She was livid, so asked him what he spent it on and he admitted he was gifting Bryce. “But Joe wasn’t finished,” the source continued. “He later withdrew $1.5 million from that account after confessing his sins and claimed it was for investments. “Tina’s not sure what to believe anymore.” As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Tina dashed to New York to confront Joe about his alleged trysts after finding modeling shots of Bryce lying around the L.A. home she shared with Joe. That culminated in the pair thrashing out their differences in a hotel lobby. Before that, Bryce was bragging to friends about having a gay relationship with Joe and they say he’s using him for fame and laughing behind his back. It is pretty obvious this guy Bryce is now selling stories to all the tabloids. Tina if you are smart you will divorce this deceitful scum and take him to the cleaners.
GUILTY! “Peen State” Coach Jerry Sandusky will likely rot to death in a jail cell, if he isn’t torn to pieces by his fellow inmates first. Jerry Sandusky Guilty Of 45 Out Of 48 Sexual Abuse Charges After more than 20 hours of deliberation, the jury of seven women and five men returned the verdict Friday night. Sandusky was convicted of 45 of 48 counts charging him with abusing 10 boys over 15 years. Jury deliberations began Thursday. When sentenced, Sandusky could face spending the rest of his life in prison. He was taken into custody in handcuffs after the verdict was read and his bail was revoked. The case enveloped the Penn State campus in a national scandal and led to the ouster of iconic head football Coach Joe Paterno as well as university President Graham Spanier for failing to deal forcefully with reports that Sandusky had abused boys, sometimes in the showers at the school’s football facility. Paterno died in January of lung cancer. Two other university officials are charged with failing to report the suspected abuse and with perjury related to their testimony before a grand jury investigating the scandal. The officials — athletic director Tim Curley, who is on leave, and retired Vice President Gary Schultz — await trial. The prosecution took slightly more than four days to present 21 witnesses to support its claim that Sandusky was a predatory pedophile who found his victims through a charity, the Second Mile, that he founded for at-risk children. Eight of the accusers testified, most in graphic and sometimes tearful detail about their relationships with Sandusky. Most said they enjoyed gifts and special attention from Sandusky. Some said they saw him as the father they never had. But what began as a mentoring relationship escalated into the physical abuse, the accusers testified. Some said they were assaulted in the basement of the Sandusky home. Others described soapy showers that included forced sex acts. The identities of two of the boys have never been ascertained; in those cases, two adults testified that they had witnessed abuse involving the unidentified boys. Mike McQueary — a graduate assistant and former Penn State football player, who became a coach in his own right at the university — emerged as a key prosecution witness. McQueary told of the winter night in 2001 when he entered the university’s football facility and saw Sandusky with a naked boy, 10 or 12 years old, in the locker room showers. He described hearing the sounds of a sex act. McQueary said he slammed his locker door to let Sandusky know someone else was in the room. Later, he called his father, who told him to go to Paterno, who in turn went to his superiors. It wasn’t until later investigations that the state brought the child abuse charges against Sandusky. The charges came in two waves last year. The defense had fought hard to keep the trial in Bellefonte in the hope that Sandusky’s humanitarian and athletic reputation would help the case. More than half of the jurors said during the selection process that they had some connection to the university, as an employee, alumnus or just an avid football fan. Sandusky’s attorneys presented his case in about three days, calling friends, neighbors and former sports colleagues to the stand. Led by Sandusky’s 69-year-old wife, Dottie, the character witnesses all insisted that they never saw Sandusky engage in any improper action with a young boy and that he was a good man. The defense also questioned the quality of the investigations and why some of the witness accounts changed with the retelling of events over the years. The implications were that police had used their questioning to make the case look better, and that the accusers worked together to make their descriptions more graphic to help their expected future civil cases. Lastly, the defense argued that Sandusky suffered from histrionic personality disorder, a condition that includes overly dramatic gestures that can be seen as seductive. The defense argued that the condition explained why Sandusky gave the boys gifts and in one case sent a love note to a child. The prosecution countered that the gifts were intended to groom prospective victims. The verdict does not mark the end of litigation. In addition to the criminal charges pending against the two college administrators, a slew of civil suits are expected by accusers. Did anyone have any doubts he would be convicted? SMH. Nasty piece of isht. Here’s a real question for discussion, is life behind bars even enough of a punishment for a man who has destroyed so many innocent lives??? The body of Dr. Timothy V. Jorden , the doctor accused of shooting and killing his 33-year-old ex-girlfriend and co-worker at the hospital that employed them both, was discovered Friday. A two-day nationwide manhunt for Jorden, a suspect in the Wednesday morning shooting death of a former girlfriend at Erie County Medical Center, ended Friday when he was found in a wooded ravine about 800 yards from his lakefront home, dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. Jorden’s body, in blue surgical scrubs and black jacket, was discovered by two female state parole officers in dense underbrush near a ravine along Eighteen Mile Creek. A .357 Magnum was found in Jorden’s right hand, Buffalo Police Commissioner Daniel Derenda said. Ballistics tests will determine if it’s the same gun he used to kill Jackie Wisniewski, his ex-girlfriend and the single mother of a young boy, he said. No suicide note was found. “Had the doctor been taken alive, he would have been charged with murder,” Derenda said. “He shot the victim in the head four times and once in the back at point-blank range.” Cellphone records and Erie County Medical Center surveillance video, the commissioner said, show Jorden on the phone talking for 17 minutes to Wisniewski, “luring her down to a basement stairwell where he shot her.” Another doctor heard the gunfire at about 8 a.m. Wednesday and rushed to the stairwell, where he found the 33-year-old woman. At the same time, the 49-year-old Jorden ran up to his office on the third floor of the David K. Miller Building and unloaded shells from the gun before fleeing to his vehicle and heading to his home. Other hospital surveillance video showed the doctor, earlier that morning, arriving with a large bag that police determined contained a shotgun, Derenda said. The shotgun was later recovered from the surgeon’s office. Surveillance video at the doctor’s house on West Arnold Drive beside Lake Erie also played a crucial role in assisting police. Jorden entered his $540,000 home at 8:37 a.m. and 4 minutes later went out a back door, headed south toward a heavily wooded area in the direction of the ravine. “We believed there was a strong possibility he had committed suicide,” Derenda said, but heavy brush, the ravine, cliffs and a low tree canopy all conspired to slow the search. A neighbor on Thursday told police out canvassing that she had heard a single gunshot between 9:30 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. Wednesday — another sign that the doctor might have killed himself, Derenda said. But without a body to confirm a suicide, Buffalo Chief of Detectives Dennis J. Richards said detectives could not dismiss the possibility that Jorden was still alive and on the run, given the fact that he had withdrawn $36,000 from his bank account in the last two weeks. “We never gave up control of the doctor’s house as we worked on dual scenarios,” Richards said. FBI interviews The FBI conducted interviews nationwide and tracked the doctor’s cellphone and credit card records, while keeping an eye on airline passenger lists, according to Steven Lanser, assistant special agent in charge of the FBI’s Buffalo office. Meanwhile, the rugged terrain was mapped out, and law enforcement workers walked every inch of the area, with state police rappelling cliffs, K-9 dogs sniffing the grounds, and GPS units used to assist in guiding the search, according to State Police Capt. Steven A. Nigrelli. At 10:40 a.m. Friday, the meticulous approach paid off. Parole Officers Beth Hart and Paula Hughes found the doctor’s body. It was only then that authorities could stand down, State Police Maj. Christopher L. Cummings said. “Having an armed and dangerous individual on the loose is what causes police supervisors to have sleepless nights,” Cummings said. At a news conference early Friday evening in Buffalo Police Headquarters, Derenda said the satisfactory conclusion to the search would not have been possible without the cooperation of so many police agencies all willing to assist. Gifts for his brother In answering questions that arose over the last two days, Derenda said: Jorden took $20,000 of the $36,000 bank withdrawal and mailed a cashier’s check to his brother, Terrance, a dentist in Atlanta. On Tuesday evening, Jorden gave a Rolex watch and $5,500 to his close friend Martin L. Motley III, a Buffalo police officer on long-term disability. Surveillance video at the doctor’s home showed Motley arriving there at about 10 a.m. Wednesday. As Motley left the home at 11 a.m., Hamburg police officers took him into custody, Hamburg Police Chief Michael K. Williams said. Motley is not believed to have committed any criminal acts, Derenda said, though he remains suspended without pay for violating the police department sick leave confinement policy. Motley told city homicide detectives and FBI agents that Jorden gave him the watch and cash to pass along to his brother in Atlanta as gifts. The motive for the killing, Derenda said, “appears to be domestic in nature.” Friends say Wisniewski, a secretary in ECMC’s adolescent psychiatric unit, had confided to them that Jorden had been abusive and that he had threatened and stalked her in recent months. They said Wisniewski broke up with Jorden, a former Army Special Forces soldier, because he was cheating on her and she feared for her life. “Even while he was stalking the woman, he was dating other women, and it looks like it all came to a head,” a law enforcement official said, speaking on the condition he not be identified. This is all bad… SMH! That poor lady got cheated on and then stalked and then slaughtered. At least the neighbors can sleep at night now knowing dude is dead and isn’t going to kill anybody else. An autopsy confirmed that Monkees singer Davy Jones died as a result of a heart attack. By Gil Kaufman Davy Jones Photo: Michael Ochs Archives/Getty Image A day after the sudden passing of former Davy Jones, the medical examiner’s office in Martin County, Florida completed an autopsy on the former teen heartthrob on Thursday morning and concluded he died of a heart attack. According to E! Online, tests revealed that the 1960s heartthrob was felled by ventricular fibrillation due to severe coronary atherosclerosis. In other words, he died as a result of an abnormal heart rhythm caused by the blocking of blood flow to the heart due to hardening of the arteries. Toxicology tests could take another six to eight weeks, but authorities don’t believe that there is anything else to blame for the 66-year-old “Daydream Believer” singer’s death. TMZ reported on Thursday that Jones suffered the heart attack at a ranch near his Florida home where the former jockey wannabe was visiting his horses. A ranch hand saw Jones in distress in his car and called an ambulance, which took the 1960s TV star to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Jones is survived by his third wife, Jessica, and four children from previous marriages. His former TV band mate paid tribute to Jones following his death, with drummer/singer Mickey Dolenz saying in a statement, “the time we worked together and had together is something I’ll never forget. He was the brother I never had and this leaves a gigantic hole in my heart.” Peter Tork added, “It is with great sadness that I reflect on the sudden passing of my long-time friend and fellow adventurer, David Jones. His talent will be much missed; his gifts will be with us always. Adios to the Manchester Cowboy.” Guitarist Michael Nesmith posted a lengthy tribute on his Facebook page, writing, “That David has stepped beyond my view causes me the sadness that it does many of you. I will miss him, but I won’t abandon him to mortality,” he said. “I will think of him as existing within the animating life that insures existence. I will think of him and his family with that gentle regard in spite of all the contrary appearances on the mortal plane. David’s spirit and soul live well in my heart, among all the lovely people, who remember with me the good times, and the healing times, that were created for so many, including us. I have fond memories. I wish him safe travels.” Related Artists The Monkees
Katherine Heigl has beef with Lifetime’s series Dance Moms. In her weekly iVillage blog post , the 33-year-old actress and mother of a three-year-old daughter slams the popular show for sending inappropriate messages to young girls. “I watched with open-mouthed amazement as girls as young as seven were encouraged to dress provocatively and shimmy around a stage doing a dance performance that could just as easily been a burlesque routine,” she writes. Wonder if she’s seen Toddlers & Tiaras . “I kept thinking all these girls were missing is a pole! I was also horrified by the way their instructor spoke to them when she felt they weren’t up to snuff,” Heigl writes. “It was demeaning, belittling, and downright unkind.” “There is no reason to break anyone down in order to prepare them for inevitable disappointment or unkindness. There is no reason to diminish anyone’s self-esteem in order to get them to try harder next time. Especially not a child’s.” The One For the Money star is bothered by “the amount of value we place on a woman’s looks, body and ability to drop it like it’s hot on the dance floor.” “It’s one thing to walk into a club and see 20-somethings embracing their sexuality and having fun, but it’s another thing altogether watching 7-year-olds.” “Shaking their booties, bellies and nonexistent boobies on a stage in a room full of adults and be handed a trophy for it? What in the world are we telling them? That sexy is the prize and is the talent they have?” Heigl doesn’t place the blame on the children, however. “The young girls on Dance Moms are wonderfully talented, spirited ladies who should be encouraged to perform,” the Grey’s Anatomy alumna explains. “I just wish they were being inspired, instructed and supported for their gifts as I was when I found my creative path.” What do you think? Is Katherine on point?

2011 marks the 45th anniversary of Kwanzaa , but do Black people actually care to celebrate it? Dr. Maulana Karenga created this holiday for African Americans and Pan Africans all over the world to celebrate family, community and culture. On paper, Kwanzaa is a chance for Black people to connect and uplift each other post Christmas, but are we actually practicing? Why Does Kwanzaa Remain Such A Conundrum? It’s not uncommon to hear a “Happy Kwanzaa” along with “Merry Christmas” and “Happy Hanukkah” holiday greetings in ones effort to be politically correct and inclusive. But it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find Black people who truly celebrate the seven principles of Kwanzaa. Black people just don’t care about Kwanzaa the way they should. Here are five reasons why Kwanzaa isn’t as celebrated as it used to be, along with suggestions on how to make it better. Too Hard To Remember The seven principles of Kwanzaa are mentioned first in Swahili, a language most Black people are comfortable with. All of the principles are uplifting and positive, but the quality of the message is literally being lost in translation. Suggestion: Focus on the English versions of the principles to simplify them and make them more memorable. Blame It On The Economy During the seven day celebration of Kwanzaa, gifts are to be exchanged on each day. Everyone would love to receive a gift a day, but who’s really trying to buy more gifts after Christmas? Even if you buy inexpensive gifts for your family members and exclude your friends, seven for each can add up quickly. Budgets are tighter than ever thanks to the recession, and it’s just not economically feasible to purchase more gifts for Kwanzaa, when many are tapped out from buying Christmas gifts. Even though Kwanzaa gifts can be homemade, people simply may not have the time to give to make the gifts. Suggestion: Eliminate the gift giving element of Kwanzaa and focus on the principles. Santa’s Winning Kwanzaa is distinctly different and separate from Christmas, but since it begins immediately afterwards, Kwanzaa is at a huge disadvantage. Even though Kwanzaa has been around for over four decades, celebrating the birth of Christ is still a priority for many Black people, who don’t seem to have the bandwidth to give Kwanzaa the energy or attention it deserves. Suggestion: Move Kwanzaa out of December. Over It Since the Christmas season begins after Thanksgiving, December is all about Christmas and the recovery. And of course New Year’s Eve and day get a lot of attention, too. Instead of trying to get people to celebrate Kwanzaa while we’re in holiday mode, maybe it would make more sense to include it another month focused on celebrating Black History. Suggestion: Move Kwanzaa to February and make it a part of Black History Month. Disconnected The best way to make a day feel like a holiday, is to get the day off. But since it’s not likely that employers will give all Black people time off to celebrate Kwanzaa. If there was a day dedicated to recognizing the seven principles, maybe we would give Kwanzaa more attention Suggestion: Collectively take a day off to celebrate Kwanzaa.

Ninja please!! Maybe Jerry Sandusky’s lawyers should stop talking to the press for a while. Karl Rominger, a Carlisle, Pa., lawyer who recently joined the accused child molester’s defense team, says Sandusky may have showered with boys to teach them “basic hygiene skills.” “Some of these kids don’t have basic hygiene skills,” Rominger told WHTM-TV on Tuesday. “Teaching a person to shower at the age of 12 or 14 sounds strange to some people, but people who work with troubled youth will tell you there are a lot of juvenile delinquents and people who are dependent who have to be taught basic life skills like how to put soap on their body.” Sandusky, Penn State football coach Joe Paterno’s longtime defensive coordinator, has been charged with 52 counts of sexual abuse. He is accused of molesting 10 boys he met through The Second Mile, a charity he founded for underprivileged kids. A grand jury report released last month says Mike McQueary, now Penn State’s receivers coach, saw Sandusky rape a boy in a campus shower. In interviews with NBC’s Bob Costas and The New York Times Sandusky admitted showering and engaging in horseplay with boys in Penn State locker rooms, but said nothing sexual had occurred.
