My name is Amy and on April 25 2012 at 10:55 am my dream came true . Lets start from the beginning. At 6am I woke up and got ready to try meet Justin. I’ve had so many failed attempts and with the rain pouring down, I really thought I shouldn’t bother. I went with my best friend Melissa to the train station only to find out we’d missed our train. Then the machine took my £10 and Melissa’s bag broke. I really thought this would be the worst day ever but it was far from it. We arrived at Justin’s hotel at 8:30 am and stood outside with the other Beliebers. We sung lots of songs and chanted for Justin to come out. That’s when we saw Kenny. We all waved and said hello to him and he went away. We were all getting pretty bored and it was close to 11 by now. That’s when Melissa shouted, “It’s Justin” . We all started shouting with excitement and he began to walk towards us. He put his hands to his lips and ‘shhhh-ed’ us all. Then another fan ran into me and pushed me out the way. Melissa shouted my name and looked at Justin. That’s when I felt a hand trying to grab mine. I looked up and it was Justin looking worried. I thanked him and told him how much I love him. “I love you too sweetie,” he said. After that Moshe told Justin they had to go and he got into the car followed by Jeremy, who was smiling at his son’s love with his fans. As the car drove off, everyone ran in front of it but me and Melissa stayed on the pavement and stood quietly. The car came towards us and as the back window was infront of us, he put the window down and smiled at me. “Justin Bieber you are truly my inspiration,” I said to him. He told me he loved me and to keep believing, waved and talked to some other fans then drove off waving goodbye. Now I might not have got a picture, or an autograph, but today I learned how truly amazing the love that Justin Bieber has for his fans is. He honestly cares and appreciates every single one of us. Yesterday night I was sitting on my laptop reading other Bieber Experiences on here. If you haven’t met Justin yet your time will come, your dream will come true, like he said to me, “Keep Believing”. -@ BieberLovass See more here: My name is Amy and on April 25 2012 at 10:55 am my dream…
On Friday April 13th, after all these years I finally met Justin Bieber. I have been trying for years to meet Justin, and every time I got let down. I was in Florida and I had heard Justin was coming to a middle school in Boca, so obviously I made an arrangement so sleep in Boca the night before, and wait outside the school the next day for Justin to drive in. When I got to the school it was about 11:00am, and Justin was arriving at 1:00pm. No one was there besides me, my friends and some news reporters. We got a lot of interviews. As it drew closer to 1pm, more and more people starting to arrive at the school. We all checked each car thinking it was Justin. Finally it was around 1:25pm, and a beige truck pulled in. Justin rolled down the window, and all the fans ran to his car. I knew there was no way of getting in front to the window. I just stood there. After Justin was done saying hi and signing autographs, he slowly drove into the school. I then chased his car into the school, and most of the girls followed. I was chasing the car and finally it stopped. Justin rolled down the window and said, “Let me take your picture”. Justin took my picture and then drove away, only mine and no one else’s . I felt so special. After everyone ran away I stayed in the parking lot and found his car with the driver inside. The driver secretly told me he was coming out the back. 5 other girls and myself went to the back of the school. It was pouring rain and Justin’s car came out and he stopped of course. He started to talk to all of us and Pattie was saying, “Don’t worry he’ll take as many pictures as you want”. Someone else in the car was yelling that he had somewhere to go. I screamed at Justin to stay with us and not leave. H e tried to tell the driver to stop but they were slowly pulling away. “Wait, I never got a picture!” I said. Justin answered with, “Yes you did, don’t think I forgot stopping the car for you.” That was the best moment of my life! Justin remembered me and purposely stopped for me. Pattie was laughing because I screamed on the top of my lungs! Hopefully, I will be lucky enough to meet Justin again. Who knows, maybe hell even remember me. -@emilyhalp Read more from the original source: On Friday April 13th, after all these years I finally met Justin…

My name is Sarah, I am 13 years old and I am Brazilian. I do not have much money, and my mother could not pay for my ticket and she and my father did not want to give me money to buy them. I decided to enter all current promotions to go to his concert in Sao Paulo (where I live). Finally it was the day of the concert and my mom’s heart was sinking knowing that she could not give me that ticket, and how sad I was because every day I cried and kept asking her. As usual I was on Twitter. I had given up about going to the show, and then I saw my messages that said, “You won”. I asked one of them what I had won? I ended up winning meet & greets and track premium tickets! I had completely forgotten about this promotion. I quickly called the company. I had won for the next day! Some people on Twitter sent me messages saying that I did not deserve it, but I said I won because God wanted me to. The next day I was so excited. I hardly slept the night before. Arriving at the stadium my heart started beating very fast and I was very anxious. Mr. Justin Drew Bieber was a little late for the meeting. At the time, five girls came in to meet him along with myself. After taking the photo, one of the girls hugged him, and I wanted to hug him too, but he seemed shy. When I decided to embrace him, Kenny stopped me because time had run out. On the way out I met Scooter. I stopped to say hi to him and he waved. I saw the bands Cobra Starship, The Wanted a Brazilian band. Finally the love of my life Justin came on stage. I thank God, Midiorama, and Justin, it was the best day of my life. In the picture I’m the last on the right. Justin, I hope you know that October 9, 2011 will forever be the best day of my life. More: My name is Sarah, I am 13 years old and I am Brazilian. I do not…

“[M]y history is dotted with shameful unfinisheds. The Great Gatsby ? I put it down in eighth grade and haven’t picked it up again. Should I not be saying this? Will I be sent away somewhere awful? I often don’t finish books, even ones that I like.” Pfffft , it’s totally fine, Lena — that’s why they’re making another movie of it! Also: This reminds me, I should probably finish watching Tiny Furniture at some point. [ NYT ]
My name’s Katelen and I’ve never written anything like this before, so here it goes! I live in Perth, Australia and I’m nearly 14 years old. In late 2010 (December) Justin’s first Australian tour came on pre-sale and I knew I would never be able to afford tickets. So Mum and I entered all the competitions you can enter for tickets to his concerts, or even more; a meet and greet as well. Tickets kept on selling out so I’d cry, then they’d release more tickets so everything would be alright. I saw so, so, so, so many competition winners be announced from the radio stations, music t.v shows, newspapers and even social messaging sites (MSN). Everyday I got so jealous. On April 18th I got a mention from a girl on Twitter saying “Congrats on winning the Justin Bieber Competition”. I instantly got very excited and replied “Which one?” because I’d entered a lot of them. I logged onto my emails to find 2 emails from ninemsn – I cried. The first one was just a “Congratulations you won!”, the second one was from a Representative. Confirming my address and phone number as my phone had been turned off from being at school. Julia (The Representative) rang me and told me personally that I was going to meet my idol! I also had the choice to choice a friend; I chose my Mum. She was the one who helped all this happen after all. The morning of 7th of May was very hectic. My dad came around to get my brothers because mum and I wouldn’t be home until late. I was the only one home my mum had to take my brother to one of his competitive football games north of Perth. 12 o’clock wouldn’t come quick enough! 12 o’clock came and we arrived at Burswood Dome at approximately 2:30pm. Bought some merchandise, and mingled with the other beliebers. At 4:30 we had to meet Pat at the box office, and he gave us and about 100 more fans their wristbands. We walked through the stadium, and backstage to see Alfredo, Ryan, Dan and Kenny! Justin was waiting behind the black curtain and we had to go in groups of 4. We went in with 2 other random girls. At first I wasn’t going to stand next to stand next to Justin, I stood next to the other girl and my Mum was about to walk around to the other side when Kenny asked her “Is this your daughter ma’am?” So he moved the other girl around the other side so me, mum and Justin could stand next to each other! (I’m on the right of Justin, and My mum’s the one looking over). We then got escorted out into the stadium and waited there until all the meet and greets were over. Then we went to the main area. We could either go outside or stay in there and get to our seats first, we decided to stay inside as the lines were kilometres long. We were allowed to go to our seats first; it was empty! Then swarms of other girls entered and soon it eventually was full! The show started late, and Dash and Will; the opening act came on, Then DJ Tay James came on and DJ’ed for 15 minuted then it started!! I couldn’t contain my excitement! I swear Justin pointed at me during ‘U Smile’ and ‘Somebody To Love’ but it could’ve been someone next to, behind, or in front of me! At the end of the concert I had no voice, and my Mum couldn’t hear anything! We got home after midnight because of detours. That was My Bieber Experience! Pop star is in goddess mode in snippet from upcoming video, which band teased during Canadian tour stop. By John Mitchell Coldplay’s Chris Martin and Rihanna Photo: Getty Images Coldplay teased the upcoming video for their latest Mylo Xyloto single, “Princess of China,” during a tour stop in Edmonton, Canada, giving concertgoers their first look at Rihanna rocking the look she tweeted about from the video’s set in March. During the band’s performance of the song, the Barbadian pop diva appeared on an overhead video in full-on goddess mode with multiple sets of hands fanning out behind her and moving to the beat of the song. The guys of Coldplay are big fans of the “We Found Love” singer and told MTV News last year that they were excited to work with her because it was an opportunity to cross genres. “Her bit on our record is my favorite bit,” frontman Chris Martin told MTV News in September. “When the song came out, it sort of asked for her to be on it. And I think at this point, we have nothing to lose, and so we’ve been trying some new things and trying to break down the perceived boundaries between different types of music.” Coldplay have not yet announced when the full “Princess of China” video will premiere. Rihanna, who is also featured in Drake’s “Take Care” video , is readying her own clip for her new single “Where Have You Been.” She hasn’t said when the video will debut, but she posted some sexy stills from the clip to her Facebook earlier this week. The top seven sang for their lives on ‘Now and Then’ night; here’s how they all fared. By James Montgomery Joshua Ledet performs on “American Idol” Photo: Frank Micelotta/ Getty Images “American Idol” gave us the best of both worlds on Wednesday night, as the top seven sang something old and something new . That meant dusting off some classic soul tunes and coupling them with the current crop of shiny pop hits, and though you might not believe it, the results were actually pretty good. Yes, no doubt due to last week’s shocking near elimination of presumed front-runner Jessica Sanchez , the remaining “Idol” hopefuls were singing for their lives last night, and delivered a handful of genuinely great performances. Of course, a few tried to go outside the box, and the results… well, they were mixed. Still, a memorable show all around, and not just because of Colton Dixon’s Lady Gaga get-up. So who earned the night’s highest marks? Who should consider hiring a tutor? Read on for our “American Idol” report card! Joshua Ledet : Of course he did Fantasia. And, of course, his version of “I Believe” was amazing: lithe and limber, full of range and emotion, he’s the best male singer by a mile. Ledet also delivered big time with Sam Cooke’s “A Change Is Gonna Come,” which got off to an unintentionally hilarious start — Seacrest introduced it as “an emotional civil-rights anthem, coming to you live, from Joshua,” which was followed by a shot of Joshua holding a wind-up toy, grinning like a goofball — but no one was laughing by the end. He straight-up murdered it, with jaw-dropping power and prowess that earned him a standing ovation and some overtly sexual critique from Steven Tyler. Randy followed that up by taking shots at “The Voice,” only not overtly at all. Settle down, dawg. A Phillip Phillips : Let’s give a shoutout to Double P, who got out of the grouting business for one week only, first with a soft-core Skinemax take on Usher’s “U Got It Bad” and then a smooth (for him at least) spin through Wilson Pickett’s “In the Midnight Hour.” Both were perfect choices, playing to his strengths — he is handsome — both left the ladies wanting more, and both had Steven Tyler talking like detective John Shaft (“No chump love, sucka.”) Game on, Colton Dixon. B+ Jessica Sanchez : Her version of Alicia Keys’ “Fallin'” was yet another powerhouse, as she set her intensity level on “simmer” and just let things cook. (Though for a minute, we were worried one of those umbrellas was going to fall on her.) We weren’t as crazy about her take on Otis Redding’s “Try A Little Tenderness” — sure, it was big and brassy, but also kinda growly, and seemed like a cruise ship performance. And could there be trouble brewing on the high seas for the formerly indestructible Sanchez? She got the dreaded “you need to connect” advice from Randy et. al, and J.Lo almost forgot the name of her alter ego, which might not bode well for her down the stretch. B Skylar Laine : Wait, she did a Lady Gaga tune?!? Yep. Breaking free of her country container (it’s like Tupperware), Laine took on “Born This Way,” and we loved it. She’s got spark and attitude for days, and when you get the feeling she’s really pushing herself (like Wednesday or “Wind Beneath My Wings” a few weeks back) there might not be a better performer in the competition. On the flipside, her version of Marvin Gaye’s “Heard It Through the Grapevine,” wasn’t exactly great, and perhaps Laine needs to learn that just because you’re jumping around on the stage, it doesn’t mean you’re connecting with the song. Still, another strong week. She’s the dark horse from here on out. B ” Hollie Cavanagh : “No thinking, just singing ” seemed to be her mantra this week, and it worked. She completed her manifest destiny by doing Adele’s “Rolling in the Deep,” which was not only perhaps the biggest moment of the night, but had Steven Tyler talking about her tail feathers. Her version of Dusty’s “Son of a Preacher Man” was pretty much what you’d expect — faux swagger, some horns, a few nice notes — though the jury’s still out on whether Cavanagh actually connects with any of the voters. B Colton Dixon : For the second week in a row, he surprised with a song choice, taking Gaga’s “Bad Romance” down to the mall for a Hot Topic makeover. It didn’t necessarily work, but the girls loved it, so who cares? Though he needs to stop crouching like Spider-Man when he’s “rocking” out. Meanwhile, his version of Earth, Wind & Fire’s “September” got lost in an autumnal haze (maybe it had something to do with all the fallen leaves strewn atop his piano?) Not the strongest night for C. Dix… though we suspect he thought it went great. C- Elise Testone : A tale of two Testones tonight. She did Alicia Keys’ “No One” (we almost called it! ) and blew it out the box, with a performance that was restrained in all the right ways, big and booming in the best spots. But her gruff, kinda-goofy version of Marvin Gaye’s “Let’s Get It On” just never got on track and seemed like the worst possible song for her to sing. We love her, but we suspect this might be the week that does her in. C- Do you agree with our “American Idol” report card? Leave your comment below!
