Lil Wayne is being sued for $20 million by Darius “Deezle” Harrison, a producer who says he was not paid for his work on Lil’ Wayne’s 6 million selling album, The Carter III . Harrison says he produced “Lollipop,” “Mrs. Officer,” “Let The Beat Build,” “Whip It” and “Prostitute 2″ on the album, which he believes grossed over $70 million. Harrison is just the latest in a long line of producers who have claimed that they haven’t been paid for work on The Carter III . Lil Wayne plans to release The Carter IV this summer. The problem I have with Victoria’s Secret is that the women never have nipples. A woman says that she was raped during a Lil Wayne recording session that occurred during Grammy weekend this year. Fortunately, Weezy is not the one being accused. According to TMZ , producer Noel “Detail” Fisher is accused of holding a female catering assistant against her will overnight and raping her at his house in Canyon Country, CA where Lil Wayne was recording. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ cops are looking into allegations that Detail held her against her will overnight and sexually assaulted her … after which she managed to escape and alert police. We’re told she was questioned in the hospital, where she also submitted to a rape test. So far, no word on the results. Law enforcement sources tell us the investigation is still ongoing and Lil Wayne is not mentioned anywhere in the report. Songwriter Claude Kelly says Jonas Brother is ‘willing to take chances.’ By Jocelyn Vena Joe Jonas Photo: Gustavo Caballero/ Getty Images Joe Jonas promised that on his forthcoming solo album , he’s going to be singing about his life, and that means songs about some very famous ladies might make the final cut. Songwriter Claude Kelly, who has been working with Joe in a New York studio, said that nothing is being held back. “My process when I go in with an artist is to ask them right off the bat, ‘What’s going on in your life?’ … and he hasn’t held back at all,” Kelly dished to MTV News. “He’s like, ‘I want to talk about this girl or how hot she is or we’re breaking up or we’re together.’ He’ll say it, and he’ll put his life in the song, which makes the best songs.” With names like Taylor Swift, Ashley Greene (who he very recently broke up with) and Camilla Belle floating around in Joe’s dating past, it seems that this inside scoop will make for some fun listening. “It’s gonna be good, absolutely,” Kelly added. “And that’s the fun part: to let [fans] figure it out and let them listen to it over and over and dissect those parts. So, I was blown away about how together he was on this record and how willing he was to take chances.” Kelly and Joe have worked on two songs together, and Kelly said he’s eager to see what the two of them can cook up next. “I was really impressed with his artistry,” he said. “He really knows what he wants. His vocals are really awesome, range-wise.” Joe, who already has legions of girls drooling over his hunkiness, plans to up that hot-guy ante on this record. “Obviously, he’s a sex symbol already, but he’s really gonna play into a sex-symbol role and get the girls on his side,” Kelly revealed. “He’s doing edgier, more urban music. I’ve been working with [producer] Danja. It’s edgy, urban pop where he can showcase his voice in a way people haven’t heard him before. By Adam Graham Karen Rodriguez Photo: FOX “Love Will Lead You Back” paved a path straight to elimination for Karen Rodriguez, who was shown the door on Thursday’s (March 17) elimination episode of “American Idol.” The 21-year-old bilingual-singing New Yorker, who was praised by Steven Tyler for her “ethnic what-it-is-ness” on Wednesday’s performance episode , pleaded her case before the judges when asking them to use the season’s one save to spare her another week. “I know I can do so much better, and I know you guys believe in me,” she said, fighting back tears, after a Hail Mary rendition of Mariah Carey’s “Hero.” But it wasn’t enough: While Randy Jackson said the decision was not unanimous, the judges decided not to let Rodriguez sing another day in the competition. It was Rodriguez’s second straight trip to the bottom three, real estate she shared this week with Naima Adedapo and Haley Reinhart. Adedapo was the first to be shown mercy by host Ryan Seacrest, leaving Reinhart and Rodriguez behind to face the music. Ultimately it was Rodriguez — who performed Taylor Dayne’s 1990 hit “Love Will Lead You Back” on Wednesday’s show, while wearing a sci-fi silver miniskirt and a Snooki-like pouf atop her head — that came up on the short end of America’s votes. During the teary goodbye, Rodriguez was consoled by the three judges, as well as her fellow contestants. When they were sent to the bottom three earlier in the show, neither Reinhart nor Adedapo seemed very surprised with their fates. Reinhart, who in a winding speech explained that she ultimately sees herself combining “rock and funk and blues” into one style (note: she sang Whitney Houston’s “I’m Your Baby Tonight” this week), gave a sighing “yippee!” when Seacrest told her she might be in the bottom three. Later, she mock dusted off her chair before sitting down in the same seat she held the week prior. Adedapo, who mouthed “wonder who?” when she was told it was either her or the week-winning Stefano Langone in the bottom three, practically marched to her seat before Seacrest even read the results. Call it the curse of the ladies: So far this season, a male has yet to land in the bottom of the bunch. Thia Megia thought she was going to see the wrath of the bottom three and explained to the judges that she’s got more in her than she’s shown thus far. “If you guys put me through, I’ll do so much better,” she said. “I can show so much more.” She survived another week, but she should be held to her promise to step things up a notch beyond the bland balladry she’s shown to date. Everyone else was safe to sit back and watch the show, which squeezed in performances by the Black Eyed Peas (who dedicated their new single “Just Can’t Get Enough” to “our friends in Japan”) and “American Idol” season-nine winner Lee DeWyze, who performed the sleepy, John Mayer-like ballad “Beautiful Like You” from his album Live It Up. The show opened with a medley of Steppenwolf’s “Born to be Wild” (sang by the guys) and Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way” (the girls), a cheeky homage to the week’s songs-from-your-birth-year theme.
