Teresa Giudice: Pissed at Andy Cohen Over Sentencing Comments!

Teresa Giudice may be going to jail in the very near future, but instead of keeping her nose clean and figuring out how to best provide for her children in the event that she gets locked up, Teresa has chosen to focus on what’s really important: Biting the hand that feeds her by feuding with her Bravo boss Andy Cohen! Yes, we learned earlier today that Teresa earns an astonishing $700,000 per season from The Real Housewives of New Jersey , and even though her job and the entire Housewives franchise might not exist without Cohen, she’s still taking him to task for comments he made on his show recently. On Tuesday night’s Watch What Happens Live , Cohen said of Teresa and her husband: “[They] didn’t get out of jail by being on Housewives of New Jersey …They are going to have to do whatever time they do.” Teresa somehow interpreted this as Cohen “joking” about her situation, and sources say she is now refusing to premiere on WWHL on Sunday, as originally scheduled. “She would prefer Andy not make any comments about the sentencing, because she doesn’t want to do anything that could affect what the punishment will be,” says a friend of Teresa’s. “It’s one thing for the legal proceedings to play out on the show, but Andy isn’t a lawyer, and shouldn’t discuss things he knows nothing about.” We’re not lawyers either, but we’re pretty sure that nothing Andy Cohen says on TV will result in Teresa receiving more jail time. After receiving the same distinction in 2011 , Swift earned more Benjamins than anyone else in the industry over the past 12 months, raking in $39,699,575.60 to claim the top spot over Justin Timberlake and Kenny Chesney. To compile its list, Billboard ranked performers “by U.S. earnings, calculated from touring, recorded- music sales, publishing royalties and revenue from digital music and video streaming.” Here’s the great thing, though: Taylor spends her money wisely. The Real Housewives of Orange County are preparing for a new season full of new faces. Kicking off April 14, Season 9 of this Bravo franchise will feature the returns of series regulars Tamra Judge, Vicki Gunvalson and Heather Dubrow, along with new three new cast members: Shannon Beador  Lizzie Rovsek Danielle Gregorio Here’s your first look at the complete cast, minus Gregorio, who will only be a recurring player. In White Folks News: Teresa Giudice Pleads Guilty To Fraud Charges, Faces Up To 27 Months In Prison

Teresa will be trading in her designer clothes for a government issued wardrobe. Teresa Giudice Pleads Guilty In Fraud Case Now is the time to make nice with her brother and sister-in-law…someone has to look after the babies. According to People: Teresa Giudice has pleaded guilty to four counts of fraud. After arriving hand-in-hand with husband Joe Giudice on Tuesday, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star stood before the judge in the U.S. District Court in Newark and pleaded guilty to the counts, including conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and three counts of bankruptcy fraud. “Today I took responsibility for a series of mistakes I made several years ago,” said Giudice in a statement given to PEOPLE by her lawyer. The Giudices originally pleaded not guilty last November, but both entered guilty pleas Tuesday as part of a reported deal that could still mean prison time for both. “I am heartbroken that this is affecting my family. Especially my four young daughters, who mean more to me than anything in the world,” Teresa said in the statement. Although she won’t be sentenced until July 8, Teresa faces 21 to 27 months in federal prison, according to her attorney, while Joe will likely serve between 37 and 46 months. The attorney also says they have the right to ask for probation. “I have said throughout that I respect the legal process and thus, I intend to address the court directly at sentencing,” she said in her statement. “I will describe the choices I made, continue to take responsibility for my decision and express my remorse to Judge Salas and the public.” At least she is admitting her role in this instead of continuing to deny the accusations.

Farrah Abraham, Amber Portwood, Catelynn Lowell to Star on Teen Mom Reunion Specials

Farrah Abraham, Amber Portwood and Catelynn Lowell are reuniting on MTV. Sort of. The network is airing catch-up specials on the three original Teen Mom stars. A lot has happened since they first starred on 16 & Pregnant, for sure. One of the four women pictured above has become a full-on porn star. One of them has done a year and a half of time in an Indiana prison. One continues to have relationship issues with her fiance/stepbrother. One does not have a catch-up special coming up for some reason. No clue why Maci Bookout won’t be joining Farrah Abraham, Amber Portwood , and Catelynn Lowell, but those three will each be featured Sunday night. MTV will air three one-hour documentary specials back-to-back-to-back. They’ll be called Being Farrah, Being Catelynn , and Being Amber, airing in that order. In one of our favorite tabloid reports of 2014 thus far, Selena Gomez has recruited Demi Lovato and Taylor Swift in a plan to “take down” Miley Cyrus. You’re not even gonna believe why, THGers. Actually, maybe you will. Life & Style claims Lovato and Swift are helping Gomez “plot revenge” against Cyrus for – yes hooking up with Justin Bieber – while he was dating Gomez. A purported Gomez “insider” quoted by the magazine says, “Both Taylor and Demi know how heartbroken Selena’s been, and hate what Miley did to her.” Adds the source of the alleged alliance, “All four girls used to be friendly, but when Selena heard Miley started making moves on Justin, it went downhill.” Of course, it’s very much unclear if that ever happened … but whatever. If you except this hilarious story as even remotely true, which is a major stretch, how are they planning this supposedly epic takedown of Miley Cyrus? “By refusing to attend the same parties and club events as Miley, and trash talking her to anyone who’ll listen,” for starters, they hope to end her reign. The end goal of this smear camapign, an insider alleges? “Freezing Miley out of lucrative appearances that used to net her a jaw-dropping $300,000 a night.” Wait a second now … Miley Cyrus does paid appearances? Since when? All four ladies are huge celebrities at this point, with successful careers and tours. Neither is relying on money from club appearances a la Farrah Abraham. Also, Miley Cyrus being frozen out of anything? That’s clearly not happening. Her profile continues to grow with every Twerk or fan’s thong she eats . Not shockingly, according to a Gomez insider, the story is totally bogus: “There is no conspiracy against Miley. These girls are all way too busy in their lives to be participating in the nonsense described in this ridiculous story.” Well that’s just too logical and not nearly fun enough. Boo. Joe And Teresa Giudice Hit With More Charges Teresa talked about being strong for her children on “Watch What Happens Live,” but she needs to be strong to avoid becoming someone’s baldhead beyotch in jail. According to NY Daily News: Two stars of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” are facing additional federal fraud charges. Giuseppe “Joe” Giudice, 43, and Teresa Giudice, 41, were each indicted Monday on one count of bank fraud and one count of loan application fraud. Authorities allege the couple prepared a mortgage loan application stating that Teresa Giudice worked as a real estate agent and made $15,000 a month. In reality, authorities said, she was not employed. Monday’s charges are in addition to a 39-count indictment handed down in July, charging the couple with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud. Joe Giudice also allegedly failed to file tax returns from 2004 to 2008. The north Jersey residents, parents to four young daughters and known on the show for their lavish lifestyle and massive home, pleaded not guilty in July and are scheduled to be arraigned on the new charges Wednesday. Henry Klingeman, a lawyer for Teresa Giudice, said she plans to plead not guilty to the new charges. “She looks forward to defending herself at the trial, scheduled for February 24, 2014,” Klingeman said in a statement. “Beyond that, we will answer all of the charges in court, not out.” Miles Feinstein, a lawyer for Joe Giudice, said his client plans to also plead not guilty. “Our position is that it’s really piling on,” Feinstein said. They need Iyanla Vanzant and Oliva Pope to fix this.

Teresa Giudice Indictment Prompts Concern Among Housewives

With word of the Teresa Giudice fraud case spreading around the nation, many cast members involved with the Real Housewives franchise are concerned about this mother of four. “She may need some help raising those children,” Lea Black (Miami) tells People . “The consequences may be bigger than anyone would think.” During the 39-charge indictment and subsequent court hearing last week, it came out that Joe Giudice is not an American citizen and could face deportation if found guilty over certain crimes. “I feel really bad because I really like Teresa,” Jill Zarin (New York) also tells the magazine. “She is a sweet girl and a good mother. I only want the best for her and her family.” Late last week, Bethenny Frankel took the opposite approach. She said that Teresa did something dumb and did it on television and she therefore has no sympathy for the reality star. But Black can’t help but have a sensitive spot for what’s taking place. “It’s a bad situation for them to be in,” she says . “You don’t kick someone when they’re down. They’ve got four kids, they’re in a lot of trouble and they’re trying to survive.”
