Bethenny Frankel: No Sympathy for Teresa Giudice!

If Teresa Giudice is looking for sympathy these days, she may wanna look someplace other than in the heart of a former member of the Bravo family. With Giudice and her husband facing 39 counts of fraud and up to five decades in jail, Bethenny Frankel was asked yesterday about Teresa’s legal plight. “I haven’t paid that much attention,” Frankel said at the Television Critics Association summer press tour. “Do I feel sorry for them? No, I don’t. Not so much, because it broke the law. You broke the law and you went on television. That’s not really that smart.” Frankel is going through an ugly divorce from Jason Hoppy , however. And because the estranged couple has a young daughter, the talk show maven and successful entrepreneur does feel for Teresa and Joe Giudice’s four children. “Their kids didn’t sign up for this,” she said. The Giudices are the parents to Gia, 12, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 7, and Audriana, 3. They are due in court against on August 14 and Joe Giudice – technically an Italian citizen – could be deported if he’s found guilty on certain charges. Teresa is doing her best to remain calm in the face of such a possibility. Teresa Giudice Spinoff Ideas: On Hold

Anderson Cooper to Teresa Giudice: Grow Up!

Thank you, Anderson Cooper. The world’s most pathetic reality star appeared on this host’s talk show yesterday, whining as usual about her innocence… and how she’s a victim… and how she’s constantly under attack… … when Cooper stepped in and tried to shut Teresa Giudice up by telling her she sounds like a 12-year old. Watch the outstanding exchange now: Teresa Giudice on Anderson Teresa, of course, has been making headlines ever since The Real Housewives of New Jersey aired its season finale. Melissa Gorga doesn’t ever want to speak to her sister-in-law again. Jacqueline Laurita has told Teresa to go to Hell. And Giudice herself has admitted she needs help. Come on, though. We all know what Teresa will soon get: a raise from Bravo.

Insane Clown Posse Fans Designated as Gang By FBI; Hip-Hop Duo Files Lawsuit

Insane Clown Posse is not taking kindly to its fans being designated a gang by the FBI. The hip-hop duo is suing the government for last month’s labeling of its followers (collectively the Juggalos) as a “loosely-organized hybrid gang,” according to band’s website. ICP filed a Freedom of Information Act request demanding the FBI release the information that the organization to label their fans “a criminal organization formed on the street.” Since there was no response, the band’s reps filed a lawsuit. The suit accuses the FBI of “failure to produce any documentary evidence in support of the FBI’s classification of the groups’ fan base” in its annual National Gang Threat Assessment report. Said report likened the Juggalos to the MS-13, Crips and Bloods. It also revealed that Juggalos have infiltrated the U.S. military and use social networking “to communicate and expand.” ICP rapper Shaggy 2 Dope told the Village Voice: “You’re trying to grow love in your country and s–t. Then the head of your country, the FBI, just turns around and f–king kicks you in the nuts. How are you supposed to respond to that?” Filing a giant ass lawsuit apparently. In more uplifting news, you gotta see ICP break down “Call Me Maybe” .

Teresa Giudice Admits: I Need Help

One Real Housewives of New Jersey castmate is done with her . Another wants her to go to Hell . No, it’s not easy to be Teresa Giudice these days, as the reality star opens up in the latest In Touch Weekly and admits she suffered a breakdown following the Season 4 reunion special. “After the taping was done, I broke down. I started crying, and I couldn’t stop,” Teresa tells the tabloid. Despite apparent evidence to the contrary, meanwhile, Giudice insists she never set out to expose sister-in-law Melissa Gorga as a former stripper. “I know in my heart I did nothing. I feel like I’m making myself sick over this,” she says. The supposedly Real Housewife also refers to her non-existent bond with her brother as “heartbreaking” and wonders whether fame is to blame for their falling out. Does this mean she’s quitting the show? Of course not. “I need help,” she at least admits. “Everyone is against me and ganging up on me.” For more from Giudice, pick up the new issue of In Touch . It’s on newsstands now.

Teresa Giudice Previews Hurt, Shock to Come on The Real Housewives of New Jersey

The new season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey premieres on April 22, and it will be filled with calm, rational discussions around the dinner table, each week ending in a group hug and a reminder of just why these women are such close friends. JUST KIDDING! Upcoming episodes will be chock full of drama, fighting and “a lot of hurtful and shocking moments,” says Teresa Giudice. The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 4 Preview Always at the center of the action, Giudice tells People she’s “still saddened by what transpired,” a lot of which had to do with sister-in-law Melissa Gorga . “Melissa and I are family and we have our ups and downs just like any family. That is life,” says Giudice , who Gorga believes tried to expose her past as a stripper last year, a past Gorga denies. Teresa adds that her feuds with Jacqueline Laurita and Caroline Manzo will reach a boiling point on season four, as those two “change when the cameras are rolling.” How does Giudice explain her own behavior on the show? I live by a strong set of morals and family values and if I am being attacked I will stick up for myself,” she says. “I am a strong woman and it is important for me to defend my character if it is being assassinated. It was a very difficult to go through and especially hurtful when family is involved.”

Floyd Mayweather Sentenced to 90 Days in Jail for Domestic Assault

Floyd Mayweather is undefeated in the boxing ring. But the multiple-time, multiple-weight class champion just lost a battle in court: a judge sentenced him to 90 days in prison. Mayweather was arrested in September of 2010 after ex-girlfriend Josie Harris, the mother of his children, accused the athlete of hitting her in the head in front of the former couple’s kids. Following the incident, this Grand Rapids, Michigan native agreed to a deal with prosecutors in which he pleaded guilty to misdemeanor domestic violence in exchange for lawyers dropping any felony charges. He also pleaded no contest to a pair of misdemeanor harassment charges stemming from an alleged threat to beat up his kids. Mayweather must begin serving his sentence on January 3. He must also complete 100 hours of community service and a 12-month domestic violence program. So much for that spring bout with Manny Pacquiao. [Photo: WENN.com]

One More Year: 2012 Mayan Apocalypse Countdown Starts TODAY!

The countdown to the end of the world is ON, people. We’re one year away from December 21, 2012, the date that the ancient Mayan Long Count calendar allegedly marked as the end of the world and humanity as we know it. But will it? Guess we’ll find out in 365 days. There have been many such proclamations – Christian radio guy Harold Camping botched two this year alone – but the Mayan prophecy seems to have the most clout. The Mayan civilization, which reached its height from 300 A.D. to 900 A.D., had a talent for astronomy, as advanced mathematics and primitive astronomy flourished. After creating allegedly the world’s most accurate calendar, the Mayans predicted the world’s end, marked by a solar shift, a Venus transit, violent earthquakes, etc. Their Long Count calendar begins in 3,114 B.C., marking time in roughly 394-year periods known as Baktuns. The 13th, and FINAL, Baktun ends December 21, 2012. Basically, we are beyond f*%ked. You heard it here. Enjoy your final Baktun, become a fan of THG on Facebook and help us break a million followers by that date! Also, VOTE: Will the world end on 12/21/12?

Combined, these counts could land Joe in jail for over 10 years. Teresa’s 40-year old squeeze has also been arrested for DUI and accused of hiding assets from the court after filing for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2009.
