Kanye, time to give up those coins. Kanye Sued For Attacking Photographer At LAX Kanye beat the criminal case, but he’s about to get robbed ski-mask style. According to TMZ Kanye West left an innocent photog in crutches after a brutal assault at LAX last month — when Kanye attempted to wrestle away the pap’s camera — so says the photog himself, and now he’s filed a lawsuit against the rapper. Daniel Ramos appeared with his lawyer Gloria Allred at a news conference Wednesday, where Gloria announced the lawsuit for assault, battery, and interference with Daniel’s civil rights (in this case free speech). Daniel — who called himself a “filmmaker” — says he spent two weeks on crutches after the attack, and has been walking with a cane for some time. He says he’s still in pain. Gloria argued the attack sets a dangerous precedent for celebrity-on-photog violence, especially now that various celebs are actually celebrating unprovoked attacks on photogs. Gloria says she’s also asking the court to issue a restraining order against Kanye. Ramos is suing for unspecified damages. Kanye has to learn to not let these dudes get to him. WTF is going on two weeks before we make one of the biggest decisions this year?? First we had that chicken little loudmouthed prick Donald Trump flossin’ his “big news” all over twitter and news stations, and now attention slore Gloria Allred came out of the woodwork with her own “undercover” operation. We’re used to uncivilized elections in this country but dayum…can we please get through the final weeks before we make our own educated guess vote for who we want to run our country without these two fools diggin’ up more dirt on the candidates?!?!? According to TMZ , Allred’s mission to a Boston courthouse tomorrow has to do with a very high-profile court case that Mittens was involved in! Mitt Romney was heavily involved in the extremely messy divorce of one of his key supporters … and the Boston Globe is going to court first thing Wednesday morning in an attempt to unseal the court file as well as lift a gag order … TMZ has learned. The divorce was between Staples co-founder Tom Stemberg and his first wife Maureen. We’re told the divorce battle lasted for years and was extremely ugly. Sources tell us Romney gave both a deposition in the divorce and testified in the trial. According to our sources, the Boston Globe got a tip that there was “juicy information about Romney” in the sealed documents. Romney, Stemberg and Maureen were all served papers by the Globe notifying them that the paper was trying to unseal the case and lift the gag order enforced on all parties. According to an article in the Boston Globe in 2005, Maureen received nearly 500,000 shares of Staples stock in the divorce … but sold half her shares before the company went public. Our sources say Tom has filed papers opposing the Globe’s motion. Romney’s lawyers have not responded. Tom has been a major Romney supporter, even speaking for five minutes at the Republican National Convention.We’re told Gloria Allred represents someone connected with the divorce and we believe — though we have not confirmed it — that is Maureen. If the gag order is lifted, Maureen and others could freely talk about the divorce … less than two weeks before the election. We’re pretty sure Wddnesday is going to be a huge day in news. John Travolta’s second masseur accuser, John Truesdale, will no longer be known as John Doe No. 2 after the New York Daily News unearthed his name. Reporters from the paper tracked down the Mandarin Oriental Atlanta hotel employee in Georgia. You can follow this link to see a photo of Truesdale . The 250-pound, 40-year-old masseur is an ex-football player and certified black belt who sought to remain anonymous while accusing the star of sexual battery . He can forget about the anonymous part now. “I thought I was supposed to be anonymous,” Truesdale said outside Smyrna, Ga. home. “The paparazzi are here for me? I can’t believe it,” he laughed. Aside from cracking a few jokes, he didn’t reveal much, declining to talk to reporters about claims that Travolta stripped naked and started humping a massage table in front of Truesdale, among other things, in a private hotel suite in January. “I can’t talk about [the case],” he said. “I’m not allowed to comment.” In a surprise move last week, Truesdale dropped his lawsuit against the actor … then hired Gloria Allred to represent him, which can only mean another suit. “I can confirm that we do represent Mr. Truesdale, and that we have great confidence in him,” said Allred, the famed victims’ rights powerhouse attorney. “We are conferring with him regarding the next course of action in this matter. Neither our client nor our law firm have any other comment at this time.” Allred also represents the first accuser of sexual assault against Travolta, who also dropped his original lawsuit, and whose identity has not been released. Looks like Herman Cain isn’t going to take these accusations lying down. He’ll meet them head on. He just has to get a good feel of the situation. After a fifth accuser has pointed out Cain for his free hands, he decided to address the issue with this email that went out to supporters: “The fact is that Ms. Bialek has had a long and troubled history, from the courts to personal finances – which may help explain why she has come forward 14 years after an alleged incident with Mr. Cain, powered by celebrity attorney and long term Democrat donor Gloria Allred,” the email says. On Monday, Bialek told reporters that, in 1997, Cain put his hand under her skirt and pushed her head toward his crotch. Cain’s campaign calls the allegations “patently false.” In an effort to discredit Bialek, the email lists six specific civil lawsuits in which Bialek was a defendant, in addition to citing a report saying that Bialek was sued over a paternity matter in 1999. The email also argues that Bialek has filed for bankruptcy twice and worked for nine employers over the last 17 years. “The questions should be – who is financing her legal team, have any media agreed to pay for her story, and has she been offered employment for taking these actions?” We see Cain finally trying to get a handle of the situation. Protecting her client from whatever may be released in the future, Allred told TMZ this morning: “Ms. Lee has asked me to issue this statement, because an individual has threatened her with a release of another statement which purports to be from her, but which she has not authorized. “Ginger would like it to be known that she has not authorized any person, except me, her attorney, to issue statements on her behalf. Any unauthorized statement may contain inaccuracies and should be viewed with suspicion and not published.” In other words: some dude is about to reveal explosive information about Lee and she’s trying to stay ahead of it.
