People Aint Isht: Man Made Pregnant Wife Wear Dog Collar, Chained Her To The Bed And Used A Gulf Putter To Have Forced Sex With Her For Two Days

This is crazy . Man Has Forced Sex With Wife According to Mail Online A Silicon Valley real estate magnate has been accused of putting a spiked dog collar and leash on his pregnant wife before chaining her to the bed at gunpoint for two days and having forced sex with her with a golf putter. Details of the alleged horrific incident emerged in court this week during 74-year-old Clyde Berg’s preliminary hearing on charges of corporal injury of a spouse and sexual penetration by force. His Swedish wife Ellena Berg, 37, was found bloodied and bound in the couple’s San Jose home last year when she was nine-months pregnant and told police her elderly husband outfitted her with the leash and chained her to the bed while sexually assaulting her with the golf club. Berg is not the father of her child. She took the stand yesterday at Santa Clara County Hall of Justice to present her version of events to a judge who must now decide if there is enough evidence to hold Berg over for trial. The real estate magnate – who is worth $200 million – vehemently denies the charges and claims he’s the victim of a scam to get around a restrictive prenuptial agreement. He faces 15 years to life in prison. During her testimony yesterday, Ellena shocked the court by refusing to answer to key questions – one about a night in 2010 when she was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence and how her two previous pregnancies ended. The San Jose Mercury News reported that when the 37-year-old said, ‘I refuse to answer that’, in response to one of the questions, the judge’s eyes widened. The Swedish native has claimed in a 43-page civil suit that the incident capped off ten years of physical and sexual abuse at the hands of her husband. The divorce papers state that Clyde Berg wielded his considerable power against her like ‘a weapon of mass destruction’ and claim she lived in virtual isolation ‘as a slave’ in fear of his unpredictable physical and sexual abuse. She said he made her drink out of a dog’s water bowl and dunked her head in the toilet after she vomited from morning sickness. There have already been doubts raised about her account of what happened on the night of September 4 after gynecological reports that arguably show Ellena Berg did not sustain the degree of sexual abuse she claims and questions were raised as to how she was able to call 911 while her hands were cuffed behind her back. Clyde Berg is the brother and business partner of billionaire Carl Berg, one of the richest people in the United States. Ellena Berg has also obtained a restraining order against Clyde Berg and has custody of Rudy, the couple’s beloved Weimaraner, whom she claimed was also abused by her estranged husband. She is his third wife. You would think with all that money, he could pay to “talk to someone” before going batisht crazy.

Lawsuits: Kanye West Sued For Putting Them Paws On Photographer At LAX

Kanye, time to give up those coins. Kanye Sued For Attacking Photographer At LAX Kanye beat the criminal case, but he’s about to get robbed ski-mask style. According to TMZ Kanye West left an innocent photog in crutches after a brutal assault at LAX last month — when Kanye attempted to wrestle away the pap’s camera — so says the photog himself, and now he’s filed a lawsuit against the rapper. Daniel Ramos appeared with his lawyer Gloria Allred at a news conference Wednesday, where Gloria announced the lawsuit for assault, battery, and interference with Daniel’s civil rights (in this case free speech). Daniel — who called himself a “filmmaker” — says he spent two weeks on crutches after the attack, and has been walking with a cane for some time. He says he’s still in pain. Gloria argued the attack sets a dangerous precedent for celebrity-on-photog violence, especially now that various celebs are actually celebrating unprovoked attacks on photogs. Gloria says she’s also asking the court to issue a restraining order against Kanye. Ramos is suing for unspecified damages. Kanye has to learn to not let these dudes get to him. One word: anger management. Splash News

What Would Jesus Do: Pope Francis On Gay Priests In The Catholic Church “Who Am I To Judge?”

Can the gay community be fully embraced in any religion? Pope Francis Reaches Out To The Gays Via HuffPo reports: Pope Francis reached out to gays on Monday, saying he wouldn’t judge priests for their sexual orientation in a remarkably open and wide-ranging news conference as he returned from his first foreign trip. “If someone is gay and he searches for the Lord and has good will, who am I to judge?” Francis asked. His predecessor, Pope Benedict XVI, signed a document in 2005 that said men with deep-rooted homosexual tendencies should not be priests. Francis was much more conciliatory, saying gay clergymen should be forgiven and their sins forgotten. Francis’ remarks came Monday during a plane journey back to the Vatican from his first foreign trip in Brazil. He was funny and candid during a news conference that lasted almost an hour and a half. He didn’t dodge a single question, even thanking the journalist who raised allegations reported by an Italian newsmagazine that one of his trusted monsignors was involved in a scandalous gay tryst. Francis said he investigated and found nothing to back up the allegations. Francis was asked about Italian media reports suggesting that a group within the church tried to blackmail fellow church officials with evidence of their homosexual activities. Italian media reported this year that the allegations contributed to Benedict’s decision to resign While stressing Catholic social teaching that calls for homosexuals to be treated with dignity and not marginalized, Francis said it was something else entirely to conspire to use private information for blackmail or to exert pressure. Francis was responding to reports that a trusted aide was involved in an alleged gay tryst a decade ago. He said he investigated the allegations according to canon law and found nothing to back them up. But he took journalists to task for reporting on the matter, saying the allegations concerned matters of sin, not crimes like sexually abusing children. And when someone sins and confesses, he said, God not only forgives but forgets. “We don’t have the right to not forget,” he said. The Catholic Church is making progress but until they move forward with their views on women in the church growth within the church will remain stagnant Continue reading

Doc Rivers Traded to Clippers in Exchange for Draft Pick

The doctor is out in Boston. Following days’ worth of rumors and speculations, the Celtics and Clippers completed an unusual trade last night, though it is pending official league approval: Head Coach Doc Rivers has been dealt to Los Angeles in exchange for that club’s 2015 draft pick. The Clippers are expected to sign Rivers to a three-year/$21 million contract, hoping his hiring assures a return of free agent Chris Paul and enables the franchise to take a step farther in the playoffs next season. The Celtics, meanwhile, are in rebuilding mode and saw no need to pay $7 million per year to a coach who had no chance of leading them to a title. Boston has scheduled a news conference scheduled for noon today, where, insiders confirm, Rivers is expected to explain his decision to leave the city after nine mostly successful seasons.

LAPD Gun Buyback Moved Up in Response to CT Shooting

The city of Los Angeles is holding its annual gun buyback event at two locations today in response to the mass shooting in Newtown , Conn., this month. In a campaign that probably wouldn’t inspire a Jesse James’ gun rant , LAPD officials don’t try to take away your guns – they basically buy them off you. The guns can be turned in anonymously, with no questions asked, in exchange for up to $100 in Ralph’s gift cards for handguns, shotguns and rifles. Assault weapons can fetch up to $200 in rewards cards at the grocery store. Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa created the gun buyback program in 2009. So far, it is credited with getting close to 8,000 firearms off the streets. Just last May, LAPD officials collected 1,673 firearms, including 53 assault weapons, 791 handguns, 302 shotguns and one anti-tank rocket launcher. Villaraigosa announced last week that the gun buyback, usually held in the spring, would be moved up to give Angelenos a chance to take “concrete action.” “Too often we wake up with another headline that reminds us we are too late,” Villaraigosa said at a news conference last week in response to the CT massacre. “In Los Angeles, we believe we should stand together.”

The Side-Eye: NRA Finally Breaks Their Silence With A Shady Azz Statement

So basically, what you’re sayin’ is… According to Politico , the NRA made an announcement, just so they could announce that they’ll hold a press conference Friday: The National Rifle Association is promising to make “meaningful contributions” as the debate surrounding gun violence in the United States rages, the group announced Tuesday. Breaking the NRA’s five days of silence after the deadly shootings in Newtown, Conn., the largest gun rights group in the country announced a news conference in Washington, D.C., on Friday to address the issue. “The National Rifle Association of America is made up of four million moms and dads, sons and daughters – and we were shocked, saddened and heartbroken by the news of the horrific and senseless murders in Newtown,” the statement said. “Out of respect for the families, and as a matter of common decency, we have given time for mourning, prayer and a full investigation of the facts before commenting.” The group’s statement continued: “The NRA is prepared to offer meaningful contributions to help make sure this never happens again” Do they really think a week after this tragedy is still a good time to have a cotdayum press conference??
