Happy 26th Birthday, Megan Fox!

Megan Fox turns 26 today and allow us to offer this piece of advice to anyone wanting to with her a happy birthday AND a happy pregnancy: Stick to the former. Fox can be a bit prickly when asked about the latter. Still, between you and us, the actress and Brian Austin Green are reportedly expecting their first child together and we wish them nothing but the best. Professionally, meanwhile, Fox is starting to land roles that see her as much more than a pretty face. She appeared this year in critically-acclaimed hit Friends with Kids and will next be seen in the quasi Knocked Up sequel/spinoff, This is 40 . Wish Fox (and David Boreanaz! And Janet Jackson! R.I.P.: Dick Clark Dies at 82

Radio and TV host/personality/entrepreneur Dick Clark has died at the age of 82, reports the AP . The “American Bandstand”/”New Year’s Rockin’ Eve” fixture had suffered a heart attack following an outpatient procedure in Santa Monica. Over the course of his six-decade career Clark also produced awards shows including the American Music Awards (which he founded), the Emmy Awards, and the Golden Globes; he even dabbled in film, writing and starring in the 1968 crime drama Killers Three . Killers Three marked the rare acting gig for Clark, who found far greater success behind the camera as producer and in front of it as the host of numerous television programs and game shows over the years. In it, Clark starred as one of a trio of North Carolinian criminals who embark on a crime spree and head to California. It’s certainly not one of Clark’s best-known works — The New York Times called it ” flimsy ” in its 1969 review — but the film, and Clark’s turn as a cop-killing criminal, is a curious little-known addition to his legacy. Of course, there was the time Clark popped up on the blooper episode of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air , uttered the line “Lemme break you off a little somethin’,” and showed Will Smith how it was done. Cissy Houston "Vindicated" by Bobby Brown Arrest, Pushing for Distance from Granddaughter

When Bobby Brown was arrested this week on suspicion of DUI, few people were surprised. It wasn’t exactly the singer’s first arrest. Among those who saw another run in with the law coming for this New Edition members? Cissy Houston, the mother of Whitney who has been telling everyone in her circle that Bobby is a bad influence on 19-year old granddaughter Bobbi Kristina. Sources tell TMZ Cissy feels “vindicated” by the arrest and hopes the incident helps her case: that Brown should “keep his distance” from his child, who has been going through a great deal of turmoil since her mom’s passing last month. Referring to her dad, one insider says: “This is the last person she needs to be around.” It doesn’t sound like Bobbi will need much convincing. Rumors state that the teenager is hoping to change her last name in the near future in order to separate herself as much as possible from her law-breaking parent. [Photo: WENN.com]

Steve Hirsch on Octomom Nude Pics: Weak!

Octomom’s topless photo shoot in Closer Magazine , which hit the Internet yesterday, didn’t exactly impress Steve Hirsch of Vivid Entertainment fame. From a business perspective at least. Yes, the Octomom nude pics were eye-opening from a certain standpoint, but Hirsch can’t believe how much she just lowered her XXX market value. Hirsch, if you recall, offered Octo (a.k.a. Nadya Suleman) $1 MILLION in 2009 to star in a movie with his company. She shot that offer down hard. Ditto the $500,000 offer he made her in 2010 for ONE SCENE. The point of all this ? Closer allegedly paid her a modest 10 grand for the nude pics. Citing a “market correction,” yet intrigued by Nadya’s sudden willingness to get naked, Hirsch is making her another offer to join the Vivid ranks. The deal: $100,000 to appear in THREE hardcore sex scenes. A million bucks was so ’09. “Regrettably your market value has diminished,” he says. She might be desperate enough to strip down to pay rent, but nude stills are a far cry from getting probed on video. Don’t hold your breath Steve.

Madonna: Banned From Piers Morgan Tonight!

Piers Morgan has banned Madonna from his show. The reason why is a mystery, but Piers tweeted to Madge on Tuesday night, “Welcome to Twitter. You’re still banned from my show. Love Piers X.” That about clears up his feelings on the singer. Madonna’s manager, Guy Oseary, replied, “Really?” and attached a letter from Morgan’s producer inviting Madonna to be a guest on his UK chat show. Piers then tweeted back: “Madonna has only been banned from my CNN show, not my UK show, which sent that invite. But I’m now banning her from that too.” According to TMZ, Madonna sources have absolutely no idea why Piers is angry at her, adding, “She doesn’t even know who he is.” Piers said in January 2011 that banned Madonna from his show for life because she’s been “an irritant in my life for 20 years.” Well, that’ll do it. The invite to Piers’ UK show is therefore baffling, however, perhaps whomever issued it wasn’t aware Piers thinks she’s a grotesque con artist .
