Meek Mill Moves To Dismiss His Conviction Due To Cop’s Record After putting his prosecuting judge under the microscope for her questionable conducting of court proceedings , Meek and his legal team are now calling the officer who arrested him in the first place into question. According to new docs found by TMZ , Meek’s arresting officer in his 2007 drug bust — the one for which he’s been on probation ever since — has a documented history of lying in his reports and making dirty arrests. A new report on Philly’s dirty/racist cops lists Meek’s arresting Reginald Graham as having a history of stealing money during his arrests and frequently beating up suspects. In Meek’s case, another cop has gone on record stating that Graham lied when he reported that Meek pointed a gun at him — in actuality, he only removed it from his waistband to discard of it. Furthermore, he says Graham lied by claiming that Meek resisted arrest. With this info, the team claims Meek’s entire case should be tossed out , and he should be released from prison instantly. Volatile, unstable and allegedly expectant Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star Joseline Hernandez has taken to Instagram to show off her baby bump, again. And to call out Stevie J. Again. The latest on Hernandez’s public paternity battle comes following months of speculation over who fathered the future reality TV spawn. Or, according to skeptics, whether Joseline is faking her pregnancy for ratings, attention, ’cause she’s a pathological liar or all of the above. Since she and Stevie J, her longtime partner (they were never married, despite claims of making it official) split this year, s–t has hit the fan. Hard. He has gone on record as denying being the father, while Joseline has gone on record claiming that Stevie J is a deadbeat child molester . Meanwhile, Atlanta rapper Young Dro has also been spotted with Hernandez, throwing gasoline on this paternity speculation fire. Young Dro has chosen to keep quiet … so far. Right now, there’s little proof of anything, but Hernandez’s lawyer says she is trying to take the steps to prove he is the child’s father. “We are trying to get Stevie to take a blood test to see if the baby is his. [Joseline Hernandez has] already taken her test,” the lawyer states. “She’s waiting for him to go down and put his sample in. Stevie is not supporting her in any form or fashion,” her attorney continued. “Not financially, nothing.” Given Stevie’s past issues with financial assistance and child support child support, it’s no surprise that he would try to avoid responsibility. Seriously. He owes more than $1 million, and cannot leave the U.S. and will have to wear a GPS monitor as per a recent court order. That doesn’t mean it’s his in this case, though, and the producer has mentioned that he will wait until its birth to determine the paternity. By James Montgomery Ronnie, Mike “The Situation,” Vinny, and Pauly D of “Jersey Shore” Photo: MTV News If there’s an underlying plotline to the fifth season of MTV’s “Jersey Shore” — which premieres Thursday at 10 p.m. — it may very well be “There’s no place like home.” That’s according to the “Shore” stars themselves, who told MTV News that, unlike their Italian holiday, the new season of the show is short on infighting, head-butting, vehicular mishaps, ill-fated hookups, malicious dog-poop capers and drama of all varieties and long on what they’ve come to be known for — namely, partying. “You’re gonna see a lighter side of us in Jersey,” Ronnie assured us. “We have a lot more fun as compared to Italy. People were fighting, running heads into walls, bottles being thrown — it was just a lot of drama. Jersey is going to be a lot more fun.” “You’ll actually see how much we miss Jersey. We missed it so much, we just hit the ground running,” added Pauly D, who’s already gone on record as saying season five is his “best.” “The second we got back from Italy, we went straight to Jersey and just had fun with it.” Part of that fun involved getting back to basics — the kinds of things that were tough to come by in Italy and core tenets that any and all “Jersey Shore” fanatics know by heart. “Stuff you take for granted on a day-to-day basis, that’s what we wanted to do,” Pauly said. “Haircut, gym, tanning … Vinny was cutting our hair.” “We wanted easy girls,” Vinny added with a laugh.
