Lil Xan Announces Plans to Enter Rehab On One-Year Anniversary of Lil Peep’s Death

Lil Xan’s stage name might be inspired by his love of prescription medications, but it seems the death of several close friends has caused the rapper to realize that recreational pill-popping can have deadly consequences. According to TMZ, Xan (nee Diego Leanos) has announced plans to enter rehab in order to seek help for an addiction to opioids. It’s no coincidence that he reached the decision to enter treatment exactly one year after fellow emcee Lil Peep was found dead of an overdose. And sadly, at the age of 22, Leanos has been impacted by the opioid crisis multiple times. Rapper Mac Miller, who died of an overdose in September was a close friend and mentor of Xan’s. Leanos has stated that he decided to get sober not long after learning of Miller’s passing. He says he’s recently been hard at work on an album that he describes as a tribute to Miller. But apparently, Leanos realizes that his health needs to take priority over his work, as he announced today that he’ll be putting that project on hold in order to focus on getting sober: “I just dropped out of SoundCloud Uni to go to rehab, I leave in like 5 days and I couldn’t be happier with this choice,” Xan wrote on Instagram today. “I love you guys for being so supportive and can’t wait too get back clean headed ready to Finish my album!” The decision comes just days after Xan opened up about his ongoing substance abuse issues in an interview with TMZ: Lil Xan Talks Drugs “I relapsed, and that’s common … Any other addict would understand that sh-t just happens,” Leanos told the outlet. “You just relapse. You don’t want to. It’s a process. You need treatment and help, and sometimes that doesn’t even help.” Xan made it clear in recent interviews that while he is not as “strung out” as he’s been in the past, he has still not achieved the sobriety he aspires to: “I’m not completely clean. Off Xanax, yes, but I’m still weaning off Norcos [a brand of codeine-based painkiller],” he said. While fans have been supportive of Xan’s decision, many expressed hope that he would decide to check into rehab immediately, rather than waiting until next week. Josh Duggar Is Breaking the Law Again: Will He FINALLY Go to Jail?!

When Josh Duggar molested five young girls , he avoided arrest and prosecution with the help of his parents. In the years since the scandal came to light, many Duggar fans have hoped that the long arm of the law would eventually catch up to Josh. According to a new report from Radar Online, Josh has once again been caught breaking the law . But it doesn’t look as though he’ll be imprisoned for his most recent infractions. The site claims that Wholesale Motorcars in Washington County, Arkansas — which Josh has managed since 2015 — has been operating without a permit for the entirety of his tenure. “We have one zoning designation in the county to allow single-family residential or agricultural uses,” a planning official in Washington County told Radar. “Anything else requires a conditional use permit to request a zoning change.” Officials claim Josh just started a business on non-commercial property without notifying the proper authorities. When a local fire marshal noticed Josh’s failure to obtain the proper licensing, he reported the father of five. As we’ve reported in the past, Josh is hated in his hometown , but his father, Jim Bob Duggar, still enjoys a tremendous amount of clout. As such, Josh was given a second chance to comply with the law. “The fire marshal wasn’t going to issue any more extensions,” the planning authority told Radar. “He was requiring that Josh make a good faith attempt, or make effort, toward receiving a review and permit approval, so that’s what he did.” And so, Josh was given time to apply for the mandatory permits and make the necessary repairs — of which there were many. Reports indicate that Josh didn’t display the building’s address anywhere on its exterior (a shady detail if ever there was one)/ Also, his property had no smoke detectors and was generally in a state of disrepair. Of course, the Duggars have violated local zoning laws before, most recently when Jim Bob attempted to open a “luxury RV park” without notifying local officials. Farrah Abraham didn't simply get taken from behind on camera as part of her recent porn venture . She has also now made a forward-looking career move, somehow managing to maintain her relationship with MTV even after getting fired from Teen Mom OG . The cable network has announced that Abraham will return for Season 2 of Ex on the Beach, confirming as much in a press release that reads as follows: The U.S. format of MTV’s global phenomenon “Ex On The Beach” returns for season two on Thursday, December 20th at 8PM ET/PT. Hosted by multi-platinum rapper and actor Romeo Miller, the provocative dating series follows celebrity couples in Malibu Beach as they search for new love while being confronted by their past romances.  Abraham's ex, of course, is  Simon Saran . He's returning as well. Something strange is going on with the Kardashians. Perhaps they’re taking a page from Kanye’s Big Book of Insanity , or maybe the sisters realized they need to be less boring if they’re to maintain the vise-grip on our national consciousness that they’ve enjoyed for the past decade. Whatever the case, the Kards have been more dramatic, more eccentric … more weird in recent months than ever before. It’s a trend fans began to notice when the sisters began to engage in increasingly vitriolic arguments on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. (The recent Kim vs. Kourtney feud is a memorable, hilarious example.) Around this same time, Khloe became much more candid when discussing the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal . Now, even Kim — long regarded as the most “basic” of the Kardashian sisters — is proudly letting her freak flag fly (and not in the way she did in her infamous Ray J tape ). Due to her involvement in securing presidential pardons for Alice Marie Jones  and other non-violent inmates, Kim was invited to appear at the Variety/Rolling Stone’s Criminal Justice Reform Summit in Los Angeles. And she made some surprising revelations during an onstage interview with CNN’s Van Jones. Speaking about her father’s work as a lawyer, Kim opened up about the ways in which her family was affected by the OJ Simpson murder trial. “When he was involved in cases like the OJ case, that one was … obviously that was his best friend and it was deeper,” Kim  said. “Nicole was my mom’s best friend. It was more than just a case he took on. But a lot of the meetings were held at our home and we would have Johnny Cochran, Shawn Holley, Bob Shapiro. All the attorneys would meet in our house,” the mother of three continued. “And so they had all of the evidence books in the library of my dad’s house and so on the weekends when no one was around, I would go over these evidence books and go over crime scene photos and wild stuff.” Yes, it seems that just like the rest of the country, young Kiki was fixated on that grisly scene in Brentwood. Unlike the rest of us, however, the drama was playing out in her own home. “My sister Kourtney would be, ‘What are you doing? Why do you care about this stuff? Leave it alone. You are not supposed to be going through it.’ I was just always so interested,” she added. “I would just ask my dad questions. I was always really present.” So next time you find yourself wondering how someone as milquetoast as Kim puts up with the roiling insanity of Kanye West, just remember that this is a woman who grew up pics of her mom’s best friend’s murder. On the heels of 90 Day Fiance star Larissa’s arrest for domestic battery , another scandal arises. It turns out that she has children — children who have never been mentioned on the show, whom she left behind in Brazil. Now that viewers know that Larissa has three children in three different homes, she has issued a response. Colt and Larissa have just dealt with a huge scandal this week. Now, a woman has taken to Twitter to share even more about Larissa. “I met Larissa in Brazil 5 years ago,” the tweet begins. “She was dating my best friend – the father of her son.” “She has 3 children that she left behind,” the tweet reveals. “My friend have custody of the middle one,” she shares. “The oldest is with the father and the little one is with her father.” That sounds like three children who are growing up in three households … while Larissa jets off to Vegas to go furniture shopping. Marcos Hack himself, the baby daddy referred to in the tweet, also shared a message of his own on social media. “I want to address this story about Larissa and I,” he wrote. “Yes it is true,” “Larissa and I had a relationship years ago, and we had a son together,” Marcos confirms. “7 months after he was born she left him with me,” Marcos says. “My son Arry is the light of my life.” “I don’t want to expose my son or my family to the public,” Marcos says. “But people need to know who the real Larissa is.” A very unflattering picture of Larissa has begun to form. Larissa responded, confirming what Marcos had said. “Yes, I had a relationship before with Marcos Hack,” she writes. “We lived for 2 years together.” “He broken my heart in many pieces back there, I got really depressed,” she shares. Larissa continues: “I found myself unable to take care of our son and his sister adopted him.” “I also have a daughter from another relationship, who lives with my father,” Larissa shares. “And who I plan to bring to United States one day.” Larissa writes that she will do this “when I am ready to take care of her.” Larissa also claims that Marcos stole money from her. She also says that Marcos is just looking for his “15 minutes” of fame, which is an odd claim from a brand new reality star. “I was not talking about my kids because the show is 90 days fiance,” Larissa explains. “It is not about my past or my children.” “I ask people to respect their privacy,” Larissa says. “And I wont talk about the never again.” In a much more public context, Larissa promised fans that they would learn more about her on the show. “There are certain topics I don’t discuss,” Larissa writes on Instagram in large white letters on a red background. “You’ll have to keep watching 90 Day Fiance to see more,” Larissa teases. “They will show everything about my life,” she primises. “Photos, videos, and family.” “Thank you,” she concludes. “For all love and support. In the captions, she penned another message. “Keeping watching to understand everything, for now I can’t discuss it,” Larissa explains. “Trust me,” she promises. “The show has just begun.” Considering that this comes on the heels of her arrest after a fight with Colt led police to take her away for domestic battery, fans are concerned. Larissa is looking less like a run-of-the-mill problematic reality star. She’s looking like a real 90 Day Fiance villain. It didn’t help that fans have already seen her make Colt’s mother cry with her hostile reactions to their home. Is she a husband-abuser who abandoned her children in different homes? Kailyn Lowry's roller-coaster relationships with her three baby daddies might make for compelling viewing on Teen Mom 2 , but we're sure the mother of three would prefer much more drama-free co-parenting relationships. Typically, it's Chris Lopez or Javi Marroquin who gives Kail a hard time, but these days, it's her OG baby daddy, Jo Rivera, that's making her life more difficult. The news comes as a shock, as Kail and Chris have typically been able to sort out their differences over the years. But as Kail confirmed on the latest episode of her podcast, that is definitely no longer the case. Take a look: 1. What Happened? Jo is Kail’s first baby daddy, and for years, the two of them peacefully co-parented 8-year-old Isaac. 2. Ups and Downs Sure, there have been some rough patches over the years, but until recently, it looked as though Kail and Jo would be able to set aside their differences for the sake of their son. 3. Making It Work Kail even attended Jo’s wedding — and happily posed for pic with the bride — when he married Vee Torres earlier this year. 4. Larissa From 90 Day Fiance: See Her Mug Shot, Read New Arrest Details

Larissa Dos Santos Lima may have recently called herself a survivor on Instagram , but the Las Vegas Police Department had a different label for this 90 Day Fiance star over the weekend: Abuser . As previously reported, the TLC reality star was arrested a few days ago on a charge of domestic battery. New details (and Larissa’s mug shot!) regarding the incident have now emerged on the Internet. “On Nov. 10, 2018, at approximately 1:15 p.m., officers were dispatched to a family disturbance at a residence in Northwest Las Vegas,” reads a statement by Las Vegas Police Officer Larry Hadfield. This statement was obtained by In Touch Weekly and it continues: “Two people were contacted at the home who were arguing. “At the conclusion of the investigation, it was determined that Dos Santos had committed Battery Domestic Violence on her husband and transported to the Clark County Detention Center.” Specifically, Larissa was arrested and detained on one count of misdemeanor domestic battery last Saturday. She freaked fans out and caused major concerns when she locked herself in a bathroom, added her phone number to her Instagram bio and wrote on social media: HELP ME …HE TURNED OFF HIDE MY PHONE HELP ME HE WANTS TO CALL THE POLICE HELP ME. Larissa and her fiance, Colt, it should be noted, met online and are featured on this very season of 90 Day Fiance. You can tune in each week to see their unusual relationship play out. According to Larissa, her fight with Colt took place because he told his girlfriend NOT to share any photos of him on her Instagram account. He said the status of their relationship had to remain a mystery, for the sake of the show. She then went on to allege that Colt caused some damage in their home the two bickered over this demand — and she also claims that, at some point during their fight, he took her phone away. That’s when she posted the above plea for help. After posting a $1,000 bond, Larissa went back on Instagram in order to assure supporters that she was fine. “Hello everyone. Thank you for the support and love. I am safe and resting,” she wrote, adding: The past 48 hours have been the most difficult in my life. But reading the messages from all of you has made me smile. God bless and thank you. I’ll update soon.” But, wait, is she still with Colt? Yes. “We are together and strong. We just choose [to not] expose it,” Larissa added. Colt, meanwhile, has also responded to questions and stories about Larissa’s arrest, as well as his role in the incident. He thinks people on the World Wide Web should stop playing amateur detective and leave the couple alone, basically. “Self proclaimed internet sleuths who think they are Woodward and Bernstein,” he wrote late Monday on Instagram. “They are simply people that spread misinformation, lies, and chaos to make themselves look important. They are nothing and will never be relevant.” We don’t know what actually transpired between Colt and Larissa, of course, but we can say this much: When you are accused of being at the center of a domestic battery confrontation… you may be best served NOT to come across as hostile in your response to it. Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham: Baby on the Way!

Months ago on The Bachelor, Arie Luyendyk Jr. asked Lauren Burnham to accept his final rose. (Well, sort of.) Now, Arie Luyendyk Jr. has asked Lauren Burnham to accept something else: His DNA! In the form of a life growing inside of Burnham’s womb! That’s right, folks, Arie and Lauren are expecting a child together! The reality stars confirmed this blessed piece of news themselves to Us Weekly, with Lauren telling the tabloid for its latest issue: “I kind of had a feeling that I might be pregnant. So my friend insisted on bringing a pregnancy test over. “Arie came out with the test in his hand and tears in his eyes. He was like, ‘You’re pregnant!’” This is both very exciting for Arie and Lauren and also very surprising: few couples that meet and fall in love on The Bachelor remain together, let alone procreate together. But perhaps drama is somehow the key to happiness. Jason Mesnick and Molly Mesnick had a baby and are very happily married to this day… after the latter dumped the woman he chose on his season’s finale and asked Molly out on the After the Rose special. Similarly, Luyendyk Jr. and Burnham were at the center of a controversial story line on Season 20. After Arie proposed to Becca Kufrin on his finale, he visited her several weeks later and – in front of an ABC cameraman – broke up with her in favor of Burnham. The pair got engaged on the After the Final Rose special in March of 2016 and are set to exchange vows in January of 2019 in Hawaii. “I’ve made some bad decisions but the best decision was running back to you,” Arie told Lauren during the proposal, adding: “I can’t imagine a life without you. … I truly believe you are my soulmate. I’m ready to face this life with you and all that comes with it. The good, and the bad. I love you so much.” Very sweet words, no doubt. They were just clouded a bit at the time by the fact that Arie had only recently proposed to Becca before doing the same with Lauren. (Becca, of course, went on to become The Bachelorette and is currently engaged herself, waiting to have a baby . So everyone has ended up happy here!) Said Burnham ths summer during a visit to The View, in regard to an eventual marriage: “We’re just really happy with each other, and we vibe well together. We’re best friends, so we’re just ready for that next step.” Speaking to Us Weekly, meanwhile, Arie confirmed that he and Lauren weren’t really thinking of starting a family just yet. But these things happen sometimes. “We weren’t trying, but we are so excited. It’s going to be a whole new chapter in our lives,” he said. And the guy is clearly in love. Rob Kardashian: I’m Broke! I Should Be Getting Child Support!

A couple years ago, Rob Kardashian used his pelvis muscles to thrust himself into Blac Chyna. As a result, the former lovers now have a baby daughter together. And, as it relates to that baby daughter, Rob Kardashian has now thrust himself back into the spotlight. According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Rob is alleging that he can no longer afford to pay the $20,000 per month in child support that he’s been forking over to his ex for the care of little Dream . In an ironic twist, Rob and his attorneys argue that Rob doesn’t really have the money to meet this high demand specifically due to a previous action taken by Chyna herself. Back in July of 2017, Chyna took out a restraining order against Kardashian . She claimed at the time that Rob beat her — and, even though Rob has disputed this account, he says in these new papers that he’s been forced to lay low due to the scrutiny associated with this claim. He no longer appears on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which had been Rob’s main source of income. “I have not participated in the filming of any episodes since this summer when [Chyna] filed a request for a restraining order against me,” Rob says. “Her request was widely publicized and I was scrutinized by the media.” Adds Rob in this filing : “It has been an extraordinarily difficult time for me emotionally and I have no desire to continue participating in the reality show. “I would like to maintain my privacy, try to recover from the emotional damage of the past several months, and explore other business ventures.” Based on this report, Rob had been making $1 million per year for his participation on the E! juggernaut. It was on this figure that a judge declared Rob could and should pay Chyna $20,000 per month in child support. HOWEVER, Rob was only paid in 2018 for Keeping Up with the Kardashians episodes in which he actually appeared; at $50,000 per episode.
