Lady Gaga: Ready to Settle Down, Have Kids?

Lady Gaga may be cutting herself off from interviews , but in her last sit-down before that self-imposed time out, the star’s giving us plenty to talk about. Showing her maternal side in a recent chat with Oprah Winfrey (airing tomorrow night on OWN), Gaga says she not only wants kids, but a lot of them. A “soccer team” full of them, to quote the Mother Monster. “Yeah, yeah, I do,” a (relatively) conservatively dressed Gaga, 25, told the talk show host, 58, when asked if she was serious about wanting a large family. “I mean maybe I’m being a bit superfluous [about the soccer team], but I don’t want to have one [child], I want a few,” the Grammy nominee said. Lady Gaga adds that she also wants a husband. Making a gesture to indicate a baby bump, the singer tells Winfrey, “I want to experience that.” But Taylor Kinney is off the hook for now. Don’t expect her to settle down anytime soon. Gaga wants a family – just “not yet,” she says with a smile. For now, she’ll have to settle for 20 million Little Monsters on Twitter.

Here We Go AGAIN: Miranda Lambert Dedicates College Performance Of “Gunpowder And Lead” To Breezy

Miranda Lambert has continued to publicly berate Chris Brown following her Grammy’s Twitter rant last week. The country superstar made it clear that her feud with Brown, 22, is far from over during a show at the University of Massachusetts Thursday. Prior to performing her song “Gunpowder and Lead,” Lambert, 28, brought out a neon green poster bearing the words “Take notes Chris Brown” to let her fans know that she hasn’t dropped the ball in her campaign against the singer. “Get a good picture now, put it on Twitter,” Lambert told the crowd. “I’ve been in a world of hurt with Chris Brown fans lately … but see, I just have to speak my mind because where I come from, beating up on a woman is never okay.” According to E! Online, the singer then smirked, “So that’s why my daddy taught me early on in life how to use a shotgun.” “Gunpowder and Lead,” a hit off Lambert’s 2007 album, “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend,” is about a woman who prepares to shoot and kill her abusive husband just as soon as he’s released from jail. Earlier in the week, Brown responded to haters with two messages on Twitter that have since been removed. “HATE ALL U WANT BECUZ I GOT A GRAMMY Now! That’s the ultimate F–k OFF!” he wrote following an outpouring of outrage on the social networking site. “I’M BACK SO WATCH MY BACK as I walk away from all this negativity #teambreezygrammy,” he later posted. Both comments no longer appear on the singer’s Twitter feed. In response to his tweets, Lambert posted a smug: “Oh and one more thing for all who are asking … I have a Grammy too.” Yoooooo. We understand having strong feelings about the man performing at the Grammy’s but the Grammy’s are over. Breezy has served his probation and apologized and clearly Rihanna isn’t even looking to “put him back in his place” so what is with Miranda Lambert’s personal vendetta? Wouldn’t she be better served devoting her energy by volunteering with women and kids at a shelter? Or should Breezy just be put out of business for life???? Source Image Via Facebook More On Bossip! ESPN Apologizes for Racist Jeremy Lin Headline

We all make mistakes. Especially at 2:30 a.m. But ESPN made a doozy early this morning. Following the New York Knicks’ first loss with phenom Jeremy Lin starting at point guard – at home, to the woeful New Orleans Hornets, with Lin turning the ball over nine times – the self-proclaimed World Wide Leader in Sports plastered its mobile homepage with the following headline: The Asian epithet – which is meant differently in the context of that phrase, of course – was removed after about a half hour and the network then released this statement: Last night, ESPN.com’s mobile web site posted an offensive headline referencing Jeremy Lin at 2:30 am ET. The headline was removed at 3:05 am ET. We are conducting a complete review of our cross-platform editorial procedures and are determining appropriate disciplinary action to ensure this does not happen again. We regret and apologize for this mistake. The Knicks had won seven straight games heading into last night’s contest, with Lin’s record-breaking play earning praise around the country. Sarah Palin even talked about the Harvard graduate … for some reason.

Report: Rehab on the Way for Bobbi Kristina?

Bobbi Kristina Brown will attend her mother’s funeral today in Newark, New Jersey. But sources say her future beyond this memorial is unclear. Insiders tell TMZ that many members of Whitney Houston’s family are pushing for the 18-year old – who was hospitalized twice in the hours following the artist’s passing last weekend – to enter a rehab program… but are waiting until after the funeral to express this hope to Bobbi. A scene outside of Whitney Houston’s funeral. Brown has reportedly battled her own substance abuse problems in the past, as she was supposedly caught snorting cocaine last year. The family wants to learn from the tragedy of her mother, allegedly, and convince the teenager to seek help before it’s too late. But they also want her to properly mourn the parent to whom she was so close first. It’s a complicated situation and we can all just hope Bobbi Kristina comes out of it okay.

Miranda Lambert SLAMS Chris Brown in Concert

Miranda Lambert was an outspoken critic of last Sunday’s Chris Brown Grammy lovefest , ripping CBS and the music extravaganza for Brown’s prominent role. She’s still not over it, calling out the R&B star in concert this week. Country star Lambert wondered aloud on Twitter why the convicted felon was featured on not one but two performances during the Grammy Awards. “Chris Brown twice? I don’t get it. He beat on a girl,” Miranda tweeted, adding “He needs to listen to Gunpowder and lead and be put back in his place.” “Gunpowder and Lead” is her song about a woman preparing to kill her abusive husband. She performed it in concert Thursday – with a message for Brown. Before singing, Lambert pulled a poster out of the audience reading “Take Notes Chris Brown.” “Get a good picture now, put it on Twitter,” she said. “I’ve been in a world of hurt with Chris Brown fans … but see, I have to speak my mind because where I come from beating up on a woman is never okay.” As she sang, Lambert added “So that’s why my daddy taught me early on in life how to use a shotgun.” The Amherst, Mass., crowd went wild: Miranda Lambert Slams Chris Brown Brown has come under heavy criticism for his response to the “haters” as much as for the infamous 2009 incident in what has become a never-ending story. Should people just get over it and move on? Or is Miranda right in standing up against abusive men, and the Grammys? Choose a side in this feud:

Nicki Minaj’s Grammy Performance Was ‘So Theatrical’

‘I was really excited about how well Nicki performed,’ Laurieann Gibson tells MTV News about polarizing ‘Roman Holiday.’ By Jocelyn Vena Nicki Minaj performs at the 54th Annual Grammy Awards Photo: Kevin Winter/ Getty Images On Sunday night, Nicki Minaj assaulted the Grammy stage with a controversial, over-the-top performance of her new track, “Roman Holiday.” Full of kookiness, complete with religious imagery and an exorcism of her bad-boy alter ego, Roman, Minaj owned the headlines coming out of the show. MTV News caught up with choreographer Laurieann Gibson, who dished about what went down behind the scenes to stage the spectacle . “Well, I’m not really moved by what people say; I’m moved by what it is and again just a big ‘thank you’ to the Grammys. I was super-proud about the execution and really excited about how well Nicki performed,” she said. “[Her] being a rap queen, it was really amazing to see rap music at that level and have the ability, at that level, to perform something so theatrical.” Nicki is no stranger to theatrics, and neither is Gibson, and the ladies turned up their creative dials to a big 11 when it came to the debut performance of the Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded track. “I’ve worked with Nicki before. When she was first starting I did an MTV performance [on the VMA pre-show in 2010]. She just is so unique,” Gibson said. “I love being able to get back in that, and when she called me, she talked to me about the movie aspect of it, the exorcism part of it, and then we just evolved it. And I just evolved the inspiration not from a literal perspective, but for me, it was ‘OK, that’s the subject matter.’ Then I am able to be very theatrical, very dramatic, very big, very bold without it being literal. “So the exorcism was her idea and her concept,” she continued. “And for me, it was just a place of being theatrical and dramatic in the coloring and the content and the story of the monastery and the monks.” At the end of the day, the women did have something to say, and Gibson was surprised that the message didn’t translate on a bigger scale. “I do have to understand how they want to evolve the character, with her in particular it was Roman, with the idea that he needed to go to a monastery because he needed to go,” she teased about his naughty ways. “For me, it was about the theatrical aspect of being able to create something like that. It’s about always inspiring people and extract that negative from them and believe in what they can do and empower themselves in a positive way and not be afraid to look at those things that are evil. … The inspiration and the fight in the choreography, in the creative, is bold because when you believe in yourself and you believe in the good, you come from a bold place. You’re not intimidated any longer by the evil.” Gibson had a message for any haters out there. “I was super-shocked because one, there was nothing literal. I was very conscious, OK, no crosses … when creating choreography, the instinct thing is to go to a prayer and I was like, ‘No praying hands!’ ” she said, noting that in the end it was all about “the innocence and the purity of just being bold, about the fight and no fear. … There wasn’t anything negative there.” Related Videos 2012 Grammy Awards Red Carpet Highlights Related Photos 2012 Grammy Awards: Backstage And Audience Related Artists Nicki Minaj
