Hi Haters: New York Jets Players Throw Mega Shade On Their Heartthrob Quarterback Mark Sanchez

Oh well, he’s still smashing a dime. Real men don’t go out and send anonymous messages TO THE MEDIA about their teammates. That’s a man law violation for real. “We have to bring in another quarterback that will make him work at practice,” said one player, according to the newspaper. “He’s lazy and content because he knows he’s not going to be benched.” And another one about if they Jets would take Peyton Manning: “Come on. That’s a no-brainer,” a Jets source said, according to the newspaper. “If you have a chance to get a healthy 36-year-old Peyton Manning and you don’t do it, then you’re stupid. If I could get a healthy 36-year-old Peyton Manning, then, hell yeah, I would trade Sanchez.” And one more for good measure: “How can we when he’s not improving at all?” the player said, according to the newspaper. “He thinks he is, but he’s not. He has shown us what he’s capable of.” Damn, that’s jacked up. These big, burly men are running around telling secrets and gossiping like little middle school girls. It doesn’t look like Sanchez and his intercept-throwing, hot chick banging self may have to take a seat on the bench for a while.

Getting That Old Thing Back: Rih Rih’s Doing Her Best To Get Breezy’s Blasian Boo Out Of The Picture

Wait… What now? Not that we’re surprised that these two are inching their way back into each other’s arms . But, ummm… Rihanna and ex-boyfriend Chris Brown are expected to come face to face at the Grammys on Feb. 12, but Life & Style can exclusively reveal that the former couple are already spending time together! “Not only has she initiated a Twitter conversation with Chris for all to see, but she has gone to see him,” an insider close to Chris dishes in the new issue of Life & Style — on newsstands now. “She stopped by his studio recently — twice. She’s also calling and texting him a lot. She won’t let go.” Rihanna, 23, ended their relationship in 2009 after Chris, 22, was charged with assaulting her after a pre-Grammy party, but now seems to have had a change of heart. “She’s trying to break up Chris and his girlfriend, Karrueche [Tran],” says the source. “Chris is happy, but Rihanna keeps playing her games to make trouble. It’s become an issue.” Oh, come on Robyn!!! You’re chasing after HIM?? Get your life together. Source

Source: Rihanna Totally Wants Chris Brown Back!

Rihanna and ex-boyfriend Chris Brown have not only let bygones be bygones, she is actively looking to win him back! According to a tabloid source, anyway. Publicly, they are expected to come face to face at the Grammys on February 12, but sources say that the former couple is already spending time together! “Not only has she initiated a Twitter conversation with Chris for all to see, but she has gone to see him,” an insider close to Chris dishes to Life & Style . Of Rihanna, the source adds: “She stopped by Chris’ studio to see him recently – twice. She’s also calling and texting him a lot. She won’t let go.” Rihanna, 23, ended their relationship in early 2009 for obvious reasons after Chris Brown, 22, was charged with assaulting her after a pre-Grammy Awards party. Time has healed those wounds – physical and otherwise – however. This latest report is the latest of several suggesting Rihanna and Chris may get back together . “She’s trying to break up Chris and his girlfriend, [Karrueche Tran],” says the source. “Chris is happy, but Rihanna keeps playing her games to make trouble.” “It’s really become an issue lately.” Chris and Karrueche Tran have reportedly been dating since 2010. Rih dated Matt Kemp for a year and has been linked to a host of others, but not seriously. What do you think: Should Rihanna and Chris get back together? [Photo: WENN.com]

Will Adele Perform At The Grammy Awards?

Singer is rumored to be opening the show, where she’s up for six awards. By Jocelyn Vena Adele Photo: Getty Images Adele has been lying low since a vocal surgery in November , but now it seems she could be poised to hit up the Grammy Awards come February. Sources tell Radaronline.com that the six-time nominee is in talks to perform at the show, which takes place next month. “Adele will be at the Grammys in Los Angeles on February 12 at the Staples Center,” a source says. “She’s thrilled to be nominated, but it’s been a hard time for her because of the surgery. She has begun talking more, with her doctor’s permission. Adele’s best friend in recent weeks has been warm compresses around her neck to help the healing process of her vocal chords.” Adele, who keeps topping the charts nearly a year after dropping her album 21 , is just waiting it out until she knows for sure that she can be at her best for the broadcast. “Producers of the Grammys would love to have Adele perform and open the show, but she isn’t able to give them an answer yet,” the source added. “She won’t be able to give them an answer until the beginning of February, and they completely understand.” The singer took home two Grammys in 2009. Shortly after her surgery last year, she released a statement to the fans: “Sorry I haven’t written for a while. Thank you for all your positive thoughts and get well wishes,” Adele wrote . “I’m doing really well, on the mend, super happy, relaxed and very positive with it all. The operation was a success, and I’m just chilling out now until I get the all clear from my doctors.” Adele is still riding high off the release of 21 , spawning several inescapable singles including the ubiquitous “Rolling in the Deep,” which topped MTV’s list as Song of the Year for 2011 . Adele’s Grammy appearance could be timed with a potential March cover of Vogue . Related Videos Adele’s ‘Magical’ Road To Success Related Artists Adele

Nicki Minaj A Not-So-New Best New Artist Nominee

J. Cole, Skrillex and Bon Iver have also been around for years before rookie Grammy nods. By Gil Kaufman Nicki Minaj Photo: Getty Images There are many reasons people love to bash the Grammys, but one of the most frequent punching bags is the Best New Artist category. Whether it goes to someone music fans have never heard of (2010’s Esperanza Spalding ), an act who’s been around forever (2001’s Shelby Lynne), or one that even at his or her peak seemed unworthy at best (notorious 1981 flash-in-the-pan Christopher Cross), Best New Artist is a perennial head-scratcher. By Recording Academy rules, the award is for a musician or band who releases an album during the year of eligibility that establishes their “public identity” as an artist. That doesn’t mean it’s their first album or that they suddenly appeared on the scene just that year, because, really, no act just materializes out of thin air and makes their way to the Grammys without years of unseen road, club and studio work. But a look at this year’s nominees is proof that in an age of mixtapes, YouTube, features and blog love such “new” acts as Bon Iver, Nicki Minaj, Skrillex and J. Cole are practically veterans by the time the Academy decides to shine its spotlight. In fact, of all this year’s nominees, only country trio the Band Perry are truly “new,” and they formed in 2005, then gigged around and dropped a few singles until their only full-length studio recording was released in late October of last year. Think Beyonc

Ahh, the Grammy’s — the one award show that allows films like Black Swan to be nominated in the same category as The King’s Speech and Tron Legacy . Late yesterday, the nominees for the 54th Grammys were announced and now that we’ve had nearly a day to absorb the fact that Zooey Deschanel, Seth MacFarlane and Cher are going head-to-head for a golden statuette, we can decide which artists deserve awards for their soundtrack contributions.

The 2012 Grammy Nominees Revealed … Possibly

Adele, Kanye West and more Grammy guesses, in Bigger Than the Sound. By James Montgomery Adele Photo: Getty Images On Wednesday night (November 30), CBS will officially kick off the self-congratulatory season with “The Grammy Nominations Concert Live!!,” an emphatically titled extravaganza that not only features performances from some of music’s biggest stars (Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Usher, etc.), but also boosts the network’s burgeoning LL Cool J branch by something like 20 percent, since he’s taking leave from “NCIS” duties to host the telecast. Oh, and as the title implies, they’ll also be unveiling a handful of Grammy nominees too, which means that, once again, it’s time for me to blindly speculate on who will get the nods. After all, it was less than 10 months ago that acts like the Arcade Fire and Esperanza Spalding shocked the world — or at least Steve Stoute — by taking home half of the so-called “Big Four” Grammys, victories that seemed out of place in just about every conceivable way, especially when you realize Taylor Swift, Beyonc

First Child of Kate Middleton, Prince William to Inherit Throne Regardless of Gender

It’s official. Following a change in ascension rules , boy or girl, the first child of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be the next heir to the British throne. The leaders of the 16 governments with Queen Elizabeth II as their head of state have unanimously agreed to change the laws in their realms to allow this. Under current laws, the immediate heir is the first-born son of the monarch. Going forward, the immediate heir will be the first-born child of the monarch. That means if Prince William and Kate Middleton have a girl as their first child, she will be the future queen, regardless of whether one or more sons follow. British Prime Minister David Cameron said, “Put simply, if the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were to have a little girl, that girl would one day be our queen.” Cameron personally applauded the move, adding that the UK stresses gender equality in all facets of life, making this a logical change to their traditions. Queen Elizabeth II’s son, Prince Charles, is next in line for the throne, followed by Will. The royal hunk will be the king of more than a dozen countries. Those nations are Britain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Jamaica, Antigua and Barbuda, Belize, Papua New Guinea, St. Christopher & Nevis, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Tuvalu, Barbados, Grenada, Solomon Islands, St. Lucia and the Bahamas.
