Winter is coming…eventually. Until then, we’re forced to rely on whatever tiny morsels of information we get from the sadists at HBO, like a bunch Flea-Bottom peasants sharing a bowl of brown. But hey, it’s better than nothing, right? The first Game of Thrones season 5 trailer told us very, very little about what to expect, but the Internet ate it up anyway. So in that spirit, let round 2 of the wild speculation begin! Game of Thrones Season 5 Teaser #2 Let’s see; what do we have here? Well, aside from an aspect ration that might make you want to borrow your grandmother’s reading glasses, we have some painfully brief glimpses of what three of GoT’s main female characters are up to. (There’s a shot of Tyrion in there too, but it’s so quick that it’s practically subliminal.) Arya and Sansa Stark look bummed, as does Cersei Lannister, who appears to be locked up. That makes sense, as she was last seen declaring her love for her brother and threatening to take down her powerful family. The marketing for season 5 has focused on the three-eyed raven from Bran Stark’s visions, which seems strange, as sources indicate that Bran and Hodor won’t be in this season at all . Maybe the suits figured since they took all that time gluing a half-marble to a bird’s forehead they better take advantage of it.
