The domestic and international release schedule for Captain America: The First Avenger was unveiled today . What wasn’t released is what Captain America: The First Avenger will be titled internationally. Just like Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone was retitled to Sorcerer’s Stone in the U.S. market, some titles just won’t work in other parts of the globe. And considering this country’s standing in world opinion these days, Marvel may want to distance themselves from the word “America” as much as they can. With that, Movieline offers Marvel 20 international title suggestions for Captain America: The First Avenger . You’re welcome.

The easy joke over the last eighteen months was that audiences wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between the Seth Rogen-led version of The Green Hornet and Ryan Reynolds’ Green Lantern . Well, this week, an easy distinction revealed itself: The Green Hornet doesn’t look like death warmed over . Let’s call this latest trailer the “Suck it, Green Lantern ” edition.

Is Seth Rogen’s Green Hornet the Next Batman and Robin?

Remember when you heard about Seth Rogen’s plan to co-write and star in The Green Hornet and thought, “Man, that’s a terrible idea!” Then when the project added Cameron Diaz and Christoph Waltz, you wondered aloud, “What kind of fever dream is this thing going to be?” And, of course, you got the answer when Michel Gondry took over the reigns from chopsocky director Stephen Chow: The Green Hornet was one gloriously hot mess. And now that the film is in the can, it looks like even its backers at Sony might agree.
