Jon Gosselin, who was recently sued by TLC for breach of contract, is retaliating against the cable network that employs him with a $5 million lawsuit of his own. TLC sued Jon after he barred the network from filming his kids, saying the show is harmful to them (after they cut him out and renamed the show Kate Plus 8 ).

Former Star Magazine reporter Kate Major, who was hilariously insistent that she dated Jon Gosselin earlier this year, and also hilariously quit her job to avoid a conflict of interest (as if Star has any ethics), is back in the news once more. She’s the latest person to get served with a subpoena in TLC’s pending case against the famous reality dad, who the network is accusing of breach of contract. Jon’s loser BFF Michael Lohan and his ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman have also been subpoenaed by the court , which granted requests to do so by TLC lawyers

Hailey Glassman, Michael Lohan Subpoenaed By TLC

As we reported last month, Jon Gosselin is the subject of a lawsuit filed by his employer, TLC, accusing him of breaching the terms of his contract. Among the witnesses subpoenaed to testify, according to new court papers: Jon’s post-Kate girlfriend Hailey Glassman and his friend Michael Lohan. Maryland’s Circuit Court of Montgomery County has granted motions filed by the network’s lawyers to depose Glassman and Lindsay Lohan’s dad.
