Justin Bieber Haircut Costs $750

Justin Biebe r may have the perfect haircut, but that perfection comes with a hefty price tag. Justin Bieber new haircut Style According to Life & Style magazine, the Bieb’s ‘do costs upward of $750 per haircut. Vanessa Price is the hairstylist who created the teen crooner’s signature look in 2009, and she makes housecalls to Bieber to touch up her work. “I usually cut his hair every couple of weeks when he’s on tour,” Price said. If that’s the case, the singer dishes out more than $1,500 a month on his hair. Price, Bieber and, well, the world, had no idea the haircut would become so popular. “We both were shocked people cared that much about someone’s hair,” she said. Not since Jennifer Aniston’s classic haircut, known as “The Rachel,” took over salons around the world in the ’90s has a haircut garnered such attention. Aniston recently revealed that she thought “The Rachel” was the “ugliest haircut” she’d ever seen. We can only wonder what Bieber will say about his look in 20 years. But for now, the style suits him. Related Posts : Justin Bieber new haircut Style Justin Bieber Shot Justin Bieber speaks up about dad Justin Bieber dad chooses to remain low profile Hubpk

Cynthia Steffe Brings Animal Prints, Furs To New York Fashion Week

Designer Shaun Kearney calls collection ‘a modern, wearable approach to something quite opulent.’ By Nuzhat Naoreen, with reporting by Christina Garibaldi Cynthia Steffe’s New York fashion week show Photo: Getty Images Fur coats, embroidered belts and sleek hair will be all the rage this fall — if Cynthia Steffe’s New York fashion week show is any indication. A favorite of stars including Anne Hathaway, Scarlett Johansson and Jessica Simpson, the designer featured a collection with an array of sophisticated looks ideal for a day at the office or a night on the town. “With this collection, I wanted to do something which was a modern, wearable approach to something quite opulent,” designer Shaun Kearney told MTV News, adding that many of the silhouettes were inspired by menswear. Kearney’s collection included oversized tops paired with trousers and thin belts, as well as formal dresses matched with colored leggings. Fur also dominated the show, as models paraded down the runway in a variety of fur neck wraps — instead of the more traditional scarf — and eye-catching coats. “I was inspired a lot by mixing a lot of luscious, different textures, mixed in with exotic animal prints,” Kearney said. Kearney opted for simple yet sleek hair to accompany each of the looks. “The hair today is much more polished than normal, but at the same time it’s relaxed,” he said. Celebrity stylist Tyler Laswell said he wanted to keep the hair understated. “We didn’t want to do too much with the hair,” Laswell said. “We didn’t want it to look overly done and old; we just wanted it to look young and fresh.” Related Videos Behind The Scenes At 2011 Fall Fashion Week Related Photos 2011 Fall Fashion Week: Cynthia Steffe Celebs At 2011 New York Spring Fashion Week

Method Man Tries To Clear Up Him Saying He Hates Natural Black Women “I Don’t Know What They’re Mad At!” [Video]

Method Man, Fareal-Fareal… you said what you felt. The real stupidity is cementing more of the stereotypes that black women must get their hair done-relaxed-permed to be beautiful! Then your ghetto a*s drops the “I like da waves.” Really? Wu Tang has always seemed to be a sickle of Black Culture in the Hip-Hop community, but Meth has always seemed like the worldly one of the bunch… According to Meth, ladies… you should have a perm to look gorgeous… because your natural hair is just-not-good-enough for that brother. Is that better, Meth?

How To Grow Long African-American Hair

Earlier this month in my Biggest Myths about African American Hair piece, I mentioned that African American hair has the ability to grow as long as other races or ethnicities. Several disagreed, some rather rudely. (Never underestimate the fervor, passion or vigor black women have about their hair!) Either way I still stand by the statement. You don’t have to be of multiracial origin to achieve the hair so many of us covet. Honestly, you’d be hard pressed to find many African Americans who don’t have a little or a lotta bit of “something else” in their blood. But that’s beside the point, African American hair can grow if properly maintained and that’s the key. The natural, coily texture of our hair is fragile and frankly many of us are very ignorant about what it takes for it to thrive. (Hence the YouTube tutorials.) So if you’re interested in tresses that graze the top of your booty, here are some tips to grow long, luscious African American hair. Continued at MadameNoire.com
