Gabriel Aubry Drops Restraining Order Against Olivier Martinez

On Thanksgiving morning, Olivier Martinez dropped Gabriel Aubry with a few roundhouses to the face. Now, according to TMZ sources, the Canadian model has dropped the restraining order he subsequently took out against the French actor. With Halle Berry and Aubry having reached a legal settlement in their custody/protective order battle, Gabriel’s attorney went to court Friday and told a judge his client no longer needed to be kept away from Martinez. A couple days after the holiday brawl, Aubry had said Martinez was to blame for the fisticuffs, bashing his head against the concrete for no reason. But the police disagree. In a report filed that same day, cops say Aubry threw the first punch … it simply missed. And, as a result, he was then an open target for Olivier to leave him bloody and beaten . Authorities determined Martinez was acting in self-defense.

Poor little Nahla … According to US Magazine: Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have called a truce in their bitter custody battle over daughter Nahla, 4. On Thursday, Nov. 29, the Cloud Atlas actress, 46, and her model ex, 37, “reached an amicable agreement” over the care of their child, Berry’s attorney, Blair Berk, informed E! News in a handwritten note. No details were released about what that agreement is, but for now, at least, the former couple have called a ceasefire. “There will be no further statement on the matter,” Berk’s message read. The settlement comes just one week after Aubry came to blows with Berry’s fiance, French actor Olivier Martinez, at Berry’s home on Thanksgiving. Following that fight, an emergency protective order was put in place preventing Nahla’s dad from coming near his ex or their child. (That order was set to expire today.) SMH. Glad they were finally able to work things out, because we’re not sure if Gabriel’s grill can withstand any more beatings. WENN

The fisticuffs involved Berry#39;s ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry and her fiance, actor Olivier Martinez. Aubry was arrested after the fight, which left him with a black eye, a broken rib and other injuries. USA Today reports that 28-year-old Cynthia Castillo, sporting a pink T-shirt with Camacho#39;s face on the front, enraged Camacho#39;s sisters and former girlfriend Gloria Fernandez, 50, by then entering the family#39;s private section. Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry Reach Legal Settlement

One week after their relationship hit rock bottom, Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have reportedly agreed to a legal truce. Details of the accord are scarce, but Aubry showed up in court today (Berry and fiancé Olivier Martinez were absent), with his attorney and Berry’s attorney releasing a joint statement a short while ago that simply reads: “The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter.” At immediate issue had been the protective order against Aubry granted to Berry on Thanksgiving, hours after Gabriel and Martinez brawled on her property and the latter was arrested for battery. It was scheduled to expire today. Aubry, meanwhile, had also been provided with a temporary restraining order against Martinez. He alleges that the actor started the fisticuffs and threatened his life – but the official police report points the finger of blame for the fight directly at Aubry .

Father Threatens Teenagers At Daughter’s School Michael Canaii, an overprotective dad was so hellbent on setting his daughter straight that he showed up at her Midtown high school yesterday morning swinging a heavy chain with a padlock and demanding to speak to the principal. Via NY Post : “Who’s f–king my daughter?” 35-year-old Michael Canaii barked at the HS of Graphic Communication Arts on West 49th Street, according to a school source. “He was yelling and complaining that his daughter was smoking weed and not listening to him, and he wanted the school to do something about that,” said a law-enforcement source. The hulking Canaii, who was wearing all black, also insisted on talking to his daughter when he first showed up at the school at about 9 a.m. “A man was outside with a chain. He was saying, ‘Where is my daughter?’ ” said a student. “He was swinging the chain saying, ‘I’m going to f–k you all up.’ One guy said something sly, and he took off after the guy and ran into the school.” Inside, he threatened to fight anyone in his path, the school source said. Security cleared the lobby and students were blocked from entering, the source said. But his only crime — besides alleged criminal possession of a weapon, menacing and pot possession — was caring too much. “[He] asked two students to take their stuff off and fight him in the lobby. He also asked security agents and a dean to ‘fight’ him as he was swinging a big chain around yelling, ‘No one is going to touch me,’ ” said the source. “He’s a decent father,” said Canaii’s aunt, Sondra Williams, adding that the teen lives with her mother. They grow up so fast.

Does this guy ever mind his own damn business? Donald Trump is weighing in on the drama between Halle Berry and her ex-boo Gabriel Aubry . Trump took to his regular forum, Twitter to air out his grievance with the Oscar winning actress: Trump can be on some dumb isht sometimes but we saw the photos of Catch Fade Gabe and he definitely got the knockout treatment.. US Weekly is also reporting that friends of the family have concerns Nahla is being treated like a pawn in the game between Catch Fade Gabe and Halle: “They keep playing this game and Nahla is used as a pawn,” a confidante says of the soft-spoken pre-schooler in the new Us Weekly, out now. “It’s her I feel sorry for.” Says another source of the Cloud Atlas star, who has a history of volatile romances: “All [Halle] wants is a normal family life.” Fortunately TMZ is reporting that things are looking up for the troubled family with both sides lawyers working together: There are strong signs … Gabriel Aubry, Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez have called a truce in their Thanksgiving Day war … TMZ has learned. The big, big guns just showed up in family court … Blair Berk, who reps Halle, and Shawn Holley, who reps Gabriel. Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … Berk, Holley and other lawyers spent hours yesterday trying to resolve the differences that led to the explosion of anger in Halle’s driveway. Berk and Holley straddle both areas of the law — criminal and family — and them showing up together is a sign they may have reached a peace accord. We’re told Halle and Olivier will not be present in court, so it’s highly unlikely either side is asking for an extension of a restraining order since the key witnesses are not there to testify. Gabriel Aubry Denied Access to Daughter

Gabriel Aubry took another beating today, though, this time around, the Canadian model didn’t end up with any black eyes . A family court judge shot down Aubry’s request to lift the restraining order put in place against him on Thanksgiving, which Halle Berry requested after Gabriel got into a brawl with Olivier Martinez . As a result, he must remain at least 100 yards away from daughter Nahla. Still, the protective order expires on Thursday. Berry and Martinez are expected in court again that day to ask for an extension. According to initial reports, Aubry dropped Nahla off Thursday morning and instigated a fight with Martinez, her fiance. Both men ended up in the hospital, with Gabriel later in handcuffs. But Aubry has since filed for a restraining order himself against the French actor, maintaining that Martinez pummeled him without provocation and even threatened his life. It’s all a confusing mess at the moment, with a four-year old stuck in the middle. We’ll continually update this story as more information breaks.

Lil Wayne just turned 30, but he’s been in the game since he was a teen and has recorded a mammoth number of hits. For that reason, he’s already talking retirement. Plus, 30 years old for a rapper is like 55 for the average human. The hip-hop superstar told MTV News that after he releases his upcoming Tha Carter V . “I know ya’ll want me around for a little bit and Carter V is my last album,” Weezy said. While the rapper is serious about giving up music , he has other professional ambitions. Skateboarding. “I’ve been rapping since I was eight years old. That’s a long time,” said Wayne. “When I like to do something, I end up loving to do it real quick. When I love to do something, I’m fully focused on it and it only. Music is sometimes not that it .” “I’d be a skater or sports analyst” he said. “My day job will probably be sports analyst and I’ll skate all night instead of being in the studio all night.” Fortunately (or unfortunately), the days of Lil Wayne providing NBA color commentary (maybe then he wouldn’t be denied entry by the Thunder ) are a ways off. Before Tha Carter V , Weezy is set to release, I Am Not a Human Being II on February 19.

Gabriel Aubry: Olivier Martinez Started It! Threatened to Kill Me!

Gabriel Aubry is telling a very different story than the one that’s been reported regarding his brawl and arrest for battery on Thanksgiving. With Halle Berry looking to get a restraining order against him, Aubry has already also obtained one against the actress’ fiancee, Olivier Martinez, saying in court documents that the French actor brutally beat him on Thursday after threatening him the day before. According to the Canadian model in a sworn declaration, this is what led to the Gabriel Aubry assault charges: At a school event on Wednesday, Martinez approached Aubry and told him – in French – that he wished he could “beat the sh-t out of him.” Fast forward to Thanksgiving around 10 a.m. and Aubry alleges that Martinez – as opposed to the nanny, which had been customary – met his enemy at the front door when Aubry dropped Nahla off to spend the day with her mother. From there, Martinez leaped off the stairs and went all Chris Brown on Aubry, beating him and yelling that Aubry cost him $3 million in his and Berry’s failed attempt to move Nahla to Paris . He slammed Aubry’s head against the driveway and eventually told him: “We called the cops… you’re going to tell them that you’re the one who attacked me, or I’m going to kill you.” Law enforcement officials tell TMZ that Aubry did not mention this threat when they initially talked to him at the scene. Berry’s side, of course, says that Aubry initiated the brawl, going “nuts” soon after dropping Nahla off for the day, according to the first report filed after this story broke.
