Gabriel Aubry Might Be Deported Over Thanksgiving Fight At Halle Berry’s House Via RadarOnline Halle Berry’s baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, who was arrested on Thanksgiving after a brutal brawl with the actresses’ fiance, Olivier Martinez, could be facing deportation back to his native Canada, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. “Not only is Gabe dealing with the possibility of losing shared custody of his daughter, Nahla, and possible criminal charges, but the real possibility of being deported back to Canada because of the arrest,” a source close to the former model tells RadarOnline.com exclusively. “Gabe is in the United States on a work visa and anytime someone is arrested on child abuse, domestic violence, assault or battery charges the Immigration and Naturalization Services is contacted by law enforcement. “During the time Gabe was being held at the police station he was asked if he was a United States citizen, and he said no. This is what triggered INS being contacted. It’s not a given that Gabe will be automatically deported, but it’s a very real possibility. According to police Aubry, was transported by LA Fire to a local hospital for treatment and subsequently booked at the Metro Detention Center for battery. Aubrey#39;s bail is reportedly set at $20,000 dollars and police did not know if Martinez had requested medical treatment. According to TMZ, Aubry showed up on Berry’s doorstep with their 4-year-old daughter, Nahla, for a custodial hand-off and flipped out when her fiancé, actor Olivier Martinez, made the comment, “We have to move on.” Aubry allegedly pushed Martinez and threw a punch at his face, striking him in the shoulder, TMZ reported. Martinez, 46, fought back, and the struggle ended with Aubry pinned to the ground, an unidentified source told TMZ She did say we black men are violent… yet these two white boys catch fade right in front of the lil girl and the baby’s father is pinned on the ground and beaten up? Now boys… Gabriel Aubry And Olivier Martinez Arrested And Hospitalized After Fight At Halle Berry’s Home According to TMZ reports : Gabriel Aubry was arrested Thanksgiving morning after a melee at Halle Berry’s house, which sent both Gabriel and Halle’s fiance Olivier Martinez to the hospital … TMZ has learned. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Gabriel showed up at Halle’s doorstep with Nahla for a custodial hand-off. We’re told Gabriel was inside the house when Olivier walked up to him and said, “We have to move on.” According to witnesses, Gabriel then pushed Olivier and threw a punch at his face, but Olivier blocked it and the punch struck him in the shoulder instead. We’re told Gabriel then pushed Olivier to the ground, and Olivier cold-cocked him in the face, and a struggle ensued, ending with Olivier pinning Gabriel to the ground. In the struggle, Gabriel suffered a broken rib, contusions on his face, and possibly a more serious head injury. Olivier may have broken his hand and suffered neck injuries as well. There are conflicting accounts as to whether Gabriel was rendered unconscious in the fight. Furthermore… Police were called and Olivier made a citizen’s arrest for battery against Gabriel. Gabriel was escorted to the ER and, ironically, Olivier went to the same ER an hour later. The two were just down the hall from each other. According to the latest update, Gabriel Aubry has been released from the hospital and is currently in jail facing charges. Gabriel Aubry Arrested After Brawl with Olivier Martinez

Due to his fowl behavior, this is anything but a pleasant Thanksgiving for Gabriel Aubry, as Halle Berry’s ex got into it this morning with Halle Berry’s fiance, actor Olivier Martinez . According to TMZ sources, Aubry arrived at Berry’s residence to drop off the couple’s daughter, Nahla, and simply “went nuts.” It’s unclear what preceded the fisticuffs, but Aubry got into a brawl with Martinez and ended up in the hospital. He was later arrested for battery. Berry and others were allegedly present for the fight, which Martinez appeared to win. How do we know? He didn’t go to the hospital. Aubry and Berry battled in court for many months because the latter wanted to move to France with Martinez and Nahla . The judge’s response? NON ! So at least Aubry came out on top of one battle between these turkeys. UPDATE : Insiders now tell TMZ that Martinez KNOCKED AUBRY UNCONSCIOUS and that Berry will likely seek a protective order against her ex, in relation to herself, Olivier and Nahla.

Halle Berry received bad news in her personal life today: a judge ruled that she cannot move to France with four-year old daughter Nahla. The actress had been locked in a long-term struggle with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry over her authority to make such a decision, with the Canadian model even arguing at one point that the move would endanger Berry’s life . Berry, who is engaged to Olivier Martinez, says she never had any intention to take Nahla away from her father, but the ruling still did not turn in her favor, according to TMZ. No further details are available at this time.

Halle just keeps showing us how much ‘older’ women still got it! According to The Daily Mail : The mother-of-one, who has designs on moving to Europe (in her case France), looks incredible with a huge afro in a eccentric ensemble for the magazine. With an obvious ’70s feel to it, the shot is screamingly flamboyant compared to the actress’s normal style, but she looks brilliant. The Diana Ross-esque look is for the November issue of Interview magazine. The publication has released two versions of the cover, which sees the mother of four-year-old Nahla also sporting the big hair. One cover features the Cloud Atlas star – who is engaged to French actor Olivier Martinez – in colour, while the other is a black & white photo. Berry has been making the rounds at various events, talk shows and premieres, in an effort to promote her new film with Tom Hanks. The Hollywood star shares her daughter with French-Canadian model Gabriel Aubry. The former couple announced their separation in April 2010 and Gabriel filed documents with the Los Angeles Superior Court later that year asking for formal recognition of his paternity and for the court to grant him legal and physical custody of their child. During an interview on German chat show Wetten dass…? on Saturday, Halle revealed she’s happy that she waited to have Nahla: ‘I’m a much better mother at 46… than if I were like, 21 or 25. ‘[At that age] I was just a little baby just trying to figure out who I was, let alone having the responsibility of trying to help another little soul develop and grow.
