It's been about a week since Ryan Edwards got out of rehab , and the former Teen Mom OG star has been keeping a low profile during that time. That's a very good thing, as the last time he checked out of a treatment facility, Edwards immediately started bashing Maci Bookout on Instagram. This time around, he's keeping his nose clean, focusing on his sobriety, and spending time with his newborn son. But that doesn't mean we're totally in the dark about how Ryan is doing these days. Both Maci and Ryan's wife, Mackenzie Standifer, have offered updates recently, and so far, fans like what they're seeing. Take a look: 1. Triumphant Ryan We don’t want to jinx him, but it looks like Ryan may have finally turned things around. 2. Sticking It Out Despite initial reports that he left rehab early again, Ryan reportedly lasted for the entire 90-day course of treatment. 3. Jael Strauss, the America’s Next Top Model contestant who revealed just two months ago that she had breast cancer , died Tuesday morning around 11 a.m. She was under hospice care at the time. And she was 34 years old. Insiders close to Strauss tell TMZ that her condition took a turn for the worse on Monday night, following several days during which Strauss was unconscious. Her family has been allowing visitors to see Jael, however, up until the final few hours of her life. It was clear at that point that the Season 8 hopeful did not have much time remaining. Strauss chose to stop chemotherapy around Halloween and went into hospice on Thanksgiving, writing on Facebook: “First night in hospice. So many things I never knew about life. Or death. So many things.” It was only a month or so before this transition that Strauss wrote a lengthy and emotional message to fans about her Stage IV breast cancer. Likely aware at the time that the diagnosis was fatal, she said: “It has aggressively spread throughout my body and is incurable.” “With treatment it may prolong my life longer than the ‘few months’ doctors said I could make it. I don’t want to die.” “I need another one of those miracles that I got back in 2013.” With this statement, Strauss was referring to a past battling the devastating affects of crystal meth addiction. This was something difficult and personal, and which she addressed publicly in an appearance on Dr. Phil in 2012. In August, just two months before the breast cancer diagnosis, Strauss celebrated five years of sobriety. This is what she wrote on Instagram in tribute to herself, her situation and all those who helped her along the way: I know a few things to be true: Miracles are real, Recovery is possible for everyone no matter how far gone you think you are, We are never too broken to be put back together. Service work feels better than the greatest high. Sobriety makes you weirder not normal and I’d be dead if it weren’t for all the love and forgiveness I’ve been showered with by my friends and family. SAid Jael’s family and friends to TMZ in a statement: “The one blessing was that we were able to show her how loved she was before she passed. She brought so much light to people.” As mentioned above, Strauss competed on the eighth season of America’s Next Top Model in 2007 and finished sixth in the competition. Is there anyone out there who still likes Tristan Thompson? Like, is there even one single person who thinks he’s a decent guy? It really doesn’t seem that way, but that’s fine — he definitely did it to himself, after all. Lots of people didn’t like him all the way back in 2016 when he first started dating Khloe Kardashian. Mostly because he was expecting a child with another woman when they got together, and there’s just no way for that kind of situation to be good. But as time went on, Tristan really earned that bad rap. We all know what happened — he cheated on Khloe while she was pregnant, at least twice. Once early in the pregnancy with some girls at a hookah bar in D.C., and once at a rooftop bar in Manhattan just days before she went into labor. Both of those weird little affairs happened when he was traveling with the Cleveland Cavaliers. And in both cases, we only know about his bad behavior because of video evidence. So really, who knows how many times he’s cheated on her ? It’s all sad and uncomfortable and so many bad things, but Khloe has chosen to stay with him, and so here we are. We still have to hear about him, we still have to see him … It’s really very unfortunate for those of us who do keep up with the Kardashians. For the most part, Tristan lays low these days, outside of his NBA career, of course. But on Thanksgiving, he shared a little family photo featuring Khloe, True, and himself. And he probably really regrets that now. “I’m soo blessed,” he captioned the photo. “Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours.” His followers wasted no time in ripping him to shreds. Many of them pointed out that Tristan’s son isn’t in the picture or even mentioned. “Did you post a pic of your son stating that you’re blessed!???” one of those people asked. “You need Koko around for your own personal image.” “You only know your celebrity kid,” someone else commented. “Maybe if Prince was famous you would of spend time with him.” Lots of Khloe fans speculated that Tristan really is thankful … “thankful she took u back lmao,” one person joked. Finally, a follower summed things up pretty perfectly by writing “You’re still garbage.” Isn’t he, though? Did Dancing with the Stars deliver another shocking twist to close out Season 27? In a season that has been filled with controversy, with fans ruling it a popularity contest as opposed to a dancing competition, there have already been some headscratchers. From the surprise elimination of Tinashe early into the season to last week’s stunning elimination of Juan Pablo Di Pace on the same night he landed two perfect scores, we think it’s fair to say fans are less than impressed with the series. Hey, that’s not to say we still think Milo Manheim, Alexis Ren, Bobby Bones, and Evanna Lynch could even be ruled as celebrities. To the casual viewer, this season probably feels like a civilian edition, and we can’t blame them. But how did those final routines pan out and did they even matter when it came to the final vote? Let’s break them down one last time! Alexis Ren and Alan Bersten — Argentine Tango 27/30; Freestyle: 30/30 It was clear from the first week of the competition that there was a lot going for both Alexis and Alan. They had the chemistry sorted and later embarked on a relationship. Their Argentine Tango was not without flaws, and it was a misstep for this otherwise solid pair. Thankfully, they pulled it back with a rock-solid freestyle that showed why viewers are voting for them: They’re both flexible as hell! Bobby Bones and Sharna Burgess — Cha-Cha: 24/30; Freestyle: 30/30 Bobby has come across as a mere novelty act. The radio personality has charisma for days, but he’s been lacking as far as dancing ability goes. It’s surprising he lasted this long in the competition. His Cha-Cha with Sharna was much of the same, but the Freestyle definitely kicked things up a few gears. Where has that level of dancing been all season long? It did seem like it was too little, too late, but we still had the results to go. Milo Manheim and Witney Carson — Charleston: 30/30; F reestyle : 30/30 Next to Juan Pablo, Milo seemed like the next best thing. He and Witney have been pulling in high scores all season long, and the pair secured another two perfect scores. They perform well together and are confident. Whoever put them together at the start of the season knew they would make for a powerful duo. Evanna Lynch and Keo Motsepe — Halloween Night tango: 30/30; Freestyle: 30/30 Evanna started the season off in the middle of the pack, but she quickly adapted, and got her confidence back as the season progressed. Pulling off two perfect scores in one night is difficult, but it shows just how far she’s come since that first week. After all of those performances, there was still room for Grocery Store Joe to show up with some of his Bachelorette alumni to prove why he should have been kicked out in the first week. Seriously though, who the heck was voting for that dude? In the end, Bobby Bones and Sharna Burgess secured the Mirrorball Trophy, and yes, it’s got to be one of the biggest twists to rock the series. It’s high time the dancing had a higher weighting on the results because the viewer vote is starting to ruin the show. Will there be changes implemented? Time till tell. Tristan Thompson is a serial cheater. This much cannot be denied, not based on the surveillance video footage of Thompson macking on other women while Khloe Kardashian was pregnant. And not based on Tristan’s own words, as one can quickly note that he’s never once denied getting busy with a number of Instagram models late last year and earlier this year. So, yes, Tristan Thompson likes to sleep around. But did he once sleep around… with Khloe?!? It’s been remarked on many times since Khloe and Tristan got together, but it’s worth repeating for those unaware: Thompson was in a serious relationship with a woman named Jordan Craig back in 2015 and 2016. Just how serious, you may be wondering? Craig gave birth to Thompson’s first child in December of the year! Tristan and Khloe went public with their romance a short while later, prompting some to speculate whether Thompson actively left Craig for Kardashian. It’s a fair question, given what we now know about the professional baller. And it’s one that just came up again on social media. On Sunday, a Twitter user shared several very old paparazzi photos of Thompson and Kardashian together, alleding that the 34-year-old had “staged” the picture so that she would be the center of attention the day after Craig delivered her and Thompson’s son, Prince. This individual felt a need to bring this up in response to Khloe Tweeting: A birth is not something you can “redo”. Once you make that choice you can never get it back #KUWTK think big people. Agreed, the troll wrote, explaining: “Jordan will never get that moment back where U made the birth of her & Tristan’s son all about YOU. U staged pics so everyone would see you with T at the Bel Air hotel a day after Jordy gave birth. “U could have been classy & made it a private moment between parents.” Khloe, who was on Twitter for awhile following the airing of an emotional Keepiing Up with the Kardashians episode , couldn’t help but respond as follows: What are you even talking about. Their son was born December 12th these images were taken many months later. And baby girl, i have been wearing those rings way longer than I’ve known TT. Get your facts straight. Instead of heeding this advice, however, the person took his/her beef with Khloe to a very unexpected place. “Khloe, you are such a pathological liar,” the harsh critic wrote, actually adding: “We all know what you were doing to Jordy back then. Posting pics of you and Tristan on vacation together. Jordan is class and you are trash. “Jordan also wears vegan fur and you wear the real stuff. You’re a joke to animal lovers and women.” Wait, what? “Lol got it! Lol your issue is with the fur! You clearly don’t know Tristan or myself so you have no idea our timeline babe,” Khloe responded, concluding: “But I’m so flattered that you pay such close attention to me for all of these years to the great life love. Thanks for the support.” The latest few episodes of her family’s reality show have focused on Tristan’s cheating scandal. Khloe has admitted that they’ve been difficult to watch, especially as she tries to work things out with Thompson, but that she’s doing her best to move on. Which is not to say she has any clue why Thompson acted the way he did back then. “I’ll never understand either,” she wrote to a fan slamming Thompson for his actions last night. “I try to live a very honest and positive life. But I know that God doesn’t make mistakes. “He wants me to go through certain things so I can grow and I [was] given a platform to hopefully help others not feel so alone and so we can grow together. I find strength [in] so many people. “The greatness in my life definitely out weighs [any] bad thing that has ever happened to me. Folks, if you’re still holding onto a shred of hope that Khloe Kardashian will dump Tristan Thompson , it may be time to give that up. Despite the fact that Tristan was caught cheating on Khloe will she was pregnant with his child, it looks like these two are gonna ride this thing out. For a while there, it looked as though Khloe was dropping hints about kicking her unfaithful baby daddy to the curb. These days, however, it’s more apparent than ever that these two are planning to stick it out. In fact, TMZ is reporting that Khloe will travel to Cleveland next week to spend Thanksgiving with Tristan and his family. Obviously, spending Thanksgiving with your significant other’s loved ones is a solid indication that you’re in a committed relationship. But spending Thanksgiving in Cleveland — well, that’s next level. Khloe had the option of chillin’ on the beach in Calabasas, and instead, she’s slogging off to the shores of beautiful Lake Erie. And it you don’t live in the Northeast or Midwest, then you might not be aware of it, but winter came early this year. We’re sure Khloe has all kinds of fashionable attire for colder climates, but we’re also sure she’d prefer to be at home, raking in a nice payday for hanging out with her sisters in the presence of an E! camera crew. Of course, True’s mama might be accustomed to the frigid temps by now. After all, Khloe has been spending quite a bit of time in Cleveland lately. She’s attended several recent Cavs home games, and her presence seems to be having a positive effect on Tristan. Thompson has been killing it on the court lately and looked especially dominant in his team’s win over Charlotte Tuesday night. So in the end, it looks like everything is coming up roses for Khloe and Tristan. Of course, it’s still very early in the NBA season. Tristan has a lot of away games ahead of him. Kourtney Kardashian shared her enthusiasm for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show like any diehard fan would: cosplay. Not to be confused with her Halloween costume, Kourt donned a different lingerie look just hours ahead of this year’s show. The results are jaw-dropping. Take a look: Kourt captioned this photo: “Can’t wait for tonight.” She was referring to the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. 2018 seems to exist outside of the normal rules of time, so we understand that it might be hard to accept that Halloween was just two weeks ago. Famously, she and her sisters went as Victoria’s Secret Angels — because of course they did. In this pic, however, Kourtney is wearing a slightly different outfit, both in terms of the lingerie portion and in terms of the wings. For contrast, here is the look that she was sporting for Halloween: As you can see, the “wings” are very different in the Halloween costume. And the lingerie is a bit more revealing. Those outfits were, of course, supplied by Victoria’s Secret. (The Kardashian brand is still intensely powerful, folks, and any company would jump at the chance to have these women don their products) The picture up top is of Kourtney getting hyped for the actual runway show. But on All Hallow’s Eve, the Kardashian clan put on a runway show of their very own. The women — excuse us, the angels — looked positively radiant in their Halloween costumes. “Thank you Victoria’s Secret for sending us actual runway looks and real wings to borrow for the night!!!” Kim gushed. “OMG a dream come true!” Kim continued. “Got to be a Victoria’s Secret Angel for the night!” Kim acknowledged that her supermodel sister was no stranger to the look: “[And] Kendall got good practice lol.” Kendall’s non-compete agreement with La Perla lingerie had thankfully run out in time for her to participate in this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. (Which, honestly, makes it kind of awkward — don’t do a group costume if the costume idea is just the day job of one member of the group) Kourtney, for her part, crackd a joke about her height. “I opened the show,” Kourtney shared on Halloween. “Thank you [Victoria’s Secret] for making me the first ever 5’1” angel,” she joked. In case you had forgotten, the Kardashian women are extraordinarily tiny. (Even the “tall” ones, like Khloe and Kendall at 5-foot-10 each, only look tall because their sisters are so short) The Kardashians brought some added attention — or at least a timely reminder — of the real Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Unfortunately, the show managed to stir up some controversy this year. A recurring topic regarding the fashion industry is a glaring lack of diversity. This year, the brand answered that question very poorly. When asked about the idea of models on the runway with different ages, or body types, or who might be transgender or disabled, the Chief Marketing Officer put his foot in his mouth. “No. No, I don’t think we should,” he said. “Well, why not? Because the show is a fantasy.” That did not go over well, and he has since apologized. Kourtney’s latest photo comes as fires are ravaging Southern California, even reaching as far as some Kardashian properties. Multiple celebrities have had their homes totally consumed by raging wildfires. With this year’s drought, the fire continues to burn unchecked — and with climate change, these devastating wildfires will only grow more frequent. We sincerely hope that the fire can soon be contained and extinguished. In the mean time, many find Kourt’s photos to be a welcome distraction from the horrifying inferno.
