Calvin Harris would like to make something very clear: He did not receive any hand jobs from any massage parlors and anyone who says anything to the contrary may want to go out and hire a lawyer. Earlier this week, Radar Online spread the rumor that Taylor Swift dumped Harris because the DJ was spotted leaving an establishment known for providing its clients with “happy endings.” (No, we’re not referring to copies of the canceled ABC sitcom.) But just as fans were starting to sympathize with poor Taylor and lament yet another failed romantic entanglement, Harris jumped on Twitter and wrote the following last night: “It’s not going to be a ‘happy ending’ for everyone I sue for defamation of character for all these bullshit stories bye bye.” Nice. Well played, Calvin, both for the definitive denial and also for the perfectly-placed pun. It certainly does seem like a stretch to believe that Calvin Harris would risk his relationship with Swift just to receive some manual pleasure from a stranger. Although Harry Styles supposedly split with the artist in 2013 because Swift was too prude . Prior to Calvin’s threat, though, Swift’s rep came out with a simple statement of his own, telling the world: “I’ve said it before and I’m saying it again, do not believe Radar Online.” Sounds like someone has some bad blood with Radar Online, eh? Harris was speaking with her fellow panelists this week when attention got turned to a few magazine photos of her pregnant body, specifically the negative things idiots wrote online upon seeing them. “I did feel pretty awful about the comments and the pictures,” Harris admitted on air. “But then I thought, you know what? Bugger it. I'm growing a baby.” You tell em, Sarah! “This is me, this is how I get around once I leave work,” she continued. “I take off my pretty frocks, the heavy make-up and the hair, I take off my Spanx, which I'm still wearing. That's what I look like, and it's OK.” Harris went on to lament the pressure on expecting mothers to look a certain way and the pressure on new mothers to shed their baby weight quickly. She concluded: I want to say to the haters, get stuffed. And we want to say to Sarah Harris: Can you be our best friend?

Reality Star Set To Be Sentenced In Drug Trafficking Case Next Month Federal prosecutors in Love & Hip Hop’s Mendeecees Harris ’ drug running case have asked that the reality star serve no more than 10 years for the crimes. Last April, Harris took a deal and pled guilty to felony drug trafficking and conspiracy, admitting that he, his brother and another man ferried large amounts of cocaine and heroin to upstate New York. Despite the deal, Harris still faced up to 40 years in prison and a $5 million fine. But prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney’s Office recommended that Harris’ sentence be downgraded, so that he serves between 108 months and 121 months in the Big House. The feds wrote that Harris deserved a break because he admitted his role in the major drug ring and cooperated with authorities on the terms of his plea deal. The U.S. Attorney’s Office also requested that Harris forfeit his earnings from the hit reality show – nearly $171,000 – as well as pay an additional $100 fine when he’s sentenced Oct. 2. “Upon the ground that the defendant has assisted authorities in the investigation or prosecution of the defendant’s own misconduct by timely notifying authorities of the defendant’s intention to enter a plea of guilty, thereby permitting the government to avoid preparing for trial and permitting the government and the court to allocate their resources efficiently, the government hereby moves the court to apply the additional one level downward adjustment for acceptance of responsibility…” Assistant U.S. Attorney Frank Sherman wrote to the court Sept. 11. BOSSIP has reached out to Harris’ attorney, Donald Thompson, for comment.

Texas Sheriff’s Deputy Darren Goforth Gunned Down While Pumping Gas America…the land of shootings and senseless murders. Via CNN A man “believed to be the alleged gunman” in the killing of a uniformed Houston-area sheriff’s deputy was in custody and being questioned Saturday morning, Sgt. William Kennard of the Texas Department of Public Safety told CNN. No charges have been filed against the man, Kennard said. The man’s name wasn’t given. It was the man’s mother who called the Harris County Sheriff’s Department about her son, Kennard said. “All the information she had heard led to him.” A red pickup truck was parked at the spot where deputies took the person in custody, according to video shot by CNN affiliate KTRK. Authorities had said the suspect drove away from the shooting in a red Ford Ranger. The suspect shot Deputy Darren H. Goforth, 47, while the deputy was filling up his patrol car at a Chevron station just after 8:30 p.m. (9:30 p.m. ET), Harris County Sheriff Ron Hickman said. “Deputy Goforth was refueling his vehicle and returning to his car from inside the convenience store when, unprovoked, a man walked up behind him and literally shot him to death.” Goforth was shot multiple times from behind and then fell to the ground, where the suspect shot the deputy multiple times again, said Deputy Thomas Gilliland, a spokesman for the sheriff’s office. Wells Fargo Does An About Face After BOSSIP Highlighted Black Stuntmen’s Fight For Bank To Honor Black Stagecoach Driver In Commcercial The Black Stuntmen’s Association scored a win in their fight against Wells Fargo to honor a freedom-fighting black stagecoach driver who worked for the bank during the California Gold Rush. Wells Fargo bank offered to fork over a $10,000 grant to the Black Stuntmen’s Association the day after BOSSIP asked its reps about the group’s battle with the bank to commemorate their one-time employee, William Robison, with a commercial featuring a black stagecoach driver. The bank also agreed to include them in an upcoming publicity campaign. “We recognize the importance of your legacy to the African-American community,” Wells Fargo rep Lisa Frison told the stuntmen in an email, “and would be pleased to help bring broader visibility and awareness to your organization in this way.” But association president Willie Harris said the $10,000 amounted to “hush money,” and said the bank hadn’t been in touch for weeks until BOSSIP began asking questions. “I think they think if they offered us the $10,000 we would go away,” Harris told BOSSIP. “We ain’t for sale.” “Why did they wait till you called?” he asked. “We do have some pride.” The association – created in the 1960s to tackle the entrenched racism in the Hollywood movie stunt industry – has been in a two year fight with Wells Fargo over Robison, who drove a six-horse stagecoach from Stockton, Ca. to the Nevada gold mines for 40 years until he retired in 1895. Robison was part of a gun-toting gang who freed a group of African-Americans in San Joaquin County who were being illegally sold into slavery. Robison also worked to desegregate California’s school system, and as a delegate in the state Convention of Colored Citizens, he distributed petitions demanding blacks be allowed to testify in court. We’ve reached out to Wells Fargo for comment. Harris said he’s asked Wells Fargo for a face-to-face meeting, and he doesn’t know if the group would accept the money. “We’re not stupid and we do have respect for ourselves,” Harris told BOSSIP. “We’re going to stand on our feet.”

The admitted drug kingpin and father of two has had his sentencing hearing for drug trafficking delayed until the Fall, BOSSIP can reveal. Harris, who earlier this year pled guilty to felony conspiracy and possession with intent to distribute, was supposed to be sentenced Aug. 31 in New York State Federal Court, but the sentencing hearing was pushed back until Oct. 2. “It was the judge’s schedule,” Harris’ lawyer, Donald Thompson, told BOSSIP. “We didn’t have any control over it.” The government contended that Harris helped operate a large drug dealing operation that funneled huge quantities of cocaine and heroin from New York City to upstate New York. Under his plea deal, Harris could get anywhere from five to 40 years in prison, as well as a $5 million fine. Thompson said it wasn’t yet clear how much time Harris was going to do. “As we get closer, we’ll have a better idea,” he said. “We don’t have anything firmed up. In the meantime, Harris is keeping busy with work and family, Thompson said. “He seems to be doing well,” he said. “They’re filming the new season, he’s doing a lot of public appearances.”
