We just obtained the document submitted to the California superior court on behalf of Mel Gibson as part of the Aussie actor’s bid to have his infamous 2006 DUI arrest wiped from his record. The Lethal Weapon star’s lawyer will go to court next week to ask a judge to remove the DUI because Gibson has successfully completed all the terms of his three-year probation.
