American actress, television director, voice actress, singer-songwriter, author and film and television producer Jennifer Love Hewitt has spent grueling effort and time in the gym after the bikini pictures uncovered food, her body is more sculpted and tone. Here is what the famous singer is munching on: Breakfast: 2 servings of mixed fruit (like 2 oranges 1 grapefruit or 6 oz of strawberries, blueberries or s raspberries) and 1 cup of low-fat Greek yogurt or ¾ cup of cottage cheese. Snack: Apple with 1 to 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter. Lunch: Turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, sprouts, 1/2 tsp mayo and 1/2 tsp mustard on Ezekiel sprouted bread. Snack: 2 Laughing Cow 2 oz cheese cubes and 3 cups of mixed greens, carrots and broccoli. Dinner: 8 oz roasted chicken breast or fish with 2 cups of veggies, such as steamed artichokes, wok-seared mushrooms and snow-pea pods,” HCLW says of  Jennifer Love Hewitt’s daily diet. “I rarely have treats around that might tempt me late at night, which is when I usually crave something really fattening. What am I going to do? Drive out at 11 at night just to satisfy a craving? Jonas Brothers Trapped in Elevator For 45 Minutes

American pop boyband Jonas Brothers were stucked in an elevator for 45 minutes. After giving a free concert to thousand adoring fans last Saturday at The Grove in Hollywood, they found themselves trapped in an elevator. “We were stuck in an elevator with eight people and Big Rob,” said Joe Jonas, referring to the band’s illustrious security guard. “It was a 21-person elevator,” notes Kevin. Joe and Nick were the first to panick which prompted some disagreement from Nick. “I didn’t panic,” insists the young star, who, mindful of his diabetic condition, points out, “I just didn’t have my [blood-sugar] checker with me. No one had it on them, and I was afraid that if [my blood-sugar level] went low in an elevator we wouldn’t be able to do anything about it.” Joe said, “It went from, ‘Okay, this is hilarious, we’re stuck in an elevator, okay press the button,’ to ‘This is crazy, okay, I can’t breathe, this is insane.’ “ It was fortunate for them to be with a good company during the confinement in the elevator. “Chef Tim Love was in the elevator, with us and he was trying to become Rambo in the moment,” says Joe, who, as a fan of Love’s cooking, had invited him to join them that day. “It was really funny,” says Joe. “It was crazy to see the fact that he was put in the situation.” To top it off, the entire experience was captured on film. “We had our photographer Rob Hoffman with us, and he had his video camera so he taped the whole thing,” says Nick. “It ended with the fire department coming through with axes.” Jonas Brothers Trapped in Elevator For 45 Minutes is a post from: Daily World Buzz Continue reading →

Ronan Keating And Yvonne Connolly Amicably Separated

Boyzone’s Ronan Keating, an Irish singer-songwriter, charity campaigner and radio-television presenter, has separated with Irish model wife Yvonne Connolly split from his wife Yvonne after 12 years of marriage. Keating and Connolly have three children, Jack (11), Marie (9) and Ali (4). The couple announced today their amicable separation. A statement released to BANG Showbiz said: “With great sadness Ronan and Yvonne Keating today announce their separation. The separation is amicable and they will continue to work together in order to provide the best for their children. The family ask for privacy at this difficult time.” No other details are yet to be released. Earlier this week, Ronan admitted he was surprised Yvonne had stayed with him for the last 12 years, and admitted he can be jealous if she goes out without him. He said: “I can’t believe Yvonne has stuck with me for so long. I still get incredibly jealous. The green-eyed monster rears its ugly head and brings out all my insecurities. “I don’t like it if Yvonne is out without me. Study on Mobile Phone linked to Brain Cancer

In our modern times wherein it is a necessity to always be in touch with the world, one of the ever-present tools that we have is our reliable mobile phones or cell phones. No matter where you are in the world it is likely that you have access to this piece of device. However, there are some concerns from ordinary citizens even up to the scientific community if this wonderful equipment could cause negative effects to one’s health, specifically cancer. Recently, the World Health Organization released a substantial amount of funding for wide-scale studies concerning the long-term effect of regular use of mobile phone. Even before the initial phase of the study, the proponents were already faced by several boundaries, particularly with the time needed for a cancer cell to develop, since it normally takes years or even decade to form. The scientific community is still skeptic but the minute evidence that there is an increased risk of acquiring cancer with the frequent use of mobile phone compel them to go deep. It is very well-known for a fact that mobile phone emits radio waves but there is still no proof that this could affect the body of a healthy individual. Until the scientific community comes up with a conclusive result, it is always important to keep in mind that prevention is better than cure. Storm Killed 17 People In India

A cyclone was declared by the Southern Indian state and evacuated about more than 50,000 people on Thursday as the region braced for its worst storm in 14 years. Cyclone Laila is expected to hit the coast of Andhra Pradesh state from the Bay of Bengal later on Thursday. As of now, heavy rains and strong winds have already killed at least 17 individuals over the past 24 hours. At least 55 fishermen were reported missing. Official reported that even before the cyclone hit, some parts of the state had been hit by up to 1 foot (32 centimeters) of rain. Chief Minister K. Rosaiah ordered fishing vessels to stay in port. According to state revenue Dharmana Prasad Rao, they have already moved more than 50,000 people from coastal and low-lying villages into temporary shelters in schools and government buildings. He identified 800 villages are vulnerable, this made them decide to evacuate the residents before the cyclone hits. Dancing With The Stars: Elimination

After the couples performed a night of double duty on Dancing with the Stars, it is elimination night once more. Another couple has to go home and three among the four semi-finalists will be moving on to the next round. Chad Ochocinco and Cheryl Burke were eliminated after finishing in the bottom two last week and now getting low scores on Monday night’s performance. The couples who are moving on to the finale are Erin Andrews, Evan Lysacek and Nicole Scherzinger. “I enjoyed it,” the NFL player says. “I got some great criticism that’s made me stronger.” His pro dancing partner Cheryle Burke adds, “Chad is the most humble guy I’ve ever met. He made me laugh and smile all season long.”

The final four went head to head in front of an audience on Monday night’s performance. The judges chose two front-runners: Nicole Scherzinger and Evan Lysacek. The two couples have earned a perfect score for one of their two dances. Nicole and Derek earned the perfect score for their Argentine tango during their ballroom round while Evan and Anna earned it with their paso doble during the Latin round. Evan and Anna gained a score of 29 points for their ballroom routine. Erin Andrews and Maksim Chmerkovskiy got the third spot on Monday night after scoring 27 points for their Viennese waltz. Chad Ochocinco and Cheryl Burke hit the bottom spot. The couple scored straight nines for their ballroom routine and eights fo their Latin round. China’s One Dog Policy

World’s most populous nation China has tremendously reduced its population by 400 million. China’s “One Child Policy” was established by leader Deng Xiaoping in 1979 to limit population growth. This year is the eleventh year since the policy was erected.  The government was pleased with the result thus they have created another “One Dog Policy”. One-dog policy is a policy implemented in 2006, restricting residents of Beijing, China to one dog per family. It also prohibits families from raising large (over 14 in or 35.5 cm tall) or ferocious dogs. Only three percent of dogs are vaccinated in China.  Many people die due to rabies. Beijing announced a one dog per household in nine zones throughout the city. Anyone with more than one dog will be clubbed along with the dog. Non-dog owners seem to be in favor of the move. Investigation Result of Polish Presidential Plane Crash Reveals By Russia

On Wednesday, chief of the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) Tatyana Anodina told local media that there were non-crew members in the cockpit of the Polish presidential plane that crashed near Smolensk on April 10. Tatyana Anodina said that “It was proven that some of the persons in the cockpit were not crew members,” “The voice of one of them has been identified, while the others are being identified by the Polish side.” She said that the voices were difficult to identify because the door to the pilot’s cockpit had been open. Tatyana added that the “Unique equipment was used to clear the recording of the noises. As a result, the voices were identified quite distinctly.” There was no terrorist attack, fire, explosion or engine problem on board of the plane. The pilot had no navigation and weather data before he took off from Poland, but he was repeatedly informed about the weather in the area before landing, according to the findings from Russian investigation, According to the interfax news agency as said by Alexei Morozov, head of the IAC technical commission, “The air traffic controller twice warned the crew about fog and 400-meter visibility and said there were no conditions for landing.” Tatyan Anodina said that the causes of the plane crash will be established and named within the tightest deadlines. As she said, “The results will be open and made available to the public at large.
