Following his first public appearance since his daughter was found unconscious in her bathtub back in January, Bobby Brown rushed back to Bobbi Kristina’s bedside in order to supervise her care and pray for a miracle. Krissi’s prognosis remains grim, yet Bobby has repeatedly delayed the decision to remove her from life support in hopes that she’ll defy the odds and regain consciousness. The burden rests entirely on Bobby’s shoulders, and he seems to have no plans of giving up on his only daughter., However, other members of the family are beginning to come to terms with the fact that Krissi will almost certainly never recover, and sources say they’ve begun pushing Brown to remove her life support . In a recent interview, Cissy Houston stated that there’s “not a great deal of hope” for Bobbi Kristina, and she hinted that she’s already begun the grieving process. It seemed as though Cissy was eager for her troubled granddaughter to finally be at rest, and resented Bobby’s decision to prolong her vegetative state. But there are sources close to the family who believe that Cissy and the other Houstons may have an ulterior motive in encouraging to Bobby to remove life support. Is is believed that after the death of Whitney Houston , Bobbi Kristina inherited her entire $20 million fortune. Currently, that money is being used to cover Krissi’s astronomical medical bills. As you’ve likely heard, Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton’s due date is fast approaching, and naturally, the UK press is going mad with anticipation. Apparently, some media outlets have been receiving official royal updates regarding when they should set up shop outside of St. Mary’s Hospital in London. That’s the location where, for the second time in less than two years, Kate is expected to welcome a newborn who will immediately have more titles than the Khaleesi. Possibly sooner than originally expected, too. Apparently, when Kate’s due date was first revealed several weeks ago, it was said to be April 20. Since then, the date has moved up to April 15, which can only mean one thing – the fall of the British Empire is at hand. We, kid! Don’t worry Canada, you’re still in good hands! Florida mom Heather Hironimus is currently a fugitive from justice after she refused to submit to a judge’s order that her four-year-old son be circumcised. Last week, a Palm Beach County judge reportedly ordered Hironimus to hand over the boy for the increasingly controversial procedure. She declined. A warrant has been issued for her arrest, and her whereabouts are unknown. The woman’s attorneys say she and her son have checked into a domestic violence crisis shelter because the youngster is “terrified” of the circumcision. “The child is scared to death of the procedure and doesn’t want it,” attorney Thomas Hunker said, according to South Florida’s Sun-Sentinel newspaper. Hunker said “there have been no safeguards put in place to protect the child’s psychological and emotional condition with regards to this surgery.” The obvious question on everybody’s mind: How did it reach the point where the minor, whose name is Chase, was thrust into the national spotlight? Hironimus and the boy’s father, Dennis Nebus, squared off in court over the issue last month, according to media reports, and the judge took his side. While Hironimus and Nebus once agreed to have Chase circumcised, Heather changed her mind and has been battling his estranged father over it. Supporters of Heather’s contend that circumcision is a barbaric practice that Chase shouldn’t have to endure (or at least that he should get to decide). One group founded on behalf of her plight, called Chase’s Guardians, helped raise more than $35,000 online to pay for Hironimus’ attorneys’ fees. “We feel like this is our son,” Amber Baxley, founder of Chase’s Guardians, said. “We’re fighting tooth-and-nail against this abhorrent, disgusting decision.” Circumcision has become a polarizing and hotly-debated issue in recent years, and this is not the first case involving it to make national headlines. Most of the children involved were anonymous, however. Hironimus and her backers have (they claim out of necessity) made Chase a cause celebre. The mom’s lawyers have requested that a mental evaluation be done on Chase to see if he’s mentally and emotionally capable of enduring a circumcision. Just how common is the medical practice? It depends who you ask, but it’s clearly favored more by select people and in select places than others. Only about a third of all men across the world are circumcised, according to World Health Organization research, most often for non-medical reasons. Whether you agree with having it done or not, it seems pretty crazy that the boy and his mother could be ordered to do so by a judge, doesn’t it? Ever since Bobbi Kristina Brown was found unconscious in her bathtub on January 31, her family has remained hopeful that she’ll defy the odds and miraculously make a full recovery. Now, for some members of the Brown family, reality is sinking in , and it’s becoming apparent that Bobbi Kristina is unlikely to ever regain consciousness. Last week, Bobbi was removed from the hospital and relocated to a facility devoted to rehabilitation and hospice care. The reason was not that there had been any change in Bobbi’s condition, rather it was simply a result of hospital policy. After seven weeks in a comatose state, Bobbi was unable to remain in her hospital bed any longer, and there has reportedly been no change in her condition since the relocation. Now, Radar Online is reporting that several family members are beginning to realize that Bobbi should be removed from life support in the very near future, but several hold-outs – including her father – are still focused on the possibility of a full recovery. “The whole family is really hoping for a miracle, but it is bleak,” says one insider. Suge Knight’s bail was set at $25 million after prosecutors made the case that he is dangerous, and has been well before he killed a man in a hit and run. Calling him a “prolific and unrepentant criminal,” prosecutor Cynthia Barnes filed a mountain of paperwork this week to support her position on the matter. Barnes claims he was angry when he over and killed Terry Carter, and a look at the shocking Suge Knight hit and run video does little to dispel that theory. Suge Knight Hit and Run Video She claims he was upset about not receiving any money for his likeness that was used in Dr. Dre’s movie, Straight Outta Compton , and flew into a rage. One that isn’t even that uncommon for Suge and his “shameless life of crime.” Her argument, heard Friday morning in a Los Angeles courtroom, cited a staggering 31 incidents in the last decade in which Knight was linked to violence. She also submitted more than two dozen police reports that link Suge to extortion, robbery, assault, battery, witness intimidation and who knows what else. Oh, and Barnes says Suge has laundered more than $10 million since 2002. Knight’s attorney, Matt Fletcher, countered that the D.A. must watch Empire online , and is trying to play up the negative public perception of Knight. Yes, he liked Suge to Lucious Lyon, who was arrested on the Empire finale. Fletcher also pointed the finger at Cle “Bone” Sloan, one of the men Knight ran over, referencing Bone’s statement to police that he “f–ked Suge up.” Knight is in poor health, he says, and complains about living in solitary with no hot water, no blanket and only sporadic showers. Still, back he goes for now. At trial, Knight is expected to claim he was ambushed by gunmen prior to the incident and that he is going blind due to lack of medical care , but will a jury buy it?
