Kate Upton and Maksim Chmerkovskiy were spotted out and about again this week, this time at the HBO premiere of documentary Casting By in NYC. Kate Upton and Maksim Chmerkovskiy “The two did not want to be photographed together,” a source tells E! News. The duo, who tried to avoid cameras, “left the event around midnight and went to Catch sushi bar, that turns into a club. The two partied until the early hours.” Despite their best efforts, the pair was nevertheless snapped in the back seat of a car, rekindling rumors that Upton is dating Maksim Chmerkovskiy . Is she or isn’t she? An eyewitness inside Catch reports, “They walked in holding hands. They weren’t trying to hide the rumors they are together.” Conversely, a source close to Kate Upton said they “are just good friends,” while a source close to Maks has “heard nothing about them dating.” Maks, 33, and Kate, 21, have been linked together before, and would certainly make for an attractive couple if things became romantic between them. We’re guessing the truth is somewhere in between dating and friends. They likely are seeing each other, but not exclusively due to their work schedules. That’s just THG’s theory.
