Ho Sit Down: Now Jermaine & Randy’s Baby Mama Are Shopping A Jackson Reality Show

This b*tch… SMH. According to TMZ , now that Alejandra Jackson ‘s days of living off of Mama Katherine are numbered, she’s trying to find a new way to make the Jackson name pay her bills. Alejandra Jackson — baby mama to Jermaine and Randy — still refuses to move out of the Jackson family compound … but she is ready to spill family’s secrets on a new reality show … for the right price. Sources close to Alejandra tell us she’s in talks with several producing partners to star in a reality show along with her children. As we previously reported, she’s also working on a tell-all book — and we’re told she’s currently looking for a writer. TMZ broke the story … last month the Michael Jackson estate asked a judge to remove Alejandra and her kids — Jaafar, Jermajesty, Genevieve, Donte and Randy Jr. — from the home. That came after Alejandra turned down Katherine’s request to leave the house so it could be renovated. Katherine offered Alejandra a condo if she signed a confidentiality agreement — but Alejandra refused. Confidentiality agreements and tell-all books don’t go well together. We’re told Alejandra feels she needs to make money — from the reality show and the book — because the fathers of her children are behind on support payments. For instance, Jermaine owes Alejandra almost $100,000 in back child support. A hearing on whether Alejandra has to leave the house is set for March 15. Some people really just have no shame.

This Guy Ain’t Sh*t: 5 Browns Father Pleads Guilty To Charges Of Sexually Abusing His Three Daughters

After trying to throw himself and his wife off a cliff …this guy is now pleading guilty: The father of the music group 5 Browns pleaded guilty Thursday to charges of sexually abusing his three daughters in the 1990s. Keith Brown’s plea, part of a deal made with prosecutors, means the 55-year-old patriarch will go to prison for at least 10 years. None of the sisters were in the Provo courtroom, but a statement issued to The Associated Press by group spokesman Kimball Thomson said they were satisfied with the plea agreement. “While clearly the current events surrounding the family are painful, the sisters were well prepared for this day, and are relieved and grateful to close this chapter in their lives,” Kimball said. Brown’s three daughters and two sons are part of the classical piano group The 5 Browns, whose albums have topped the classical music charts and who have appeared on “Oprah” and other shows. The group also has been profiled by “60 Minutes.” Brown appeared in Fourth District Count with scratches and bruises on his face but with few other signs of the horrific crash three days earlier in which his Porsche plunged 300 feet into a canyon, also injuring his wife. “He is terribly remorseful for what has happened and for what he has put his family through,” defense attorney Steven Shapiro said after the hearing. “He recognizes that this is the next step in the long road to trying to accept responsibility for something terrible that he did a long time ago.” Brown did not speak further during the hearing and declined to answer questions from reporters afterward. He remained free until his sentencing on March 31, after prosecutors said they do not consider him a threat. Brown chose to enter the plea to bring a quick resolution to the case and did not want to “exacerbate the harm” by dragging out the proceedings, Shapiro said. Utah County prosecutors charged Brown with one first-degree felony count of sodomy on a child and two second-degree felony counts of sexual abuse of a child. He could face a sentence of up to life in prison on the first-degree felony and up to 15 years each on the second-degree felonies. Under the plea deal with prosecutors, he will serve at least a decade in prison. The records filed Feb. 10 in the abuse case don’t identify any victim by name or indicate the relationship between Keith Brown and the alleged victims. However, Thomson said the charges involve Brown’s daughters and group members Desirae, 32, Deondra, 30, and Melody, 26. He declined to release further information on the women. Source

Chris Brown Gets Praise From Judge At Progress Hearing

‘No one has ever done a better or more consistent job than you have,’ judge tells singer in court. By Mawuse Ziegbe Chris Brown arrives at the courthouse for his hearing on Thursday Photo: Mark Ralston/AFP/Getty Images Chris Brown continues to score praise as he completes the terms of his probation for his much-publicized assault of ex-girlfriend Rihanna. On Thursday (November 18), the singer attended a progress-report hearing in Los Angeles, which was live-streamed by TMZ , in which Judge Patricia Schnegg lavished praise on the “Deuces” crooner. “Of all probationers I’ve ever had, and I’ve had thousands of probationers, no one has ever done a better or more consistent job than you have,” Schnegg said. “And I really want to commend you for taking responsibility, and for actually working diligently to complete all of the things the court has required of you.” Judge Schnegg also remarked that Brown has finished 581 hours of community labor and only has seven more domestic-violence counseling sessions to complete. Brown has another hearing scheduled for January 28 for what Schnegg called one of the last times she plans to see him in court. “You’ve done a very good job,” Schnegg said of Brown’s progress. Schnegg’s praise is consistent with other hearings in which the singer has received a positive progress assessment . Brown, wearing a striped cardigan and dark tie, was mostly silent throughout the brief hearing, nodding occasionally at Schnegg’s comments. Under the terms of Brown’s five-year probation sentence in 2009, the singer is responsible for 180 days of community labor and required to attend domestic-violence counseling for up to one year. He was also issued a stay-away order by the judge that bars him from communicating or associating with Rihanna. Brown’s career has been going well since his last August hearing as well. The singer’s Tyga-assisted collabo “Deuces” topped the charts, and he premiered the dance-driven video for the club-friendly record “Yeah 3X.” Related Photos Rihanna And Chris Brown: A Photo Timeline Related Artists Chris Brown

Snooki Gets Fine, Community Service In Disorderly Conduct Case

‘Thank you judge for understanding,’ ‘Jersey Shore’ star tweets after sentencing. By Gil Kaufman Snooki in court on September 8 Photo: TMZ “Jersey Shore” star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi , appeared in a Seaside Heights, New Jersey, courtroom on Wednesday (September 8) to face misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, creating a nuisance and being criminally annoying. After a brief hearing, the judge in the case found that she was not guilty of criminal conduct in the July 30 incident and agreed to a deal in which Polizzi pleaded guilty to disturbing the quiet enjoyment of the beach, and the disorderly conduct and public nuisance counts were dismissed. Polizzi had earlier pleaded not guilty to all three charges. She was sentenced to two days of community service and fined $533. “Ah never again! So scary…thank you judge for understanding, I’m very thankful for that! Whew…now I can breath!” Snickers tweeted a half hour after leaving court. Following the court appearance, Polizzi’s lawyer, Ray Raya, said the entire incident was blown out of proportion and that it was simply the case of a young woman having some fun and a few drinks with her friends. “She just acted silly on the beach that day,” said Raya in a press conference streamed on TMZ following the hearing. “Her conduct was not criminal … she stumbled into a couple of people on the beach.” Raya said it is the nature of Snooki’s unique reality-TV celebrity that everywhere she goes, she draws a big crowd, and on the day in question he said she was being trailed by more than 300 people who were screaming her name and trying to get her attention. “It was an anomaly in an otherwise well-lived life,” he said. But Raya took issue with comments by Judge Damian Murray during the hearing, in which the judge called the pint-size dynamo a “Lindsay Lohan wannabe,” comparing her to the recently rehabbed star with a history of drug issues and arrests. Raya pointed out that Polizzi has no such record and that she promised that this would be her last time in a courtroom for this kind of behavior. According to TMZ , the judge scoffed at Polizzi’s antics in the incident, during which she reportedly was spotted with a beer bong, falling off her bicycle and stumbling into other people on the beach. Murray urged Snooki to decide if “it was worth trading your dignity for a paycheck.” Murray also wondered how much was scripted and how much came from Snooki herself, saying that going through life acting “profane” and “self-indulgent” was no way to live. Polizzi assured him that nothing was scripted and that all her boozy antics were her idea alone. A contrite Snooki, wearing a dark gray suit, said she was “very embarrassed” by the incident and that she has never been in this kind of, well, situation, before. Raya said Polizzi has already served some time at the Popcorn Park Zoo as part of a community service agreement, feeding the lions and cleaning out animal cages.
