Another priest chopping down children. SMH. Priest Molests Teenage Girl According to The NY Daily News Not all Catholic priests who abuse minors escape justice. A California superior court judge sentenced Father Uriel Ojeda, 33, to eight years in state prison on Friday for molesting a teenage girl multiple times. “My actions were those of a weak and sinful man,” Ojeda said in court. Ojeda pleaded no contest to sneaking into the young girl’s bedroom at her parents’ Sacramento home on the night he was ordained and climbing into bed with her as she slept. “You traumatized me,” the girl told him in a letter that was read in court by Deputy District Attorney Allison Dunham. “And you thought I would never tell anyone, didn’t you? But you thought wrong.” According to the girl’s parents, Ojeda molested their daughter on 10 occasions, and the crimes took place between June 29, 2007, and June 30, 2009, the Sacramento Bee reported. “I have committed a crime and a serious sin,” Ojeda told the judge as a group of roughly 30 of the well-liked priest’s supporters watched in stunned silence. “I would like to ask everybody for forgiveness and that they do find mercy for me.” The Vatican announced that it has begun the process of defrocking Ojeda, who wore an orange prison jumpsuit in court. “I’d like to, as a final act as priest, to apologize to all priests who serve faithfully before God, for bringing shame to the priesthood,” Ojeda said. Mother Who Had Sex With Underage Boy Could Be Extradited According to Mail Online A 47-year-old married mother who fled to Canada to avoid a 30 year jail sentence for having sex with a teenager faces being kicked out of the country. Denise Harvey, of Florida, was stripped off her refugee status by Canada’s Federal Court and could be extradited back to the US to serve her sentence. Harvey has been told she had a final chance to argue that she should be allowed to stay. Harvey fled from her home in Florida in 2010 after being convicted of having sex with a 16 year old who was friends with her teenage son. She was sentenced to 30 years but while out on bail fled to Canada with her husband and family. She was granted refugee status after saying she faced ‘cruel and unusual punishment’ from the lengthy prison sentence. Canadian authorities agreed to allow her to stay ruling her actions would not constitute a crime if she had carried them out in Canada. In Canada, the age of consent is 16 unless the older person is in a position of authority over the younger person. The decision was appealed to the Federal Court of Canada who have now stripped Harvey of the refugee status. Prosecutors in Florida are hopeful that Harvey will soon return to serve her sentence. ‘We’ve been actively pursuing her but of course we were dead-ended by the Canadian government who granted her refugee status,’ said Nikki Robinson, assistant state attorney who was a prosecutor of the original case. ‘I’m hoping we’ll see her back. ICE Arrests 255 In International Sexaual Predator Sting Operation Via DailyMail Immigration and Customs Enforcement says it has arrested 255 alleged child predators, including a 49-year-old middle school teacher, and identified 61 underage victims in an international sting operation. The five-week operation, which ended June 30, targeted sexual predators who use the Internet to exploit children and disseminate child freak flicks. Twenty people were charged with online sexual enticement of a minor, which investigators are calling ‘sextorting.’ The crime involves coercing children into producing nekkid or sexual photos by threatening them with blackmail or violence. The remaining suspects were charged with child freak flick production, possession or distribution of child freak flicks, traveling with the intent to have sex with a minor and other offenses including sex assault. More than one third of the victims identified during the sting operation were engaging online with strangers who sexually exploited them. The ages of those victims ranged from seven to 17 years old and the majority were between 13 and 15 years old. Overall, 20 of the victims are under the age of nine, including seven who are younger than six years old. Among those arrested was John David Boyle, a 49-year-old Los Angeles-area middle school teacher who has been charged with molesting a 14-year-old boy, advertising child porn on the Internet and several other crimes. Boyle, of Glendora, California, was arrested last month after he set up a meeting in his classroom to watch child porn with a man that he met online.Unbeknownst to him, the man was actually an an undercover agent. Further investigation revealed a 14-year-old boy who was allegedly molested by Boyle, a teacher at Royal Oak Middle School in Covina. B-b-but wait it gets worse! In a separate case, authorities tracked down and charged Jimmy Caraballo-Colon, a former high school cheerleading coach, for allegedly blackmailing a 17-year-old girl from Colorado. Caraballo-Colon, 25, reportedly met the girl in an anonymous Internet video chat website. According to court documents, Caraballo-Colon persuaded the minor to remove her clothes during a video chat and then threatened to publish a recording of the act unless she provided him with her personal information, such as her phone number and email address. He then forced her to perform more explicit acts during video chats that he recorded. If she didn’t comply, he would threaten to post the videos online. So it was no surprise that the Love & Hip Hop New York rapper fired a not-so-subliminal shot at struggle rapstress Khia, whom he started beefing with back in May, after she posted a bare-bodied pic of herself on Twitter. And of course, “Queen of the Struggle Khia” wasn’t letting Joe call her out without clapping back in the worst way. SMH. We’re wondering what Tahiry has to say about Khia comparing her rumored babydaddy’s peen to that of a newborn. Never a good thing. Anywho, apparently the drama between Khia and Joe Budden stems from something he said earlier this year that got under her hood muffin skin. This was so cruel. Woman Killed Newborn Twins If she didn’t want her babies, there were plenty of couples who would love those healthy babies. This was an unnecessary tragedy. According to Mail Online A woman has been arrested in Virginia for the murder of her newborn twins who were found dead in a pile of trash 15 years ago. Darnesha Paulita Berry, 34, was held after a cold case unit reexamined the shocking deaths of the boy and girl at a Virginia college. DNA also linked Berry, who is now married with a young child, to the bodies of the twins who died from head injuries before being tossed away. Their bodies were found in a trash room at the Holt Hall dorm at St Paul’s College in February 1998. Berry was a student at the college but was not considered a suspect at the time. Investigators believe the babies were born in a bathroom, killed and then tossed down a trash chute from a hallway inside the dorm building. The state medical examiner’s office concluded that the cause of death for both babies was blunt-force trauma to the head. The double murder remained unsolved until a local TV station ran a story on the murders that was under review by a cold case team. A number of tip-offs and DNA evidence led them to Berry. She was held at her part time job in a bank in Henrico and is being held without bond at the Meherrin River Regional Jail in Alberta. Assistant Chief B.N. Newcomb of the Lawrenceville Police Department said Berry was not considered a suspect then the bodies of the twins were found. ‘It’s a good thing to finally make an arrest and bring some closure to it,’ Newcomb said. ‘It’s something that we’ve been working on for a long time and haven’t forgotten.’ During a TV interview talking about the cold case Newcomb had said the deaths of the newborns was one of the cases that had troubled him during his career. ‘I just couldn’t believe that someone had thrown these two children away,’ he said. ‘It’s one of those cases that a police officer has in his career that haunts him.’ Berry does not have a criminal record and lives in Richmond area. How do you kill innocent children, get married and have another young child? Who saw her as wife material? Disgusting.

WLTX reports that Larry Durant, 58, of Word International Ministries in Sumter is accused in court documents of leading “private prayer sessions” in which he told his victims that sex acts would prevent them from “liking females, contracting sexual diseases or becoming pregnant early.” Police, who began investigating Durant in May, said they aren’t sure how many victims Durant may have abused. The criminal behavior allegedly began in 2011. In a separate story, the grandmother of one of the alleged victims spoke to WLTX about Durant. “We thought he was really talking to the children, but find out that wasn’t the case,” she said. “All I want is justice done, that’s all. Man Sentenced To 40 Years For Getting Freaky With Minors According to Raw Story An Indiana man named Richard Finkbiner was sentenced to 40 years in prison on Wednesday for coercing more than 13 minors, mostly teen boys, from across the country into stripping and performing lewd acts for web cameras. According to the Associated Press, 39-year-old Finkbiner used a false online identity to gain the teenagers’ trust, then threatened them with exposure if they did not do his bidding. “The sheer number of individuals Finkbiner exploited and extorted justifies a sentence Finkbiner is almost certain not to outlive,” said prosecutors June 18 in court documents from Terre Haute, Indiana U.S. District Court. The estimated number of victims is believed to be higher than 150, but only around a dozen were positively identified by prosecutors. Finkbiner targeting teens between 12 and 17 years of age, entering chat rooms on Omegle.com, a website that connects users randomly in one-on-one chats. Finkbiner fooled other users by using an avatar depicting someone other than himself engaged in a sex act. He would gain the teens’ trust and convince them to disrobe and take pictures with the cameras on their computers. The Brazil, Indiana resident would then threaten to send those photos to the teenagers’ parents and friends if they didn’t comply with his demands for even more risque and potentially humiliating photos. Linkliner called his victims “cam slaves.” He accumulated more than 22,000 separate video files of his “slaves” over the course of multiple years. He has been sentenced to 40 years behind bars and fined $700,000. The Indianapolis Star reported that Finkbiner was arrested in April of 2012 on “11 counts of sexual exploitation of children, two counts of extortion and one count of possession of child freaky flicks.” Court records cited the case of a 12-year-old boy who refused to do more explicit videos, but pleaded with Finkbiner not to post the videos he had already done online. Finkbiner posted them anyway. In January, Finkbiner agreed to plead guilty to child exploitation, extortion and possession of child freaky flicks in exchange for a recommended sentence of 30 to 50 years in prison. On the judge’s orders, as with most cases involving sex offenders, Finkbiner will be supervised by federal officials even after his eventual release in the 2050s, if he should live that long. Forty years isn’t enough. The bastard should have got life in prison so he can have his anus busted down to the white meat.

According Mail Online A married teacher turned herself into police after she was accused of having sex with multiple students at different times since 2006. Denise Keesee, 38, who was a math and special education teacher at Sherwood High School in Oregon, has been charged with six counts of second-degree child abuse related to two boys. The alleged sexual encounters took place at the school during school hours, at her home and at the home of the boys. She was also a soccer coach. According to Detective Robert Rookhuyzen of the Washington County sheriff’s office, none of the victims came forward willingly and police believe there may be more. ‘Some of the students she worked with were in a program for at-risk youth,’ Rookhuyzen told KGW. ‘These were young people who had come from broken homes, not doing well in school. And she was able to become buddies with them.’ He said Keesee would ‘date’ the students, taking them to movies and the park. Keesee’s husband Adam is the school’s police liaison officer and police believe this may have deterred some of the victims from coming forward. Adam Keesee is employed by the Sherwood Police Department and has not been accused of any wrongdoing. He has since been reassigned. The investigation into the special education teacher started in October 2012 after details about one alleged sexual relationship emerged. She was placed on administrative leave and has since resigned. Why do these educated women seek out these young boys? Maybe someone molested her as a child and she is just continuing the cycle.
