Bossip Word of The Day: “Hypocrite”, spelled D-E-B-R-A O-B-E-R-L-I-N Meet Debra Oberlin. The 48-year-old realtor, a native of Gainesville, Florida — and former president of its’ local Mothers Against Drunk Driving chapter — was arrested in connection with driving under the influence, RadarOnline.com has learned. Oberlin was pulled over by police at 1:10 am ET February 18 after officers reported seeing her driving erratically, swerving and crossing lanes, according to the area’s local paper, The Gainesville Sun. Oberlin’s field sobriety test told the rest of the story, the paper reported, as she rang up between a .234 and .239 blood-alcohol level, far surpassing the state’s legal limit of .08. In an exclusive statement to RadarOnline.com, a spokesperson for MADD responds to Oberlin’s arrest: “MADD is concerned to hear about the recent alleged drunk driving arrest of Debra Oberlin. MADD commends law enforcement for their efforts to keep our roads safe and are hopeful that no one was hurt as a result of this incident. In 2009 alone, nearly 11,000 lives were lost due to drunk driving and another 400,000 people were injured in alcohol-related crashes in the U.S. It is our hope that this recent occurrence will serve as a reminder to others to plan ahead for a safe ride if their plans include alcohol.” In addition, MADD says that Ms. Oberlin’s term as chapter president of MADD was nearly 20 years ago and she was serving in a volunteer capacity. Oberlin’s MADD chapter closed in 1996 due to lack of financial support; she’d served atop the branch for three years. Ain’t that about a b*tch. You would think that an adult would try to help the boy understand his feelings, not enable him…SMH A 21-year-old man has been charged with giving a boy a gun that he used to kill his girlfriend, Clayton County authorities say. Robert Allen Bethune is charged with furnishing or permitting a minor to possess a pistol or revolver, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bethune is scheduled to appear in Magistrate Court at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. Police received a chilling phone call late Monday afternoon from a 15-year-old boy telling them his friend had been shot. Officers arrived at the scene to find a 16-year-old girl with a fatal gunshot wound to the chest, Clayton police spokeswoman Tina Daniel said. The shooting occurred in a wooded area behind a home in the 4100 block of Dunn Road in Ellenwood. “There was some sort of argument that ensued and he ended up shooting the 16-year-old,” Daniel said. The two high school students apparently were dating. The 15-year-old confessed to the shooting, Daniel said, and helped lead police to the firearm, which he had dropped in a nearby creek. It was recovered by the Clayton police dive team late Tuesday morning. The shooter has not been charged but remains in police custody, Daniel said. Because of the nature of the crime, he could be charged as an adult. The identities of the shooter and victim are being withheld pending the investigation’s completion, Daniel said. Can the Playboy Mansion make you ill? Hugh Hefner’s iconic bachelor pad is under investigation after more than 80 guests at a conference and party there became sick with a suspected strain of Legionnaires’ disease. Scores of attendees at the Domainfest conference in Santa Monica, held Feb. 1 to 3, came down with symptoms including fever, respiratory infections and violent headaches. Four Swedish guests were diagnosed with Legionellosis or pontiac fever — a milder form of Legionnaires’ caused by bacteria that thrives in warm air-conditioning systems. Now some victims are blaming a fog machine which steamed up the conference finale party on Feb. 3. DNJournal.com editor Ron Jackson, whose wife, Diana, was stricken, said, “So far, the number [of victims] is around 80. Everybody says they became ill around 24 hours after the party. Jackson said, “Four guys from Sweden were diagnosed with [Legionellosis], and they have the same symptoms as everyone else. I don’t want to point the finger at the Playboy Mansion, but the disease lives in warm water, and people were engulfed in mist at that party.” He’s filed a report with the CDC. New Yorker Elliot J. Silver, who runs Silver Internet Ventures, also fell prey to the bug. He said, “It is scary everyone came down with the same thing at the same time. It knocked me on my ass. A lot of people are blaming the Playboy Mansion on the blogs, but you can’t be sure.” A rep for Domainfest said it was working with the LA County Health Department to investigate: “There were events every night, and we are giving them a list of all the venues. We have no idea what this is or where it came from. The mansion being to blame is, at the moment, pure speculation.” A Playboy rep claimed, “There is no truth in the rumor that anyone caught anything at the Playboy Mansion. Nor is there any evidence. None of the Playboy staff became ill, the deejay was in the middle of the fog and she didn’t get ill. We have been contacted by the Health Department and the Playboy Mansion is cooperating fully with the investigation.” Hopefully, all of the folks that became sick recover, especially since there is a relatively high rate of death for those that contract the disease. Viggiano, 47, is a happily married man with two kids and a successful plumbing business in Cold Spring, a quaint village of 2,000 in upstate Putnam County. Robert S. Viggiano, 47, is a married father of two, who owns a contracting business in Cold Spring — and was busted this week on a lurid attempted-rape charge of trying to arrange sex with a 10-year-old girl. The unfortunate coincidence has turned Robert L.’s life into a living hell. “It’s been devastating,” Robert L. told The Post. “There were reporters knocking on our neighbors’ doors, asking if they knew that I had been soliciting sex from 10-year-old girls. When you hear it on the radio, everyone thinks it is me. My cousins called my aunts, who called my sisters. It’s been absolute hell.” Yonkers cops said the real suspect, from Fishkill in Dutchess County, showed up Tuesday with candy and $400 to meet with what he thought was a mom willing to sell her daughter for sex. But “Mom” turned out to be an undercover Yonkers cop posing as a depraved junkie willing to sell her little girl to a pervert, and Robert S. was busted. Being a small business owner that bears his name, Viggiano has had to do a lot to get his name clear of the heinous charges. Good Robert now has his work cut out for him to repair his unfairly tarnished reputation. “Some people don’t believe me. My friend says his mother-in-law said, ‘It must be him, they have the same name!’ and on paper, we are the same. Same age, married, two kids. What are the odds?” The publicity has hurt his business, he added. “I was on a job, and it comes over the radio, and people just stared at me,” he said. “I says: ‘But it’s not me! We love our black people, but damn we hate them ni**as, SMH. An alleged drug dealer is accused of bringing his four children along for a delivery. Antwain Renard Walker, 31, and 21-year-old Tony Wilkins, both of Atlanta, were arrested Friday in Hall County as they allegedly delivered about 20 grams of cocaine, packaged in nine baggies. Walker and Wilkins both face drug charges, the Hall County Sheriff’s Office said. In addition, Walker faces four charges of reckless conduct for having his children in tow. Both men were booked into the Hall County jail and were later released on bond, a spokeswoman for the jail told the AJC. Sir, you’re a moron, we hope that after your four years in jail that the court NEVER gives you custody of your children again! Source

Kisha Jones tricked seven-months pregnant Monique Hunter into taking pills that would kill her unborn child. Miss Hunter, 26, went into premature labour but the baby boy survived. Jones, 40, was also accused of tried to finish him off by sending a toxic liquid to the hospital disguised as breast milk and pretending to be a hospital worker to take the child off a ventilator, but those charges were dropped. Under a plea bargain deal she will be jailed for four years in February but could be out in as less than two for time served and good behaviour. Miss Hunter had been dating Jones’ husband Anthony for three years but claimed she did not know he was married. Both women were pregnant with his children and when Jones found out that her love rival was expecting as well, she flew into a rage and decided to kill her baby, it was said. ONLY FOUR YEARS!?!?! “Good Behavior”!?!?! The b*tch will be out of prison to try to kill him again before he even gets to 1st grade! Thats not our idea of justice. Source

Here we go with this simple-a** b*tch again… According to TMZ reports : Sources tell us that last August, Montana’s dad, Laurence Fishburne, was so concerned about his daughter’s well-being that he had a private investigator follow her around. The investigator shot video of Montana drinking what appeared to be bleach. Turns out, Montana faked the whole thing. Sources say she found out a P.I. was videotaping her and drank the bleach “to put on a show.” The tape has become relevant in the ongoing criminal assault case against Montana because her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, had sent the tape to the prosecutor to demonstrate her client’s troubled mental state and help get a plea deal that involved rehab, not jail time. The prosecutor agreed to the deal, but has since disavowed it and wants her to do jail time. The prosecutor argues in legal papers, obtained by TMZ, that the video “was just a ploy by the defendant to manipulate the People to offer a more lenient sentence.” But we’ve learned, shortly after sending the video to the prosecutor, Holley learned it was fake and actually notified the prosecutor everyone had been duped by it. Holley is asking the judge to enforce the original deal — rehab and no jail. The prosecutor is steadfast and does not want to honor that deal. Montana Fishburne HAS to be on her 14th minute by now.

Unfortunately: that’s not quite what this nutcase chose to do with the young lives he was entrusted with. A math and science teacher has admitted holding a real life ‘Fight Club’ for his teenage pupils – organizing brawls in class. Stephen Wesley, 44, was arrested for staging fights between boys who he ‘matched’ for their size and strength. Substitute teacher Wesley hand-picked picked students before letting them fight in class – often with their shirts off. He would stand in the door of the class and watch out for passing teachers while the boxing-style bouts took place. Wesley laid down certain ‘rules’ such as how long to fight for and instructed them to avoid blows to the face that would leave signs of injuries. Prosecutors say his ‘Fight Club’ was inspired by the 1999 film starring Brad Pitt and Edward Norton who held open brawl nights for men. Wesley also urged his pupils not to discuss the fights using the iconic movie line – ‘The first rule of Fight Club is, you do not talk about Fight Club’. Pasadena Courthouse in California heard he helped organize the fights while working as a teacher at a juvenile probation camp. Wesley, of Winnetka, Illinois, was caught after some of the fights were caught on a security camera in August 2008. He pleaded no contest to six felony child abuse charges and is expected to be jailed for 180 days when he is sentenced on April 15. The incidents happened while he was an employee of the Los Angeles County Office of Education at the now-closed Camp Karl Holton in the San Fernando Valley. He matched up boys from rival gangs of boys aged between 13 and 17 but after a video was found he immediately quit his role. The Detroit Police Department has been tracking a serial sexual assault predator since the 1st of the year. It’s crazy to think that someone can get away with attacks like this time after time and still not be caught or even have an idea of who he really is. Detroit Police Chief Ralph Godbee says that his investigators are still intensely searching for a what he called the monster that has been attacking women on the city’s northeast side. “I think we all have the same goal in mind, and that’s to bring this predator to justice,” Godbee said. “We’re not going to stop until we catch this individual.” He said there have been seven confirmed sexual assaults and one attempted assault since the first of the year. 1/1: 19100 block of E. 7 Mile at 5:54 a.m. 1/1: 14200 Gratiot Avenue at 6:15 a.m. 1/4: Gratiot and Linhurst area at 3:45 a.m. 1/5: 14000 block of Hazelridge at 10:30 p.m. 1/6: 18000 block of Schoenherr at 11 p.m. 1/8: Cadieux and I-94 area at 4:30 a.m. 1/10: Hollywood and Woodward area at 7:40 p.m. 1/14: 9000 block of Beaconsfield at 2:40 a.m. The last reported attack was Jan. 13. He said the victims have all been women between the ages of 17 and 33. He said the attacks have been linked to a possible serial rapist because all of incidents have similar elements that suggest their attacker’s modus operandi. He said all of the women have been attacked while they were alone; most of them had been waiting for or walking to bus stops. The rapist forces them at gunpoint to secluded locations where they are robbed and sexually assaulted, Godbee said. The Police in Detroit better find this guy, the city has enough trouble as it is without some sick, rapist, bastard going around terrorizing people. Source

“I’ve Been Sleeping With My Uncle Who Was In Prison For 18 Years”

Dear Gay Best Friend, I know that you hate long letters, so I will try and keep this two year saga short. I began a sexual relationship with my uncle two years ago. I was 26-years old and he was 45-years old. He was in prison for about 18 years. I visited him every weekend from age 11 until I was about 24-years old. I believe that for a while we were in love with each other (I’ve heard the saying that you can’t help who you love, but….). He initiated the relationship and I, knowing that I would lose my uncle and cause some major drama if I told anyone what was going on, kept it quiet. About a year in, I couldn’t take him disrespecting and using me anymore, especially lying to me about loving me. He kept lying about his feelings for me even after times he told me he just wanted to have sex with me and that he didn’t want to mess around anymore. He would always come back and say he loved me and missed me. I knew it wasn’t true, but because I still loved him in a romantic way, I allowed it. Now that was my fault. After a big family blow-up, in which he denied the affair even happened and called me a crazy lying bitch, (which I know now that he was trying to keep his girlfriend whom he was about to have a baby with), he finally came out and said the truth about us. He apologized to me. I was hurt and upset that my favorite uncle that watched me grow up could treat me in this way and that I allowed it. I was angry. Sorry doesn’t fix everything. My family stated that my uncle and I should try and repair our relationship. Honestly, I wasn’t ready for that, and as of yet it hasn’t happened. Mainly because after that family blow-up and a 4-month or so hiatus we began seeing each other, again. He went on lying to our family and his girlfriend and to me. Telling me that no matter what he would never stop seeing me, he misses me all the time, etc. I stopped the relationship after Christmas and told him to stop calling and texting me. My issue is that my family doesn’t know that we began again and can’t understand why I don’t want to be around him or his girlfriend, her four other kids and their baby. I know this man doesn’t care about me and I don’t believe he ever did. He did more to suit himself than he ever did to be an uncle to me. Especially, after apologizing to me and then calling me only for sex. I feel he is not my uncle and I don’t know who he is.
