Get The Strap: Ja Rule Reigniting His Beef With 50 Cent Proves That If You Have Beef With Him, You’ll Have Beef…Forevaaa

Source: John Parra / Getty It’s definitely turning out to be one of those hot Summers that’ll go down in hip hop history.   Pusha T exposed Drake as a deadbeat dad. Drake explained his Black Face photo and still hasn’t responded to Pusha. And A$AP Rocky dropped an album that no one is talking about.   But the icing on top of the “messy male beef” cake is that Ja Rule decided that it’s time to reignite his beef with 50 Cent . Ja Rule has finally spoken about the Drake & Pusha T beef pic.twitter.com/3TmY4LsOU0 — 24/7 HipHop News (@BenjaminEnfield) May 31, 2018 Rule must’ve gotten super flashbacks with all the Drake and Pusha drama, so he decided to pull a Kanye West , and declare that his diss track, Loose Change (about 50 and Eminem) is the GOAT of rap battle disses. Drake, Push ima let y’all finish but “Loose Change” was one of the most disrespectful diss records of ALL TIME… — Ja Rule (@Ruleyork) May 31, 2018 We’re not sure why or if he didn’t expect the Queens bully himself to respond to the shady tweet.   Clearly Ja wanted the smoke: If you a @50cent fan you don’t love yourself… — Ja Rule (@Ruleyork) May 31, 2018   And he’s also trying to make #GoatRule a thing. Grant it, he was one of the hottest guys in the game at the time and went up against multiple emcees at once to defend his title. I don’t think there’s EVER been a rap beef when 4 of the top rappers go at 1 guy… 50,Em,Busta,Dmx!!! Lmao the more I think about it #GoatRule — Ja Rule (@Ruleyork) May 31, 2018 So don’t sleep on the former Murder Inc. legend. He was singing and rapping back when Drake was still a fan of Pusha T. Drake geeking out about his Pusha T autographed mic when he was 17 years old pic.twitter.com/PYxehWw1Aw — Rap Access (@rapaccess) May 30, 2018   Moral of the story is that Ja and 50 beef will probably never let up. And Rule still doesn’t believe that he took home the L.  But that’s a different story. Anytime there’s a 50 Cent / Ja Rule issue I’m always brought back to this video pic.twitter.com/PRpa3o73MJ — Jordan (@JPens4Real21) May 31, 2018 We’re pretty sure that this is just the begininng of 50 vs. Ja part 10. Who do you think will come out on top this time? And if you haven’t before, check out “Loose Change” when you hit the flip.

Kim Kardashian Goes OFF on Rhymefest: Keep Kanye’s Name Out of Your Mouth!!

Kanye West’s outlandish statements and worrisome behavior, form his outspoken Trump support to his blaming black people for slavery , continue to have consequences. This time, Rhymefest put out a statement for a charity in Kanye’s mother’s name, distancing the organization from Kanye’s MAGA views. Kim Kardashian took to Twitter in a fury, putting Rhymefest on blast and vowing to take that charity out from under him. Che Smith is better known by his stage name, Rhymefest. He is an American hip hop artist, an award-winning songwriter, and a philanthropist. He is also a politician from Chicago. He is cofounder of Donda’s House, a charity named after Dr. Donda West, Kanye’s late mother. As Snoop Dogg recently alluded , she passed away just over a decade ago. Recently, Donda’s House put out a statement imploring people upset by Kanye’s Trump-support and other outlandish statements that they do not share his views. “While we cannot and do not speak for Kanye West and his views, we can and will speak up for the youth that we serve.” “We ask that as you boycott and protest Kanye West, that you not forget that we are a non-profit organization that like other non-profits needs donations, corporate support, and volunteers” “We do not want your rejection of Kanye West, to be a rejection of Dr. Donda West and the thousands of lives she impacted including her own son.” The non-profit also accused Kanye of having not provided them with the desired financial support, despite alleged agreements to do so. Kim sent out a series of angry tweets on Saturday in response. “U haven’t been right since u got kicked out of the studio in Hawaii wearing fake Yeezy’s @RHYMEFEST.” Hey, even fake Yeezys are closer to the real thing than plenty of people are willing to wear. “You’re over [leveraging] Kanye’s name & asked Kanye to donate money to u so stop w your fake community politics & lies. Truth is you haven’t been able to sustain the foundation.” That’s quite the claim. “I saw you at our studio a few weeks ago so why didn’t you bring this up then @RHYMEFEST ? You were trying to get Kanye to listen to your sub par beats. You have the audacity to use Kanye’s mom name to try to shed a negative light on Kanye.” Some, Snoop Dogg included, have suggested in recent days that Kanye’s behavior would be better if his mother were still alive to talk sense into him. Kim then pulls out some reciepts. “You didn’t say this when Kanye paid you up front then you disappeared during Pablo # RealFriends @RHYMEFEST.” Some would point out since Kanye has been accused of borrowing massive amounts of money from Jay-Z, this isn’t the best angle of attack. “F–k i spelled leveraging wrong. Typing while pissed will do this to you.” That is very relatable. “You better believe I will make it my mission to take Donda’s House from you and let my children run it the way it should be run! @RHYMEFEST” That’s quite a vow. But, to her credit, she’s talking about handing it over to Dr. Donda West’s grandchildren rather than taking it for herself. “Oh and lastly your flight cancelled to Wyoming. You thought you were really worthy to be on this album.” Kim concluded her roast with an “apology” to her followers that was really just shade. “Sorry to all of my followers for flooding my timeline I know you have no idea who Rhymefest is.” Rhymefest replied on Twitter, posting a full letter.. “Hey @KimKardashian good to hear from you. Here’s my response.” We’ll give you the highlights. He starts by explaining her attempted callouts about his presence at the studio and such. And then he gets personal. “How can you criticize an organization that you’ve never physically been to OR that you’ve never even talked to the Executive Director or any of the team?” Oooh. He points out that, unlike Kim, he actually knew and had a relationship with Kanye’s mother. “I actually knew and was mentored by Dr. Donda West personally and have met with and spoken to hundreds of her students and mentees who not only support the work that we are doing in Chicago, but compel it.” He suggests that Kim is not getting the whole story of alleged broken promises that Kanye has made. “At this point, if you and Kanye want us to dissolve the organization so that you can do the work, we welcome that.” The way that he sees it, that would just mean more organizations helping young people. “As we will continue from our home on the South Side of Chicago, to do what we can to support the community we’ve worked 5 years to build in spite of you & Kanye’s lack of interest or support.” Oh dang . At the end, he writes that he awaits her decision, and: “Our community will be okay, regardless.” View Slideshow: 15 of the Craziest Celebrity Twitter Feuds EVER

In White Folks News: Contestant On ‘Jeopardy!’ Mistakes Nas For Future And Loses $400

Jerritt Clark/WireImage Jeopardy! Contestant Mixes Up Nas And Future With This Answer Jeopardy! has a way of stumping their contestants with hip-hop questions, but it’s still pretty unbelievable every time–especially when it’s an obvious answer. One particular answer during a recent episode led to a hilarious-yet-disappointing mix-up that involved two very different rappers, Nas and Future. During the show, Alex Trebek read a clue from the Hip-Hop Hooray! category which read, “In the past, this hitmaker of ‘Turn On the Lights’ and ‘Mask Off’ was Nayvadius Wilburn.” Future’s government name—Nayvadius Wilburn—might now be known by all of his fans, but most people would know that “Mask Off” is one of Future’s biggest hits yet, and “Turn On the Lights” was pretty well-known in his early career, too. The contestant, Steve, was clearly unaware with any of this, and responded with “Who is Nas?” The other two contestants were also unable to give the correct answer. Sigh. This is far from the first time a Jeopardy! contestant has been made a deer in headlights after a question that relates to hip-hop, and it definitely won’t be the last.

#MeToo: Singer Jessie Reyez, Bebe Rexha And 2 Other Singers Accuse Music Producer Detail Of Rape, Assault And Sexual Misconduct

Image via Michael Tran/FilmMagic/Steve Jennings/Getty Images for Vevo Jessie Reyez, Bebe Rexha And 2 Other Singers Accuse Detail Of Sex Offenses When the #MeToo movement swung into high gear people asked, rightfully, when the public outing of men in the music industry would also be taken to task. In the wake of that sentiment the dominoes started to fall, Russell Simmons, Tekashi69, XXXTentacion have all been excoriated for their alleged criminal behavior. Now there is another name to add to that list, record producer Detail, who created “Drunk In Love” for Beyoncé has be accused by several women of various forms of sexual misconduct ranging from attempted sexual assault, to full-on rape according to TMZ . Among the women making allegations against Detail are singers Jessie Reyez and Bebe Rexha who both say he “tried” them in the studio. One night, over 6 years ago Noel ‘Detail’ Fisher tried this on me. I was lucky and I got out before it got to this. I didn’t know what to say or who to tell. I was scared. Fear is a real thing. The girls that came out are brave as hell. https://t.co/EiudYeBNuT — Jessie Reyez (@Jessiereyez) May 10, 2018 She followed up this tweet with an Instagram post. Bebe Rexha also shared her experience with Detail and reaction to the news via social media. Glad these women came out. It’s scary. He tried to with me, but I literally ran out of that studio. Karma is a bitch https://t.co/PwEWOrm323 — Bebe Rexha (@BebeRexha) May 10, 2018 Two other singers, Kristina Buch and Peyton Ackley, have accused Detail of rape during a studio session and forced sex with others and “sex slavery” respectively. Kristina says that last week during a trip to Malibu Detail grabbed her hair, punched her, choked her and bit her lip leaving her with multiple bruises. Peyton accuses the producer of forcing sex while she took a bath, forcing sex in front of others, forcing her to record him having sex with Kristina and forcing her to take nudes while he masturbated. Peyton also says that Detail became violent with her when he slammed her head against a wall and dragged her up some steps. A judge granted both women restraining orders that state Detail must stay 100 yards from them.

Ayyee: Will Smith Is The Dance Instructor We Didn’t Know We Needed

Source: Axelle/Bauer-Griffin / Getty Will Smith isn’t just a box office breaking movie star and unintentional life coach —  apparently, he’s also the dance instructor we all need in our lives.   The Fresh Prince and his prince, Jaden Smith , had dinner with Reggaeton star Nicky Jam over the weekend and got jiggy to the star’s hit single “X”.   Low key, Will has been giving us cool dance moves as long as h’s been giving us good vibes. Just last month, he crossed off “getting salsa lessons from Marc Anthony ” off his dance list.   But this ain’t nothing new for Big Willie. Remember this epic moment from season one of Fresh Prince? Or how about the time him and Jimmy Fallon schooled us all on the evolution of hip hop dancing:     Let’s just say that when it comes to living life, Will Smith could teach all of us a thing or two. Check out more classic moves from Big Willie when you hit the flip.
