Howwwever, many people were not feeling her this morning when she decided to post a “Pray For Paris’ photo of her slaying. In true Instagram fashion, the comments started rolling in. Chris Brown Denies Being A Bad Father After Nia Guzman Claims Yesterday, we reported Chris Brown’s baby mama Nia Guzman didn’t want their daughter around Breezy because he was irresponsible and surrounded by toxic people. Chris Brown is now firing back at his BM and says he’s a great father! Via TMZ : Chris Brown believes he’s an exceptional father to his daughter Royalty and plans to fight his baby mama’s attempt to limit his custody to just supervised visits. According to our sources, Brown plans to file an opposition to Nia Guzman’s request for full custody … countering her claims that he’s a bad father. Guzman has cited several issues with Chris’ parenting and lifestyle, but we’re told he has a comeback for each one. First off, we’re told Chris will argue he never puts his daughter in harm’s way and has increased security at his home since the recent break-in. Secondly, our sources says Chris will say he has never done drugs around Royalty. Lastly, we’re told Chris will argue he has never allowed “gang bangers” to be around his daughter. Chris has filed his own docs to establish paternity so he can fight for joint custody, but so far a judge has not ruled. Student Suspended From University Of South Carolina Over Racist Snapchat Her parents must be so proud. Via WISTV reports: A student at the University of South Carolina has been suspended after a photo of the student who appeared to be writing a racial slur went viral Friday. The photo, which appears to be taken from Snapchat and posted on several social media sites, shows a list of reasons why “USC’s WiFi blows.” On the top of that list is the N-word. The University of South Carolina said it actually took place inside a study room. President Harris Pastides said the student was suspended Friday and a code of conduct investigation has begun. The course of action endorsed was also endorsed by the Board of Trustees, Pastides said. “The unfortunate and disappointing act of a student in a study room has challenged the Carolina community to reflect on our values and tell the world what we believe,” Pastides said in a statement. “Respect for all is at the heart of the Carolinian Creed, the code by which we agree to abide. Racist and uncivil rhetoric have no place at the University of South Carolina.” The student, who was not named, could also face expulsion. Following the incident the NAACP released the following statement: “A recent tweet that shows a student at the University of South Carolina listing the N-word as one of her grievances against the institution brings to mind a famous quote attributed to the French writer Alfonse Karr, “the more things change, the more they remain the same”. Such negative attitudes have existed since the first European explorers visited the land we now call America. It is disappointing but no longer shocking to see a college student following what appears to be a growing trend in our state and nation. Scenes such as this while captured in still shots from time to time through social media, sadly reflect what people of color often experience in many communities. In the midst of the positive portrayal of University of South Carolina students over the past several weeks, we once again face a stark reality: even at our highest points as a society there are those among us – including the young – who wish they were still in Dixie. This is why the NAACP cannot compromise, must not relent in its pursuit of dignity, justice and equality for all people in America.” The student shown in the photo has yet to say anything publicly about the incident. San Francisco 49ers Lineman Ray McDonald To Sue Woman Wrongly Accusing Him Of Sex Assault Can’t think of many things more despicable than lying on a man for rape… Via NYDailyNews NFL defensive lineman Ray McDonald, released by the 49ers in December in the wake of sexual assault allegations against him, will sue the woman who accused him of rape. McDonald confirmed the lawsuit Monday in an interview with ESPN, claiming the accusations that have yet to lead to formal charges cost him his job with the 49ers and have prevented him from finding a new team. “I am not this bad person that people are making me out to be,” McDonald said. “I’ve been fired from my job. I know some teams don’t even want to talk to me because of this past accusation. All I am trying to do is clear my name and move on with my life.” McDonald’s lawyer, Steve M. DeFilippi, issued a statement to the San Jose Mercury News claiming that video from his client’s home-surveillance system shows the accuser having “clearly consensual” sex with McDonald in his hot tub on the night of the alleged attack. Prosecutors haven’t filed charges against McDonald, but the case must be officially dropped in order for the 30-year-old veteran to regain elegibility to play in the NFL. Says his lawyer: “In the eyes of the NFL teams, the unresolved threat of charges being filed against him, even though factually unfounded, continues to present a roadblock to this remarkable athlete being able to move forward in his career,” DeFilippi’s statement read. “This lawsuit is intended to vindicate him … and return his good name.” The lawsuit alleges that McDonald’s accuser had sex “several times” with him on Dec. 13 but then went to police to cover up her actions by giving a false story that would easily be believed given the atmosphere of negative publicity surrounding disgraced NFL players like Ray Rice, Adrian Peterson and Greg Hardy. Must be 2 sides… That’s a radically different version of the events than the one given by the woman, who alleges that McDonald sexually assaulting her after she hit her head on the ground. She claims to have woken up naked in McDonald’s bed the next day with no recollection of what happened and got him to tell her that they had sex. McDonald, who had two domestic violence calls to his house last year, hasn’t said how much money in damages he’s seeking from the lawsuit, other than to confirm that amount is higher then the $25,000 minimum set by the court.
