Happy 420 everyone! If you don’t have the munchies yet then you definitely need to get you some special brownies to celebrate the day that is 4 20 or 4-20 or 4/20 or 420. The term 420 refers to reefers. Weed. Cannabis. The Joint. Pot. Mary Jane. Or whatever else fancy name you want to call the happy smoke. The origin of the term 420. The 420 meaning for those of you asking what does 420 mean?  Well the 4 20 meaning came from stoned kids. High Times Magazine reports that the term 420 originated from a high school, San Rafael High School to be exact. In 1971, there was a group of pothead called the Waldos. The term 420 came from the time this group of kids would meet to smoke pot. The term then caught on and people from everywhere started to use it. The Waldos, who are now pushing 50, would meet at the campus statue of Louis Pasteur, to smoke their favorite high making drug of choice – weed. A quote from one of the Waldos in High Times magazine article says that “We did discover we could talk about getting high in front of our parents without them knowing by using the phrase 420.” So go ahead. By Jocelyn Vena Shania Twain Photo: Jemal Countess/WireImage Earlier this year, Shania Twain impressed us with her turn as a guest judge on “American Idol.” And it looks like the country singer will be making use of her talent in front of the camera by starring in her own TV show. Twain will star in “Why Not? With Shania Twain,” an hourlong series on OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network. The network lists the show as one of the first original programs to premiere when OWN launches in January 2011. “The show will follow [Twain] as she begins her climb back to the top, a personal journey filled with risk, revelations and unexpected adventures,” a press release said. Twain’s return to the spotlight comes after some time away following her divorce from record producer Mutt Lange in 2008. At the time, the singer released a statement on her Web site about the split, saying, “I need some time to heal this broken heart but make no mistake; I will be back and hopefully stronger than ever.” She last released an album, Up! , in 2002. And, while she has no immediate plans to release new music, she has said on her Web site that she is writing material. “I’m writing you from the Caribbean where I’m warming up after a cold stretch in Canada during the holidays,” she wrote in a blog post in February. “The sunny weather gets me into writing mode.

Is Walmart Open on Easter Sunday?

Most of Walmart stores will be open this Easter Sunday, you can still buy your Easter gifts and Easter dinner items. Some Walmart stores will be open on their normal operating hours, so Easter shoppers can still shop for the items you need. Try to call before deciding to leave just to be sure. But if you are still in doubt that a Walmart store near you might not be open, try to visit their website, www.walmart .com and click the “Store Finder” tab near the top of the page, just enter your zip code and state and that’s it, you can now verify if it’s open. Of course there’s no assurance if all Walmart stores will be open, it depends on what region it was located.  Here’s another thing, some of these stores will be open 24-hours, and some of them might close around 10 o’clock this evening. Easter Egg for Hunting

Egg was a symbol for rebirth and life. Gradually, it took an added meaning that resembles Christ’s sealed tomb which is a symbol of faith and resurrection for Christianity. Many people used to celebrate Easter through egg hunting. There were events in different places just to enjoy easter. President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama have themed their annual Easter festivities “Ready, Set, Go!” – which will take place on the South Lawn for kids under 12 and their parents. It features live music, sports, storytelling and egg rolling. If you can’t go to that place, don’t worry because Recreation officials in Panama City Beach say the Easter Bunny is planning to visit the festival site at Frank Brown Park with 9,000 eggs this year. The Easter egg hunt begins at 10 a.m. sharp with sign-in starting at 9:30 a.m., said Cheryl Joyner, staff member with the city’s Parks and Recreation Department. Enjoy Easter! Britney Spears and Jason Trawick broke up last month. This is sad, but not altogether unexpected news. The reason for the couple’s split? Her daily cocktail of prescription drugs wore off long enough for her to realize that she is Britney Spears, and that she was dating Jason Trawick. Just kidding. The real reason? They just plain got tired of being together. “They were fighting a lot and have not been getting along,” a source says of the two. Thus, the 28-year-old pop princess is single again, with Jason Trawick ending his yearlong reign as her boyfriend and joining a long, esteemed list of Brit exes. K-Fed, Jason, Justin, Adnan, J.R. & Co.: Give it up for your newest member! BYE BYE BRITWICK : Jason and Britney had a good run . William Morris Endeavor Entertainment, where he works, confirmed Tuesday that Trawick is still representing Britney Spears, despite a romantic parting of ways. Yeah, Valentine’s Day sucks, but this year we’re not hating on it . Instead, we’re going to ask you to tell us all your terrible tales of lovesickness that revolve around February 14th. For the best (worst?) there is a prize! You should know the drill by now, since we did this for Thanksgiving and Christmas . Go to the comments section below and leave us your tale of woe. While the holiday tales centered mostly around fucked up families, we expect these to be more about relationships and the people we choose to treat us like shit! This is completely new territory. If you have one of these stories, you probably already know it, but we’re looking for that time you got stood up by your long-stand crush for a Valentine’s date, when you got dumped by your no-good ex just as you were about to give him an expensive present, or when you got food poisoning from some day-old chocolate and ended up puking all over the girl who you thought was going to be the mother of your babies. Tales of the desperate things we do to get over VD-related loneliness are completely acceptable and entirely encouraged.
