Meredith may be back in the world of dating, but she was still keeping a secret of epic proportions. Her kids had no idea she was dating DeLuca, and it all came crashing down on Thursday’s episode of Grey’s Anatomy. DeLuca ran into Zola in the middle of the night at Meredith’s, and it made the surgeon realize she needed to come clean. Meredith’s biggest concern, however, was that her new man was not fond of children. In true DeLuca fashion, he said he did. He went as far as saying the kids might end up liking him more than her. Meredith was confused, primarily because she fretted her kids did not take the news well. “All you have to do is show up, make it clear what’s happening, answer her questions,” Bailey said to Meredith at the hospital. “All she wants to know is that you’re not going anywhere no matter what.” The kids took the news well. Neither of them complained about it, so that was a good start. “He may be coming around a lot more, but I’m not going anywhere,” she told them. “You’re stuck with me.” Elsewhere, Jo made her grand return to work, but everyone realized there was something off with her. Alex grew concerned that he and Jo were about to break off. If they can’t confide in each other, then what can they do? “She isn’t Izzie. She isn’t Ava or Lexie. She isn’t your mother. She’s not broken, and neither are you,” Meredith told her friend. “She’s going through something, and she’s been through worse and come through on the other side fine. She just isn’t ready to talk about it yet.” Jo tried to hide out from everyone but grew excited when Jackson wanted her to work with him … until Jackson realized Jo was drunk and had a water bottle filled with vodka. Yikes, right? Alex realized he needed to put his foot down, and said that she needed to talk to him about things. “I will talk to you when I’m ready to talk to you, and if you ever threaten to go to Pittsburgh again, I will leave you. Jinger Duggar may be moving to Los Angeles , but the reality star has made it very clear on Instagram: Her heart will always be in Arkansas. Specifically, it will always be with the two people who raised her and taught her every life lesson: parents Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar. Jinger and husband Jeremy Vuolo, of course, moved away from many of the former’s family members years ago and have been residing in Laredo, Texas. However, they confirmed to People Magazine several days ago that yet another move was on the horizon. “In recent days, God has made it overwhelmingly clear to us that he is leading us out of Laredo,” the couple told this publication in an interview, elaborating as follows: “Through much prayer and counsel, the next step for our family is to relocate to Los Angeles to attend Grace Community Church as Jeremy pursues graduate studies at The Master’s Seminary.” Labeling the decision to relocate as one of the “hardest things we’ve ever done,” the couple asked fans for prayers and said they will become California residents in July. Now, ahead of this major life change, Jinger has taken a moment to look back. She has shared a photo of herself being kissed on the cheeks by Jim Bob and Michelle and published an affiliated caption that showers praise on both her mother and her father. “Dear Dad & Mom, I want to take a moment to express my deep love and gratitude for you,” she writes to open this message, adding: “You two have impacted my life in ways that will forever be imprinted upon my heart. You not only taught us kids what it means to be a Christian but exemplified it by your daily walk with Christ. “Your training was one not merely of words, but of actions.” This note is notable because Jinger has clashed at times with her conservative parents. She has famously worn pants in the past . She waited an entire year after marriage to get pregnant. And now she’s moving to the liberal bastion of Los Angeles, sparking talk that mom and dad have disowned their daughter . So it’s safe to assume this open letter is Jinger’s attempt to get back on Jim Bob and Michelle’s good side. Continues the mother of one in it: “Truly there is no greater emphasis that you could’ve instilled in us kids, than that of love for God and others. Your constant care for both our physical and spiritual needs is but a small example of our Heavenly Father’s love and nurturing care for His children.” Neither Jim Bob nor Michelle has spoken on Jinger and Jeremy’s impending move. We can’t imagine they are too thrilled over it. But perhaps they are taking solace in their daughter’s seemingly heartfelt conclusion, which reads: I am so grateful to God for the gift of such godly parents and role models as you. Last week, Justin Bieber penned a super romantic poem to his beautiful wife, Hailey Baldwin. Now, it’s Hailey’s turn to openly gush about her love. Hailey’s praise coincides with a new photo of the Biebs after he finally, for the first time in their marriage, got a decent haircut. “My love,” Hailey’s romantic Instagram post begins. She writes what we’re sure is meant to be a string of three heart eyes emojis, but is a disappointed face followed by two heart eyes emojis. “You are an incredible man,” she praises. Hailay adds: “You make me a better human being,” “You make me happier than I’ve ever been,” she raves. Here is the accompanying photo. We’re not (okay, I’m not ) normally the biggest advocate of short haircuts on men, as they’re hugely overdone, but this is an exception. Definitely an improvement over some of the Biebs’ other looks during the past year. It’s always a big deal when Beyonce talks about her family. And it’s an even bigger deal when Beyonce reveals photos of her family . So you can imagine the excitement that swept the Internet and the nation at large after Netflix released Homecoming today, the documentary that took viewers behind the scenes of Beyonce’s legendary Coachella performance in 2018 . While talking about the rehearsing and general lifestyle changes she needed to make in order to take the stage at that festival last spring, Beyonce also opened way up about her second pregnancy for the first time. She spoke in stark and very personal detail about growing Sir and Rumi in her womb. “My body went through more than I knew it could,” the beloved artist said, noting she grew to 218 pounds toward the end of her pregnancy and that she developed high blood pressure and toxemia along the way. (Toxemia, also known as preeclampsia, is a pregnancy condition that causes high blood pressure and can lead to serious complications.) When it came time to deliver, one of the baby’s heartbeat paused several times, Beyonce says in the film, spurring her to have an emergency C-section. Scary stuff. And also very real stuff to which numerous women around the world can relate. In another candid segment of her documentary, Beyonce says she was scheduled to perform at Coachella in 2017. What happened? Why was she forced to skip this concert at the time? “I got pregnant unexpectedly,” she says in Homecoming, as footage of her showing off her baby bump plays in the background. “And it ended up being twins which was even more of a surprise.” We think this is the first time Beyonce has confessed that she wasn’t planning on giving Blue Ivy any siblings — but that, hey, even global superstars make these sorts of “mistakes.” Following the birth of her twins, Beyonce’s Coachella performance marked her major return to the stage, but it did not come easily. “There were days that I thought I’d never be the same,” she explains, adding that she cut out carbs, sugar, alcohol, dairy, meat and fish in order to get back into shape. “My body was not connected. My mind was not there,” she goes on to say of preparing for last year’s Coachella performance. “My mind wanted to be with my children.” In the documentary, the celebrity notes she would breastfeed in her trailer in between rehearsing and bring the kids when she could. “What people don’t see is the sacrifice.” Beyonce also acknowledges that it takes a “village” to make a production such as her Coachella set come off as well as it does. She knows she’s lucky. She knows she’s rich and famous and as popular as nearly anyone on the planet. But she also has the same concerns as other parents and set out to perform at Coachella for one key reason: “I feel we made something that made my daughter proud, made my mother proud, my father proud, all of the people that are my brothers and sisters around the world and that’s why I live. “I’m so lucky and grateful that I’m able to take all these crazy ideas and actually make it into something that heals people and that may spark vision in people, that shows them to dream big, that shows them that they are limitless. “It’s possible. If my country ass can do it, they can do it.”
Mercedes Javid has done it, folks. The veteran Shahs of Sunset star has not just given birth to her very first child… … she has done so at the age of 46! The Bravo personality and her husband, Tommy Feight, welcomed a baby boy on Wednesday, MJ’s rep confirmed exclusively to E! News. The child’s name? Shams Francis Feight. The child’s measurements? He weighed in today at six pounds and nine ounces and was born in Los Angeles. The little boy was also born via C-Section, with MJ feeling “eternally grateful and blessed” following this development, according to her rep. The name is unusual, of course, but it has a meaning: Shams is in honor of MJ’s father, who passed away; while Francis is in honor of Tommy’s mom, who is also no longer with us. “Mom and baby are doing great. The baby is happy and healthy,” the rep adds. This is so great to hear… because Javid has documented her difficult pregnancy on social media. She has been very open about her struggles. Two months ago, for example, the star revealed that she was hospitalized after her cervix “measured too short,” which is considered a “high risk” for a miscarriage. As Shahs of Sunset fans know well, MJ chose to undergo in vitro fertilization (IVF) in hopes of expanding her family with Tommy. Moreover, she went through numerous surgeries to remove uterine polyps in preparation for an embryo transfer. Simply put: She REALLY wanted this baby. “The truth is that I have a lot of ups and downs, moment to moment, especially on the hormones from IVF stuff,” she told Us Weekly last year, adding: “You retain a lot of water. You feel really great one moment and then terrible another moment. “That’s the reason why I share because, in my Instagram Stories for instance, I’ll say, ‘I don’t feel good today, but I want everyone else to know not to beat themselves up, to be kind to yourself and know that those days happen to everyone.” Keeping followers apprised of her status, MJ also wrote the following after a recent hospital visit: “Feeling overwhelmed with excitement, gratefulness, and hopeful about what lies ahead. “My husband and I are very grateful and hopeful and appreciative of this journey and what is to come. “We wouldn’t have made it this far without my doctors. My favorite thing throughout this journey is going to the doctor to see the baby on the ultrasound.” Earlier this week, former Shahs of Sunset star Jessica Parido announced that she secretly gave birth to a baby boy, telling folks on Instagram: “I contemplated never posting about it and carrying on but IM A MOM. Jana Kramer has been upfront about husband Mike Caussin’s sex addiction relapses , but she aims to not let them happen again. She’s currently in the market for a nanny, but one thing keeps her from considering a lot of potential candidates. Apparently, a lot of nannies are just too darn sexy to hire. She wants ugly applicants only, please. On Monday, Jana took to her Whine Down With Jana Kramer podcast with some somewhat personal news. Her nanny, who had been a caretaker for her 3-year-old daughter, Jolie, and 4-month-old son, Jace, had quit. Jana revealed that her quest for a new nanny has been difficult … because so many potential caregivers are just too darn sexy . “I just don’t understand some of these girls that post pictures on Care.com,” Jana laments. She explains that she’s “because I’m like, don’t you know the female is hiring?” “The wives are hiring,” Jana states. We’re not sure what sorts of statistics she’s using to support that claim. We would hope that any and all parents of a child would take an interest in such an important decision. Jana explains: “I don’t see a guy going on Care.com and going through the nannies.” “Maybe they do,” she admits. “And that’s awesome, but I personally am doing it.” “I’m laughing,” Jana tells her listeners. “Because this one photo was like, ‘Hi, I’m 22 years old and I have perky boobs.'” Fun fact: perky boobs are usually a physical trait, not a choice that can be toggled on and off at will. “Like,” she instructs. “Don’t post the perky boob photo.” “You’re not gonna be hired,” she insists. “I’m not hiring you.” In some jobs, refusing to hire a woman because she’s attractive would be considered grounds for a lawsuit. Outside of certain acting or modeling roles, going purely on looks is generally considered to be a gross selection process. “And I’m not saying post an ugly photo,” Jana insists. “I’m just saying…you should dress for the part.” We somehow suspect that these prospective nannies are dressed like people. Perhaps Jana would prefer that they wear habits. “So, to the girls out there that are on Care.com,” Jana advises. “I wouldn’t put your Instagram [picture].” Jana says that they shouldn’t post flattering images “because I’m like, no, I’m not gonna hire you, sorry.” “Not that I don’t trust my husband, not that I don’t trust, you know, whatever…” Jana tries to assure listeners. She expresses: “I just think it’s not smart.” “I mean, you look at some of these nannies,” Jana says. “And I’m like, ‘Well, you kinda asked for it, she’s kinda hot.’ You know what I mean?” We most certainly do not. Women, it turns out, are people, not irresistible sirens luring husbands to cheat and get divorced. “You’re in close quarters,” Jana states, as if that explains everything. Jana then refers to a couple of famous cheaters to try to justify her stance. “Not saying that Ben Affleck was wrong, but you look at the nanny and I’m like, ‘Well, she’s really cute,'” Jana says. “You’re playing with fire.” “I feel like some of these girls,” she continues. “Maybe some of those nannies like Ben Affleck’s and the Gavin Rossdale’s nannies.” Reports say, of course, that both Ben and Gavin cheated on their respective famous wives with their respective nannies. Jana concludes that perhaps “they put off a sexier vibe.” First and foremost, Jana’s husband, Mike Caussin, is a sex addict. Whether you believe that the label sex addict should be added to the DSM or is merely an excuse used by horny people, that must be on her mind. But that’s not an excuse. When a man decides to cheat, that’s a decision that he made. A nanny’s sexiness or “close quarters” status doesn’t suddenly rob the men of agency. Also, Jana seems to be suggesting — and maybe we’re reading too deeply into this — that these nannies are hoping to be hired by rich DILFs. Generally speaking, almost no women go into employment hoping to be hit on by their boss. It’s very rarely sexy. Nannies want to get paid for looking after kids. They choose flattering pictures of themselves because, and this is true, attractive people have an easier time being hired for most jobs. Jana’s weird internalized misogyny aside, we just feel sorry for whichever nanny Jana does hire. After Kyle Richards turned against Lisa Vanderpump , many viewers wondered if the #ByeKyle meme also heralded the end of PuppyGate drama. Alas, that is not the case. The midseason trailer for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills makes it clear that, unlike puppies at a kill shelter, this drama may never die. The Season 9 midseason trailer for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills shows that the fallout from PuppyGate continues. The story is that Dorit's puppy ending up at a kill shelter was deliberately leaked to the press by Lisa. But Denise Richards still has Lisa's back. “Those women still love you,” Denise affirms to her. While that is probably true, Lisa herself isn't quite so SUR anymore. “You don’t treat people you love like that,” she points out. Lisa has a bit of a point, especially after the trailer cuts to another scene. Despite the lack of context, it is heavily implied to Kyle Richards is discussing Lisa. Kyle openly predicts that Lisa is going to try to “make herself the victim” of the PuppyGate fallout. “She’s gonna turn it all around,” Kylie states. “As if everyone else is wrong.” She doesn't seem to be wrong about that. Kyle was recently the subject of the #ByeKyle meme after she clashed with Lisa and Lisa's husband, Ken Todd. Ken yelled those words — among others — during an argument. To say that things were heated is an understatement, but fans took the conflict and ran with it. Some tweets were funny, but others were downright nasty, using the meme to pile on with criticisms towards Kyle. That's social media and Real Housewives for you, we suppose. But PuppyGate fallout wasn't the only tense moment during the trailer. The midseason teaser shows a major high and a major low in Camille Grammer's life. A highlight? She got married to David C. Meyer, as we reported last year. Unfortunately, the wildfire that devastated Malibu and reduced entire neighborhoods to smoking ruins struck her home. Even after seeing Camille inexcusably defend the likes of Brett Kavanaugh , that's sad to see. But one of the best moments of this trailer was also all about Camille. As she prepares to go up a climbing wall and is strapped in to a harness, she jokes about having worn a strap-on in the past. Pegging can be a delightful sex act, though her “used to” line makes too many people think of her most famous ex. Picturing Kelsey Grammer in the midst of any sex act is a curse that we would not wish upon our greatest enemy. This is hardly the first time that Camille has dropped her filter and potentially embarrassed her ex. For no reason at all, we just want to remind everyone that wall-climbing should not be done while under the influence of alcohol.
At the end of March, beloved rapper Nipsey Hussle was shot dead , murdered by an acquaintance following a verbal disagreement. Nipsey's funeral included tributes from singers and politicians. He was mourned by thousands — he is mourned by thousands. Fox News villain Laura Ingraham decided to mock those mourners. To smear Nipsey for her viewers, she played a video of a different black man. “Yesterday in L.A.,” Laura Ingraham says in a now viral Fox News clip. “Thousands lined the streets to say goodbye to rapper Nipsey Hussle.” “Now this dear artist,” she says, her voice dripping with sarcasm. “Recently released a song called 'FDT.'” Ingraham then explains that the song's title stands for: “Eff Donald Trump” We don't say this often because it is rarely true, but Ingraham is right about the meaning of that title. She then immediately squanders that brief moment of not being wrong by playing a clip from the music video. As you will see when you watch the clip, the video focuses on an L.A. rapper by the name of YG. That's because it's his song, from his 2016 album, Still Brazy . Nipsey is featured in the song, but it's not his song and he didn't release it. It's also not “recent” in music terms. The song is three years old. Why did Laura Ingraham use her show and platform to play the wrong music video in an attempt to disparage Nipsey? Maybe she just wanted to address hot topics and give her core demographic — ageing white supremacists — a target for their ire. A rapper who doesn't like Trump would certainly make an inviting target. Fox News' whole brand is about distracting people from real stories by drumming up pointless outrage. And maybe Ingraham and her entire staff really didn't know YG from Nipsey. They look like different people to us. But maybe all “Trump critics” look the same to them. Ingraham's latest bad move comes on the heels of months of controversy, including her verbal attacks on children who survive school shootings. The accused white nationalist's remarks have been praised by members of the KKK. In the mean time, rappers and black celebrities have called for a boycott of Ingraham's show. The goal is to deprive her of the platform that she uses to sow misinformation and hatred. Absolutely anyone would mistake one face for another, especially if one spends all day staring at faces. One would hope that someone with the infinite resource of Fox News behind them would be able to do some basic fact-checking. Of course, that's doesn't seem to be a priority for them. The fact that Laura Ingraham continues to have a job shows that the network doesn't take her white nationalist rants seriously. Or worse — that they're pleased with her hateful words. We're sorry to say that mocking the lyrics of an associate of a dead black man is far from the worst thing that Ingraham has said. A man named Eric Holder was arrested for Nipsey's murder and for the shooting of the two men who were with Nipsey but survived. The 29-year-old was brought in following a manhunt and has entered a plea of Not Guilty. His defense attorney is Chris Darden — yes, the very same attorney who rose to fame as a prosecutor on the O.J. Simpson trial. If Holder is convicted, he may face life behind bars.
When Johnny Depp and Amber Heard finalized their divorce back in 2017, they both signed non-disclosure agreements that prevented them from speaking about their brief marriage in interviews. But now, a series of increasingly ugly lawsuits have put their split back in the tabloid headlines, and the financially-troubled Depp stands to lose a lot more than just another chunk of his fading fortune. The latest suit has Depp suing Heard for $50 million , alleging that she violated their NDA by referencing abuse she allegedly suffered at his hands in an op-ed piece she recently wrote for the Washington Post. The suit has seen both parties hurl shocking accusations at the other. At one point, Depp claimed that Heard tried to cut off his finger during a fight and very nearly succeeded. Heard countered that Depp is an alcoholic “monster” who frequently subjected her to violent abuse during his jealous rages. With $50 million on the line, it may seem that Amber has far more to lose in this situation than Johnny. But even if he ends up victorious in the end, the court case and all its damaging revelation may prove even more costly to Depp. That’s because Warner Bros. executives are reportedly considering firing the actor from his role as Grindelwald in the Fantastic Beasts series as a direct result of his current lawsuit. “Executives at Warner Bros. are wondering how to deal with the backlash of the Depp matter on the Harry Potter franchise,” a source close to the situation tells Page Six. “High-level female execs at the studio are extremely worried about working with Depp and the message it sends to the public, especially after the recent sordid departure of CEO Kevin Tsujihara.” Tsujihara recently left Warner Bros. amid allegations of inappropriate conduct directed at female employees. “This is yet another blow to the morale of female employees at the studio,” the insider claims. “If Warner Bros. continues to stick by Depp, it would reveal a lot about the values the company holds.” Several conflicted employees reportedly place some of the blame on J.K. Rowling, the author of the Harry Potter series who came out in defense of the decision to cast Depp as Grindelwald. “Many at Warner Bros. wish that Rowling hadn’t come out so strongly behind Depp, because having made her opinion so public boxes them into a corner,” says the informant. It seems the decision on how to handle the Depp situation has not yet been reached, but insiders expect Warner to cut ties with the actor soon. And astonishingly, Rowling isn’t the only billionaire who’s been dragged into the battle between Depp and Heard.
