Andrew Glennon: Of COURSE I Didn’t Manipulate Amber Portwood!

For the past decade, we've watched Amber Portwood on MTV. Honestly, she really hasn't changed that much. She said ridiculously awful things to the people in her life then, and we've heard her do the same now — if anything, she's gotten worse. But somehow, someway, there are several Teen Mom fans who feel the need to defend Amber in the wake of her domestic violence arrest. And Andrew Glennon is not having it. 1. The Arrest Before July 5th, a lot of people thought that Amber’s relationship with Andrew was going OK. But then she got arrested for chasing him with a machete, and then people didn’t think that anymore. 2. So Crazy You’ve probably heard this story a billion times right now, but just in case you haven’t here we go — according to Andrew, Amber got upset because road work prevented them from getting to a fireworks display the evening before, and she went on a rampage for hours and hours. 3. Wow She beat him with a shoe — she admitted to that part, and police have photos of the bruises and scratches on his neck — and threatened to kill herself. She even allegedly took a handful of pills, but threw them back up when Andrew threatened to call 911. 4. Amber, No But things got even worse later, when she got so angry that she grabbed a machete she kept by her bed (we later learned that the machete is just one of the many, many weapons she keeps in her bedroom) and chased Andrew, who was holding baby James, into another room. Andrew held the door closed with his foot while he texted 911 to let them know that he felt his life and his son’s life were in danger. 5. Thank Goodness Amber was arrested and ultimately charged with three felonies — two counts of domestic violence and one count of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. 6. Yay, Andrew Andrew also filed for custody of James. As of now, he’s got it, with Amber only having supervised visitation occasionally. View Slideshow

Tekashi69 Kidnapping Video Revealed; Rapper Admits to Ordering Hit on Chief Keef

If, for some reason, you were feeling nostalgic for the gangsta rap feuds of the early ’90s — a time when life was cheap in the recording industry, as young artists were struck down with alarming frequency — then you might be getting a kick out the latest twists in the strange saga of Tekashi69. For the rest of us, of course, the whole thing is just sad and horrifying: Back in November Tekashi — whose real name is Daniel Hernandez — was arrested in connection with a list of crimes that would make Al Capone blush. Attempted murder, extortion, soliciting sex from a minor — you name it, Hernandez has been accused of it. Not surprisingly, Mr. 69 was denied bail and is still awaiting trial. Tekashi is still facing life behind bars, but he improved his chances for a dramatically shortened sentence this week when he took the stand to testify against [checks notes] the entire hip hop community! Okay, that may be a bit of an exaggeration, but Tekashi has named a lot of names during his two days of testimony in the trial of Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack and Anthony “Harv” Ellison. Mack and Ellison are alleged members of Hernandez’s former gang, the Nine Trey Bloods. Tekashi linked the pair to numerous crimes in his first day of testimony, but they’re certainly not the only ones he’s implicated. Of course, given what we now know about his strained relationship with the Nine Treys, it’s possible that Hernandez’s snitching is motivated by more than just a reduced sentence. TMZ has obtained dashcam footage that shows Tekashi being kidnapped by members of the gang. The rapper says he was later pistol-whipped by his captors. In his comments about the Nine Treys, Hernandez also identified rapper Jim Jones as a member of the gang. Prosecutors corroborated the claim and played a tape of what they say is a phone conversation in which Jones collaborated with Nine Trey top brass in a scheme to murder Tekashi. “[6ix9ine] was never a gang member. They going to have to violate shorty because shorty is on some bullsh-t,” Jones reportedly remarked. He has not yet commented publicly on the matter. Of course, 69 isn’t just playing the victim here. In today’s testimony, he admitted to putting out a $20,000 hit on rival rapper Chief Keef. When his hired gunman missed the target, Tekashi says, he lowered the price to $10,000. Hey, at least he’s frugal! As has been the case throughout the trial, today’s testimony inspired a number of top-notch memes. It’s true that Tekashi could still wind up serving a decade behind bars. After all, hiring contract killers is not something that prosecutors take lightly. However, it’s also possible that with time served, he could be out in less than a year. Legal experts speculate that the rapper will promptly enter witness protection upon his release. Smart idea — but the rainbow hair and face tattoos might make it difficult for the rapper to blend in rural Arkansas.

Yet when it came to her most recent boyfriend, John Rodriguez, it looked there was at long last reason for hope. Alas, she broke up with him last month, and when the news surfaced, there seemed to be many reasons for that. But was one of them a bombshell no one could've expected – that he went and got someone else pregnant?! Jon Gosselin has alleged that his ex-wife and the mother of his eight kids in an abusive monster . This is likely the main takeaway from the former reality star's in-depth interview with DailyMailTV . But Jon has now expounded on his past with Kate Gosselin, revealing that he was pressured by TLC executives to stay married to his ex long after their love died… … and that he was even offered $1 million to keep the fake romance going. A Damning Accusation According to the The Daily Mail, Jon — who alleges that he received “50 or 60″ letters from the Department of Human Services over the years due to suspected child abuse — alleges that Kate sent Collin to a child and adolescent behavioral unit without his knowledge. 6. Collin Begged to Be Rescured The Daily Mail reports that Collin’s roommate smuggled out a letter in 2017 that read as follows: “I told Mom I want to live with you, she said no. But right? The Kardashians: Hated By Wyoming Neighbors ALREADY!

Last week, we learned that Kim Kardashian wants to move to Wyoming . Actually, it might be more accurate to say that Kanye West wants to move to Wyoming, and Kim has reached the stage where she figures it’s just easier to go along with his fantasies than to try and reason with him. In talking about the planned relocation, Kim revealed that it wouldn’t be just her and Kanye moving to the Cowboy State. No, they’ll be joined by her mother and sisters, as well: “We love Wyoming. It’s always been an amazing place. My husband did just buy a ranch there,” Kim told Jimmy Fallon in a recent interview. “His dream and his vision is to move there. I love L.A., so I envision summer, I envision some weekends, but yeah, we love it. It’s the prettiest place you’ve ever seen in your entire life.” She added: “It’s like, the prettiest place you’ve seen in your entire life. Even my sisters, everyone, we’ve had this dream of getting a ranch and just spending our summers there and getting away,”  You might have noticed that Kim is placing a lot of emphasis on her intention to spend summers in Wyoming, which makes a lot of sense. As much as she might enjoy furs and boots that cost more than your car, a week in Aspen is one thing — an entire 7-month winter in the middle of nowhere is quite another. Insiders say the couple might soon find themselves at odds over this point, as Kanye would prefer to relocate to his ranch full-time. Caught in the middle of the dispute are the residents of the town of Cody, who seem to believe that any amount of time the Kard clan spends in their fair state will be entirely too much. The Kardashians make fairly frequent trips to Wyoming already, and it seems the simple folk who call Cody home are already fed up with their Hollywood ways. Naturally, where Kim and Kanye go, the paparazzi are sure to follow, which means that since the time of their first visit, they’ve been annoying their neighbors by trailing a pack of photographers with them everywhere they go. Local authorities say they’re powerless to do anything about the problem, as there’s “no law against chasing them or riding alongside them.” “Residents are set in their ways,” a Cody Public Information Officer tells Radar Online. “It’ll be a learning curve for them to get used to the way people are around here.” The town spokesperson goes on to confirm that residents are concerned about what effect the Kardashians might have on life in Cody. “It is a quiet place,” he says. “There are some who are upset about the move. Some are apprehensive.” The representative adds: “Because of their notoriety and headlines, people are scratching their heads.” “People don’t like when you move from out of state and try to change the way the people are around here. The residents are down to earth and private.” But while the information officer admits that there’s some reticence about Kimye coming to town, he also claims the reports about upset “neighbors” are overblown — as the Kardashians have no neighbors to speak of. “Most people feel like me,” he says. “They’re far enough out of town and they have no neighbors. I hope they enjoy their ranch.” So Kanye might be spending most of his year on a desolate ranch in the middle of nowhere? Sounds like Wyoming’s loss is the rest of society’s gain! Bachelor in Paradise Finale: Are Chris Bukowski and Katie Morton Still Engaged?

Bachelor in Paradise Season 6 is officially in the books. But while the book has been closed on the latest run of this ABC franchise, a brand new chapter has been opened for two couples from the show. We’ve already documented what transpired between Demi Burnett and Kristian Haggerty (SPOILER ALERT: They’re engaged!), and now we’re here with romantic update on another pairing. Let’s delve into  Chris Bukowski and Katie Morton , shall we? On last night’s finale, Chris acknowledged the “hard” road down which he and Katie have gone…  but also praised Morton for all the positive ways in which she’s influenced him. He then said he yearned to make the show’s end the best moment of their lives — so he got down on one knee — as Katie broke down in tears — and proposed. And she said yes! Hooray, right? Viewers first met Chris on season 8 of The Bachelorette , which aired in 2012. He was 25 years old at the time and Emily Maynard eliminated him after their hometown date. After appearing on Bachelor Pad season 3, Chris attempted to crash season 10 of The Bachelorette. It was pretty darn awkward adter Andi Dorfman opted not to let him join the program. He later attempted to find love on seasons 1 and 2 of Bachelor in Paradise before announcing his “retirement.” The guy has been around ABC a lot . Katie, meanwhile, was a contestant on Colton Underwood’s season of The Bachelor just a few months ago; she was sent home during week 6 of season 23. So that brings us up to their present and Tuesday night’s reunion special… Morton sitting opposite Chris Harrison WITHOUT an engagement ring  on her finger. Uh-oh , guys. “We’re still engaged,” she assured viewers on the reunion, explaining in further detail: “I just put in so much effort every day and I love him so much, but I put in so much that my tank empties and if I’m not getting it filled, I break down. “It’s just the whole time at the beach he would tell others that he loves me and the only way I knew Chris loves me is the way he tells everyone else, not the way he shows me. “I love him, but I can’t speak as to how he makes me feel and the things he said and the things he did seemed so different.” That isn’t exactly a glowing endorsement of Bukowski or their relationship. What does this mean for their future? “I fell in love with potential that may never come to fruition, but I’m just praying it does,” Morton said. Again: this doesn’t sound very encouraging. Why doesn’t she just pull the plug on their engagement? “I don’t want to end things,” she said. “I’m just conflicted. I want it to get better but I want him to want it to be better.” Enter Chris, who came out on stage and tried to explain his side of things. “We take things day by day, and I think we do get better every day,” he said. “It’s a rollercoaster. It’s a lot in a short amount of time, and we have a really good understanding of each other. But yeah, it’s definitely rocky.” View Slideshow: The Bachelor Season 24: Meet the Women! Already! Bukowski also admitted to being “slower” with his feelings than Morton, but emphasized that he was on board with trying. “I honestly feel the best when I’m with you,” he told Morton. “My family loves you, my friends love you and I love you. I do and I think there’s so many more better days ahead of us and I want to see those days, I really do.” Bukowski and Morton’s time together during the finale wrapped with them going their separate ways outside of the studio. Maci Bookout Speaks Out on Amber Portwood Abuse: I Support Her!

If you've been keeping up with Teen Mom news, then you definitely know that Amber Portwood isn't having a great time right now. And that's because she is not a good person. She was arrested for domestic assault against then-boyfriend Andrew Glennon back in July, and since then, things have kept getting worse and worse. Now, just when it looks like Amber can't sink any lower, friend and co-star Maci Bookout has made a statement in support of her. But why though? 1. Facts Amber is an abuser. We’ve known that for a long, long time. 2. Poor Gary Several years ago, we saw her assault Gary Shirley on Teen Mom — once she punched him in the face, another time she kicked his back when he was walking down some stairs. 3. Poor Matt We never saw her hit Matt Baier, but there were plenty of rumors about it, and Matt has recently come forward to claim that she was violent with him, too. 4. Poor Andrew And although we’ve never seen her abuse Andrew, he may have the most harrowing story of all. 5. The Arrest Amber was arrested on the morning of July 5th after beating Andrew while he was holding their one-year-old son, James, and allegedly chasing him with a machete, again while he was holding James. 6. The Charges She was charged with three felonies — two counts of domestic violence, and one count of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. A pretty big deal considering she’s already been convicted of two felonies and Indiana is one of those three-strikes states. View Slideshow

Demi Burnett and Kristian Haggerty: We’re Engaged!

History was made on Bachelor in Paradise on Tuesday night. Once again, we should say. Several weeks after Demi Burnett told the world that she was a bisexual who was also romantically involed with a woman named Kristian Haggerty … who then became the first-ever non-contestant to be featured on multiple Bachelor in Paradise episodes… … these two women went ahead and got engaged on the Season 6 finale! Viewers got to witness Burnett getting down on one knee (below) and popping life’s biggest question to her soulmate, presenting her in the moment with a Neil Lane diamond ring after telling her girlfriend: I found myself in you. “I know that this has been really hard. I’ve put you through struggles and you were always there for me regardless of how much I didn’t deserve it at the time,” said Burnett while proposing during the pre-taped portion of Tuesday’s season finale, adding: “I never knew that someone could be that patient. “There were a lot of things that came between us, mostly myself and my own struggles. Like you said, I came here to find myself. But I found myself in you.” Shouldn’t Demi also get a ring,t hough? “We’re working on it,” she said after Kristian brought this point up. Fast forward to the reunion special… Kristian proposed right back, giving Demi her very own ring! Demi, who competed for Colton Underwood’s heart on season 23 of The Bachelor , initially pursued a relationship with Derek Peth when she first hit the beach in Mexico. During the August 13 episode, though, she confessed that she still had feelings for Kristian, who she was seeing before she joined the cast of the ABC dating spinoff. They are now the first same-sex couple to get engaged on thie franchise. “I know it’s a big deal that it was the first same-sex [engagement] on this franchise in the U.S., but we weren’t thinking of the significance of that at the time,” said Burnett when speaking to The Hollywood Reporter after the reunion taping. “It was just about us loving each other and that’s really what the focus was.” Burnett and Haggerty weren’t the only Season 6 stars to get engaged on the finale. Chris Bukowski and Katie Morton, along with Hannah Godwin and Dylan Barbour, also agreed to marry at some point. Burnett, meanwhile, is now living in Los Angeles near Haggerty and is open to the idea of filming their forthcoming nuptials for television. “I don’t want to carry the torch and say how [the franchise] should handle all of this representation and what not,” Burnett told THR about the impact her story can have on the franchise, concluding: “I think that with time it’s just going to be normalized and just going to be people loving each other, whatever way that comes.” Congrats to Demi and Kristian! The Bachelor: Spoilers Confirmed! Selection Made! Viewers Aghast! Chaos Rages!

The worst kept secret on television was confirmed as official news on ABC last night. It’s tragically true, Mike Johnson fans and supporters: Peter Weber will be the next The Bachelor. This long-awaited announcement was made on the Tuesday night season finale of Bachelor in Paradise. “It’s still hitting me right now, and I feel so grateful right now just to have this opportunity in front of me,” Weber told Chris Harrison at the end of the reunion special. He added: “I feel emotional right now. This is crazy. This is life-changing. I have truly, my entire life, looked forward to finding my girl, and that first person that I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with… “I have all the faith in the world that this can work for me, and I know it’s going to.” Weber, of course, advanced to the final three on Hannah Brown’s most recent season of The Bachelorette. He became well-known and very respected for having slept with the former beauty queen a show record four times while they stayed overnight in a windmill . He seems perfectly nice and harmless and, yes, white… so it’s no real surprise that executives chose Weber. Thanks to a bunch of recent The Bachelor spoilers , we all saw this confirmation coming weeks ago, too. Asked what he learned from his relationship with Brown, the pilot replied on air: “From night one with that first toast to the very end when I said goodbye to her, she was 100 percent unapologetically herself, and I love that. And that’s something that I definitely want to carry forward with my journey now.” Sounds like he’s gone to ABC Cliche School and graduated with honors, huh? Other frontrunners for the job were Brown’s former suitors Mike Johnson and Tyler Cameron, plus Bachelor in Paradise favorite Derek Peth. Shortly after Weber was announced, social media blew up with reaction to the news. Not much of it was positive… Johnson would have been the first-ever black lead on the show if he had been selected. He does appear to have moved on in amazing manner , but still. Come on, ABC! You had a real shot to make history here. Right, Rachel Lindsay? “I think Peter seems like a very nice guy. He seems lovely. This is absolutely nothing against him, but how many Peters have we seen before?” the only-ever black Bacheloerette told ET of the latest casting, adding: “What season are we on? 24. So, we’ve seen 24 Peters. I’m bored. And it’s nothing personal against him.” The Bachelor Season 14 will premiere on January 6, 2020. Shannon Beador: Did Kelly Dodd Giver Her a CONCUSSION?!

A lot of the drama on The Real Housewives of Orange County lately has been about Vicki's habit of spreading lies and how it's landed her in hot water. But in this sneak peek clip, we see that it's Kelly Dodd's turn to get herself into trouble. Take a look as the aftermath of her “joke” leaves Shannon complaining of a head injury and blurry vision. A classic part of each Real Housewives season is that travel. It wasn't so long ago that seeing the ladies from Orange County travel meant seeing Shannon have a full-on meltdown. (Which, of course, was followed by Tamra screaming at her) Hey, it was hot — the AC was out in their villa. Anyone would lose their minds. (I'd be finding a kitchen and sleeping in a walk-in freezer) This time, as you can see on the video, Shannon's at the center of drama again, but she's not blaming the heat. The set-up is: Villa 7 houses Kelly Dodd, Emily Simpson, and Braunwyn Windham-Burke. Meanwhile, Villa 14 accommodates Shannon Storms Beador, Tamra Judge, Vicki Gunvalson, and Gina Kirschenheiter. The ladies were supposed to do a meditation retreat. Unfortunately, Kelly's idea of a “joke” meant whacking Shannon on the head. Call us old-fashioned, but meditation is usually supposed to be a non-violent activity. “How's your head?” Tamra asks her friend as the ladies make their way through the dark back to their lodging. (That's a great set-up for a joke, because you're supposed to answer well I haven't had any complaints , but Shannon's in no mood) “It hurts,” Shannon laments grimly. She then responds to the “how's your chakra” question with an honest “I don't know.” The crown chakra is located at the top of the head, according to religious and spiritual practices that acknowledge the chakras. “I can take a joke any day,” Shannon assures viewers while speaking to the confessional camera. “But there's a certain line that you cross with jokes,” she points out. “And,” Shannon continues. “Getting physical with anyone isn't funny.” At this point, the ladies have entered the villa where they are being treated to a tasteful candlelit ambiance. But that doesn't mean that they drop the subject of Shannon's head. “It hurts so bad right here right now,” Shannon complains, holding the back right part of her upper cranium. “I don't want to scare you,” Tamra says before scaring the daylights out of her. “But,” the fitness fanatic continues. “My ex-husband got hit in the top of the head.” (She is not referring to Simon Barney, but to her terrible son Ryan's father) “And then,” Tamra narrates. “His spinal fluid started leaking.” “Are you being serious right now?” Shannon asks, incredulous. It's not clear whether she's shocked that such a thing could go wrong, or that Tamra would bring it up when she's already worried. Tamra explains to the camera that her ex's mild bump (he hit his head on the roof of the company truck while going over a bump) was serious. Having dismissed that and the ensuing headache until her ex went to the hospital, she's genuinely worried about her friend. Then, Shannon reports: “My left eye is blurry.” Shannon does admit that she only discovered this after removing her contact lenses. When she shines a light in her eyes, Tamra complains “well, they're dilating because you're shining a light in them.” That's actually a good thing, folks. And while we're no doctors, our guess is that Shannon doesn't have a concussion — just a bump. But it doesn't hurt to be careful, folks. We'll see what Shannon does next on the actual episode.
