Game of Thrones: Officially More Popular Than Porn!

On Sunday night, Game of Thrones set a ratings record. With 10.1 million viewers tuning in for the original broadcast, “Dragonstone” became the most-watched season premiere in the history of HBO. Heck, it even shattered the mark for the highest number of concurrent viewers on HBO Go and HBO Now. This doesn’t really come as a shock, of course. We all know Game of Thrones is a big deal in pop culture. But the above records only tell a small part of how popular Game of Thrones Season 7 Episode 1 turned out to be. For further, truly insightful analysis, we turn to the good folks at… Porn Hub?!? Apparently! The website has kept a running tally for years on the effect Game of Thrones episodes have on its traffic… and it just released a chart that depicts how viewership dropped 4.5% this past Sunday night when compared to typical Sunday nights on Porn Hub. As you can see below, this is usually a popular evening for men (or women!) to log online and ogle some bare butts, boobs, penises or vaginas. They may even masturbate to these body parts and/or to what these body parts are doing to each other. But Game of Thrones has been known to feature its own fair share of boobs and butts. Moreover, there are dragons! And White Walkers! And palace intrigue, murderous young members of the Stark family and even Ed Sheerhan ! This season’s opener provided a slightly more significant drop than last year’s premiere, when traffic was down only 4.1 percent. However, if last season is any indication, every Sunday night will see a dip going forward, as the following Porn Hub chart illustrates: Following a Game 6 finale in which hundreds of people died and Cersei took over the Iron Throne, the Game of Thrones Season 7 premiere was pretty tame. But it did move various characters in various players, setting up clear battle lines and setting the stage for two major battles to come: Dany and company against Cersei and company. Everyone against The Night King. Both of these storylines are interesting enough that people around the Internet would prefer to see how they play out instead of seeing how porn stars online scream out in ecstasy. Aaron Carter After Arrest: I Don’t Need Nick Carter’s Fake Support!

It looks like “Aaron’s Party” is officially over, since Aaron Carter was arrested and charged with a DUI and drug possession . Though, if we’re being honest, Aaron’s life hasn’t been going so well lately, anyway. Now, following his arrest, he’s getting into very public conflict with his older brother, Nick Carter. And, maybe worse, the way that he looks in his mugshot has people so, so worried. He’s almost unrecognizable. Do you see what we mean? Aaron Carter does not look his age, and that is not a compliment. It’s not even an insult — just a statement of fact. (And, for those of us who enjoyed “Aaron’s Party” and a few other of his songs back in middle school, a statement of concern) Like, mugshot photos don’t show anyone at their best, and we get that. But Aaron’s booking photo makes him look like a man is his forties. And not like, a well-preserved suburban dad who makes more than a few people’s DILF lists. He looks like his life has been hard on his body and hard on his mind and soul. Aaron is 29 years old and we are worried . We know that Aaron Carter has health issues , but we don’t care how skinny he is — this is something more serious than that. Honestly, many people have suspected that these are the results of years of hard drug use. (And we don’t mean the marijuana of which he was allegedly in possession) We’d say that maybe he’ll reach out to his family, but … it looks like that’s not happening. After Aaron’s arrest for DUI refusal (technically he just refused to take the breathalyzer test, but, in the eyes of the law, that’s about the same as refusing to take a test in school — he failed) and possessing a small amount of marijuana (which is still a crime in Georgia), Nick reached out to him. And, in case anyone somehow forgot, we definitely mean his very famous brother, Nick Carter.  Nick Carter posted a very public message on Twitter: “To my brother: I love u no matter what & if u feel the need to reach for help, I am here and willing to help you get better. Family isn’t always easy, [but] we’re all here for you.” That looks sweet and supportive, right? Nick Carter was arrested himself in 2016 for a saloon brawl in Florida, because apparently bar fights are real things that still happen. (Though, this was Florida and also 2016 was an accursed hell-year when murderous clowns were an epidemic, so … we don’t know what to tell you) But apparently Aaron Carter didn’t find that sweet or touching or supportive at all. In fact, he went off on his brother … also in a very public way. Aaron’s response, though public, focused on the fact that Nick’s response was also public. “If my own blood (Nick) truly cared about my well-being, why wouldn’t he call me directly and have a conversation instead of making this about him through a very public forum?” That’s a good question. Although … we don’t know what things are like between these two, you know? “That’s not cool at all to use me for his PR and kick me while I am down,” Aaron’s statement concluded. We don’t know that Nick’s tweet really qualifies as a blatant PR grab. He wasn’t like “Sorry that Aaron’s doing bad … I’d be happy to take my time off from [Current Project], which fans will love, to come see him.” Like, they’re Carters, not Kardashians who push products while their brother goes to court . In fact, maybe Nick knows that Aaron “blows up” like this, and was leery of contacting him personally and getting a different hostile response. Some people are just hard to talk to. Aaron’s representative put out a statement. Aaron has a license for medical marijuana — though that likely doesn’t mean anything in George courts. (It’ll probably be years before the whole country stops putting people in jail for having pieces of a naughty plant ) He also accuses law enforcement of targeting Aaron because of his celebrity status. Because it was just days earlier that Aaron was mocking Shia Labeouf’s infamous arrest and flaunting that he himself “has no DUIs,” he looks like a huge hypocrite. And, given Aaron Carter’s inexplicable support for Trump last year, it’s harder to feel sorry for him. He has some issues to work out. It's the beginning of the end. HBO has announced that Game of Thrones has a mere two seasons remaining, with only seven episodes set to comprise Season 7. What will go down this summer on the cable network epic? We can't say. But what will various scenes look like? Click through the already-released photos below to find out! 1. Jon Snow Fo’ Sho’ You may know nothing, Jon Snow. But you’ll still have a shot at the Throne on Season 7. 2. Daenerys in Westeros! Dany has arrived on the other side of the Narrow Sea. We get the feeling the Lannisters fortunes are about to take a turn for the worse. 3. Cersei on the Iron Throne Looks like Jamie is still standing by his sister. Danielle Bregoli Meets Kim Kardashian: A Match Made in …

Cash … Kardash  her ousside? … No, we can’t do it. Danielle Bregoli, still best known as the Cash Me Ousside (How Bow Dah?) girl , met another celebrity, and the two even posed for a photo. It’s always great when troubled young teenager meets a real role model. But sometimes they just meet Kim Kardashian, instead. Okay, so Kim Kardashian isn’t technically the worst role model. She’s a successful businesswoman. She’s a wife and mother. And, as it turns out, Kim doesn’t do coke after all ! Compared to Danielle Bregoli’s environment growing up, that basically makes Kim a saint. (Not to be confused with Kim’s son, Saint) But Danielle seems to be poised to continue to capitalize on her newfound fame — just as Kim Kardashian once did. Danielle is also set to have her own reality series , which sounds like a mess but possibly an irresistible one. So … Kim and Danielle might come from different worlds, but Danielle still has a few things in common with Kim’s younger self. The meeting, however, wasn’t to talk strategy or some sort of bizarre reality crossover event. Danielle Bregoli’s meeting with Kim Kardashian wasn’t a big deal , according to Danielle. “I was eating lunch. We have a mutual friend. I walked up and said hello, took a pic together, that was it.” So it wasn’t even really a  meeting  in that sense. They weren’t comparing notes, or strategizing. Hell, they weren’t even just hanging out and getting to know one another. They they just …  literally met. And, unlike when Danielle Bregoli and David Spade slammed each other after meeting, it was pretty low-key. (Thank goodness — if they ever feuded, Kim would crush Danielle without batting an eye) Danielle has had some  unkind things to say about Kylie Jenner  and other members of the Kardashian family in the past, so you’d think that Kim wouldn’t have given her the time of day, right? As it turns out, Kim didn’t even know who Danielle was, and thought that she was just another fan. That sounds like a slight against Danielle. But actually it’s not a great sign for Kim. Who in the world doesn’t know about Cash Me Ousside? Even people who are so old that they watch Dr. Phil know about her. It’s impossible to ignore something like Cash Me Ousside within American Youth Culture, even if Danielle isn’t still lingering in everyone’s minds. (Danielle needs to come out with that show now or she’ll be forgotten before it airs) We’re not saying that this social blindspot heralds the end of Kim’s relevance. Far from it. But the next time that someone tries to point to Kim as someone who’s fully immersed in the culture, point to this. Ultimately, Danielle Bregoli could be famous for years. But if all that comes next is more legal troubles for her bad behavior, people will get bored. She needs to make some good headlines to keep treading water until her show airs, whenever it airs. In fact … that might be what this quick photo op was really all about.

Blac Chyna Could Be in Legal Trouble for WHAT?!

Right now, most of the fallout from Rob Kardashian’s revenge porn extravaganza is impacting Rob himself. He made himself awful to his family and to the world, and he may suffer some serious legal consequences. But it turns out that Blac Chyna may have gotten herself into a complicated legal situation with her Good Morning America interview — and it might come back to bite her. Because this whole situation wasn’t already messy enough, right? This whole situation is, indisputably, hard on Blac Chyna. She’s having issues with her ex, Ferrari . He seems pretty sleazy. She’s getting (and it sounds like fairly) called out for hypocrisy by Pilot Jones , another ex. But, strangely enough, what some worry might end up getting her into trouble is a simple TV interview. Why? Because Blac Chyna may have violated her non-disclosure agreement during her Good Morning America interview. What NDA, you might ask? The one that she signed before she ever appeared on  Keeping Up With The Kardashians . Now, no NDA on the planet is supposed to legally enjoin people from reporting crimes or testifying about witnessing crimes. (Not that our legal system always works out like it’s supposed to) But there’s a difference between discussing something in court and going onto a news show to talk about Rob Kardashian’s horrible behavior . When ABC news reached out to Kim Kardashian, Kim’s representative responded … with a copy of the NDA that Blac Chyna signed. That NDA includes an agreement to keep their private lives private, which doesn’t exactly go hand-in-hand with discussing it on Good Morning America . Now, that’s not a declaration of intent to sue. But it’s something . The closest thing to a warning shot that the Kardashians have fired during the past eight days, really. At the moment, we don’t know that the Kardashians are willing to go after Blac Chyna for a possible breach of contract. First of all, given the nature of what she discussed, it would look bad. Like, really bad. Right now, on the surface, they’re pushing their products like it’s business as usual. Beneath the surface, they’re apparently furiously trying to keep Rob under control . (We’re sure that the White House would love any tips to prevent emotionally volatile men from tweeting out self-incriminating rants in the wee hours of the morning) We suspect that they’ll watch how this all plays out before they make a decision. Now, it’s possible that the NDA doesn’t apply here, for one reason or another. You’d really need to ask a team of lawyers who’ve gone over the NDA. And we suspect that Blac Chyna must have done some research, because it was days before she broke her silence in that interview. Ultimately, if a lawsuit over NDA-violation is possible, even if public opinion is turned against Blac Chyna at that point … we don’t know that it will happen. Blac Chyna is and will always be the mother of Kris Jenner’s granddaughter. A lawsuit under those circumstances might be kind of counterproductive from Kris’ point of view, you know? Lauren Bushnell Has a New Boyfriend … But Who is He?

They may have won each other’s hearts on The Bachelor , but no relationship can escape from entropy — that is to say,  Lauren Bushnell and Ben Higgins broke up . That was a whole thing, but Lauren’s now in a new relationship, and while at first we’d heard that she’d reconnected with an ex, we now know that the man that she’s dating is someone new . … At first, rumor had it that Lauren had gotten together with her ex, Sean Evans. That’s the kind of thing that happens all of the time. Especially shortly after a breakup, when you might be feeling vulnerable and uncertain and want a familiar face. (So long as the breakup with said old flame was amicable, anyway) But that’s not the case, as Lauren Bushnell is dating a guy named Devin Antin . And while some reports say that these two have dated before, Devin is — at the very least — “new” to the public. Thanks to Twitter, we at least know what Devin looks like — a handsome guy, to be sure. This image was reportedly taken in 2015, before The Bachelor , which does seem to suggest that Lauren and Devin have dated before. We suspect that now that people know, Lauren might speak about it publicly and tell us a little more. Because the world could use some clarification. In the mean time, we still have more to go on, thanks to Us Weekly ‘s source. And it sounds like, after Lauren’s split with Ben Higgins back in May, it wasn’t long before she and Devin became an item. “They have been dating for a while now.” We also know that Lauren knows or has at least met his family. “She was at a Golden State game with his sisters.” Awww, that’s sweet! But not surprising since they seem to have a history together. We’re sure that she could use a break after her highly publicized breakup from Ben Higgins. Lauren and Ben had a real connection on The Bachelor , but their relationship ended up fizzling, step by step. One major factor in their breakup was filming Happily Ever After together, where they couldn’t honestly communicate with each other because of the presence of the cameras. Though the sex remained great , Lauren started to feel isolated when they moved to a city where she didn’t know anyone. Another factor, however, was when she learned that  Ben Higgins had told JoJo Fletcher and Lauren Bushnell that he loved them . Both of them. Separately. She learned, it’s said, when that episode aired, and felt embarrassed and a little confused. We wonder if Ben Higgins is wishing that he’d gone with JoJo Fletcher, you know? Actually, do you guys remember that brief period when some of us were hopeful that The Bachelor would have a polyamorous twist? It was when Ben confessed that to both of them. We wondered if he was just going to try to propose to both of them. We didn’t dare to hope, really. (And also, for a polyamorous relationship to work, everybody needs to be on board from the get-go) But it would have been cool. Maybe it’ll happen with a different thruple in a future season. But now Lauren and Ben are no more, so … all of that drama built up to what ended up being a very short relationship. Sometimes, that’s life. As for Devin Antin, there are still things that are uncertain or just entirely unknown. But he has a great name and he’s handsome, so that’s two points in his favor. Kanye West and Jay Z: The Friendship is Over!

Forgetting watching the throne. According to a new tabloid report, Kanye West and Jay Z won’t be going near any thrones together ever again. Or any recording studios… or any backyard barbecues… or any post-awards show gatherings. Indeed, the once-close friendship between the rappers appears to be over. For good. “They will never speak again,” an insider tells In Touch Weekly. “It’s over.” The problems between Mr. Kim Kardashian and Mr. Beyonce are both personal and professional. A few weeks ago,  Kanye reportedly left Jay Z’s streaming service Tidal over a money dispute, claiming at the time that he was owed $3 million. An attorney for the star says Tidal has breached the contract it signed with West, hinting that further legal action may be pursued down the line. Then, of course, Jay Z dropped a new album (titled 4:44 ) and escalated his feud with his former BFF to an entirely new level. In the track “Kill Jay Z,” the artist addressed his former collaborator directly… and harshly.  This is what Jay rapped about ‘Ye: But this ‘f–k everybody’ attitude ain’t natural/But you ain’t the same, this ain’t KumbaYe/But you got hurt because you did cool by ‘Ye/You gave him 20 million without blinkin/He gave you 20 minutes on stage, f–k was he thinkin’? F–k wrong with everybody?’ is what you sayin’/But if everybody’s crazy, you’re the one that’s insane. The bond between Jay Z and Kanye goes all the way back to the early 2000s, when Kanye worked as a producer for Roc-A-Fella Records. They most famously and successfully collaborated on 2011’s “Watch the Throne,” a critically and publicly lauded album. But West ranted against Beyonce during a concert appearance late last year, just a few days before he checked into a hospital due to a mental breakdown. Things have been icy between the stars ever since, “Beyonce, I was hurt ‘cause I heard you said you wouldn’t be perform unless you won Video of the Year over me and over Hotline Bling,’’ Kanye said while on stage at the time, adding: “Now, don’t go trying to diss Beyonce, she is great. Taylor Swift is great. We are all great people. We are all equal. “But sometimes we be playing the politics too much and forgetting who we are just to win.” There’s been chatter for years that Kardashian does not get along with Beyonce. Many believe Kim is the cause for the issues between these husbands, while an insider tells In Touch that she wants her man to fire back at Jay Z in his own revenge-themed single. “[Kim] wants Kanye to record a diss track that will fully rip on Jay and Beyonce and how fake they really are,” a source tells the tabloid. Kim Kardashian: I Can PROVE I Wasn’t Doing Cocaine!

When we saw this, we absolutely cracked up. (Ugh, cocaine pun not intended) Just yesterday, Kim Kardashian denied that she does coke via Twitter, all because of what some social media sleuths spotted on her Snapchat. She said, at the time, that it was just candy. Well now Kim's changed her story a bit, and she's posted a series of Snapchat videos that build up to a dramatic reveal of what Kim now says looked like cocaine. We hope that you enjoy the video below as much as we did. You're welcome. We worry when people have too many explanations for why they're innocent, you know? You usually want to find just one believable explanation and stick with it. But, first, a quick refresher: Because there's been a lot of news between yesterday and today. Kim Kardashian took to Snapchat to promote her products, because of course she did. That's who she is. After spotting what looked like two lines of a suspicious white powder reflected in the mirror behind Kim, some followers began to wonder if Kim had slipped up and shown a couple of lines of unsnorted cocaine on the countertop behind her. And the rumors spread. As you may recall, we didn't find this scenario super likely. First of all, Kris Jenner didn't raise her children to clumsily expose hard drug use to the world. Oh, they all have some minor social blunders from time to time. But of all six of her brood, only Rob Kardashian can be honestly said to be  bad at social media . And then there's Kim's general disposition. Technically, yes, she's maybe  dabbled at smoking weed  in the past. But she's now a married mother of two. And she also claims to not even like the taste of alcohol. (She probably needs to order some tastier drinks, but whatever) Kim caught wind of the rumor, and yesterday she tweeted out her denial, and claimed that what appeared to be white powder was candy. She even named the candy store — Dylan's Candy Shop. But it was later, in her Snapchat videos, that she walks people through  “Okay, guys, I just got back to my hotel room, and look at this table: Same position — it is still there!” She is, of course, referring to the pair of white streaks that look an awful lot like a suspicious white powder. After some gentle parenting, Kim holds up evidence that she really did go to Dylan's Candy Shop. “So, we did go to Dylan's Candy Shop. I did think that it was our pixie sticks.” Note that past tense — she now has a new explanation. (Anyone else getting flashbacks of that one weirdo in middle school who would try to snort pixie sticks? What a waste of sugar) The next part zooms in on Kim's proposed explanation. But you know what? We don't want to spoil the surprise. For the record, even though she changed her story, we totally believe her. (After seeing this, we realize that if they ever reboot Matlock , Kim would be an amazingly inspired casting choice for the titular character) But this whole thing is super funny. We hope that you get a laugh out if it, because we sure did. And it sounds like Kim did, too.

Bachelor in Paradise Sets New Premiere Date, Makes Stunning Announcement

ABC has a couple of exciting announcements to make. First, the network has confirmed that Bachelor in Paradise Season 4 will, indeed, air this summer, despite the multi-week scandal that delayed production at the start of filming. As a result of the He Said/She Said/And Also a Producer Said between Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson, new episodes of this reality series will kick off on August 14, immediately followed by a second new installment on August 15. The show was originally scheduled to premiere on August 8. It was pushed back, however, after Olympios and Jackson got very drunk… then got naked in a pool together… and then got into some seriously raunchy action. Things got so hot and heavy and sexually heated that a producer thought Corinne may have been too drunk to give consent. Once this possibility was raised, Warner Bros. shut down production and sent all contestants home. Olympios stated publicly that she felt “victimized,” while Jackson said his “character” was being “assassinated.” In the end, an investigation determined no sexual assault of any kind took place and cast members were invited back down to Mexico to finish filming. But no way would Corinne and DeMario be included among these cast members, right? Mostly. That’s mostly right. HOWEVER, Olympios said in a brief statement on Wednesday that she’ll be appearing on one episode of Season 4 after all. “I am very happy to be appearing on the Bachelor In Paradise Special,” she said simply today. Jackson, sources, confirm is on board for this same special. In an interview with E! News shortly after his name was cleared, DeMario said he had no hard feelings toward Corinne. He detailed their sexual encounter ( in MAJOR detail ) and wished Olympios the best on multiple occasions. It’s unclear just when this special will air, but Season 4 itself will take place over six weeks this summer. Those six weeks will feature past Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants attempting to find love for a second time in Mexico, while they also witness the wedding of Bachelor in Paradise Season 3 couple Carly Waddell and Evan Bass. This ceremony was filmed on June 17. Following the sex and alcohol scandal, producers said they would emphasize certain rules on Bachelor in Paradise going forward, including a two drink per hour maximum. They also said bartenders would keep a much closer eye on who was drinking and how much they were drinking. “I am also happy about the changes that have been made to the production of Bachelor In Paradise,” Corinne said in a previous statement, adding: “While I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to have been a participant on The Bachelor , and while I was invited to return to Bachelor In Paradise when production resumed, I respectfully made the decision not to return.” What changed her mind? Or did she always plan on making a cameo on Season 4? We’ll never know. But with no misconduct determined to have taken place, perhaps Olympios wants a forum to tell her side of the story. TLC Reality Shows: The Ultimate Power Rankings!

TLC is the cable home to many little people, a lot of kids, some Amish folks and a slew of wedding dresses. The network airs more reality programs than any other network we can think of on television, which means it's time to determine the very best TLC has to offer… … and the very worst. Do you agree with the following reality show countdown? Scroll down and all around the find out! 15. Say Yes to the Dress We’re rolling all versions of this show into one for the purposes of this countdown… and we’re slamming them all as well! For starters, each episode is exactly the same (you won’t believe this, but the bride-to-be wants a dress she maybe can’t afford). Moreover, there are few bigger First World Problems in the world than a woman worrying over just how many thousands to dole out on a gown she’ll wear once. 14. Counting On We would not argue with anyone who wants to slot this show in to last place instead. It was creepy enough to watch The Duggars on 19 Kids and Counting. But it’s downright messed up that the network continues to make money off this family after that sordid Josh Duggar molestation scandal. 13. Long Island Medium Psychics are fake. And psyches on TV are even more fake, if that’s possible. 12. My 600-lb. Life Could you argue that this series is exploiting the severely obese? Yes, of course. But nearly all reality shows exploit one type of person or another. In this case, the medical, emotional and physical obstacles that folks weighing over 600 pounds encounter on a daily basis really does take us inside a world we know little about. 11. Kate Plus 8 No, really! This show is still on! That douchebag Jon Gosselin may be gone, but often-angru and always-controlling Kate Gosselin is still irritating us on a weekly basis. 10. 90 Day Fiance We don’t expect dating shows to be realistic or anything. But this one seems especially out there. The couples don’t really know each other well and even sometimes the prospect of one half being deported. View Slideshow
