Ben Higgins just fell in love with someone a little bit more. His loss is now someone's potential gain – as well as hers – now that ABC named JoJo Fletcher The Bachelorette on Monday night. Jenelle Evans Prepares to Face Off With Nathan Griffith in Court

Last week, Jenelle Evans bragged that she’ll soon be fighting “two custody battles” at once .  Today, we learned that one of them will be getting underway much sooner than expected. According to Radar Online, Jenelle and Nathan Griffith will face off in court on Monday, which leaves Evans with less than one week to prepare for what could be a very ugly legal battle.  The pre-trial orientation will allow Jenelle and Nathan a final opportunity to settle things amicably – but those in Jenelle’s inner circle doubt that she’ll take the opportunity. “It’s a mediation orientation on Monday,” one source says. “They explain to you how and where Jenelle and Nathan would negotiate on terms of custody. “For mediation, it would be Jenelle and Nathan in a room with a legal authority overseeing their talks.” Yes, if they’re able to see eye-to-eye on the matter, Jenelle and Nathan can sort custody of little Kaiser out for themselves, rather than having a judge decide. But based on the fact that Jenelle is already suing Nathan for child support (even though she’s the one with a freakin’ MTV show), we’re guessing that’s not gonna happen.  As for the other custody battle, Jenelle will soon face off against her infamous mother, Barbara Evans, who’s been raising her youngest child pretty much since he was an infant. Rod Durham Dies; Extreme Weight Loss Contestant Was 52

Rod Durham, a high school teacher who appeared on Season 4 of ABC’s Extreme Weight Loss, was found dead over the weekend in a Fort Lauderdale motel. He was 52 years old. According to the Tallahassee Democrat, Durham was visiting the area during his school’s spring break. While those close to him have speculated that Durham passed away from diabetic shock, his cause of death remains undetermined at this time. “He always made everyone smile — even if you were having the worst day,” Rocky Hana, Leon County Schools administrator, told the newspaper after learning of Rod’s death. “If you saw Rod, your day got better. “His laugh was simply infectious. … Everyone loved Rod Durham. There are tens of thousands of kids today who are broken-hearted.” Durham rose to reality TV fame in 2014 as a contestant on Extreme Weight Loss. He shed over 180 pounds on the program, standing out for his positive attitude and kindness. Extreme Weight Loss trainer Heidi Powell shared a photo of herself and Durham on Instagram in light of Rod’s death and wrote the following as a caption to it: Heaven just got a lot brighter today when Rod entered the pearly gates. While I am selfishly so sad and completely devastated that I won’t get to see him on earth anymore, I am rejoicing for the spirit he is carrying with him and spreading to everyone up there. The Bachelor Spoilers: Who’s on the Phone?!

Tomorrow night on ABC, after many weeks of drama, tears and meltdowns, it is time for Ben Higgins’ final rose ceremony at last. Will he choose Lauren Bushnell and JoJo Fletcher – and is there a surprise twist in the mix? Well, The Bachelor spoilers say … Obviously, Lauren Bushnell and JoJo Fletcher have both made it this far for a reason, and obviously, there is only one final rose. The Bachelor openly admits that he is in love with both women. But how will it end for Higgins, and will Ben choose Lauren or Jojo ? Moreover, is there an additional jaw-dropper in store beyond Higgins’ final rose presentation – and the inevitable soul-crushing breakup? WARNING : The Bachelor spoilers await. Obviously .  Insiders confirm that both Lauren and Jojo will be introduced to Ben’s parents on the March 14 season finale of the ABC reality staple. You don’t need The Bachelor spoilers to tell you that the man of the hour will consult with his folks about his incredibly tough decision. He will full-on AGONIZE over it, again and again. Both girls will go on last chance dates with Ben as well, and you can bet your a$$ that these will be as romantic and intense as it gets. Will the final dates be enough to clear his mind? Doesn’t look like it. Previews show (or appear to show) Ben bidding farewell to a broken-hearted runner-up, without ID’ing her of course. He looks like he may have made a mistake, or that he’s unsure of himself, or is just sad … or perhaps a little from Columns A, B and C. The show’s writers and editors (yes, a reality show has both) want you to buy into narrative this, at least. But is there anything to it? Fueling fan theories that something CRAZY is about to go down on the finale is a phone call Ben receives (or makes) at the 11th hour. Specifics about this particular call are not clear, but the network (of course) teases that it could change everything. EVERYTHING. The Bachelor Season Finale Sneak Preview: Ben Higgins Proposes to … Does Ben call his mom? One of the two finalists? Does he receive a new tidbit of information that potentially alters the course of history? All we know is that the possibilities are endless . Is Ben really going to pull a Jason Mesnick and change his mind? Or get dumped by his fiancee after his love for her rival was exposed? At the end of the day … we don’t think so. According to the Oracle of The Bachelor Spoilers, Reality Steve himself, the hype machine may be in overdrive, but that’s all it is: Hype. Ben dumps one blindsided young woman, proposes to the other, they get engaged, and they are happy to this day. Or so we’re told. As for which woman wins? Jojo Fletcher gets sent packing, while Lauren Bushnell receives the fairy tale proposal and Neil Lane ring. Tomorrow night’s “After the Final Rose” special will answer all of these questions officially (and confirm  Caila Quinn as The Bachelorette ). Saint West Is "The Sun" to Kim Kardashian: See the Photo!

How do you follow up an almost internet-breaking nude selfie, which was meant to distract fans from your not-so-secretly crumbling marriage? With a sweetie pie baby pic, natch! Yep, sexy mom Kim Kardashian shared the second photo of her three-month-old child Saint, this time with his beautiful eyes open, and he really is a cutie. “You’re the sun in my morning, babe,” Kim wrote in the caption, expressing her adoration for the son she shares with husband Kanye West. Baby Saint made his pictorial debut on Kim’s Instagram less than two weeks ago. The mom of two shared the first photo of Saint on the birthday of her late father Robert Kardashian. “Today is my dad’s birthday. I know there’s nothing more in the world he would have wanted than to meet his grandchildren. So I wanted to share this pic of Saint with you all,” she captioned the pic. Saint seems like a natural in front of the camera, unlike his big sis North, who is decidedly not a fan. Earlier today Kim shared a snapchat pic of the toddler , who grimaced exactly like I do when some bastard tries to take a pic of me without makeup. “Not a snap fan,” Kim wrote, along with a drawn arrow pointing at her chagrined child’s face. North also expressed her irritation at mom taking her photo about a month ago, shouting, “No pictures!” in a video Kim shot in clear defiance of her daughter’s wishes. This youngster is obviously not following in her selfie queen mother’s footsteps. But Saint? The way he’s loving the cam, we predict he’ll be wielding a selfie stick in no time! Kim Richards: Desperate for Cash? Returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills?

It’s not surprising that emotions ran high at last night’s taping of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion show . What is a bit surprising, however, is the fact that not all of the drama surrounded Yolanda Foster and her many feuds, as the ladies were reportedly stunned when a familiar face made an unexpected appearance on set. If you watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills online , you know that Kim Richards only made a few appearances this season, so it’s somewhat surprising that she showed up for for the reunion special. According to Radar Online, Kim didn’t have to think twice about making a cameo, as she’s broke and desperate to re-join the cast .  “Kim was paid to do the reunion, so she agreed to do it,” says one insider. “She wanted to be paid to do Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live last week, but was told no.” Yes, considering her many Richards many legal woes and recent stint in a high-end rehab facility, it’s not surprising that Richards is hard-up for cash. Fortunately for her, in an ironic twist of fate, the same issues that drove her to rock bottom might help her win her old job back. Sarah Silverman Poses as Hitler to Discuss Trump Comparisons: WATCH!

Now that the primary elections are well underway and Trump is actually still in the lead, people are getting scared. So scared, in fact, that they're comparing him to the scariest of the scary monsters in all of history: Adolf Hitler. Everyone from Louis CK to Bill Maher to Glenn Beck has likened the GOP front runner to the World War 2 dictator, with the former only half-joking when he said, “Hitler was just some hilarious and refreshing dude with a weird comb over who would say anything at all.” In light of the recent controversy, Conan O'Brien invited Hitler himself – okay, it's really Sarah Silverman playing Hitler – on his show to address the comparisons. She hilariously comes out clad in full Nazi regalia and naturally greets the audience with the infamous Hitler salute. Conan goes straight in and asks what he thinks about the unfavorable comparisons to Trump. “Don't get me wrong, Conan, I agree with a lot he says, a lot,” Silverman's Hitler says. “Like, 90 percent of what he says, I'm like, this guy gets it!” “But it's just – I don't like the way he says it, it's just, it's crass.” She then brings up the other most talked-about issue of the recent Republican debates – Trump's penis size . “What kind of person talks about his penis size on national television?” she says. “Oh, yeah, I'm so sure Donald Trump has a big penis. I famously have a micropenis – that's what makes a tyrant!” Silverman, who is famous for her comic persona as a Jewish-American princess, actually portrays Hitler as a lovable little asshole compared to Trump, and it's freaking hysterical. (We're sure Kanye West is secretly seething behind his wife's back about the impersonation.) As for the rest of you, watch and enjoy!

Ciara and Russell Willson are Engaged!

“She said yes!” Adorbs couple Ciara and Russell Wilson are engaged , the singer's rep confirmed to People Magazine. “Following Paris Fashion Week, Russell surprised Ciara with a surprise holiday,” the rep said, adding that Wilson made her guess which of 30 destinations they were heading to. “She was shocked when they landed in the Seychelles at the exclusive resort North Island,”  “The biggest surprise was that Russell proposed to his new fiancé at the romantic private 'Honeymoon Beach' located on North Island. Wilson shared an Instagram video after proposing, pointing the camera to his beaming fiance, who was sporting a ginormous rock on her ring finger. “She said Yes!!!” Wilson wrote.  “Since Day 1 knew you were the one. No Greater feeling… #TrueLove @Ciara.” The bride-to-be wasted no time gushing over Wilson. “He got that ALL factor…. He got it ALLL….” she tweeted. “God Is Good! Grateful For You @DangRussWilson. You Are Heaven Sent. I'm Looking Forward To Spending Forever With You.” The couple agreed to abstain from premarital sex while dating. “Can we love each other without [sex]? If you can really love someone without that then you can really love somebody,” Wilson said during a church appearance last summer. “I ain't gonna lie to y'all now. I need y'all to pray for us. . . If there's a 10, she's a 15.” Khloe Kardashian must be thrilled for the couple, having made fun of their celibacy not too long ago…

Keith Emerson Dies; Emerson, Lake & Palmer Keyboardist Was 71

Keith Emerson – the prog rock keyboardist who co-founded the legendary trio Emerson, Lake & Palmer – has passed away at the age of 71. No cause of death has been given, but Emerson’s death was described as “sudden.” Sources say the musician had plans to begin touring Japan next week. His girlfriend discovered his body this afternoon at his home in Santa Monica. A pioneering figure in the 1970s rock scene, Emerson was the first musician to tour with a Moog synthesizer, an unwieldy, futuristic-sounding instrument that had previously only been used in studio sessions by bands like the Beatles and the Rolling Stones. Emerson was revered by musicians for his technical mastery, and beloved by audiences for his onstage antics, such as using knives to wedge down keys on his synthesizer, or playing two keyboards at once. Along with Rick Wright or Pink Floyd and Tony Banks of Genesis, Emerson was one of the instrumentalists who did for organs and synthesizers what Jimi Hendrix and Eric Clapton had already for done for guitars. Social media tributes to Emerson have been pouring in from all over the globe, and not surprisingly, many of them come from musicians who credit him for making keyboards cool and inspiring them to take piano lessons. If you watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey o nline , you know that group trips to exotic locales are an annual tradition, and often, the Garden State gals’ vacay proves to be the dramatic high point of the season This year things are a little different, as Teresa Giudice’s legal troubles have resulted in travel restrictions, but while the ladies had to make due with a Vermont ski trip instead of jetting off to Punta Cana, tempers still heated up: Update: sources close to Radar allege that Jacqueline Laurita was involved. “Jacqueline went crazy last night ,” the source told Radar , adding that she was duking it out with Gorga.  Both Laurita and a new castmate left the holiday early; the group arrived on Monday and were due to leave on Friday. Radar Online is reporting that two cast members returned from the trip early and Bravo lawyers are investigating after a fight erupted at the quiet resort where the women are staying.  “They arrived in Vermont on Monday, and had been scheduled to stay until Friday,” a source tells the website. “Bravo lawyers had to get involved. It was extremely serious, and viewers will be shocked.” Bad news for the future of the show (there had already been rumors that RHONJ was on the chopping blick due to its difficult cast), but there’s some good news for fans of Teresa Giudice. “[Teresa] absolutely wasn’t involved in any of the drama,” the insider says. “She has been very low key, and is still on the trip.” Teresa is still on probation , and even the slightest altercation might have sent her back to jail, so it looks like for once, she stayed out of it.
