Ever since his release from prison back in March, Joe Giudice has been held in an ICE detention center awaiting deportation to Italy. Last month, Giudice’s appeal was denied , which means his chances of being permitted to remain in America are growing slimmer by the day. But on the bright side, at least his family finally decided to pay him a visit! Yes, it was Joe’s 47th birthday on Wednesday, and his wife and kids marked the occasion by paying him a visit in the clink. The whole fam reportedly made the trip, and Joe’s 18-year-old daughter Gia posted a tribute to her beloved father on Instagram: “Happy birthday to the guy who teaches me everyday to keep going and never stop fighting! you inspire me everyday,” she wrote. “Love you so much keep smiling see you soon.” Yes, clearly, Gia is optimistic about her father’s chances of fighting this thing. But Joe’s odds of returning home to Jersey are less than stellar. The family did get some good news this week, when they learned that Joe’s deportation has been delayed in order to allow for additional appeals. But legal experts who have been studying the case say Teresa’s husband is still considered a long shot. The former Real Housewives of New Jersey star was born in Italy, and while he’s lived in the US since childhood, he never bothered to apply for citizenship. In fairness, Joe probably would have been fine if he had never been convicted of tax fraud. If he were to remain in the US now, he would be doing so at the government’s pleasure — and it’s not a great time to be an illegal immigrant. Not surprisingly, Teresa has taken some flak for waiting so long to bring her kids to visit Joe. But apparently, she had her reasons. “It is a difficult place to visit, from the overall cleanliness to the actual application for a visit to happen. Plus, it is just so far away,” a source tells Us Weekly . And it’s not like Joe’s family hasn’t been doing everything in their power to help with his case. Teresa begged the judge in Joe’s case to delay his deportation, and it appears her efforts had an impact. As for Gia, she’s been circulating a petition and appealing to Donald Trump to let Joe stay in the US. The Donald isn’t exactly known for his compassion, of course. Jeannie Mai has opened up about the most personal and difficult of topics. In footage from The Real co-host’s YouTube series, Hello Hunnay , Mai sits down alongside her mother and talks about the reason why the two didn’t talk for many years. While explaining this past rift in their relationship, Mai reveals she was sexually abused by a male family member starting at the age of 9. “We’ve talked before that we had a major falling out when I was about 16 until I was 24,” Mai says in the clip below, adding: “I’ve never actually talked about that incident with my mom since then. We’re talking for the first time about how that affected us.” From there, the 40-year old explains that this abuse began shortly after her second brother was born — and her mother was forced to take on a second job in order to help pay the bills. “We needed to find a babysitter, so we called upon a family member,” Mai says. “He came over every single day and stayed with me after school.” Mai never names her abuser. She simply says he was “16 or 17″ at the time he committed this actor and that she really looked up to him at the time. That is, of course, the following took place. “I just remember one day this person sitting very close to me, we were playing video games, and he started to touch my thigh,” Mai details in the chat with her mom below. Just truly awful stuff. Jeannie goes on to say she rationalized this experience by convincing herself that because he was a family member, it was okay. “I was also just stunned because I had never been intimately touched like that so I couldn’t tell if it was wrong, I just knew I was noticing it.” As the days progressed, however, Mai says the touching progressed into him taking off her clothes, exposing himself to her and instructing her on how to touch him. Like we said: just awful stuff. “I remember him pulling me into that shower and it was the first time I have a seen a grown man and what he looked like,” she says here. “I remember him telling me to touch him in certain ways.” Mai continues: “This happened every day for a few weeks, and then it turned into months and I remember one year going by. I didn’t say anything because I was afraid.” Around the age of 13, Mai finally told her mom what had been going on. She pleaded for a new babysitter. But her mother didn’t understand what her daughter was saying or refused to believe it — even years later when the abuse became even more “aggressive,” according to Mai … and she once again tried to speak to her parent about it. “I began to get angry because now I’m telling my mom that he’s taking off my clothes and you said, ‘I don’t believe you,’” she says. Her mother admits in this video that she was in denial about the relative. Jeannie Mai, The Real Host, Discusses Abusive Past “I felt by myself,” Mai explains, adding that she left home at the age of 16 and didn’t talk to her mom for nine years. “All I can say is I’m really sorry,” her mom says in response, telling Mai for the first time that she finally confronted the abuser many years later and he begged her not to turn him in to the police. “That right there is all I needed to know,” Mai says through tears. “That you believed me and you listened and that you would go and try and do something about it. “I just needed your support. I feel like you just set something free inside of me because you believed me.” Mai and her mom have repaired their relationship and the former concludes that she has shared her story in order to help or inspire others. “We hope that this can help you connect more with your mom, grow better and closer to your family and help your heal however you need to inside,” she says.

Yes, even though Khloe and Lamar finalized their divorce back in 2016, it seems the former NBA star is still very much hung up on his ex. We’ve known for quite some time that Lamar would love to get back together with Khloe , so it’s no great surprise that she remains on his mind. Amy Roloff has had a tough go of it on social media these days. For whatever reason, an unfortunate number of users across this medium take issue with the Little People, Big World star on a frequent basis. Over what? Her indecision over what to do with her family’s farm, for starters. As TLC viewers have witnessed over the past several episodes, ex-husband Matt Roloff seems pretty anxious to sell the property and move on. But Amy is far less certain and is understandably taking her time with such a major life decision. At least we think it’s understandable; a bunch of critics out there think Amy sucks a whole lot for dragging her feet on this topic. Amy, however, typically remains above this sort of online scrum. She also never jumps in to fight with a troll or to express her displeasure with what some individual says about her. (Matt, to his credit, will do this on her behalf sometimes , though.) However, while Amy doesn’t feel a need to defend herself on Twitter or Instagram, she did recently swoop in to defend her very serious boyfriend, Chris Marek. Roloff and Marek have been together for two years and may get married someday . He seems like a very nice person who gets along not just with Amy and not even just with her children… but with her ex-husband as well. We hate that total strangers say this sort of stuff online, but we love that Amy is able to rise above it, even clapping back in very respectful and straightforward fashion at times such as this. “I would definitely love to get married one day,” Amy, who was the wife of Matt for about 27 years, recently told Us Weekly, adding: “But it’s not something that I’m intentionally pursuing. If I say yes, then that means my whole heart, everything is into it. … I do think [marriage] is forever.” She concluded, clearly talking about Marek: “Relationships go through seasons. Ashley Massaro, the former WWE Superstar and Survivor: China contestant who died late last week at the age of 39 , ended her own life via hanging. So states a new report from TMZ. The celebrity gossip website quotes “multiple sources” who say Massaro was discovered unconscious inside of her Suffolk County, New York home early Thursday morning. After the ex-grappler and reality star failed to show up for work at a local radio station, concerns apparently grew over her whereabouts and a call was eventually placed to 911. Massaro was then transported to a nearby hospital where she was later pronounced dead. When the tragic news of Massaro’s death first went publicm, her cause of death was unknown. A close friend then confirmed that Ashley committed suicide . And now we know the means by which she did so. Massaro won the first-ever WWE Diva Search and competed as a member of this company from 2005 through 2008. She even wrestled in a pair of Wrestlemanias, the organization’s most publicized and popular annual event. “We are saddened to learn of the tragic death of former WWE Superstar Ashley Massaro,” a WWE statement read five days ago. It added: “She performed in WWE from 2005-2008 and was beloved by her fellow Superstars and fans around the world. WWE offers its condolences to Ashley’s family and friends.” Massaro was also a cast member on Survivor in 2007 and was voted off on that season’s second episode. Prior to her suicide, Massaro had been part of a class action lawsuit against the WWE in which five dozen wrestlers accused the company of failing to protect its employees from repeated head trauma and concussions that eventually caused long-term brain damage. According to an affidavit Massaro signed in 2017, Ashley was knocked out cold for “five minutes” on one occasion and told to “brush it off” by higher-ups. Massaro alleged to have “sustained multiple concussions” throughout her wrestling career, along with “hairline fracture in my spine and sustained numerous back injuries.” She was “ultimately diagnosed with herniated discs in C4 and C5 of my vertebrae” and wrote the following two years ago: “Aside from my on-going physical injuries that were sustained in the ring, and my former battle with addiction, to this day I suffer from depression, for which I take medication; migraine headaches; and severe short-term memory loss.” We don’t wish to speculate, but it sounds very likely that the pain Massaro was in on a constant basis at least contributed to her decision to take her own life. One of Massaro’s attorneys has revealed that the former professional wrestler’s brain might be donated to Dr. Bennet Omalu so that it can be researched and the affects of her wrestling career can be analyzed. Ashley leaves behind an 18-year old daughter named Alex. In the wake of her mother’s passing, Massaro shared two throwback photos and wrote as an emotional caption to one of them: “i love you mommy i want to wake up in your arms more than anything i want to give u a big hug please come back this cant be real.” This is just so very sad. “I can’t even begin to explain how devastated I am to hear about [Ashley Massaro] – legit one of the sweetest people I’ve ever known,” wrote fellow ex-wrestler Torrie Wilson in a statement of her own/ She concluded last week: “When we fall into a dark place it can seem like it will never change but if you are there PLEASE keep hope & reach out for help.” Well said. As you may know by now, David Eason has admitted to shooting and killing his own dog after the canine allegedly attacked his two-year old daughter, Ensley. Already fired himself by MTV, producers subsequently let wife Jenelle Evans go and now the couple's kids have been taken away by the authorities. This brings us to Mackenzie McKee. The former Teen Mom 3 cast member is in very hot water right now because she left for vacation and seemingly abandoned her poor dog in the process. Where did she leave him? But to get where we're going, let's take a brief look back at where we've been, OK? All of this started, if you can believe it, because of vitamins. James and Tati have been friends for a couple of years now, with Tati mentoring him and helping him develop his career as an influencer. And that's why she was hurt that instead of promoting her own brand of vitamins, he did a sponsored post for Sugar Bear Hair, her main competitor, after they helped him out with some security at Coachella. She cried about the whole thing on Instagram Live, but as it turns out, she was crying about more than just the vitamins, and we found out all about it when she posted a 43-minute long video titled “Bye, Sister” all about James . Tati said so, so much in that video — that she was hurt that he'd promote her competitor and that he didn't even give her a heads up about it before the post went live. She said that he released a public apology without ever reaching out to her, which she thought was disrespectful, considering how close they were. But then the video stopped being about vitamins and started being about James' behavior in general, which Tati said was not good. He's mentioned in several videos of his own that he's only interested in straight guys, and it's always been sort of a joke, but Tati claimed that he was actually manipulative towards the straight men he developed interest in. She told one story about how she went out with him and several other friends and family for a birthday dinner for her in February, and he made several lewd remarks about their waiter. When she told him the waiter was straight, she claimed he responded with “It doesn't matter, I'm a celebrity.” She went off about how not OK that kind of thinking was, and how wrong it is to try to maniulate someone else's sexuality, and that's been the point that most people have focused on. After Tati's video went up, James went on to lose over three million subscribers . He made a brief apology video, saying that he was sorry for how things happened with Tati and that he understood how upset she was, and he admitted that he definitely had some things he needed to work on when it came to romantic relationships. And just on Friday, Tati made another video about how she never meant for James to get such backlash for the things she said. It's been a lot to keep up with, and if you're just now trying to catch up … good luck. But yesterday, James uploaded a new video he titled “No More Lies.” And now things are juicier than ever. James kicks off his video by saying that he still stands by his previous video about Tati, and that now he's not looking for sympathy or forgiveness, that he just wants people to hear his side of the story. He then begins at the beginning, with Coachella and the Sugar Bear Hair deal, and he shares several texts showing that he was telling the truth — that he got swamped by fans and the vitamin company was able to help him out with security in exchange for a sponsored post on his Instagram. He also shows texts that he exchanged with Tati showing that he did give her a heads up about the post, and says that while she was upset, he was contractually obligated to promote the other vitamins. Next, James says that he never even told Tati that he wouldn't promote her vitamin brand on his channel, and even showed clips from older videos and social media posts where he told his audience about her product. Moving on to the subject of men, he straight up admits that he's a virgin, and he insists that he would never use his fame to get hookups. “That is disgusting,” he says, “it is not me, and the fact that Tati brought this up blows my mind because she knows the real story.” He goes into the story about the waiter at the restaurant for Tati's birthday dinner, and his version is very different than hers. According to James, he discussed the waiter with Jeffree Star, who was also in attendance (more on him in just a bit), but the conversation never got “inappropriate.” As for his alleged remark about how he could convince the waiter to get with him because he's a celebrity, he says that never happened. What happened was that he called himself “famous,” which is apparently an inside joke in his friend group, just another way of saying something is really good. He shares numerous texts between numerous people using the word in that way — even texts with Tati. You really just need to watch the video for him to explain the whole situation with the waiter, but he does show texts from him in which he tells James directly that he's bisexual. Later, James admits that because he began developing his career at such an early age, he's pretty immature when it comes to relationships. “Love and relationships is something that I have barely any experience in,” he says, “and I honestly think that's why I'm a lot less mature than others may be in the situations I get myself into.” He says he's working on this, and that he's been apologizing to any men he may have been too forward with, but he maintains that he's never done anything as sinister as people think. We can't really recap everything he says in the video, but a big part of it is about Jeffree Star. No matter how you feel about James Charles, a 33-year-old man taunting a 19-year-old, calling him a “sick motherf-cker” … that's too far, right? Jeffree was friends with both James and Tati, and he pretty much inserted himself into all this drama. After Tati's original video, Jeffree tweeted that he agreed with everything she said, and added that James was “a danger to society.” In this video now, James took the opportunity to share several texts from Jeffree, which are disturbing, to say the least. In one, he calls James a “sick motherf-cker,” then writes “You need to be locked in prison for a long time. You need the internet taken away from you. You are a danger to society.” Jeffree also tweeted James' 17-year-old brother to “shut the f-ck up” and told him that in supporting his brother, he was supporting a pedophile. No matter how you feel about James Charles, a 33-year-old man taunting a 19-year-old, calling him a “sick motherf-cker” … that's too far, right? We'll wrap things up now, but honestly, we don't know who to believe here. Did James fake all those text messages? Was Tati trying to stir up some drama because of the vitamins? Say this about Kim Kardashian and Kanye West: They are nothing if not reliable. One week after welcoming their fourth child (via surrogate), the world famous couple has announced the little boy’s name… … and it may not be Bear, as some social media users had suspected , but it is highly unusual. Are you ready, readers? Are you ready to say hello to PSALM WEST?!? Kardashian revealed her fourth child’s name on Twitter and Instagram this afternoon, several days after simply telling the world that “he’s here and he’s perfect.” She did so in form of a text conversation with her husband, as you can see below: “Beautiful Mother’s Day with the arrival of our fourth child. We are blessed beyond measure. We have everything we need,” West wrote, to which Kim simply wrote “Psalm West.” And now this question is answered. Psalm joins siblings North, Saint and Chicago in a family full of kids whose names are also nouns. That’s not a statement of judgment, it’s just a fact. Prior to this announcement, folks had started to believe that child number-four would be named “Bear” because Kim had included a bear emoji along with photos from her recent baby shower. The mother of four followed her baby name reveal a few minutes later with an update on the week-old, adding simply: “He’s also Chicago’s twin lol I’m sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her.” Psalm was born via surrogate on May 9, 2019. He siblings are aged five, three and 16 months. In April, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star said she was considering naming her son after her brother, Rob Kardashian. “But then it’s like, North, Saint, Chicago, Rob,” Kim told Jimmy Kimmel at the time while a guest on his talk show. “It doesn’t really go. I really was feeling like that, or Robert. And my brother approved it, so that’s, like, our one kind of name. I like Rob West.” So do we. But Kim is right: Once you’ve gone with North, Saint and Chicago, you really have no choice but to follow those up with something like… Psalm. As of right now, we don’t believe the child has a middle name. We actually don’t think any of Kim’s kids have a middle name. Will any siblings join this ever-growing immediate family? It doesn’t sound that way. “Kim and Kanye have known for awhile and are very excited. They had one male embryo left and are thrilled it has worked out,” a source previously told E! News, adding back then: “Kim always wanted four kids and having two boys and two girls feels perfect. “They were very happy with the entire experience the first time and are so grateful to have one more baby.” As for how she and Kanye arrived at the name Psalm? Kim has not yet said. However, she did try to explain the process to Kimmel a short while back: “We all weigh in. I definitely take a family survey, but it’s usually after the baby’s born and we’re trying to figure out what the baby looks like. “I usually go about three or four days nameless until I feel that it really connects with me.” So we guess this one looks like a Psalm, huh?
