Well, that was fast! Less than 24 hours after the world learned that Jenelle Evans had been fired from Teen Mom 2 , it seems producers have already found a replacement! The Ashley's Reality Roundup is reporting today that Jade Cline will be joining the cast of the long-running reality series. The decision comes as a shock to many fans, some of whom are vocally wondering who the hell Jade is. So here's a little background about TM2's newest star, as well as some surprising info about MTV's snap decision. Take a look: 1. Heeeeere’s Jade! Jade is currently one of the stars of MTV’s Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant. And it seems the news that she’s been tapped replace Jenelle did not come as much of a shock. 2. Waiting in the Wings Apparently, producers have been filming with Jade for several weeks, preparing for the possibility that Jenelle might get fired. 3. The Chosen One “The network plans to move Jade from ‘Young and Pregnant’ and she will be the fifth girl on ‘Teen Mom 2,” a production source told The Ashley. 4. Preparing In Advance “Jade has been filming for ‘Teen Mom 2’ and the other ‘Young and Pregnant’ girls aren’t currently filming,” the insider claimed. 5. Ace In the Hole At first, the 21-year-old — who is mother to Kloie Kenna Austin — was being filmed “just in case” anything were to happen with Jenelle. 6. Even though Britney Spears checked out of the mental health facility weeks ago, the drama over her 30 day treatment isn’t over. But Britney’s legal team is taking action to target one major source of misinformation. Britney is getting a restraining order against former managar Sam Lutfi, and this isn’t even the first time she’s had to take this step. Entertainment Tonight has confirmed that Britney Spears has filed for a temporary restraining order against Sam Lutfi. He is her former manager — from many, many years ago. According to the accusation within court documents, Lutfi has been harassing Britney. What’s more is that he has allegedly been harassing her mother, Lynne Spears. That is … super gross to hear. And it gets worse. Britney’s attorneys accuse Lutfi of sending harassing messages to her and to her family. He is also accused of using social media as a weapon to post false and “disruptive” material intended to whip her fans into a frenzy. Lutfi is accuses of calling for vigilante action in order to interfere with Britney’s conservatorship. He threatened to release Britney’s private information, including his personal collection from when he was her manager. Her counsel argues that Lutfi’s behavior has hurt her mental health, her emotional well being, and tainted her reputation with her fans. Sam Lutfi is a familiar name to Britney’s longtime fans. The mention of her ex manager does not evoke positive feelings for … just about anyone. She previously secured a restraining order against Lutfi way back in January of 2009. He was ordered toa void contacting Spears. The order also prohibited him from coming within 250 yards of her, her property, or her family members. Clearly, in this age of social media, further restrictions are necessary. Lutfi was part of an apparent misinformation campaign during Britney’s 30 days of treatment at a mental health facility. The cries of “Free Britney,” coupled with allegations that she was being held against her will, took off on Twitter. It was so bad that Britney had to release a video assuring fans that “all is well.” In the captions of that video, Britney dismissed Lutfi’s fake “evidence” directly. (Or, strictly speaking, whoever uploaded that video to Britney’s Instagram wrote it in the caption — she does not handle her own social media) “These fake emails everywhere were crafted by Sam Lutfi years ago,” Britney’s caption read. She made this video before she even left the mental health facility. “I did not write them,” she emphasized. “He was pretending to be me,” Britney accused. “And communicating with my team with a fake email address.” That sounds like an absolute nightmare. “Nice try Lou but this isn’t going to work this time around,” Lutfi responded. He asserted that he can “unequivocally state [he] never wrote nor had access to her e-mail.” “Her team’s desperate attempt to direct negative attention onto me (yet again) is a rather ineffective way to overshadow the FreeBritney movement,” he added. “In addition to making certain people in her camp look bad,” Lutfi accused. “The e-mails in question show a woman capable of running her own life.” He called that “a narrative they apparently want to hide.” Now, one thing on which we and Lutfi can agree — perhaps the only thing — is that Britney is a grown-ass adult who can make her own choices. She has a conservatorship hearing coming up on May 10 — that is this week, folks. Britney’s mother, Lynne Spears, will attend — this is the first time in 11 years that she has taken issue with the conservatorship. If Britney really is being unduly restricted, we hope that Britney will be able to speak for herself on the subject. Her mother is expected to advocate for her, at least in regard to Britney’s treatment. We hope that the court reaches the right decision for Britney. She deserves the world. In a sense, we always knew that Jenelle Evans would eventually get fired from Teen Mom 2 . It was hard to imagine that partnership ending any other way. But at the same time, it often seemed that it would never happen. Jenelle got away with just about everything outside of actual murder, and MTV was clearly reluctant to part with the top ratings magnet for its hottest show. But on Tuesday, the network finally cut ties with the Carolina Hurricane. Here's everything we know about how it all went down: 1. Ousted Fans have been screaming for Jenelle’s head for years, and the uproar got louder than ever over the past week. 2. Unprecedented Outrage Fans have demanded Jenelle’s termination and circulated petitions several times in the past. One such protest took place after it was revealed that she smoked pot while pregnant with her youngest child. 3. Different This Time But never had she incurred such wrath from so many corners of the globe as when the world learned that Jenelle allowed her husband, David Eason, to shoot and kill her dog Nugget. 4. Pulling the Trigger Jenelle claimed to be deeply upset about the incident — but her actions in the days that followed told a different story. 5. Bad Move Evans seemed to quickly reconcile with David after the shooting. 6. With all the current pregnancies in the immediate Duggar family, it’s easy to forget that a beloved member of the extended clan is also expecting. Yes, we learned last month that Amy Duggar is pregnant with her first child. Nowadays, Jinger is commonly regarded as the most rebellious Duggar, but Amy is the OG in that respect. When Amy married Dillon King in 2015 , Jim Bob and Michelle fled the reception in horror upon realizing there would be secular music and dancing. (Yeah, the Duggars have a different standard for rebellion then the rest of the world.) Anyway, that certainly wasn’t Amy’s last act of defiance. Hell, in the Duggar clan, the fact that she’s 32 and just now carrying her first child is considered grounds for public shaming. But Amy has never been one to show any embarrassment with regard to her choice of lifestyle. In fact, it seems she’s enjoying every second of being pregnant: Amy posted the above pic to her Instagram page today, along with a caption reading: “Ummmm go buy a maternity pillow on Amazon right now! This thing is amazing!!!!!!!” Some fans claimed they could see the shadow of a baby bump in Amy’s pic. But that might just be wishful thinking. We don’t know exactly how far along Amy is, but she just announced that she’s expecting in late April. And given how psyched she seems, we doubt she kept the secret for very long. And how does the Jim Bob branch of the family feel about Amy becoming a mom? Well, it’s tough to say, as she seems to have little contact with her more famous relatives. Though to be fair, given the astonishing number of Duggar pregnancies at the moment, we suppose it’s no surprise that Amy is being overlooked. Anna, Jessa, Joy-Anna, and Kendra Duggar are all expecting children at the moment. Obviously, this is a source of great pride and joy to Jim Bob and Michelle, who taught their kids from a young age that procreation is their primary reason for being. So we’re sure they’re not as psyched for Amy as they are for their own kids, but to Jim Bob and Michelle, more fundies are always a good thing — even if they’re the type who dance and listen to secular music. We’re still waiting to learn what Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have named their child. But we no longer need to wait to see what Kate Middleton and Prince William have to say about the seventh person in line for the British throne. Early on May 6, as you may have read about by now, Markle gave birth to her very first baby . It’s a boy and he weighed in at seven pounds three ounces and everyone is happy and healthy. “We are pleased to announce that Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed their firstborn child in the early morning on May 6th, 2019. “Their Royal Highnesses’ son weighs 7lbs. 3oz,” read a statement on the official Royal Sussex Instagram page a few hours after the blessed event. No further details were released at the time. But while Prince Harry himself has spoken out on being a father and even Markle’s evil dad has said a few words , observers have been wondering when we’ll hear from William and Kate. Might they remain silent? Might they use this opportunity to hammer the final nail in the coffin of their relationship with Meghan and Harry, following all those rumors of a rivalry between the foursome? No, as it turns out. “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted with the news of the birth of The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s son today, and look forward to meeting the latest addition to the family,” stated a message posted to Kensington Palace’s Instagram account late on Monday. It’s about time, right?!? We mostly say that in jest, although talk of a feud between Middleton and Markle, and also between William and Harry, has been going in for months now. There’s even been (hilarious) talk that Middleton wants to get pregnant again now because she’s jealous of all the attention being paid to Markle. Harry, meanwhile, told reporters off camera yesterday that he’s had “about two hours sleep” since his son was born. That sounds about right. And it may scarcely improve over the next sevderal weeks. But still. Parenthood is worth it, right? It does sound that way already. “Meghan and myself had a baby boy early this morning – a very healthy boy,” the Duke of Sussex told the media after everything calmed down a little bit on Monday, adding: “Mother and baby are doing incredibly well. This has been the most amazing experience I could possibly imagine. How any woman does what they do is beyond comprehension. “But we are both absolutely thrilled and so grateful for all the love and support from everyone out there. It’s been amazing.” And he concluded: “I haven’t been in many births. This is definitely my first birth. It was amazing, absolutely incredible. “As I said, I am so incredibly proud of my wife and as every father and parent would ever say, your baby is absolutely amazing, but this little thing is absolutely to die for, so I’m just over the moon.” Markle has not said anything directly just yet. She has chosen NOT to pose with the baby outside the hospital just hours after giving birth, somewhat bucking a Royal tradition carried out last April by Middleton with little Prince Louis. Like Rhaegal after an intense battle with White Walkers, Game of Thrones is sort of limping to the finish line. Opinion was mixed on Game of Thrones Season 8 Episode 3 , as fans seemed split on how the series brought the story of the Night King to a conclusion. But the takes are far less divided when it comes to Game of Thrones Season 8 Episode 4 … for a whole host of reasons, starting with how the show has apparently devolved in a romantic comedy minus the comedy. And ending with what many believe to be straight-up racism. We've documented many of these complaints below, while also filing some of our very own. Scroll down and see if you agree. 1. Let’s Start with Brienne Get a few drinks (and something else) inside of Brienne and she apparently crumbles from a mighty knight to a scorned high school girlfriend. 2. Did They Have to Screw? The Jaime and Brienne dynamic had been one of our favorites on the show. Just a showing of mutual respect between unlikely allies and top-notch swordsmen. Why did the writers feel a need to throw them into bed? And to then have Jaime suddenly decide to go save Cersei? And then to reduce Brienne of Tarth into a blubbering mess after she got her heart broken? All in the course of like 10 minutes of screen time. Just… WHY??? 3. Can Jon Go Back to Knowing Nothing? Remember how Ned Stark held the secret of Jon’s lineage for like 20 years and then took it to his grave? And then Jon felt a need to spill it immediately to his siblings out of some weird sense of obligation? Yes, this happened. 4. And Then Sansa Kept the Secret for Approximately 27 Seconds We don’t blame her, really. We blame Jon for not listening to Dany. It would be one thing if Jon felt a moral need to tell the world and, essentially, let the voters decide. But he was totally fine lying about his heritage to everyone and taking part in a massive cover-up… as long as he could tell two people. 5. Now We Need to Talk About Missandei RIP and everything. Adele’s ex-husband Simon Konecki apparently sent secret messages to his first wife, stylist Clary Collicutt, before he even split from the singer. And now, of course, we’re questioning everything. Was this what ultimately led Simon and Adele to divorce ? Did he choose so-called Clary over songstress Adele? How?? Why?! The Sun on Sunday reported that Konecki reached out to his ex at Christmas when he and Adele began leading their separate lives. And obviously, Clary was just as shocked as the rest of us to find out that Simon was back on the market after she received a “Happy Christmas” text from the philanthropist. “Clary was shocked to get a message from Simon wishing her happy Christmas, especially because the news he had split from Adele wasn’t out there,” said the source. “But now it all makes sense.” He must have been pretty lonely because he messaged her again begging for her to meet him for coffee. “He messaged on her birthday in February and wanted to meet for coffee in Hove but she hasn’t told anyone if she has met him yet,” the insider shared. “They have a long history. They were neighbors, then a couple for more than four years before he met Adele.” “They had the same friends and seemed to have a solid relationship. Clary adored him and it was a shock to everyone when they broke up.” The Sun Insider continued: “After the split, Simon moved to LA with Adele and Clary remarried and set up a successful business as a personal stylist.” She also practices yoga and environmental sustainability close to her family in her hometown. “She has a totally different life to the one Simon had in LA, which he is finding refreshing,” the source claims. Adele’s reps announced on Friday, April 19 that her marriage was over . But “rumor has it” that she had already secretly divorced Konecki, according to the Daily Star Sunday . The Sun on Sunday reported that Adele has moved on as she was spotted kissing a bearded mystery man while she was out on the town in New York City with pal Jennifer Lawrence. Apparently, the two hit up popular gay bar Pieces back in March. A source told the publication that “behind closed doors, Adele has revealed, ‘I’m divorced now, so I’m trying to find my new normal.'” “Publicly, Adele is saying as little as possible about the split. But, privately, she’s been very open about the fact that she and Simon have already divorced.” “She’s been telling friends the marriage is done and dusted.” Simon and Adele share and raise son Angelo together — so we hope for the sake of their small family the two can still manage to get along and co-parent nicely. You know, Kourtney and Scott style. And as for Adele’s bountiful fortune? Well, Simon could get half as sources say she didn’t have a prenup . But we don’t think she is too terribly worried — not after seeing her latest Instagram photo where she celebrated her 31st birthday last night by throwing a lavish Gatsby-themed banger. “30 tried me so hard but I’m owning it and trying my hardest to lean on it all,” she said, showing off her 1920’s dress and curly hair. “31 is going to be a big ol’ year and I’m going to spend it all on myself.” We’re happy to hear it! Early Monday morning, Meghan Markle gave birth to her baby boy ! She and Prince Harry are absolutely over the moon. Nothing at all could ruin this happy occasion. … Except perhaps for Meghan’s horrible family blabbing to the media. Which is what her father, Thomas, has already done. Speaking to The Mirror , Thomas Markle Sr. released a statement on the birth of his royal grandchild. “I’m delighted to hear that mother and child are doing well,” Thomas announces. Childbirth can carry steep risks, and while wealth mitigates many of those, there are few guarantees in life. “I am proud that my new grandson is born into the British royal family,” Thomas gushes. That is an unsurprising source of pride. Very few people — and almost no Americans — can say that. Thomas’ statement continues, and he expresses high expectations of the young boy’s future. “And,” he says. “I am sure that he will grow up to serve the crown and the people of Britain.” That is the burden of the Royal Family, after all. Thomas expects that his grandson will do so “with grace, dignity, and honor.” Considering the boy’s parents, we would expect nothing less. “God bless the child,” Thomas says. “And I wish him health and happiness.” “And,” he adds. “My congratulations to my lovely daughter Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry.” Congratulations that his currently strained relations mean that he cannot offer in person. Thomas’ statement concludes: “and God save the Queen.” Meghan and Harry welcomed their precious baby early Monday morning, following reports that the duchess had gone into labor. Days may go by before we learn the baby’s name, let alone see the royal offspring. And royal though their son may be, he will not be a prince like his father. Instead, he is expected to have the title of Earl by default. However, the Queen may see fit to grant additional titles to her new great-grandson. It is within her power to do so. Last year, Thomas Markle was exposed as having been conspiring with paparazzi to have his photo taken. This scandal was a huge breach in royal protocol, and created tension between himself and his newly married daughter. After this, he began speaking out — saying whatever he liked — to the media, giving unsanctioned interviews. Meghan didn’t even personally inform him that she was pregnant. Thomas found out with the rest of the world — because he could not be trusted to not go blabbing to any news outlet that would listen. If Thomas had really been interested in repairing his relationship with Meghan, he would have stopped talking to the press — period. Instead, he was happy to speak again and again. The content of his public statements also worsened the father-daughter divide. He accused the royal family of brainwashing his daughter, comparing them to the Church of Scientology. Thomas also revealed the contents of private phone calls with Prince Harry. This statement about the birth, at least, looks like a small step in the right direction. But wouldn’t it have been better if he had said nothing at all? Presumably, Meghan would have preferred that. Last year, Meghan’s evil half-sister Samantha Grant expressed a desire that this royal pregnancy could mend their family rifts. But Samantha has since continued to attack Meghan in a series of vicious interviews. It sounds like she’s not interested in meeting her royal nephew. Well, that’s no great loss for him. Well, that didn’t last long. Shortly after David Eason murdered his wife’s dog last week, Jenelle Evans made a smart decision for possibly the first time in her adult life. She packed up her kids and got the hell out of Dodge. This was the right thing to do primarily because it’s not safe for Jenelle and her kids to share a roof with a mentally unstable gun nut who’s prone to terrifying fits of rage. But it was also the right thing because if David actually experiences some consequences for a change, maybe he’ll eventually feel inspired to turn his life around and become the father his kids deserve. Unfortunately, that’s the kind of slow transformation that simply doesn’t happen in the space of a single week. And we learned on Saturday that Jenelle is back living with David after a separation of less than 5 days. “Where else would she go?” a source close to the situation tells Radar Online. “She has a farm to take care of. She’s back to the house to take care of the kids. How do you expect her to leave?” Judging by the fact that the insider actually referred to Jenelle’s collection of weeds and neglected animals as a farm, we can assume it’s a friend of hers. (It may even be Jenelle herself.) So we can also assume that the informant knows what she’s talking about when she says Evans issued Eason an ultimatum before returning to the Land: She made him promise that he’ll get a job and attend marriage counseling. “He needs to get a job, which is what he promised her,” the source says. “They’re trying to work on the relationship. They are getting a marriage counselor. They need time to work on the marriage.” Obviously, it’s almost impossible to imagine David either holding down a full-time job or sitting through an entire session with a therapist without storming off with his bottom lip quivering like a petulant toddler. Perhaps that’s why Jenelle is refusing to fully reconcile with David until he makes good on his promises. The insider says Evans “not back with him” yet, and is merely living at home for the convenience of it. These are tense times in Columbus County, as Jenelle is reportedly fearful that David will be arrested for animal cruelty . There’s also reason to believe Jenelle will finally be fired from Teen Mom 2 for her role in helping protect Eason from prosecution. “No word on the network,” the source says. “She’s not fired as of right now, that’s for sure. I don’t think they would fire her. We have other options if she gets fired.” If Nugget lost his life but got Jenelle fired in the process then he is officially the great savior of our time.
