Kailyn Lowry & Leah Messer: Are They ACTUALLY Dating?

If you're a Teen Mom 2 fan who spends any time at all on social media, then you're probably aware that new rumors about the cast pop about at the rate of about a dozen every hour or so. As a result, we've pretty much heard it all over the years. And yet somehow, we still didn't see this one coming. As you may know, Kailyn Lowry and Leah Messer are close friends — so perhaps it was inevitable that fans would eventually claim they're more than just friends. Is it a stupid rumor? Almost certainly. And yet, those who support claim say there's plenty of proof. Take a look: 1. Leah & Kail The friends recently traveled to Costa Rica together. Leah posted this pic from the trip, along with a caption reading, “My girl bad, badder than yours.” 2. Selfie Queens Kailyn and Leah have posted plenty of selfies together in the past. But for some reason, the Costa Rica pics have prompted endless rumors. 3. Vacay PDA Perhaps it’s the obvious affection these two have for each other. But for whatever reason, Messer and Lowry’s vacation pics have fans convinced their more than friends. 4. Up Close and Personal First, fans wanted Kail and Leah to star in their own spinoff. Now, it seems they want these two to get married. 5. Rocking Out Clearly, these two had a blast in Costa Rica. And they seem to be in no hurry to shut down rumors about the nature of their relationship. 6. TM2 BFFs Sure, they might occasionally find it annoying that some people believe two grown women can’t just be platonic friends. But fortunately, most of the comments have run toward the hilarious/complimentary end of the spectrum. View Slideshow

Empire Has Been Renewed. But Has Jussie Smollett Been Canceled?

Fox has some good news for fans of Empire and also for embattled star Jussie Smollet: First, for viewers of this intense drama, the network has decided to renew it for a sixth season. Second, for Smollet itself, the network has decided NOT to bring him back as a regular cast member, meaning he has more time than ever before to orchestrate his next so-called attack . Sorry. Too soon? Executives have seemingly made a choice to pick up Empire for new episodes, yet have also made it clear that Smollett will not be returning. The statement issues by Fox is not as clear as it could be, however, leaving the door slightly open for the actor to one day reprise his role of Jamal. “By mutual agreement, the studio has negotiated an extension to Jussie Smollett’s option for season six, but at this time there are no plans for the character of Jamal to return to ‘Empire,” reads this message from Fox Entertainment and 20th Century Fox Television. The statement comes on the heels of quite a past few months for Smollett. When we last saw his character, Jamal was getting married and seemingly getting sent off with a happy ending to his story. He had been written out of the final two Season 5 episodes following a bizarre, controversial and downright confounding run-in with the Chicago Police Department. As you must know by now, Smollett alleged that he was the victim of a hate crime in late January, claiming that two white men beat him up and screamed racial/anti-gay epithets in his direction. After an investigation, however, police actually arrested Smollett for falsifying a report and making up the entire incident. Just when it seemed as if he would go to jail or go to trial for his role in this very strange “assault,” the charges against Smollett were dropped. And yet… even after they were dropped… the Chicago Mayor and even the prosecutor who chose to drop them made it evident in public statements that they believed Smollett was guilty. The latter simply didn’t think it was worth wasting more city money and resources of his prosecution. Or something. It remains very confusing what happened there. But the bottom line is that Smollett is a free man and that his co-stars recently made it very cleae they want him back on Empire. Consider THIS STATEMENT they wrote in Smollett’s passionate defense. Signed by Terrence Howard, Taraji P. Henson, Gabourey Sidibe and others, the letter runs down Smollett’s charitable efforts and includes a section that reads: It is why now, more than ever, we must stand together as a family. A family is there for us in good times and bad. It can cut through the noise and confusion to understand that there is a person in the center of all this who deserves nothing more than to move forward with his life. Due to the negative coverage surrounding Smollett, however, it appears as if producers and higher-ups do not agree. Why is there still a chance he does appear on Season 6? The city of Chicago has filed a civil lawsuit against Smollett . Officials are looking to recoup the $130,000 in expenses that it spent in investigating the actor’s alleged attack, while also trying to get on some sort of legal record that the guy is guilty as sin. Perhaps if Smollett comes out on top in this case, Fox will reconsider his future on Empire. But it seems like a long shot at the moment. Empire’ continues to break barriers with its emotionally powerful storytelling, and it remains a core part of the Fox legacy,  said Fox Entertainment’s president of entertainment Michael Thorn. They added on Tuesday evening: We want to thank everyone on the show – Taraji, Terrence and the entire cast, as well as Lee, Danny, Brett, Sanaa, Brian, Francie, Dennis and their teams – all of whom have done a tremendous job this season. We know there are so many more stories to tell, and we can’t wait to see what they have in store for Season Six. Will you continue to watch Empire without Smollett?

Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar: Did They Accidentally Announce ANOTHER Pregnancy?!

It’s time to pull out your iPhones and open up that nifty calculator app, folks.  This is not a drill — get these suckers ready for some serious math I am about to throw your way because there may be another pregnant Duggar!  And it may have been Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar’s fault for revealing the news!  After Josh and Anna Duggar revealed to Instagram on April 26th that they’re expecting their sixth child , Jim Bob and Michelle left a questionable message in the comment section.   The two included their five other kiddos (Michael, 7, Meredith, 3, Marcus, 5, Mason, 1, and Mackynize, 9) to help with their exciting announcement as Anna kept the caption sweet and simple.  “As we watch our children grow and thrive — we look forward to baby six joining us this fall!” she wrote.  And while fans celebrated the news, many were surprised and well, a tad flustered thanks to Jim Bob and Michelle. The couple — who birthed 19 kids together — congratulated Anna and Josh in the comment section, noting that they now have 16 grandkids in total!  Hold up… that’s just not right.  Considering the actual number is 15 (even taking into account the current pregnancies), fans are totally convinced that another baby announcement will soon be underway.  Yep, it seems Michelle and Jim Bob just leaked some major news.  Or maybe they just mistyped or miscalculated?  Either way, nice going, you two!  “We are so happy for Josh and Anna, expecting their 6th child and our 16th grandchild!” the couple wrote in a joint statement.  But let’s double check their math, shall we?  Anna Duggar rings in with 5 children + 1 pregnancy. Kendra Duggar offers us 1 baby + 1 more pregnancy.  We are at 8, people. Keep up! Jinger Duggar and Joy-Anna Duggar tie for last place with 1 child. As Jessa Duggar gives us 2 kids + 1 pregnancy.   Oh, and we can’t forget about Jill Duggar’s 2 little ones.  All together that puts us at, yep, 15!  Fans are absolutely losing it over the meaning of number 16.  Some people think Joy and Abbie Duggar are likely shoo-ins, while others think Michelle just can’t keep her family straight.  “I think it’s a toss up between Joy and Abbie for the next pregnancy announcement,” someone shared.  “Also, Michelle probably barely knows her grandchildren’s names, let alone how many there are.”  I must agree with them on that, but also we can’t dismiss the possibility of another future Duggar — because it’s not far-fetched in the slightest.  Another commenter brought up Lauren’s recent miscarriage and the possibility that she could be pregnant again.  “It would have been Lauren, but she seemed to indicate she wasn’t recently on Instagram. However, I fully expect any of them to announce at any time, so…” While all of these options are fair, it does make sense that Michelle and Jim Bob could have included Lauren’s miscarriage in their count of 16. According to Romper , the couple sometimes says they have 20 kids — in reference to their miscarriage in 2011.  “It’s hard to believe Jubilee would have been 6 years old today,” Michelle and Jim Bob wrote about losing the pregnancy in the second trimester. “Jubilee is our 20th child who was stillborn. We so look forward to seeing Jubilee in heaven.” But if this were the case, wouldn’t they have included Anna’s miscarriage, which happened sometime before 2010?  That would’ve knocked them up (no pun intended) to a total of 17 grandkids.   Either way, it’s really none of our business nor our place to be stirring rumors about the family’s fertility.   We are really just as clueless as the rest of you — but we do know that this is enough mental exhaustion for one day. Game of Thrones: Was the Battle of Winterfell a King-Size Disappointment?

Well, one of the biggest weekends on the 2019 pop cultural calendar is officially behind us, and all over America, fanboys and haters alike are hashing out their differences. Both Avengers: Endgame and Game of Thrones ‘ Battle of Winterfell saw the deaths of some beloved characters, but GoT being GoT, it’s not surprising that some viewers expected even more carnage. Obviously, the remainder of this article is dark and full of spoilers (We miss you already, Melisandre.), so proceed no further if you have yet to watch Game of Thrones Season 8 Episode 3 . (Which was surprisingly not titled “The Battle of Winterfell,” but is instead officially known as “The Long Night.”) The stakes and the expectations for the episode could not have been much higher. It was the most expensive Game of Thrones to date with a whopping 85-minute runtime. Marketing materials promised the longest continuous battle sequence in film or television history. From a narrative standpoint, the episode would conclude the Night King/White Walker storyline that was set into motion in the show’s very first scene. Fans hoped the installment would also deliver some big-time emotional payoff and set the stage for the series’ final three episodes. On some of those promises, the show inarguably delivered (that was certainly one very lengthy battle), but others … maybe not so much. On Twitter, complaints were plentiful — granted, that’s always the case with Twitter, but the response to “The Long Night” seemed even more mixed than usual. One of the primary beefs was the fact that the episode very much lived up to its name. It was long, and it was very, very dark. Literally. Many viewers complained that they had difficulty following the action due to the low lighting. Others complained of jump cuts and the visual anonymity of the combatants. Yes, it made sense that the dueling armies were all attired so similarly, but combined with shadowy motif, this often made it difficult to tell who was swinging the sword and who was being cut down. Speaking of violent death, some fans felt there just wasn’t enough of it. Or more accurately, they felt more top-tier characters should have met their demise. Sure we lost Jorah Mormont, Theon Greyjoy, Lyanna Mormont, Melisandre, and the Night King, but this is a show that’s never been shy about offing major players, and with just three episodes remaining, fans understandably expected the Battle of Winterfell to reduce them to sobbing shells of their former selves. That might sound like an unpleasant experience, but it’s part of what’s kept us coming back to Westeros for the past eight years, and for many viewers, “The Long Night” lacked the emotional gut punch they had been simultaneously dreading and hoping for. But the most serious concerns might have to do with the direction of the series from here. As thrilling as it was to see Arya reduce the Night King and his army to a pile of shards, it was an ending that raised more questions than it answered. Presumably, the remaining episodes will focus on the battle for the Iron Throne, but as a villain, is Cersei any match for an undead king with an army of zombies? Is there any way to rescue the remaining episodes from feeling an anti-climactic afterthought? Game of Thrones has always been a series that trafficked in surprises, but the biggest surprise of all might be showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss pulling off a conclusion that will leave the majority of the show’s viewership feeling satisfied. 90 Day Fiance Couples: Who’s Actually Still Together?

90 Day Fiance is one of those shows that sounds like it could be full of amazing love stories or just a total trainwreck. Amazingly, the show manages to be both — which is why people can't stop watching. Sometimes, you see couples like Kirlyam and Alan Cox, who met despite being from different continents but found love and happiness, got married, and are growing their families. Then you have more … infamous couples. Couples like Danielle Mullins and Mohamed Jbali, who seemed to be trying to out-scam each other but even those schemes devolved into mutual loathing. A lot of the couples fall into the middle somewhere. Some are a little weird, some seem like soulmates. Any marriage can go right or wrong, and becoming reality stars during your engagement adds an extra special twist to that. Honestly, you might be shocked at how many of these couples are still together. And which ones aren't .       1. Fernanda Flores and Jonathan Rivera Fernanda and Jonathan met while Jon was clubbing on vacation. He ended up extending that vacation. Despite an age gap, some homesickness, and a lot of doubts, the two tied the knot. Unfortunately, the couple split around New Year’s Eve after getting into an argument, and Jonathan says that Fernanda said some things to him that he is unwilling to forgive. 2. Colt Johnson and Larissa Dos Santos Lima Colt is from Las Vegas and Larissa is from Brazil. Over the course of their seven-month marriage, Larissa was arrested three times for domestic battery, though her friend Carmen says that she has seen evidence that Larissa was the victim. It all came to an end after their final, bloody fight on January 10, 2019. Colt and Larissa are now divorced. 3. Molly Hopkins and Luis Mendez Molly and Luis broke up after a lot of arguments, an attempted reconciliation, and even the implication that Molly was abusive. Luis remarried to a mystery woman just four months after his divorce was finalized. Molly and Luis both claim that the other was using them. 4. Anfisa Arkhipchenko and Jorge Nava Anfisa Arkhipchenko and Jorge Nava ran into trouble when Anfisa learned that Jorge was in debt and less able to spoil her. Despite arguments and even a breakup, they decided to stay married. Jorge is currently serving a 2-year sentence behind bars, but so far, Anfisa has resolved to remain his wife — and to channel her loneliness into body-building. 5. Kirlyam and Alan Cox Kirlyam’s family couldn’t even make it to the wedding and had to watch a livestream, but she and Alan Cox are adorably in love and enjoy nerding out together. Their first child, a boy named Liam, was born on October 6th, 2017! 6. Paola and Russ Mayfield This couple’s biggest problem? Paola is a model, and Russ is super uncomfortable. Also, Russ is from Oklahoma, which is not quite the modeling capitol of the world. Despite some serious disagreements, Russ and Paola are still married. NeNe Leakes Feuding with Cast So Hard That Bravo is Scrambling Just to Film It All

The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast is locked in multiple major feuds right now. NeNe Leakes is going off of Porsha Williams and on Cynthia Bailey and has apparently decided that everyone is her enemy. Bravo is scrambling to deploy their cameras so that they can capture all of this messy drama for themselves. HollywoodLife reports that showrunnes are putting the pedal to the medal so that they can begin production. “[ Real Housewives Of Atlanta ] p roducers want to start filming Season 12 as soon as possible,” an insider reveals. The source specifies that they want to do this “so they can capture the ongoing drama between Porsha [Williams] and NeNe [Leakes].” Real talk, does anyone need NeNe specified with her last name? She’s not the only person named NeNe, but she is the only Real Housewife. (It’s not like she’s named Lisa) The insider adds that they want to capture that “as well as the drama between NeNe and Cynthia [Bailey].” “Producers were supposed to start filming in June,” the source reveals. For producers, that’s along month and some change away. Too far, by their estimation. “But they are trying to get everything in place,” the insider shares. The soruce says that they’re doing their best to prepare “to begin earlier if possible.” Cynthia Bailey and NeNe were once fast friends. They have been feuding over the most peculiar subject — Cynthia’s party. If you’ll recall, Cynthia didn’t give NeNe a head’s up that Kenya Moore would be attending her party. As a result, NeNe accused Cynthia of lying to her . In NeNe’s view, Cynthia betrayed her, and she refuses to accept her apology. And then there’s Porsha Williams. Porsha accuses NeNe of not being supportive of her because NeNe didn’t attend her baby shower. (A lot of anger and resentment and bitterness over who attends which parties, huh? It’s like being 14 again) And then there’s the fact that Porsha went into NeNe’s closet when NeNe had specifically asked that everyone stay out of it. Petty? Yes. But an extremely fair boundary to set and not a reasonable one to cross. Following the Reunion special, NeNe and Porsha have taken their quarrel off camera. On Instagram, Porsha announced that NeNe had body-shamed her following her pregnancy. NeNe did bombard her with a series of vicious insults. (Say what you will about NeNe, but she is relentless and creative with her personal attacks) So yeah, these two aren’t making peace any time soon … but that doesn’t mean that Bravo’s cameras want to miss any of the action. Not to be all armchair psychiatrist here, but … maybe part of NeNe’s especially short fuse and these feuds isn’t about the other women. Don’t get us wrong, we understand why Cynthia and Porsha are clashing with her. But considering Gregg Leakes’ cancer battle and the very real toll that it has taken on NeNe, could it be that she’s just … frustrated. Gregg has lashed out verbally at her, and it’s really gotten to her. Could it be that she’s lashing out at Cynthia and Porsha because they’re “safe targets” for her frustrations? Or maybe she’s just, you know, a reality star and she’s feuding like it’s her job because it is literally her job.

Meri Brown: Being a Sister Wife Breaks My Heart!

For the past several years, Meri Brown has appeared to have a serious problem with her polygamist lifestyle. It makes sense — being a Sister Wife looks like it really, really sucks. Meri has been unhappy for as long as Sister Wives has been a thing, and it’s easy to imagine her unhappiness existed before then, too. She’s admitted to struggling with sharing her husband, Kody, with Janelle, Christine, and Robyn, and we’ve also seen some tension from the fact that she was only ever able to have one child. But in the past few years, things have definitely gotten worse. In 2015, Meri found herself in what we would call an emotional affair with a man she met online. The man turned out to be a woman — she got catfished — but still, she clearly developed feelings for this person that went beyond friendship. After it happened, the family tried to stand by her and spin the whole thing in an anti-catfish way, but at the end of the day, they saw that Meri had pretty much been stepping out on Kody. Which is fine, to be clear. Kody has three other wives, and no one could blame her for looking for something somewhere else, but the way the Sister Wives operate is that the women are faithful to their husband while he rotates marriages on a schedule. As we saw on the show, the relationship between Kody and Meri really suffered for all of this, and at several points, it seemed like they weren’t going to make it . For a while, she told him that she didn’t want him staying at her house anymore, and more recently, he thought she was over it when she made the decision to buy her bed and breakfast. But for some reason, they’re still kicking, and now they’re kicking in a brand new state! Yep, last fall, the Brown family moved out of Las Vegas and over to Flagstaff, Arizona . And you’ll never believe this, but Meri seems to be unhappy with the way things are now. This weekend, she took to Instagram to explain the way she’s feeling these days, and honestly, it doesn’t sound great. “Yesterday I had this overwhelming emotion of missing Las Vegas, the place I called home for nearly 8 years,” her message began. “I mean, I was really really sad for not living there anymore.” “So much life there, so many friends,” she continued. “It was home for me. I loved it.” “Then this morning I wake up, sun is shining, beautiful day. I mean, my back yard is the mountains for heavens sake!” Meri said. “How could I not love this??” She then tried to turn her frown upside down by saying “Though I’m new here to Flagstaff and it doesn’t feel like home yet, I look forward to this summer, exploring the city, the amazing nature that surrounds me, and of course meeting new people, trustworthy friends.” “There’s a lot of life ahead of me here,” she finished, “and I’m anxious to see where it takes me.” So it really sounds like she’s not happy but trying to make the best of it, right? Story of her life. We hope that she really does start feeling at home in her new city, because it’s definitely got to be a difficult transition. Farrah Abraham: I’d Totally Return to Teen Mom!

Farrah Abraham apparently thinks she is just like Beyonce. No, she doesn't have any singing or dancing talent — and she definitely is not admired by millions around the globe. But Abraham has said in a new interview that she views herself as being irreplaceable. (Okay, granted, in Beyonce's song “Irreplaceable,” she's talking about a cheating boyfriend being under the misguided impression that he's  irreplaceable. But still.) The polarizing reality star has something to say about Bristol Palin leaving Teen Mom OG and even more to say about who she thinks ought to come on board for the new season. You likely won't be shocked by her answer. Scroll down to read it for yourself, however… 1. What is Farrah Abraham’s History with MTV? She was cast on 16 and Pregnant way back in 2008. She then starred on Teen Mom from 2009 all the way up through 2017. 2. And She Was Then Fired Because… … she appeared in a number of amateur pornography videos online. As one does. 3. But the Network Can’t Really Say Goodbye In late 2018, Farrah joined the cast of Ex on the Beach because, let’s face it, she’s a ratings draw. Viewers love to hate her. 4. And Now Farrah Wants to Save MTV From Itself… You see, Bristol Palin was brought in to replace Farrah — but ratings for her one season on the show tanked. Fans did not care for Bristol’s divorce storyline, or maybe they just didn’t care about Bristol herself at all. 5. See Ya, Losers! Dissatisfied herself with her role on the series, Bristol quit after just this one season, jumping up high on her pedestal and writing online: “Teen mom OG wasn’t a fit for me, it took away my peace.. and honestly – my peace has a price tag that no one but God can afford.” 6. Vicki Gunvalson and Steve Lodge: Engaged!

For months now, fans of The Real Housewives of Orange County have been expecting Vicki Gunvalson and Steve Lodge to get engaged. it’s not just that they’ve been dating for three years — this engagement may save Vicki’s job . Now, that good news has come at last! See Vicki’s announcement for yourself: On Friday afternoon, Vicki Gunvalson shared this sweet photo on Instagram. Notice her hand? Notice the ring? It’s hard to miss. “I said ‘YES,'” Vicki announces in the captions. She adds an engagement ring emoji, in case there was any confusion. For further clarity, she adds the tags: “#engaged #happy #mylove.” Us Weekly shared some insights into this welcome engagement. An insider reveals that Vicki is “so happy” to be engaged to the man she loves. And apparently Steve didn’t pop the question on impulse, either. “He got all of her kids’ and his kids’ blessings before he did it,” the source divulged. When he dropped to one knee, Vicki was “shocked,” according to the insider. Though Vicki made this announcement in the afternoon on Friday, the proposal went down earlier int he week. “He made her a romantic meal at home,” the source details. “And then popped the question on Monday night.” Awww! Steve shared the same engagement photo on his Instagram. “She said yes,” he writes in the caption. Steve added the tags: “#blessedday #engaged #happywifehappylife.” Vicki and Steve began dating in April of 2016. Three years is a fine amount of time to date at their age before getting engaged. But reports from earlier this year have suggested that there’s more to this engagement than romance. In January, Vicki missed the first two weeks of filming because she was still in negotiations with Bravo. According to a slew of reports, she had been demoted to a mere “Friend of the Housewives.” However, Vicki was soon back to filming, apparently as a Full Housewife. The deal was that Vicki would get engaged to Steve and that Bravo’s cameras would be there to capture the happy milestone. A few months later and bam, he drops to one knee. Of course, Vicki has been DTW (down to wed) Steve for a while now. “I am so ready for marriage,” Vicki affirmed just a year and a half into their relationship. “I’m a marriage girl.” “I told him from the very beginning,” she said. “if you don’t want to get married, then don’t waste your time with me.” Vicki said that this is “because I love being married.” “There’s no ring on right now,” Vicki said at the time. “But we’re taking it slow and have a great relationship.” “That’s the most important thing for me,” Vicki concluded. “Making sure it’s a solid relationship.” Even if this proposal may have been partially motivated by television, congratulations are in order to Vicki and Steve. Ashley Martson Slams Jay Smith’s Behavior: America Will Be SHOCKED!

This week, Ashley Martson filed to divorce Jay Smith after under one year of marriage. This started with a strong insinuation that he had cheated — which Ashley later confirmed, accusing him of adultery in court documents. But throughout this budding scandal, she has been dropping hints that fans “don't know everything.” Rumor has it that he didn't just cheat, but knocked up a side piece. How much worse could it be? In new interviews with In Touch Weekly and Us Weekly , Ashley is speaking out. She says that she's heartbroken, but that America will be shocked when they learn what Jay put her through. 1. Ashley is speaking out about the bitter breakup “It was very dramatic, very messed up,” she tells In Touch Weekly. 2. We clearly don’t yet know the whole story “I am sure America is going to be shocked,” Ashley expresses. A 20-year-old banging a side piece or two doesn’t really shock people anymore, so she’s definitely hinting that there is so much more to the story than anyone had imagined. 3. Didn’t Ashley see it coming? She gets asked this question, which is fair, considering that he had cheated on her after her wedding (and allegedly before). Ashley answers: “Um, not to the extent of what happened, no.” 4. How is she coping? Not super well, but she’s spending time with friends and family in New York. “They support me,” Ashley explains. 5. She is no longer cohabitating with her husband Jay is no longer living with her, and Ashley tells In Touch that she’s not sure where he’s living.
