Tammy Hembrow: I Collapsed at Kylie Jenner’s Birthday, But Not From Booze!

Last week, Kylie Jenner's 21st birthday was shut down by police — and one guest departed, not in a limo, but in an ambulance. Tammy Hembrow is an Instagram fitness model. She is a casuel friend of Kylie's, has modeled Khloe's brand, and she collapsed at Kylie's party. Now, she has broken her silence to share that she is okay … and that she is absolutely mortified over what happened. Take a look: Tammy used Instagram and YouTube to rack up followers and build her brand into a small business empire, so it only makes sense that she posted her explanation to YouTube. “So,” Tammy begins. “Firstly I just want to let everyone know that I’m okay.” Though she did take to Instagram to show that she was alive and shopping on Friday, this is the first time that she has directly addressed what happened on Thursday night. Tammy explains: “Basically, what happened was, I was in L.A. I was running off pretty much 30 hours no sleep.” A lot of people had assumed that alcohol was the culprit, but this makes a lot more sense. Tammy reveals just how bad her exhaustion was: “I was struggling to stay awake even when I was getting my hair and makeup done.” “I was literally sitting there, like, falling asleep,” Tammy details. “Like,” Tammy shares. “I could barely keep my eyes open.” A huge part of it is just that she's a newly single mother who is also running a business. “I’ve been throwing myself into work way more than ever,” Tammy explains. And that single mom part of things is no walk in the park, either. “And also,” Tammy explains. “I have my kids the majority of the time.” Tammy is a mother of two young children. “[It’s] literally been like a non-stop, on-the-go kind of thing,” Tammy says. She only broke up from her baby daddy and former fiancee back in June. “I think because of the breakup,” Tammy confesses. “I’ve been trying to keep myself busy and not really taking time to think about how I’m actually feeling or focusing on myself.” Pouring yourself into your work is a common coping mechanism, but that stress will still catch up with you. “I probably, definitely shouldn’t have been drinking because of how jet-lagged I was,” Tammy acknowledges. Being tired can magnify the effects of even a modest amount of alcohol. “Because of how exhausted I was,” Tammy explains. “And I already wasn’t feeling well at all.” Tammy explains exactly how she collapsed. “I was honestly fine at that point,” Tammy says of the moments immediately before her collapse. “And I was talking to a bunch of my friends.” So it's not like she was dancing hard or doing a kegstand or whatever people had been imagining. “I was catching up with some people,” Tammy explains. “So, yeah, I pretty much collapsed.” That sounds so frightening. We definitely understand how she got there and why she felt so embarrassed. We are so relieved that she's okay and that she's confronting the factors that led her to spread herself too thin.

Jenelle Evans FINALLY Signs on for New Season of Teen Mom 2!

Great news for Jenelle Evans fans! And also for those of us who are fans of watching Jenelle be one of the hottest messes in the history of reality television! After months of negotiations, the Carolina Hurricane has finally signed her contract for the new season of Teen Mom 2. Yep, she's going to be back with Kailyn, Leah, Chelsea, and Briana for all the drama that the next season will surely bring! But how did it happen? How did MTV get her to agree to sign, especially in light of a tumultuous year that featured the firing of her own husband? Oh, just wait till you hear … 1. Dude Jenelle’s Teen Mom 2 gig has been up in the air for the better part of this year — ever since she shared that insensitive photo of herself with the assault rifle immediately after the Parkland school shooting back in February. 2. Going Downhill A few days after that, David went on his infamous homophobic rant, and he was pretty much immediately fired by MTV. 3. Ugh Jenelle never directly supported his statements, but she continued on with her “stand by your man” nonsense, and she certainly never said anything against his backward views. 4. So Long? At the time, there were lots of rumors that MTV was strongly considering firing Jenelle as well. 5. Way to Drag It Out This went on FOREVER. Seriously, for so long. 6. Audrey Roloff and Jeremy Roloff: When Will They Have More Kids?!?

Look, Audrey and Jeremy Roloff. We know you are very busy these days. You have a toddler at home and a memoir set to come out and a popular blog to keep writing, but we have a quick question to which we’d love a definitive answer: When are you having more children?!?!? We’re kidding, of course.  Or we’re kidding about the urgency of the answer at least. But it is a common concern of many celebrity gossip followers to wonder when their favorite couple will have a baby… and then to wonder when this couple will have more babies… and so on and so forth. With talk online of Audrey being pregnant already with child number-two, the Roloffs told People Magazine this week that they certainly are anxious to expand their family. They just aren’t certain when this will happen. “Jer and I definitely want to have more children,” Audrey tells this publication, adding: “We’ve never really put a number on it, we want to take them one at a time. “We’ve always envisioned a big family, that’s always been something we’ve talked about from the very beginning.” “Enough to fill up a sprinter van,” jokes Jeremy. It’s not difficult to envision Audrey and Jeremy as the parents to many children. They are a faith-based twosome who seems very dedicated to themselves and to their family. We’ve never seen a woman gush over her kid the way Audrey has gushed over daughter Ember ever since she was born in September. Elsewhere in this same interview, Jeremy touched on another aspect of the couple’s future. He admitted that he talks to his parents constantly about buying the family farm in Oregon. Interesting, right? We suppose thia makes some sense, with Matt Roloff moving to Arizona and Amy Roloff perhaps moving away to start a life with boyfriend Chris Marek. We simply had no idea such a transfer of property was in the works. For now, however, the main work on which Audrey and Jeremy are focusing in the rollout of their book, “A Love Letter Life: Pursue Creatively, Date Intentionally, Love Faithfully.” It comes out in April of 2019. “We believe everyone has a unique love story and we want people to be super stoked to press into their own love story,” Jeremy explained to People of the book’s premise. “We want readers to prepare more for their marriage than their wedding [day]. “I think social media can paint facades, so [Audrey and I] hope that people will walk away [from the book] knowing that we aren’t perfect, our [dating] relationship wasn’t perfect. “We learned from our struggles and we came out stronger on the other side.” Teases Audrey on this same subject: “I think people will be surprised at how much they don’t know about our love story.” View Slideshow: Audrey and Jeremy Roloff: 19 Moments We’ll Never, Ever Forget

90 Day Fiance Spoilers: A Before The 90 Days Couple Is Already Married!

We have only just met the new 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days couples , but we already have some major news for one of those pairs of long-distance lovers. But beware, folks: even though Season 2 has scarcely begun, we have a huge spoiler for you. Remember Jon and Rachel? Well … some cyber-sleuths have uncovered something major on this across-the-pond couple. A lot of 90 Day Fiance have conspicuous age differences or deal with huge cultural obstacles. Some couples even have to grapple with racist family members. Jon and Rachel are playing the intercontinental romance game on easy mode. They’re both white English-speakers, and they’re only a year apart. Jon Walters is 34 and from England. Rachel Bear is 33 and from Albuquerque, New Mexico. And, here comes the huge spoiler: Jon and Rachel are already married! Reddit may be an absolute cesspool, but that’s only because it’s a social media site that people use. Some of those people aren’t terrible. And it was a pair of cyber-sleuths on Reddit who dug up a marriage certificate for Jon and Rachel. Jonathan James Walters and Rachel Ann Bear filed for a marriage certificate in New Mexico on June 8 of this year. Obviously, Jon and Rachel cannot tell the world about their marriage until the news breaks on the show. We’re sure that they can hardly contain themselves. Honestly, shout-out to @clevelandcray and @JonInCa for some grade-A investigative work in accessing the Bernalillo County online records. But … there’s more to this story. Starcasm followed up on Jon and Rachel and did some digging of their own. They discovered that Jon and Rachel appear to have gotten married in Cornwall, England. According to the filing records, Jon and Rachel “solemnized” their marriage at BoHo Cornwall on May 31. The two of them listed the same residence at the time of the marriage, leading some to wonder if Rachel is moving across the Atlantic instead of the other way around. It may be that it just made the most sense to write that address since they were, after all, in England at the time. As you may recall, one of the barriers to Jon and Rachel’s relationship was concerns over Jon’s past. He has dated hundreds of women. Hey, the dude looks like a knight who would guard someone’s castle. A lot of folks go for that. Another issue was that Rachel discovered that she was pregnant shortly after she and Jon began their online flirtation. She had the baby but Jon seems cool with it, and they’ve been chatting for two years. They’ve allegedly never met before 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days , though there are some conspiracy theorists who believe that this is untrue. It’s so exciting that these two are already married! That said … that doesn’t mean that they’ll remain a couple forever. We’re not just saying that because all marriages end, one way or another. We’re saying that because 90 Day Fiance marriages do not always last. Just look at how things ended for Luis Mendez after his deeply toxic marriage to Molly Hopkins fell through. But we’re holding out hope that things go better for Jon and for Rachel. When are either of them going to meet someone ellse in their age bracket whose selfies constantly cut off the top of their heads? These two were meant for each other. Maci Bookout Has One Big Problem with Bristol Palin Joining Teen Mom OG

Maci Bookout held little back as a guest this week on Kailyn Lowry’s “Coffee Convos” podcast. First, as previously detailed, Maci spoke out for the first time since ex Ryan Edwards got arrested for approximately the 174th time. From there, Bookout delved into the most pressing topic facing Teen Mom OG viewers at the moment… … the addition of Bristol Palin to this franchise. In mid-July, this daughter of an ignorant, close-minded and controversial former Vice Presidential candidate confirmed that she was headed to MTV , claiming she was joining the series in order to serve as a role model. Asked about Palin as a co-star, Maci at first took a shot at former co-star Farrah Abraham , who was dismissed from Teen Mom this past winter due to her penchant for appearing in amateur porn videos. “I really feel like I’m not gonna be mad about anybody joining because anybody’s better than Farrah,” Maci told Kailyn on the podcast. Not many folks out there will disagree with this opinion. It wasn’t exactly Maci’s most scorching take of all-time. Bookout went on to tell Lowry and cohost Lindsie Chrisley that she doesn’t “really care if other people join the cast,” nor does she blame Bristol for doing so. She simply would have appreciated any kind of heads-up prior to MTV announcing the decision. “I think me and Catelynn [Lowell] and Amber [Portwood] are all pretty much on the same page,” Bookout explained, adding: “If they bring in new cast members, we don’t want it to be called Teen Mom OG because that’s not true if there’s new cast members. “We don’t really care who joins because in our minds, we’re like, if somebody is presented with the opportunity, or like, say, one of us was never on the show and they asked us, no one’s going to turn the opportunity down. “You can’t be mad at somebody for accepting an opportunity.” This is a reasonable point of view. Of course, Palin is reportedly making $250,000 for one season of filming, which may be cause for tension between her and her new colleagues. This huge salary could be considered disrespectful to those who have been part of the cast for years. Bookout says she would have appreciated a “courtesy call” from producers, but didn’t sound all that peeved about Palin: “That’s my problem. Like, hey, they know when it’s going to come out. They know when the official release is coming out so, like, an hour before, call. Give us a call and be like, ‘Hey, by the way, this is who your new cast member is going to be. it’s being released today. … We’ve been doing this for 10 years!” In her own statement since the news went viral, Bristol said the following about her upcoming role on Teen Mom OG: I am excited to join MTV’s ‘Teen Mom OG.’ I look forward to sharing my experiences and hope that I can help others on their journey. Elsewhere, Lowry also asked Bookout about the reports that The Challenge’s Cheyenne Floyd and Corey Wharton are joining the cast. But the long-time reality TV personality did not confirm or deny the casting rumor. Or seem to care much. “I think because Bristol Palin has such a … I mean, her mom ran for vice president, so I think it’s just a bit of a bigger deal than fellow MTV stars coming on,” she said. Bachelor in Paradise Recap: Colton and Tia Are Awkwardly Reunited!

We were promised hookups, tears, and feuds in the Season 5 trailer for Bachelor in Paradise . And it looks like they’ve already begun to deliver. Colton’s long-awaited reunion with Tia Booth was a lot more complicated than either of them had imagined. And even though there’s now a gang of stars determined to take down Colton, this couple is only part of the drama. … First we have to talk about Tia Booth and Colton Underwood. Or, rather, about just Tia — because Colton wasn’t there yet. That’s right. Producers are messy b–ches who live for drama (literally, it’s their livelihood), so they brought Tia in before Colton arrived … and they gave her a date card. Don’t get us wrong, Tia totally had Colton on her mind. It had been months — she revealed that they hadn’t gotten to chat since The Bachelorette . But Tia’s no fool — she had the date card and, hey, Chris was right there. To be fair to Chris, he went on this date with Tia with the impression that Colton was a thing of the past for her. At the risk of sounding like a gossiping 11-year-old, we report that the two of them totally made out . She even said “Colton who?” while they were kissing, which is … a great way to tell the person you’re kissing that you are, in fact, thinking about someone else. Of course, as soon as this thing was Chris was underway, Colton arrived. Because of course that’s how they timed it. Producing a reality series is a genuine art form, folks. Colton was also given a date card right off the bat. After what we imagine was some gentle prodding from producers, he did speak to some of the other fine young women in Paradise. But he did, of course, hit things off with Tia again — for the first time in nearly half a year. They kissed, and Tia was clearly over the moon. Colton wants to figure out what this situation really means for him. Ah, Grocery Store Joe. We know from previews that he gets into conflict with Leo, but right now, he’s living his best life and enjoying flirtations with just about every woman in Paradise. Joe likes Tia, but Tia likes Colton (and liked Chris, however briefly). Krystal likes Joe, but Joe likes Kendall. This, as we know, will lead to Leo calling him a “Grocery Store B–ch” which sounds like a turn-of-the-century insult that a farmer would hurl at a city-slicker. Krystal also likes Kevin, so we’ll keep our eyes on that as it develops. Speaking of Kevin, he still has some sore feelings about his breakup with Ashley Iaconetti and her abrupt engagement to Jared. Let’s see, what else? Chris is teaming up with Nick and Jordan to take down Colton, which sounds totally plausible if they’re sitcom characters or supervillains but is otherwise super weird to hear from adult ment. Not as weird as Chris calling himself “Goose,” but still weird. Especially since they’re (sort of) the “Goose Gang.” No part of that is not awkward. The Bachelorette Finale Recap: Who Did Becca Kufrin Choose?

The Bachelorette just aired an iconic 14th season finale, and we can confirm what The Bachelorette spoilers foretold months ago: Becca Kufrin is engaged!! But to whom? Viewers have waited all summer (whether you read  Bachelorette spoilers  or not) to see how this thing ends for beautiful, sweet Becca. For Garrett Yrigoyen and Blake Horstmann, this is what they’ve fought for: To be the last man standing, holding a Neil Lane ring. After what was, by and large, a fairly conventional season, might an epic twist still be in the works, After the Final Rose style? To channel our inner Chris Harrison for a moment … this was NOT the most anticipated, controversial finale in Bachelorette history. But it wasn’t half bad. The beautiful Minnesotan spent 11 weeks paring down 25 suitors to just two. The two handsome men standing before her this evening. So would she give the final rose to Garrett Yrigoyen, the once-divorced, instant frontrunner with the shady Instagram history? Or would it go to Blake Horstmann, who has emerged as the dark Horst (sorry) over the past couple of episodes especially? Both gentlemen met her family as Becca struggled with what could be the most difficult, consequential decision of her life. Who does she see a brighter future with – and can she trust that person with her heart, especially after what happened with Arie? So which guy got the rose? And Becca said all along that she got engaged, but has it lasted? Is she still engaged right now? Man alive, The Bachelorette producers sure can cut a slick finale, keeping us guessing and methodically ratcheting up the drama. In the end, though, they can only do their best with the material Becca gives them, and there was no major shocker in store: Becca Kufrin is engaged to Garrett Yrigoven. Yes, the first impression rose recipient many weeks ago is now Becca’s fiance, having proposed (she said yes) at the end of the night. That doesn’t mean he was a lock, though. The finale focused hardcore on Becca’s “second thoughts” (again, those producers are good) and Blake really bringing his A-game. Maybe it was editing, or maybe it was just his feelings and their chemistry peaking at the right time, but Horstmann made it a contest. Just when you thought no one could match Garrett’s connection with Becca – and Becca’s family – Blake came awfully darn close. His final date, capped off by that amazing scrapbook, seemed to push Becca over the edge … or at least right up to the edge. Not unlike his competition, he started to look like a 50-50 partner, the kind she’s been dreaming of, and hoping he would be. As such, she was 50-50 when it came to the two guys, or so it seemed. Sadly, there could be only one, and Blake lost out. Rough. Holy cow that was … wow. That’s all we can say about that Blake breakup. Yeesh. It’s never easy to watch that sort of thing, but this one was super bad. He got through that whole speech and everything. She just stood there, Gone are the days when the show lets them off easy, apparently. Say what you will about reality shows, the pain on Blake’s face was pretty real, and Becca’s too for that matter. That was just painful. Guy was legit trembling out there. Even on the LIVE After the Final Rose special, it wasn’t much better. From the look on Blake’s face, you would think it had just happened. That’s love. That’s love. When Kufrin took the stage to see Horstmann FOR THE FIRST TIME since they split, both had nothing but kind words for the other. As Chris said, Blake has a LOT of fans in the house tonight. If he’s NOT The Bachelor next winter, that would be a surprise. Or at least a letdown. Speaking of a letdown … could the actual proposal from Garrett and the aftermath possibly match that level of emotion? Close. Very, very close. That was as sweet and cheesy (in a good way) as it gets, as Yrigoyen and Kufrin left the Maldives blissfully engaged. Demi Lovato: FINALLY Headed to Rehab?

It’s been 10 days since Demi Lovato suffered an overdose that nearly claimed her life, but the singer remains hospitalized due to unspecified complications. It’s unclear what sort of physical damage Lovato suffered as a result of her substance abuse, but as it’s highly unorthodox for overdose patients to be hospitalized for more than 1-2 days, it’s safe to say the situation is dire. Fortunately, it seems Demi is slowly making progress. Radar Online is reporting today that Lovato will leave the hospital in the next 48 hours . As for the important question of what her next step will be, it seems fans can finally breathe a sigh of relief. Insiders claim that at the urging of her family and friends, Demi will enter rehab immediately after leaving the hospital. Earlier this week, sources close to the singer claimed that she was hesitant to commit to an in-patient care program. They stated that Demi recognized she has a problem, but felt she would be able to battle her addiction on her own. Lovato celebrated six years of sobriety just prior to her recent relapse, and she reportedly believed that because she had been down this road before, she could safely travel it alone. Her loved ones, understandably concerned, kept on her to reserve a spot in a treatment center, and it seems their efforts have finally paid off. Now, sources say the family is taking no chances. Demi’s bags have been packed and transportation straight from the hospital to the rehab facility has been arranged. As for what drugs landed Demi in such a precarious position, her family still isn’t talking, but all signs point to some sort of opioid as the culprit. Lovato was revived with Narcan after she lost consciousness, and sources claim doctors were immediately able to determine that she had been using intravenous drugs. “Demi had evidence of intravenous drug use when she was taken to the hospital after her drug overdose last week,” an insider said. “The physical signs were on her arms.” There’s no word on how long Demi will remain in rehab, but here’s hoping she stays as long as she has to in order to receive the kind of care she needs. Nikki Bella and John Cena: It’s Over! For Good! For Real This Time!

Nikki Bella and John Cena have tapped out. For good and for real this time, one half of this long-time and famous couple says. Following a lot of back and forth this spring, which even included a public and heartfelt plea for reconciliation from the multiple-time WWE champion, Bella has told People Magazine that her romance with Cena is over. She will not be getting back together with him, chiseled body and enormous biceps notwithstanding. “After I called off the engagement, we tried to work on our relationship to get back to where it was, and in order to move forward with our wedding,” Bella said this week , adding: “After much time and soul-searching alone and together, we have decided to officially part ways. “I had a beautiful and loving 6-year relationship with a wonderful man. I have the utmost respect for John, but I know this is what’s best for me.” Back in April, Cena and Bella called off their engagement , as Nikki mentions in her statement above. They said at the time that the decision was “difficult,” but necessary and asked for their privacy to be respected. This request, of course, was a tad bit ironic when you stop to think that Cena and Bella have agreed to have their lives filmed for the reality show Total Bellas. Moreover, it was Cena himself who went ahead and made a few details of their previous split public. The wrestler appeared days later on The Today Show and poured his very handsome heart out. “I still love Nicole, I still would love to marry Nicole, I still would love to have a family with Nicole,” Cena said on national television, explaining that he’s very open to having children, a pretty extreme change in his earlier stance on this topic. “I don’t want anybody else. “I love Nicole and I’m really trying to support her in her trying to find whatever it is she wants that made this fall apart in the first place,” Cena added a few months ago. Sources claimed back then that the stars had reunited , although perhaps it should have been telling that neither Cena nor Bella themselves commented on this supposed reconciliation. This latest break-up news, meanwhile, comes just one day after Bella was seen calling off their engagement for a second time during the season finale of Total Bellas. The episode was taped many months ago, it’s worth noting. But it’s also worth noting just what Nikki said at the time about the relationship. It just sucks,” she said during the finale, adding: “I wish it could be different and I think that’s why I’ve had almost six years of working on us and fighting and just taking in a lot. I just feel like I’ve hit the point that I’m just so exhausted and done.” Bella didn’t sound bitter than and she doesn’t sound bitter now. But she does sound sure of herself. “It’s just hard when you love someone so much and care for them so much, but you just can’t do it anymore,” Nikki tearfully concluded on the episode. “It’s not his fault, it’s not my fault.
