Donald Trump gave a speech at the annual NRA convention in Dallas today, and the lengthy address touched on all of the topics you would expect from a Donald Trump speech to a roomful of NRA members: Guns are great; I'm great; Mueller sucks; everyone wants to take your guns except me; did I mention how great I am? You get the idea. But the president also touched on a topic that would've left the room in shocked silence just a few weeks ago. By now you've no doubt heard about Kanye West's unrepentant love for Trump . The rapper isn't just a supporter, he's a full-fledged member of the MAGA Mafia, and as a result, folks who would've alerted mall security to his presence a few weeks ago are now ordering 808s and Heartbreak on iTunes. No doubt lots of folks who fit that profile were in the crowd at today's convention, and they applauded wildly at the mention of Yeezy's name: “Kanye West must have some power, because you probably saw, I doubled my African-American poll numbers,” Trump told the crowd. “We went from 11 to 22 in one week, thank you, Kanye,” the president added. “When I saw the numbers I said that must be a mistake, how did that happen?” We know the feeling, Mr. President. We had a similar reaction on November 9, 2016. Anyway, we don't know what's funnier – the fact that Trump thinks all black people take their political cues from Kanye West, or the fact that he's surprised Kanye has any power. The man literally has a song called “Power”! Familiarize yourself with Yeezus' work before you kiss his ass, Donne! We know you have issues with consistency, but don't go turning into a bandwagon-jumping poseur at 71.
Over the past three playoff games, Tristan Thompson has been a very pleasant surprise for the Cleveland Cavaliers. He’s helped the team win a trio of vital matchups by being aggressive on the court, battling for rebounds and earning his club second chances. Similarly, in his personal life, it now appears as if Thompson has been given a second chance. Or would this be a third chance? Perhaps even a fifth chance? Just a few weeks after the Internet blew up with VERY strong evidence that Thompson has been cheating basically non-stop on Khloe Kardashian, the basketball player and his long-time girlfriend were spotted out in public. In a video obtained by TMZ, the parents of brand new daughter True dined at TownHall restaurant in Cleveland, where they lunched with a few friends. And, based on this website evidence , it appeared as if Khloe was happy, relaxed and very content with her dishonest baby daddy. Despite pressure from various family members to kick Tristan to the curb, it’s evident at the moment that Khloe isn’t ready to do so. Does this mean she actually wants to marry Thompson , as one recently report shocking claimed? No, not necessarily. That sure does seem like a huge step for the couple to suddenly take. But it certainly says something that Khloe has not yet returned to Los Angeles. She’s still in Cleveland, still apparently hoping to raise her child under the same roof as her father. “She always planned to stay in Cleveland the first three months,” an insider says of Khloe, adding: “Now with Tristan in the playoffs for possibly another month, no decision needs to be made right now.” It’s true: The Cavs are up two games to none on the Toronto Raptors and look well on their way to advancing to the Eastern Conference Finals yet again. Thompson has suddenly become an integral part of their playoff rotation,while remaining an integral part of Kardashian’s life. “No one in her world is supporting Tristan and she’s still in love with him,” this same Us Weekly insider claims. Back on April 12, Khloe welcomed her first child into the world. Thompson was reportedly by her side, but the two got into a screaming match nearly as soon as they became parents, according to Radar Online. Can you blame Khloe? Literally a day before she went into labor, word (and surveillance footage) leaked about Thompson sleeping way, way around. He seemingly slept with at minimum one woman while Khloe was three months pregnant and one while she was eight months pregnant. It’s just so, so, so very wrong. But we can understand why it’s challenging for Khloe to know what to do in the face of becoming a mother AND discovering that the man who helped her to do is basically a huge liar. According to Life & Style, however, the reality star is not handling her husband's apparent breakdown very well. Far from it, in fact. With Kanye blabbering on about Donald Trump and slavery and angering nearly everyone with a rational view of the world, Kardashian is reportedly weighing her options. He’s here, folks! The Royal Baby is officially here! What’s that now? You already knew that Kate Middleton gave birth to a gorgeous little boy back on April 23 and you even knew she named him Louis? Or, to be exact, Prince Louis Arthur Charles ? Yes, you’re right. Both these developments have already taken place. However, Kensington Palace released the newborn’s birth certificate on Tuesday, making this child’s birth truly, completely, legally official and exciting. The document (below) is chock full of basic nuggets regarding little Louis, such as where he was born; he gender; and the names of his parents. One thing that jumps out to us, however, is the listed occupation of those parents. As you can see here, William is dubbed “Prince of the United Kingdom,” while Middleton is referred to as “Princess of the United Kingdom.” These aren’t titles with which we weren’t already familiar of course — it’s just funny to see someone’s job listed as “Prince” or “Princess.” Unlike his siblings – Prince George, 4, and Princess Charlotte, 2 – Louis’ birth certificate is typed and not handwritten. We don’t know why this is or if it means anything, but we figured we’d point it out. We can confirm, however, that Prince William signed the document above at his Kensington Palace residence on Tuesday, May 1. It was witnessed by Westminster City Council registrar Patricia Gordon. “It has been a great honor to register and formally welcome the latest addition to the royal family, Prince Louis Arthur Charles,” Gordon said in a statement, adding: “This follows a long history of Westminster City Council registering royal bites including Prince Louis’ siblings Prince George and Princess Charlotte.” Prince William and Kate Middleton’s third child was born at the private maternity unit of St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington on Monday, April 23, at 11.01am. He weighed in at 8lb., 7oz. and he was shown off to the world just seven hours later when Mom and Dad posed for photographers in London outside the hospital. The royal family’s latest addition was probably named after Prince Philip’s late uncle Louis Mountbatten. While we’ve heard a lot of speculation regarding the name Louis , we do know that Mountbatten was assassinated by members of the Provisional Irish Republican Army during a trip to Ireland in 1979. Sad stuff. Worthy of a tribute, we’d say. Back on April 25, William told reporters that his new son was sleeping “reasonably well” and behaving himself. He added that his beloved wife was also doing well (and also behaving her self, we assume, hehe). Overall, parenthood suits Kate and William “really well,” a friend recently told People Magazine. This friend added that the famous stars “are enjoying it and are very happy.” That makes us really happy to hear! Last month, a rumor that Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively were headed for divorce made its way across the social media landscape. At the time, the notion seemed somewhat ridiculous. After all, Reynolds and Lively have long enjoyed a reputation as one of Hollywood’s happiest and most stable couples. But to shock and chagrin of fans, reports of Blake and Ryan calling it quits just kept rolling in. “The past few years, Ryan’s been working out of town while Blake stays home with the kids,” a source told Us Weekly. “The distance between them has taken its toll.” Reynolds employed his signature sardonic wit to shoot down the first round of reports: “I wish,” the actor tweeted. “I could use a little ‘me time.'” Fans were relieved, of course, and the controversy was thought to be over and done with. But earlier this week, Lively’s Instagram followers noticed that something was amiss on her page. As Radar Online points out, not only had Lively deleted all photos of Reynolds from her page, she had also unfollowed him and changed her bio so that it read simply: “What happened to Emily?” Adding fuel to the fire, Lively then followed 28 accounts of women named Emily Nelson. And like that, Emily Nelson became 2018’s answer to ” Becky with the good hair .” Fans assumed that Reynolds had been caught cheating and that Lively was determined to get to the bottom of his infidelity by hunting Nelson down. Sadly, this high drama nosedived into a disappointing conclusion today when it was revealed that “Emily Nelson” is merely the name of a character Lively is playing in an upcoming film, Yes, it was all an elaborate promotional stunt. Whenever you roll your eyes about something like this, some smart ass always has to chime in with, “Well, I guess it worked! You’re talking about it, aren’t you?!” Sure. In that sense, it worked. But apparently the film in question – A Simple Favor – doesn’t open until September! Does Blake really think this stunt is gonna stick with potential moviegoers for the next four months?! In December of 2016, Valerie Fairman, one of the star’s of MTV’s 16 and Pregnant, passed away. She was only 23 years old. Her death was shocking for a number of reasons, one, of course, being her age. Another was that she had an episode in the second season of 16 and Pregnant, the same season that introduced us to Jenelle Evans, Chelsea Houska, Kailyn Lowry, and Leah Messer. Being in a group of ladies we’ve come to know so well, it was just sort of strange to hear about her passing. One big reason the whole thing was so tragic was that Valerie left behind a daughter, Nevaeh, who was seven years old when she lost her mother. Really, the whole entire thing was just one big mess of sadness. The news of her death broke thanks to some tweets from her friends and family, and later we learned that she’d accidentally overdosed at a friend’s house . She went to the bathroom there but didn’t come out. Her friend went to check on her, and when there was no response, the friend broke down the door to find Valerie unresponsive. She never regained consciousness. There were never any official reports about her specific cause of death, but many believe that she died after doing heroin laced with fentanyl. This belief began in part because her ex-boyfriend, David Pryce, made a plea on Twitter after hearing the news of her death about shady drug dealers. “I will always miss you Valerie,” he wrote, “and I want to tell anyone who is selling sh-t to people to stop. We have lost too many loved ones to what you are doing.” In another statement, he said that she’d been dealing with “a lifelong problem” with opioid addiction, which is especially tragic, considering her life was so short. Valerie passed away at the end of 2016, and that’s when we heard all of this — so how are things with little Nevaeh now, over a year later? Her grandmother, Janice Fairman — Valerie’s mother — gave an interview to Radar Online to update 16 and Pregnant fans on how the girl is doing. “Nevaeh is very well,” she says. “I don’t think it’s been hard for her. I don’t know if it will be in the coming years.” “She’s doing well in school. I took her to a grief counselor, which she didn’t need.” That may sound a little cold, but Janice points out that she had full custody of Nevaeh even before Valerie died, and that Valerie only visited once or twice a month. She explains that “Because her mom wasn’t living here at the time, it made it easier on her. She’s still in the house she’s grown up in.” She does say that she makes a point to tell Nevaeh about her mother often, and that “she has a necklace with some of her ashes.” “Ashes are in her play room too. She also has flowers from the service.” Thankfully, Janice reveals that Nevaeh’s father, Matt Pryce, “sees her every Saturday.” “We try to keep Matt involved,” she says, even though “he has his own problems,” and she “doesn’t always” want to visit with him.” Still, they “try and rearrange things so he doesn’t miss out on birthday parties and other activities.” Finally, Janice asks that 16 and Pregnant fans remember Valerie as a “loving and caring person.” View Slideshow: 22 Celebrities Who Died from an Overdose “I know she was into drugs and wasn’t so nice,” she acknowledges, “but in her heart she really was.” Here’s hoping that Nevaeh really is doing as well as Janice says, and that she continues to cope with this tragic loss as easily as possible.
As has been well documented on the past few episodes of Little People, Big World , Amy Roloff spends a lot of time with Matt Roloff. Probably too much time, both sides of this formerly married couple has admitted. That’s what happens when you live fewer than 1,000 feet apart and when you still work together. But while Amy may see plenty of her ex-husband, she sees very little of her daughter, Molly. This member of the Roloff family has chosen to keep details of her life private. She is not a cast member on the TLC series that has made the Roloffs famous nor does she frequently use social media or grant interviews with any magazines or tabloids. Molly is content to simply live a non-celebrity life. Thankfully, however, there’s no bad blood between Molly and her mother, as evidenced by the photo above and the two below. They were all snapped over the weekend, as Amy spend a precious couple of days with her daughter. “The best time in Spokane visiting Molly and Joel this weekend!” wrote Amy as a caption to the images, adding for detail; “Hike, walk around the neighborhood, favorite bookstore, local eatery, church, great conversations…. It may not be all that complicated. It may be as simple as valuing her privacy, something we certainly understand. But, it bears repeating, that there are no bad feelings in regard to Molly’s life decision. She and Joel live in the Pacific Northwest, just like all of the former’s siblings and her parents, meaning she can at least spend some time with them every now and then. The couple sure does look happy in these photos, and Amy looks happy to be hanging out with them. We wonder if Chris Marek was invited or if perhaps he was just busy with other plans this weekend. Another week, another Tori Roloff pregnancy rumor. Whether she intends to do so or not, the Little People, Big World has apparently made a habit out of sharing Instagram photos that prompt many followers to make assumptions about her womb. The beloved TLC personality only just gave birth to her first child last May, yet fans have been asking for several weeks if she’s expecting again. Actually, that’s not even accurate. Fans have been stating, very matter-of-factly, that Roloff simply has to be pregnant again. In January, for example, Tori said she loved to see husband Zach on the floor, playing with “kids.” She used the plural form of this word, leading many folks out there to speculate that a second child was on the way for this couple. A month after this caption was penned, Roloff asked her fellow mothers for advice because her nipples hurt while breastfeeding. There could have been many reasons for this pain, but Internet users once again jumped straight to pregnancy. Now, the rumors have started up for the third time. In this new case, the chatter centers on the first image we’ve shared in this article. It’s a sweet and harmless snapshot of Tori lying on a blanket with son Jackson, right? Yes. But it also features the reality star with her hands on her belly. “Picnic snuggles. Anyone else ready for summer?! #zandtpartyofthree #babyjroloff,” Roloff simply wrote as a caption this time around. But it seems like many folks didn’t even bother reading it. They couldn’t stop making presumptions based on the placement of Tori’s hands. “The way you had your hands, I thought you were announcing another baby Roloff,” wrote hazel_eyes209 as a comment to the photo. “You would be great with a second baby,” said a_y_j2001. “You guys make the cutest babies please have another” urged ashley_nicole_mulcahy. As you can see below, these people were not alone: Roloff, meanwhile, may actually be aware of all this chatter. She may be having some fun with it, too. Just over a week ago, Tori said that she’d love to ” totally have a second kid .” And the thing is, we’re sure she will! She and Zach have talked about giving Jackson at least one sibling someday. We just wish social media participants wouldn’t just to so many conclusions and put this kind of pressure on the stars. The new season of Teen Mom 2 hasn’t even started airing yet, and it’s already clear that it’s going to be one hell of a ride. Let’s just take a moment and consider all of the wonders this season will contain! We should get to see Jenelle send off all those ridiculous cease and desist letters to her cast members, and Javi and Briana’s breakup. We’ll finally get to see lots of footage of Kailyn’s adorable little baby, Lux — he’d just been born at the end of last season. Judging by the trailer we’ve seen, it also looks like MTV is continuing their trend of showing backstage footage from the last seasons’ reunion in the new season. Which means that there’s a solid chance we’ll see Jenelle having her meltdown, and her fight with Nathan Griffith’s girlfriend . Reports have claimed that MTV is also doing us a solid by airing more scenes from their New Years’ Eve special — specifically the scene where David lost it and attacked a bunch of balloons with a knife . Obviously there’s a lot of Jenelle stuff to look forward to here, but there’s one more big one: David’s firing. We know that there was a bunch of drama surrounding that decision, and that there was a question as to whether or not Jenelle would get fired too. She did end up filming again, and she’s still filming now, though it does sound like at this point MTV is already filming for the season after this one. And that means that there’s a pretty good chance we won’t get to see the latest chapter in Jenelle’s feud with Kailyn — not this season, anyway. To recap real quick, Jenelle and Kailyn haven’t gotten along for a while now, and things have escalated steadily for the past year or so. Jenelle revealed Kailyn’s pregnancy on Twitter without her permission, and ever since then … it’s been bad. A couple of months ago, Jenelle did an interview, and for some reason she kept bashing Kailyn for having three kids with three different men. Which, just for those of you keeping score, is also something Jenelle has done. She even said that she believed Kailyn had her youngest son for the sake of her Teen Mom 2 storyline, which is a pretty gross thing to say. Since then, Kailyn’s been especially over her nonsense, but things have some somehow gotten worse since David and Jenelle made fun of Leah’s daughter. Because unfortunately, that’s a thing that happened. We know, we know, it’s hard to keep up with all of this, but about a week ago, David commented on a photo that Leah posted of her daughters. He said that Gracie, one of the twins, was wearing too much makeup, and suggested that Leah should have asked the girl’s father for permission before dolling her up like that. It was a dumb comment — the makeup was for a cheerleading competition, and Leah has just as much say in what her daughter wears as Corey does. But Jenelle made things so much worse by posting a dumb confrontational video, judging Leah and Gracie and even making fun of Gracie’s contouring. To repeat that, Jenelle mocked an eight-year-old girl’s makeup. Kailyn hopped in to defend Leah against the Easons’ crazy ramblings, but judging by some comments she made on her podcast this week, things still aren’t over. “We have a reunion next month,” Kailyn revealed. “I don’t know what the hell is going to happen.” “I don’t know if they’re going to have to separate us. I don’t know how Leah and I can sit in the same room as Jenelle.” Which is fair, we know we certainly wouldn’t want to sit in the same room as Jenelle, all this history aside. But as Kail explained, “At this point it’s not drama between the cast mates. You’re talking about our children. At that point, Leah and I probably want to throw hands.” “But it’s not worth it. Just keep her away from us.” It doesn’t sound like she and Leah are planning to gang up on Jenelle or anything, but it’s understandable why she’d prefer to just not be around her. Jenelle’s been very volatile lately, even for her, so it’s best for them to just avoid any situation where things could escalate to violence, especially because Jenelle could just as easily throw hands herself. At another point in the podcast, Kailyn took the time to address David directly, telling him “You are a grown man! You’re commenting on someone else’s children that have nothing to do with you.” “Do not bring someone’s kids into it.” She said that she doesn’t talk about Jenelle’s kids, and neither does Leah — which is definitely true, they don’t. “Nobody talks about Jenelle and David’s kids so why are you talking about our kids?” she asked. “Leah’s children have nothing to do with David, so David needs to shut the f-ck up.” Truer words were never spoken. By now, you've almost certainly heard the news that Tristan Thompson was caught cheating on Khloe Kardashian while she was pregnant with his child. Earlier this month, Khloe welcomed her first child – a girl named True Thompson – but she has yet to kick Tristan to the curb. Fans are growing concerned that she's planning to stick by the Cleveland Cavs forward despite his rampant infidelity. Played For a Fool Tristan, of course, is not merely some baby daddy to Khloe. Sources say she was convinced from their first date that Tristan was “the one.” Little did she know, she was just one of many for him. 3. Horrendous Timing Just days before Khloe welcomed her first child, multiple media outlets published proof that Thompson had cheated on at least two separate occasions while she was pregnant. And as the days went by, the news got even worse… 4. What Comes Next? Many thought that Khloe would have already kicked Tristan to the curb by now, but it looks as though the stuation is more complex than that. 5. A Changing View? In the past Khloe has been an outspoken and unforgiving critic of men who cheat on their spouses, but it now looks as though she’s had a change of heart on the matter, as evidenced by her decision to stay put in Cleveland – in Tristan’s home, no less. 6.
